- the method for forming a resist pattern in this embodiment may include a step of further curing the resist pattern by heating at about 60 to 250° C. or exposing to light at about 0.2 to 10 J/cm 2 , as necessary, after removing the uncured portions in the development step.
- the method for manufacturing a printed wiring board of this embodiment includes a step of forming a conductor pattern by etching or plating a substrate on which a resist pattern has been formed using the above-mentioned method for forming a resist pattern, and may also include other steps, such as a resist pattern removal step, as necessary.

After exposure, the support was peeled off to expose the photosensitive layer, and a 1% by mass aqueous solution of sodium carbonate at 30° C. was sprayed for a time twice the minimum development time to remove the unexposed portion (development treatment).
