  • the gripping member 19 is in turn rotatable - with respect to the arm 24 - between a vertical raised position (figures 4-9) and a horizontal lowered position ( figures 10-11) .
  • the sequence for picking up the bottles B by the handling unit 13 is as follows.
  • the arm 24 is initially arranged with the gripping member 19 in the vertical raised position below the neck C of the bottle B located at the base of the loader 12 (figure 4) . Therefore, through the coordinated movement of the release devices 22 and 23, the bottle B drops by gravity so as to engage its neck C in the gripping member 19 (figures 6 and 7) . Still through the combined actuation of the release devices 22 and 23 the column of bottles lowers so as to position a new bottle B at the base thereof, while the bottle B intercepted by the gripping member 19 is removed from the multiple loader 12 and transferred, through the rotation of the vertical shaft 25, towards the delivery station 13 (figures 7 and 8) .
  • the bottle B Once the bottle B has been filled, it may be picked up after the manual or motor-driven opening of the closure door 4.
  • the vending machine according to the invention further includes a vertical column multiple loader 27 for the caps T intended to be applied to the neck C of the bottles B which are filled whenever required in the delivery station 13.
  • the caps T are simply dispensed one at a time, through a release device 28 and a removal device 29, so as to be picked up from the opening 5 of the cabinet 1 and therefore applied manually to the bottles B.
  • the loader 27 there may be conveniently associated a vibrator with the aim of ensuring the correct stacking of the caps T.
  • a second handling unit schematised with 30 configured for the mechanised application of the cap T, picked up - whenever required - by the removal device 29, on the neck C of the filled bottle B in the delivery station 13.
  • the second handling unit 30 comprises a screwing device 31 which is movable vertically and rotatable to screw the cap T picked up by the removal device 29 on the neck C of the bottle B.
  • Figures 16 to 24 show an alternative solution of the handling unit, generally indicated with 21A, wherein the picking up of the bottles B from the multiple loader 12 is actuated through a suction cup-like gripping member 32 carried out by a vertical translation device 33, by a rotation device 34 and by a horizontal translation device 35, with the sequence described below.
  • the suction cup-like member 32 is connected to a suctioning device not shown, within the reach of a person skilled in the art .
  • the suction cup-like member 32 is arranged horizontally in a lowered position below the multiple loader 12.
  • the suction cup-like member 32 is therefore raised vertically so as to adhere to the bottle B positioned, through release devices described above, at the base of the column (figure 17) .
  • the suction cup-like member 32 with the bottle B adhering thereto is translated downwards (figure 18) , then rotated vertically (figure 19) so as to arrange the neck C of the bottle B facing upwards.
  • the suction cup-like member 32 is then rotated around the vertical axis by 180° (figure 20) and then translated towards the delivery station 13 (figure 21) so as to engage the neck C in the support 19, which - in this case - may be kept fixed in horizontal position (figure 22) below the dispensing nozzle 19.
  • the suction cup-like gripping member 32 is returned below the multiple loader 12 (figure 23) , rotated by 180° (figure 24) , then repositioned vertically (figure 24) and lastly rotated horizontally as in figure 16 to pick up a new bottle B.
  • a secondary cabinet 40 having the function of allowing the possible refill of the bottles B after the first use thereof.
  • the secondary cabinet 40 is provided with a delivery station 41, visible in figure 26 and similar to the delivery station 13, accessible through an openable sealing door 42.
  • the delivery station 41 essentially comprises a water dispenser nozzle 43 arranged vertically above a gripping member 44 configured to manually suspend a single used bottle B to be refilled. Also advantageously associated with the dispensing nozzle 43 is a UV-C LED sterilisation and debacterisation device schematically indicated with 45.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur automatique pour distribuer de l'eau potable filtrée, comprenant un chargeur multiple à colonne verticale (12) pour des récipients souples, en particulier des bouteilles en papier ou en bioplastique (B) ayant une configuration vide qui est sensiblement aplatie et empilée horizontalement, une station de distribution (13) qui peut être reliée au réseau d'eau par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de filtration, une unité de manipulation (21) pour saisir une seule bouteille (B) et permettant sa suspension verticalement au-dessous d'une buse de distribution (18) en vue de son remplissage, et un chargeur multiple à colonne verticale (27) pour capuchons (T) pour fermer les bouteilles (B).
