Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de bandage de produits. Ledit dispositif comporte un mécanisme de tampon comprenant des premier et second rouleaux de guidage de bande agencés de manière fixe et un rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation. Les rouleaux de guidage de bande sont conçus pour guider un matériau en bande depuis un rouleau d'alimentation sur successivement les surfaces externes du premier rouleau de guidage de bande agencé de manière fixe, du rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation et du second rouleau de guidage de bande agencé de manière fixe. Le rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation est conçu pour se déplacer entre une première position, dans laquelle le rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation est situé à proximité des premier et second rouleaux de guidage de bande agencés de manière fixe, et une seconde position dans laquelle le rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation est plus éloigné des premier et second rouleaux de guidage de bande agencés de manière fixe que dans la première position. Le rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation se déplace dans et hors d'un espace tampon entre les première et seconde positions. Par conséquent, le matériau en bande est guidé dans et hors de l'espace tampon par le rouleau de guidage de bande déplaçable par translation afin de remplir et vider respectivement l'espace tampon.
