Abstract

Une machine (1) pour emballer un produit de pâte (P) avec une feuille de matériau pliable (6) est décrite, qui comprend une station de mesure (S3) pour le matériau de pâte (P) agencée en aval d'une station de pliage partielle (S2) des feuilles (6) dans des coupelles (10) ouverte au niveau de la partie supérieure et présentant un réservoir de collecte (14) pour le produit de pâte (P) et un certain nombre d'unités de remplissage (11) pour les coupelles (10), comprenant chacune un conduit de distribution (13) pour le produit de pâte (P) communiquant avec le réservoir (14), un élément de récupération (15) pour le produit de pâte (P) fabriqué sous la forme d'une seringue avec un cylindre (16), qui définit une chambre de collecte (18) pour le produit de pâte (P), et un conduit de sortie (20) pour introduire le produit de pâte (P) dans la coupelle (10). Chaque unité de remplissage (11) comprend un dispositif de réglage mobile (23), qui est mobile entre deux positions et comprend deux raccords tubulaires (24, 25) ; dans une première position de chargement, un premier accouplement (2244) est en communication fluidique à la fois avec le conduit de distribution (13) et avec la chambre de collecte (18) et dans une seconde position de mesure, un second accouplement (25) est en communication fluidique à la fois avec le conduit de sortie (20) et avec la chambre de collecte (18).
