Definitions

  • the invention refers to a method for constructing a spoke and nipple group for spoked wheels and to a spoke and nipple group thus obtained.
  • nipples it is known to construct so-called self-locking nipples to be coupled to the threaded end of a spoke for constructing a spoked wheel. Generally, but not necessarily, these nipples are applied at the wheel rim and the spokes connect them via the wheel rim and hub.

  • This threading procedure is currently widespread as it confers numerous advantages, including easy automation, hardening that strengthens the threaded area, and a low production cost.
