Claims (10)
- 一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,包括用于容纳洗涤水的清洗槽,其特征在于:清洗槽的底部开设有连通清洗槽内外的排水口,还包括开闭构件,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽上,用于开、闭所述排水口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽包括底壁和处于相对位置的前、后端侧壁,所述排水口与前、后端侧壁具有间距、开设在所述底壁上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽的底壁局部朝向清洗槽内部凸起形成凸台结构,凸台结构具有垂直于清洗槽底壁所在的平面、与清洗槽后端侧壁相对且靠近清洗槽后端侧壁设置的凸台侧壁,所述排水口开设在所述凸台侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述开闭构件包括:滑动架,可滑动地设置在所述清洗槽底壁的外侧,并可自清洗槽后端向清洗槽前端滑动;封堵件,设置在所述滑动架上,与所述排水口相对、卡设在所述清洗槽前端侧壁与排水口之间,用于开、闭所述排水口。
- 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上设有凸块结构,其位于排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间,所述滑动架与所述凸块结构通过弹性件弹性连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗槽底壁的外壁面上、排水口与清洗槽后端侧壁之间具有向清洗槽内部凹陷、自排水口侧向清洗槽后端侧壁延伸的凹槽,所述凸块结构卡设在所述凹槽 内,所述弹性件设置在所述凹槽内,一端与凸块结构抵接,另一端用于与滑动架连接;优选的,所述弹性件为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗涤设备的超声清洗装置,其特征在于:所述凸块结构具有相对设置的第一、二侧壁,第一侧壁上具有开口,第一侧壁的开口与所述排水口重合,第二侧壁位于所述第一侧壁和清洗槽后端侧壁之间。
- 一种洗涤设备,包括用于容纳洗涤水的桶体,其特征在于,还包括上述权利要求1-7任一所述的超声清洗装置,超声清洗装置的清洗槽可抽拉地设置在桶体上,且可向桶体内抽出至排水口位于桶体内部的位置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗涤设备,其特征在于:所述桶体的内侧壁上开设有安装腔室,其具有朝向桶体内部设置的敞口,所述清洗槽、开闭构件穿过所述敞口设置在所述安装腔室内,清洗槽向安装腔室外抽出后,开闭构件具有可向安装腔室外滑动打开排水口的打开状态。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗涤设备,其特征在于:还包括:排水盘,设置在所述安装腔室内、套接在所述清洗槽的外部,清洗槽向安装腔室内滑动复位,开闭构件打开排水口,且排水口与排水盘连通,排水管道,用于排出洗涤设备内的洗涤水,所述排水盘与排水管道连通。
