Description

一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置及洗涤设备 技术领域
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置及洗涤设备。
背景技术
“洗涤设备”指得是具有洗涤功能的一类家用电器的总称,例如:洗衣机、洗干一体机等。“洗涤设备的超声清洗装置”指的是设置洗涤设备上用于对待洗涤物进行超声预洗(即在正式洗涤之前先对大件衣物上污渍较多的部位预先进行超声波洗涤)的装置。
洗涤设备的超声清洗装置内容纳有含有洗涤剂的洗涤水,通过洗涤水对待洗涤物超声洗涤。超声清洗装置上设置有用于排出洗涤水的排水口,排水口与洗涤设备的排水管道连通。超声洗涤结束后,洗涤水可通过排水口直接排入到排水管道,进而排出到洗涤设备外。
以上方式中,超声清洗装置内的洗涤水被利用完后只能排出到洗涤设备外,并不能循环利用,特别是对于含有高浓度的洗涤剂的洗涤水而言,直接排走会造成洗涤剂的浪费。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,以实现超声清洗装置内的洗涤水可得到充分利用,避免洗涤剂的浪费的目的。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种洗涤设备,以实现洗涤设备对洗涤剂的利 用率高的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,包括用于容纳洗涤水的清洗槽,清洗槽的底部开设有连通清洗槽内外的排水口,还包括开闭构件,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽上,用于开、闭所述排水口。
进一步地,所述清洗槽包括底壁和处于相对位置的前、后端侧壁,所述排水口与前、后端侧壁具有间距、开设在所述底壁上。
进一步地,所述清洗槽的底壁局部朝向清洗槽内部凸起形成凸台结构,凸台结构具有垂直于清洗槽底壁所在的平面、与清洗槽后端侧壁相对且靠近清洗槽后端侧壁设置的凸台侧壁,所述排水口开设在所述凸台侧壁上。
进一步地,所述开闭构件包括:
滑动架,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽底壁的外侧,并可自清洗槽后端向清洗槽前端滑动;
封堵件,设置在所述滑动架上,与所述排水口相对、卡设在所述清洗槽前端侧壁与排水口之间,用于开、闭所述排水口。
进一步地,所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上设有凸块结构,其位于排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间,所述滑动架与所述凸块结构通过弹性件弹性连接。
进一步地,所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上、排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间具有向清洗槽内部凹陷、自排水口侧向清洗槽后端侧壁延伸的凹槽,所述凸块结构卡设在所述凹槽内,所述弹性件设置在所述凹槽内,一端与凸块结构抵接,另一端用于与滑动架连接;
优选的,所述弹性件为弹簧。
进一步地,所述凸块结构具有相对设置的第一、二侧壁,第一侧壁上具有开口,第一侧壁的开口与所述排水口重合,第二侧壁位于所述第一侧壁和清洗槽后端侧壁之间。
本发明还公开一种洗涤设备,包括用于容纳洗涤水的桶体,还包括上述技术方案任一所述的超声清洗装置,超声清洗装置的清洗槽可抽拉地设置在桶体上,且可向桶体内抽出至排水口位于桶体内部的位置。
进一步地,所述桶体的内侧壁上开设有安装腔室,其具有朝向桶体内部设置的敞口,所述清洗槽、开闭构件穿过所述敞口设置在所述安装腔室内,清洗槽向安装腔室外抽出后,开闭构件具有可向安装腔室外滑动打开排水口的打开状态。
进一步地,洗涤设备还包括:
排水盘,设置在所述安装腔室内、套接在所述清洗槽的外部,清洗槽向安装腔室内滑动复位,开闭构件打开排水口,且排水口与排水盘连通,
排水管道,用于排出洗涤设备内的洗涤水,所述排水盘与排水管道连通。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明中,排水口开设在清洗槽的底部,清洗槽的底部可随着清洗槽抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部,这样当开闭构件滑动打开排水口后,清洗槽内的洗涤水可通过清洗槽底部的排水口排出到桶体中,该部分洗涤水可进一步参与桶体中的洗涤过程,实现了对由清洗槽排出的洗涤水的充分利用,避免了洗涤水中洗涤剂的浪费。
本发明中,当清洗槽的底部没有抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部时,其排水口 可与洗涤设备的排水管道连通,将洗涤水排出至洗涤设备外。
本发明中,当清洗槽向桶体内抽出至排水口位于桶体内部的位置时,用户可滑动开闭构件,使得排水口打开,使得清洗槽内的洗涤水可以排出到桶体内,参与桶体内的洗涤过程,充分地利用了由清洗槽内排出的洗涤水,并且提升了洗涤设备的洗涤效果,避免了水资源、洗涤剂资源的浪费。

如图1至图9所示,本发明公开一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置。超声清洗装置包括用于容纳洗涤水的清洗槽1,清洗槽1包括底壁14和周侧壁,底壁14和周侧壁共同围成所述清洗槽1。
清洗槽1上开设有连通清洗槽1内外的排水口13,用于将清洗槽1内的洗涤水排出。其中,排水口13可开设在所述清洗槽1的底部或周侧壁上,本发明中排水口13开设在清洗槽1的底部。
超声清洗装置包括还包括开闭构件2,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽1上,用于开、闭所述排水口13。具体地,开闭构件2可设置在清洗槽1的内侧或设置在清洗槽的外侧,优选地,开闭构件2设置在清洗槽1的外侧。
本发明中,排水口13开设在清洗槽1的底部,清洗槽1的底部可随着清洗槽1抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部,这样当开闭构件2滑动打开排水口13后,清洗槽1内的洗涤水可通过排水口13排出到桶体中,该部分洗涤水可进一步参与桶体中的洗涤过程,实现了对由清洗槽1排出的洗涤水的充分利用,避免了洗涤水中洗涤剂的浪费。
本发明中,当开闭构件2没有打开排水口13时,清洗槽1内的洗涤水可用于超声洗涤衣物。此外,当清洗槽1的底部没有抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部时,其排水口13可与洗涤设备的排水管道连通,将洗涤水排出至洗涤设备外。
作为本发明的一种实施例,如图3所示,所述清洗槽1包括底壁14和处于相对位置的前端侧壁11、后端侧壁12。所述排水口13与前端侧壁11、后端侧 壁12具有间距、开设在所述底壁14上。
具体地,所述排水口13开设在所述前端侧壁11与后端侧壁12的中间区域。所述前端侧壁11的外壁面上设置有把手,用户可持把手抽拉清洗槽1,且底壁14上至少开设有排水口13的位置可抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部。
本实施例中,排水口13与前端侧壁11、后端侧壁12之间具有间距,这样,后端侧壁12可卡设在桶体上实现清洗槽1与桶体的连接,避免清洗槽1从桶体上脱落;底壁14上开设有排水口13的区域可随着前端侧壁11抽拉至洗涤设备的桶体内部,以实现将清洗槽1内的洗涤水排至桶体内部进行二次利用的目的。
作为本发明的另一种实施例,如图3至图8所示,所述清洗槽1的底壁14局部朝向清洗槽1内部凸起形成凸台结构15。凸台结构15具有垂直于清洗槽1底壁14所在的平面、与清洗槽1后端侧壁12相对且靠近清洗槽1后端侧壁12设置的凸台侧壁151,所述排水口13开设在所述凸台侧壁151上。
进一步地,如图5所示,凸台结构15在清洗槽1的底壁14外侧表现为一凹槽结构,排水口13开设在凹槽结构的侧壁上,且排水口13与底壁14所在的平面垂直设置。
本实施例中,排水口13开设在凸台侧壁151上,这样当排水口13处于打开状态时,将开闭构件2自清洗槽1前端向清洗槽1后端滑动,能够实现对排水口13的封堵,避免清洗槽1内的洗涤水流出。或者,当排水口13处于打开状态时,不滑动开闭构件2,而是将清洗槽1向前端抽出,也能够实现对排水口13的封堵。
反之,当排水口13处于关闭状态时,将开闭构件2自清洗槽1后端向清洗槽1前端滑动,能够打开排水口13,以将清洗槽1内的洗涤水排出。或者,当 排水口13处于关闭状态时,不滑动开闭构件2,而是将清洗槽1向后端复位,也能够打开排水口13。
作为本发明的又一种实施例,如图1、图2、图5至图7所示,所述开闭构件2包括:
滑动架21,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽1底壁14的外侧即底壁外壁面141上,并可自清洗槽1后端向清洗槽1前端滑动;
封堵件22,设置在所述滑动架21上,与所述排水口13相对、卡设在所述清洗槽1前端侧壁11与排水口13之间,用于开、闭所述排水口13。其中,封堵件22可为橡胶圈结构,其大小、形状与排水口13相匹配,能够实现对排水口的封堵。
本实施例中,排水口13开设在凸台侧壁151上,这样当排水口13处于打开状态时,封堵件22与排水口13之间具有间隔;此时,将滑动架21自清洗槽1前端向清洗槽1后端滑动,封堵件22能够向排水口13侧滑动,封堵排水口13。或者,当排水口13处于打开状态时,保持滑动架21不动,而是将清洗槽1向前端抽出,这样排水口13会向封堵件22侧滑动,被封堵件22封堵。
反之,当排水口13处于关闭状态时,封堵件22封堵在排水口13上,此时将滑动架21自清洗槽1后端向清洗槽1前端滑动,使得封堵件22向清洗槽1前端滑动,与排水口13脱离,以打开所述排水口13。或者,当排水口13处于关闭状态时,保持滑动架21不动,而是将清洗槽1向后端复位,使得排水口13向远离封堵件22的一侧移动,与封堵件22分隔开,以打开所述排水口13。
作为本发明的一种实施例,如图2和图4所示,所述清洗槽1底壁14的外壁面上即底壁外壁面141设有凸块结构3,其位于排水口13与清洗槽1后端侧 壁12之间,所述滑动架21与所述凸块结构3通过弹性件弹性连接。其中,弹性件可为弹簧4。
具体地,所述清洗槽1底壁14的外壁面上即底壁外壁面141、排水口13与清洗槽1后端侧壁12之间具有向清洗槽1内部凹陷、自排水口13侧向清洗槽1后端侧壁12延伸的凹槽142,所述凸块结构3卡设在所述凹槽142内,所述弹性件设置在所述凹槽142内,一端与凸块结构3抵接,另一端用于与滑动架21连接。
进一步具体地,所述滑动架21上设置有连接件23,连接件23为一柱状结构,连接件23与封堵件22相对设置,且连接件23与封堵件22的中心轴线重合。弹簧4的一端与凸块结构3抵接,弹簧4的另一端套接在所述连接件23上。
本实施例中,当排水口13处于关闭状态时,将滑动架21向清洗槽1前端滑动,弹簧4压缩,排水口13打开将清洗槽1内的洗涤水排出;排水结束后,弹簧4复位,带动滑动架21向清洗槽1后端滑动,实现对排水口13的自动封堵。或者,当排水口13处于关闭状态时,保持滑动架21不动,将清洗槽1向后端推回,弹簧4压缩,排水口13打开,将清洗槽1内的洗涤水排出。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图2和图4所示,所述凸块结构3具有相对设置的第一侧壁31、第二侧壁32。第一侧壁31上具有开口311,第一侧壁31的开口311与所述排水口13重合,第二侧壁32位于所述第一侧壁31和清洗槽1后端侧壁12之间。弹簧4的一端与凸块结构3的第二侧壁32抵接,弹簧4的另一端套接在滑动架21的连接件23上。
本实施方式中,凸块结构3的第一侧壁31上具有开口311,开口311与排水口13重合,使得清洗槽1内的洗涤水能够通过排水口13、开口311排出去。 凸块结构3的第二侧壁32用于与弹簧4抵接,实现了使得滑动架21能够在弹簧4的作用力下滑动,进一步实现了对排水口13的开、闭。
作为本发明的一种实施例,如图2所示,所述清洗槽1底壁外壁面141上设置有螺钉143。螺钉143垂直于底壁外壁面141设置在底壁外壁面141上且与底壁外壁面141之间具有间隔。滑动架21上开设有滑槽25,滑槽25自滑动架21的前端向后端延伸设置。所述滑槽25可滑动地卡设在所述螺钉143上。
本实施例中,滑槽25与螺钉143滑动连接,为滑动架21的滑动起到了限位和定向的作用,不但保证了滑动架21的滑动方向稳定,还避免了滑动架21从清洗槽1上滑动脱出,保证了清洗槽1与滑动架21滑动装配的稳定性。
本发明还提供一种洗涤设备,包括用于容纳洗涤水的桶体,还包括上述技术方案任一所述的超声清洗装置,超声清洗装置的清洗槽1可抽拉地设置在桶体上,且可向桶体内抽出至排水口13位于桶体内部的位置。
本发明中,当清洗槽1向桶体内抽出至排水口13位于桶体内部的位置时,可滑动开闭构件2,使得排水口13打开,使得清洗槽1内的洗涤水可以排出到桶体内,参与桶体内的洗涤过程,充分地利用了由清洗槽1内排出的洗涤水,并且提升了洗涤设备的洗涤效果,避免了水资源、洗涤剂资源的浪费。
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述桶体的内侧壁上开设有安装腔室,其具有朝向桶体内部设置的敞口。所述清洗槽1、开闭构件2穿过所述敞口设置在所述安装腔室内,清洗槽1向安装腔室外抽出后,开闭构件2具有可向安装腔室外滑动打开排水口13的打开状态。
具体地,当用户不使用超声清洗装置时,超声清洗装置处于安装腔室内部,不会干涉到桶体内衣物的洗涤过程。当用户需要利用超声清洗装置进行超声波 洗涤时,先保持开闭构件2的滑动架21保持不动,手持清洗槽1的前端,将清洗槽1向桶体内抽出,此时,排水口13处于封堵状态,且排水口13处于桶体内部,开始进行超声洗涤。
超声洗涤结束后,若清洗槽1内的洗涤水中含有较高浓度的洗涤剂,则可将该洗涤水排到桶体中,进行二次利用;具体步骤包括:拨动滑动架21上的扣手24,使得滑动架21向清洗槽1前端滑动,滑动架21上的封堵件22与排水口13分隔开,排水口13打开,清洗槽1内的洗涤水可通过排水口13直接流入桶体中。
超声洗涤结束后,若清洗槽1内的洗涤水中含有较低浓度的洗涤剂,且洗涤水较脏,则可将该洗涤水排到洗涤设备外,避免该洗涤水对桶体内的洗涤水造成污染;
具体地:如图8和图9所示,洗涤设备包括排水盘5,排水盘5设置在所述安装腔室内、套接在所述清洗槽1的外部,且位于清洗槽1的下部。清洗槽1向安装腔室内滑动复位,开闭构件2打开排水口13,且排水口13与排水盘5连通。洗涤设备还包括排水管道,用于排出洗涤设备内的洗涤水,所述排水盘5与排水管道连通。
超声洗涤结束后,保持滑动架21不动,将清洗槽1推回安装腔室内,弹簧4压缩,排水口13与封堵件22分开,此时排水口13位于排水盘5上方,由排水口13流出的洗涤水直接流到排水盘5内,并从排水盘5排出到洗涤设备的排水管道中。这种设置方式无需单独设置清洗槽1的排水管道,而是与桶体共用同一个排水管道,简化了洗涤设备的结构。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图8和图9所示,排水盘5套接在清洗 槽1的底部,排水盘后端52靠近清洗槽1后端设置,排水盘前端53靠近清洗槽1前端设置。所述排水盘5包括排水盘底壁54,排水盘底壁54自排水盘前端53到排水盘后端52向下倾斜设置。
这种设置方式使得由排水口13流到排水盘5内的洗涤水能够汇流至排水盘后端52。进一步地,排水盘后端52设置有连通排水盘5内外的排水盘排水口51。排水盘排水口51连通洗涤设备的排水管道。汇流到排水盘后端52的洗涤水能够快速高效地从排水盘排水口51排出到排水管道中,并从排水管道排出到洗涤设备外部,提高了清洗槽1内洗涤水的排出效率,避免了排水盘5中积存洗涤水。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,上述实施例中的实施方案也可以进一步组合或者替换,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,包括用于容纳洗涤水的清洗槽,其特征在于:清洗槽的底部开设有连通清洗槽内外的排水口,还包括开闭构件,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽上,用于开、闭所述排水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽包括底壁和处于相对位置的前、后端侧壁,所述排水口与前、后端侧壁具有间距、开设在所述底壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:
    所述清洗槽的底壁局部朝向清洗槽内部凸起形成凸台结构,凸台结构具有垂直于清洗槽底壁所在的平面、与清洗槽后端侧壁相对且靠近清洗槽后端侧壁设置的凸台侧壁,所述排水口开设在所述凸台侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述开闭构件包括:
    滑动架,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽底壁的外侧,并可自清洗槽后端向清洗槽前端滑动;
    封堵件,设置在所述滑动架上,与所述排水口相对、卡设在所述清洗槽前端侧壁与排水口之间,用于开、闭所述排水口。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上设有凸块结构,其位于排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间,所述滑动架与所述凸块结构通过弹性件弹性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上、排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间具有向清洗槽内部凹陷、自排水口侧向清洗槽后端侧壁延伸的凹槽,所述凸块结构卡设在所述凹槽 内,所述弹性件设置在所述凹槽内,一端与凸块结构抵接,另一端用于与滑动架连接;
    优选的,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述凸块结构具有相对设置的第一、二侧壁,第一侧壁上具有开口,第一侧壁的开口与所述排水口重合,第二侧壁位于所述第一侧壁和清洗槽后端侧壁之间。
  8. 一种洗涤设备,包括用于容纳洗涤水的桶体,其特征在于,还包括上述权利要求1-7任一所述的超声清洗装置,超声清洗装置的清洗槽可抽拉地设置在桶体上,且可向桶体内抽出至排水口位于桶体内部的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗涤设备,其特征在于:
    所述桶体的内侧壁上开设有安装腔室,其具有朝向桶体内部设置的敞口,所述清洗槽、开闭构件穿过所述敞口设置在所述安装腔室内,清洗槽向安装腔室外抽出后,开闭构件具有可向安装腔室外滑动打开排水口的打开状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗涤设备,其特征在于:还包括:
    排水盘,设置在所述安装腔室内、套接在所述清洗槽的外部,清洗槽向安装腔室内滑动复位,开闭构件打开排水口,且排水口与排水盘连通,
    排水管道,用于排出洗涤设备内的洗涤水,所述排水盘与排水管道连通。
