Description

一种蘸取式化妆笔 技术领域
本发明涉及化妆笔技术领域,特指一种蘸取式化妆笔。
背景技术
目前市场上的化妆笔主要有两类,一类是笔杆部分灌装墨水的,通过笔头吸取墨囊里面的料体来使用的,但是这类化妆笔,针对像珠光类大粒径的料体,首先容易沉降,因而难以画出理想的珠光线条。而另外一种是在笔头端设计一个装料瓶,且料体直接灌装在里面的,但这种方式针对像珠光类大粒径的料体,也容易沉降。因此可见对于珠光类大粒径的料体,现有的化妆笔都具有易沉降而导致难以画出理想的珠光线条的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蘸取式化妆笔,通过将料体灌装在储料件内,由于储料件本身是可吸附料体并柔性的物质,比如棉芯,所以料体由于毛细管作用法的原理浸润储料件,因此料体在储料件分布较为均匀也不会沉降,故能画出理想的珠光线条,故解决现有的化妆笔都具有易沉降而导致难以画出理想的珠光线条的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种蘸取式化妆笔,包括笔杆和笔盖,且笔盖内置有可吸附料体且柔性的储料件,所述笔杆顶部设置有笔头,且笔盖套设于笔头外壁,并且笔头插入并蘸取储料件上的料体从而化妆。
优选地,所述储料件为棉芯;或者,所述储料件为海绵。
优选地,所述笔盖一端开口,并开设有放置槽,且储料件位于放置槽内,并且笔盖在储料件一侧设置有卡环,且卡环位于放置槽内并用于限制储料件从笔盖内脱离。
优选地,所述放置槽侧壁设置有凸环一,且卡环位于储料件和凸环一之间;
或/和,所述卡环外侧设置有突出部,且突出部与放置槽侧壁过盈配合。
优选地,所述笔盖中空,且笔盖一端设置有顶盖,并且笔盖另一端内壁一 成型有限位环,且储料件位于顶盖和限位环之间。
优选地,所述顶盖包括安装部和安装板,且安装部中空设置并位于安装板底部,所述安装部位于笔盖内,且安装板底部与笔盖顶部抵接。
优选地,所述笔盖内壁均匀分布有三条凸条,且储料件外壁与凸条抵接。
优选地,所述笔头包括笔芯和笔头座,且笔芯底部位于笔头座内,且笔头座底部位于笔杆内;
所述笔头座外壁设置有若干个凸块,且笔盖内壁对应凸块设置有凹槽,并且凸块位于凹槽内从而将笔盖套设于笔头外侧。
优选地,所述笔头包括笔芯和笔头座,且笔芯底部位于笔头座内,且笔头座底部位于笔杆内;
所述笔杆内壁开设有卡槽,且笔杆在卡槽上方设置有凸环二,所述笔头座外壁设置有卡接部,且笔头座在卡接部上方设置有卡接槽,并且卡接部位于卡槽内,且凸环二位于卡接槽内。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种蘸取式化妆笔,所述蘸取式化妆笔包括笔杆和笔盖,且笔盖内置有可吸附料体且柔性的储料件,所述笔杆顶部设置有笔头,且笔盖套设于笔头外壁,并且笔头插入并蘸取储料件上的料体,其中所述笔头包括笔芯和笔头座,所述笔芯底部位于所述笔头座内,所述笔头座底部位于所述笔杆内,以及所述笔盖一端开口并开设有放置槽,所述储料件位于所述放置槽内。
在一个实施例中,所述笔盖内壁均匀分布有多条凸条,所述储料件)外壁与所述凸条抵接。
在一个实施例中,所述蘸取式化妆笔还包括卡环,所述卡环可分离地安装在所述限位槽内并用于限制储料件从笔盖内脱离。
在一个实施例中,所述卡环内壁设置有至少一条密封筋,当笔盖套设于笔头外壁,笔头侧壁与密封筋抵接。
在一个实施例中,所述蘸取式化妆笔还包括限位环,所述限位环从笔盖内壁一体成型并用限制储料件从笔盖内脱离。
在一个实施例中,所述笔盖还包括顶盖,所述笔盖的顶端开口,所述顶盖安装于所述顶端开口上。
在一个实施例中:所述限位环的外周与所述笔盖侧壁连接处形成有防溢槽,所述防溢槽环绕所述限位环布置。
在一个实施例中:所述顶盖的外壁形成一定倾角并与所述笔盖的内壁过盈配合,或所述顶盖的外壁一体形成有环形防溢凸起,所述环形防溢凸起与所述笔盖的内壁过盈配合。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
本发明通过将料体灌装在储料件内,由于储料件本身是可吸附料体并柔性的物质,比如棉芯,所以料体由于毛细管作用法的原理浸润储料件,因此料体在储料件分布较为均匀也不会沉降,故能画出理想的珠光线条。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如图1-图6所示,一种蘸取式化妆笔,包括笔杆6和笔盖1,且笔盖1内置有可吸附料体且柔性的储料件2,所述笔杆6顶部设置有笔头3,且笔盖1套设于笔头3外壁,并且笔头3插入并蘸取储料件2上的料体从而化妆。
其中储料件2可以为棉芯;或者,储料件2可以为海绵。
因而在实际使用过程中,通过将料体灌装在储料件2内,由于储料件2本 身是可吸附料体并柔性的物质,比如棉芯,所以料体由于毛细管作用法的原理浸润储料件2,因此料体在储料件2分布较为均匀也不会沉降,故能画出理想的珠光线条。
而且也可以根据不同料体的特性比如珠光的大小,选择不同的储料2件即考虑吸附能力以及密度,从而选择相适配的储料件2,从而画出理想的线条。
同时储料件2的与笔盖1之间的结构为:首先笔盖1内壁均匀分布有三条凸条14,且储料件2外壁与凸条14抵接。为了防止储料件2从笔盖1内脱落,设置了限位结构,其中一种为:如图3所示,首先笔盖1一端开口,并开设有放置槽11,且储料件2位于放置槽11内,并且笔盖1在储料件2一侧设置有卡环4。其中卡环4用于限制储料件2从笔盖1内脱离。凸条14的下端与卡环4的顶部接触并对卡环4进行限位。需要理解的是,三条凸条14仅仅是一种示例,在另外的实施例中,笔盖1内壁可以均匀分布有多条凸条14,例如五条、六条等。
此外,在另外的实施例中,也可以采用凸条14的形式,而是在笔盖1的内壁与卡环4的顶部对应的位置设置凸缘,通过凸缘对卡环4进行限位。
在实际使用过程中,通过卡环4和放置槽11的设置从而实现储料件2的安装和限位,并避免储料件2从笔盖1内脱落。
其中卡环4相关结构为:首先放置槽11侧壁设置有凸环一12,且卡环4位于凸条14和凸环一12之间,并且凸环一12用于限制卡环4从笔盖1的下端脱离,凸条14用于限制凸环一12在笔盖1内向上滑动。可以看出,通过凸环一12和凸条14对卡环4的上下两个方向进行限位,可以牢固地将卡环4固定在笔盖1内的预定位置,并进而通过卡环4对储料件2进行限位。
可选地,卡环4外侧还可以设置突出部41,通过突出部41与放置槽11侧壁过盈配合从而对笔盖的内部进行密封,防止料体从卡环4的外周溢出。
可选地,卡环4内壁设置有密封筋一42,当笔盖1套设于笔头3外壁的时候,笔头3侧壁与密封筋一42抵接。
如图6所示,另一种限位结构为:首先笔盖1中空,且笔盖1一端设置有顶盖5,并且笔盖1另一端一体成型有限位环13,且储料件2位于顶盖5和限位环13之间。
安装时,先将储料件2从笔盖1的顶端安装于笔盖内,再将顶盖5扣合在 笔盖1上,通过顶盖5和限位环13分别从上下两个方向对储料件进行限位。
因而在实际使用过程中,通过顶盖5和限位环13的设置从而实现储料件2的安装和限位,并避免储料件2从笔盖1内脱落。
可选地,顶盖5的外壁形成一定倾角并与所述笔盖的内壁过盈配合,以实现对笔盖1内的密封,防止料体从顶盖5溢出,可选地,也可以在顶盖5的外壁一体形成有环形防溢凸起,环形防溢凸起与笔盖的内壁过盈配合,以实现对笔盖1内的密封,防止料体从顶盖5溢出。
可选地,顶盖5采用如下结构:首先顶盖5包括安装部51和安装板52,且安装部51中空设置并位于安装板52底部。
因而在实际使用过程中,通过安装部51位于笔盖1内,且安装板52底部与笔盖1顶部抵接,从而实现顶盖5的安装。
可选地,限位环13的外周与笔盖内壁连接处形成有防溢槽,防溢槽环绕限位环13布置,料体沿笔盖内壁流下时,将被收集到防溢槽内,避免从笔盖底端开口溢出。
可选地,限位环13的内壁设置有密封筋二131,当笔盖1套设于笔头3外壁的时候,笔头3侧壁与密封筋二131抵接。
如图2、图4和图5所示,笔头3相关结构为:首先笔头3包括笔芯31和笔头座32,且笔芯31底部位于笔头座32内,且笔头座32底部位于笔杆6内。
同时笔头3与笔盖1之间的结构为:首先笔头座32外壁设置有若干个凸块321,且笔盖1内壁对应凸块321设置有凹槽15。
因而在实际使用过程中,通过凸块321位于凹槽15内从而将笔盖1套设于笔头3外侧。
其次笔头3与笔杆6之间的结构为:首先笔杆6内壁开设有卡槽61,且笔杆6在卡槽61上方设置有凸环二62,而且笔头座32外壁设置有卡接部322,且笔头座32在卡接部322上方设置有卡接槽323。
因而在实际使用过程中,通过卡接部322位于卡槽61内,且凸环二62位于卡接槽323内,从而实现笔头3与笔杆6之间的连接。
以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理和主要特征以及本发明的优点。同时本发明不受上述实施例的限制,因而在不脱离本发明原理和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。

  1. 一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,包括笔杆(6)和笔盖(1),且笔盖(1)内置有可吸附料体且柔性的储料件(2),所述笔杆(6)顶部设置有笔头(3),且笔盖(1)套设于笔头(3)外壁,并且笔头(3)插入并蘸取储料件(2)上的料体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述储料件(2)为棉芯;或者,所述储料件(2)为海绵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔盖(1)一端开口并开设有放置槽(11),所述储料件(2)位于所述放置槽(11)内,所述笔盖(1)在储料件(2)一侧设置有卡环(4),所述卡环(4)位于放置槽(11)内并用于限制储料件(2)从笔盖(1)内脱离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述放置槽(11)侧壁设置有凸环一(12),所述卡环(4)位于所述储料件(2)和所述凸环一(12)之间;
    或/和,所述卡环(4)外侧设置有突出部(41),所述突出部(41)与放置槽(11)侧壁过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔盖(1)中空,且笔盖(1)一端设置有顶盖(5),并且笔盖(1)另一端内壁一成型有限位环(13),且储料件(2)位于顶盖(5)和限位环(13)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述顶盖(5)包括安装部(51)和安装板(52),且安装部(51)中空设置并位于安装板(52)底部,所述安装部(51)位于笔盖(1)内,且安装板(52)底部与笔盖(1)顶部抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔盖(1)内壁均匀分布有三条凸条(14),所述储料件(2)外壁与所述多条凸条(14)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔头(3)包括笔芯(31)和笔头座(32),所述笔芯(31)底部位于所述笔头座 (32)内,且所述笔头座(32)底部位于所述笔杆(6)内;
    所述笔头座(32)外壁设置有若干个凸块(321),所述笔盖(1)内壁对应所述凸块(321)设置有凹槽(15),其中所述凸块(321)位于所述凹槽(15)内从而将笔盖(1)套设于笔头(3)外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔头(3)包括笔芯(31)和笔头座(32),所述笔芯(31)底部位于所述笔头座(32)内,所述笔头座(32)底部位于所述笔杆(6)内;
    所述笔杆(6)内壁开设有卡槽(61),所述笔杆(6)在卡槽(61)上方设置有凸环二(62),所述笔头座(32)外壁设置有卡接部(322),所述笔头座(32)在卡接部(322)上方设置有卡接槽(323),所述卡接部(322)位于所述卡槽(61)内,所述凸环二(62)位于卡接槽(323)内。
  10. 一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述蘸取式化妆笔包括笔杆(6)和笔盖(1),且笔盖(1)内置有可吸附料体且柔性的储料件(2),所述笔杆(6)顶部设置有笔头(3),且笔盖(1)套设于笔头(3)外壁,并且笔头(3)插入并蘸取储料件(2)上的料体,其中
    所述笔头(3)包括笔芯(31)和笔头座(32),所述笔芯(31)底部位于所述笔头座(32)内,所述笔头座(32)底部位于所述笔杆(6)内,以及所述笔盖(1)一端开口并开设有放置槽(11),所述储料件(2)位于所述放置槽(11)内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述笔盖(1)内壁均匀分布有多条凸条(14),所述储料件(2)外壁与所述凸条(14)抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述蘸取式化妆笔还包括卡环(4),所述卡环可分离地安装在所述限位槽(11)内并用于限制储料件(2)从笔盖(1)内脱离。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述卡环(4)内壁设置有至少一条密封筋(42),当笔盖(1)套设于笔头(3)外壁,笔头(3)侧壁与密封筋(42)抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述蘸取式化妆笔 还包括限位环(13),所述限位环(13)从笔盖内壁一体成型并用限制储料件(2)从笔盖(1)内脱离。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于,所述笔盖(1)还包括顶盖(5),所述笔盖的顶端开口,所述顶盖安装于所述顶端开口上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述限位环的外周与所述笔盖侧壁连接处形成有防溢槽,所述防溢槽环绕所述限位环布置。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的一种蘸取式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述顶盖的外壁形成一定倾角并与所述笔盖的内壁过盈配合,或所述顶盖的外壁一体形成有环形防溢凸起,所述环形防溢凸起与所述笔盖的内壁过盈配合。
