由于便携式吸尘器不同使用场景下需要使用不同的吸头附件,因此便携式吸尘器常常配置有多种不同可更换的吸头附件;而吸头附件的保管收纳也是亟需解决的问题。公开号为KR1220124376、CN111463840A和CN21582771U中均公开了利用基站自身所构造的容纳空间来收纳吸头附件,该方案能够避免吸头附件丢失。但是这些公开方案中,普遍存在用户取出以及归位吸头附件不方便、基站不够紧凑等问题。
发明内容
为了改善上述提及的现有技术中便携式吸尘器的吸头附件的收纳问题,本发明提供一种能够在方便用户对便携式吸尘器的清空集尘桶的麻烦的吸尘器基站。
本发明申请提供一种吸尘器基站,适用于供一便携式吸尘器停靠,该便携式吸尘器包括便携式吸尘主机、吸尘管、地刷以及若干吸头附件,所述的便携式吸尘主机包括尘杯、可在打开位置和关闭位置转换的尘杯底盖、真空电机以及可充电电池包;所述的基站包括:壳体,能够支撑于一水平面上并且包括前壁、相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述壳体的内部具有一空腔;对接座,位于所述壳体的上部并且配置为用于保持所述便携式吸尘主机的至少一部分,所述的至少一部分包括所述的尘杯底盖,所述的对接座具有用于在所述尘杯底盖处于所述打开位置时与所述尘杯流体连通的对接开口,所述的对接开口与所述的空腔流体连通;灰尘收集袋,可移除地设置在所述的空腔内;抽吸电机,用于产生从所述对接开口流向所述灰尘收集袋的气流;以及滑动门,位于所述壳体的后部并且配置为能够以侧向向外滑动的方式打开,所述滑动门的内侧形成一容纳空间,所述的容纳空间配置为能够接纳所述若干吸头附件的至少一部分。
上述方案的优点为:吸头附件被接纳于滑动门内侧形成的容纳空间内,这将允许操作者以特别简单的方式收纳以及拿取方便吸头附件。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的滑动门包括位于所述容纳空间内的支架,所述的支架配置为在所述的吸头附件位于所述容纳空间内时支撑所述的吸头附件。此方案能使得吸头附件能够被稳固的收容在滑动门内侧。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的滑动门包括后壁、自所述后壁的一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第一延伸壁以及自所述后壁的另一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第二延伸壁,所述的后壁、第一延伸壁以及第二延伸壁限定所述的容纳空间。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的第一延伸壁与/或所述的后壁上布置有供用户手部抓握的扣手。
在一些具体实施案中,在所述的滑动门被关闭时,所述的第一侧壁与所述的第一延伸壁前后对接,所述的第二侧壁与所述的第二延伸壁前后对接。
在一些具体实施案中,所述滑动门的横向截面呈U形。
在一些具体实施案中,所述壳体的后部具有一凹陷部;在所述的滑动门被关闭时,所述的滑动门覆盖所述的凹陷部。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的滑动门与所述壳体的后部之间设置有至少一组滑动机构,各个所述的滑动机构包括布置于所述的滑动门与所述壳体的后部中的一个部件上的滑轨以及布置于所述的滑动门与所述壳体的后部中的另一个部件上的至少一个滚轮,所述的至少一个滚轮能够沿所述的滑轨滑动。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的滑轨为两节式滑轨或三节式滑轨。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的滑动门与所述壳体的后部之间设置有两个所述的滑动机构,两个所述的滑动机构一上一下布置。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的吸尘器基站还包括一备用电池包收纳仓,所述的备用电池包收纳仓布置于所述壳体的上部并且位于所述对接座的后侧。
在一些具体实施案中,所述备用电池包收纳仓具有上部开口,所述的上部开口处设置有一顶开盖。
在一些具体实施案中,所述壳体的底部具有一基台,所述基台的前部相对于所述的前壁向前凸出。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的前壁包括一可打开以及关闭的前门,所述的灰尘收集袋配置为在所述的前门打开时可从所述的空腔中移出。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的便携式吸尘主机具有用于将所述的尘杯底盖限定在所述的关闭位置的锁定组件,所述的锁定组件包括一可操作的解锁部件;所述的吸尘器基站还包括:开盖机构,所述的开盖机构用于在所述的便携式吸尘主机对接于所述的对接座时触发所述的解锁部件,以使得处于所述关闭位置的所述的尘杯底盖转换到所述的打开位置;以及关盖机构,所述的关盖机构用于在所述的便携式吸尘主机对接于所述的对接座时推动处于所述打开位置的所述尘杯底盖进入到所述的关闭位置。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的开盖机构包括第一电机和第一传动机构,所述的第一传动机构包括能够由所述第一电机的输出轴带动旋转的齿轮、与所述的齿轮啮合的齿条以及与所述的齿条传动设置的移动部件,所述的移动部件具有相对于水平面倾斜的斜面;在所述的便携式吸尘主机对接于所述的对接座时,所述的斜面面向所述的解锁部件。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的关盖机构包括第二电机和第二传动机构。所述的第二传动机构包括能够由所述第二电机的输出轴驱动沿一直线移动的推杆,所述的直线与所述的水平面构成大于等于10°小于等于80°的夹角;在所述的便携式吸尘主机对接于所述的对接座时,所述推杆的末端对着所述的尘杯底盖。
在一些具体实施案中,所述的吸尘器基站还包括:杀菌组件,其布置在所述的空腔内。
在一些具体实施案中,所述壳体的内部具有位于所述空腔下方的电机安装腔,所述的抽吸电机安装于所述的电机安装腔内,所述的壳体后部具有连通所述电机安装腔的排气孔。
在一些具体实施案中,所述壳体的后部具有可操作打开和关闭的后盖,所述的排气孔布置于所述的后盖上,所述后盖的内侧布置有电机下游过滤器。

实施方式
下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
下面结合附图,描述本发明实施例的吸尘器基站100。
如图1、2所示,根据本发明实施例提供的一种吸尘器基站100,它用于配合便携式吸尘器200使用;具体表现为:便携式吸尘器200能够停靠在吸尘器基站100上,实现存储、充电以及排灰等功能。
图1、2中示出的便携式吸尘器200为典型的便携式吸尘器类型,其主要包括便携式吸尘主机21、硬质吸尘管22、地刷23以及若干吸头附件。吸头附件(如图4所示)包括床褥吸头241、毛刷吸头242和缝隙吸头243。硬质吸尘管22的一端部连接到便携式吸尘主机21的吸口处、另一端可以与地刷23或若干吸头附件中的任意一个吸头连接;若干吸头附件的每一个吸头还可以直接连接到便携式吸尘主机21的吸口处,以在不同情况下对相应的清洁区域进行清洁。
如图3所示,便携式吸尘主机21能够被用户单手提携并且包括尘杯211、可在打开位置和关闭位置转换的尘杯底盖212、用于将尘杯底盖212限定在关闭位置的锁定组件213、真空电机214以及可充电电池包215。锁定组件213包括可操作的解锁部件2131。尘杯底盖212的一端部2121铰接在尘杯211的一侧部2111并且二者之间设置有一扭簧216(见图12和13),尘杯底盖212的另一端部2122能够与尘杯211的另一侧部2112相互锁定,并且在二者锁定后,可以通过触发解锁部件2131来解锁,使得尘杯底盖212的另一端部2122从尘杯211的另一侧部2112脱开,如此灰尘便能够从尘杯211中移出。
如图4、5和6所示,吸尘器基站100能够被支撑在一平面上,如平坦的地面。吸尘器基站100包括壳体11、位于壳体11顶部的对接座12以及位于壳体11后侧的滑动门15。
壳体11为一个直立的四方形筒状部件,其底部具有一基台111。壳体11包括前壁112、相对的第一侧壁113和第二侧壁114,基台111的前部相对于前壁112向前凸出。借助基台111,壳体11能够被支撑于一水平面上。壳体11的内部具有空腔115、位于空腔115上方的通道116以及位于空腔115下方的电机安装腔117。壳体11的后部118具有凹陷部1181。
对接座12由壳体11的部分上部构成。该对接座12配置为用于对接便携式吸尘主机21的一部分,该部分的便携式吸尘主机21包括部分尘杯211和尘杯底盖212。对接座12具有用于在尘杯底盖212处于打开位置时与尘杯211流体连通的对接开口121。对接开口121与空腔115通过通道116流体连通。
如图9所示,吸尘器基站100还包括位于壳体11内部的灰尘收集袋13和抽吸电机14。灰尘收集袋13可移除地设置在空腔115内。抽吸电机14用于产生从对接开口121流向灰尘收集袋13的空气流。抽吸电机14安装于电机安装腔117内。
继续如图4、8所示,前壁112包括一可打开以及关闭的前门1121,灰尘收集袋13配置为在前门1121打开时可从空腔115中移出;此能够便于用户对灰尘收集袋13进行清理或更换一个新的灰尘收集袋13。
为了防止在灰尘收集袋13处滋生细菌,在空腔115内还布置有杀菌组件(图中未示出),此杀菌组件可以是紫外线杀菌组件、臭氧杀菌组件等。
如图5、6、8和9所示,壳体11的后部具有可操作打开和关闭的后盖119,后盖119上布置有排气孔1191,后盖119的内侧布置有电机下游过滤器3,打开后盖119,即可实现对电机下游过滤器3进行灰尘清理或更换。
如图8和9所示,壳体11的上部还设置有一备用电池包收纳仓4,该备用电池包收纳仓4同时位于对接座12的后侧。备用电池包收纳仓4具有上部开口41,上部开口41处设置有一顶开盖42。该备用电池包收纳仓4内可以存储备用的可充电电池包215,在该仓内,可充电电池包215可以进行收纳和充电。
如图4、5所示,滑动门15位于壳体11的后部并且配置为能够以侧向向外滑动的方式打开;在滑动门15被关闭时,滑动门15覆盖壳体11后部118的凹陷部1181处。
如图4、7所示,滑动门15的内侧形成一容纳空间151,容纳空间151内布置有支架156,容纳空间151配置为能够接纳若干吸头附件的至少一部分;支架156配置为在这些吸头附件位于容纳空间151内时支撑吸头附件。附图4、7中示例出的若干吸头附件包括床褥吸头241、毛刷吸头242和缝隙吸头243,这些吸头在被收纳于容纳空间151内时,均被支撑在支架156上。
滑动门15的横向截面呈U形;滑动门15包括后壁152、自后壁152的一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第一延伸壁153以及自后壁152的另一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第二延伸壁154。后壁152、第一延伸壁153以及第二延伸壁154限定容纳空间151。
在滑动门15被关闭时,第一侧壁113与第一延伸壁153前后对接,所述的第二侧壁114与第二延伸壁154前后对接。
第一延伸壁153上布置有供用户手部抓握的扣手155。在其他实施例中,扣手也可以位于滑动门的后壁处,或者位于后壁与延伸壁的交接处。
如图9所示,滑动门15与壳体11的后部118之间设置有一对上下布置的滑动机构5和6。各个滑动机构5或6均包括布置于滑动门15上的滑轨(图中未示出)以及布置于壳体11的后部118上的至少一个滚轮(图中未示出),至少一个滚轮能够沿滑轨滑动。滑动机构5和6可以优选为两节式滑轨机构或三节式滑轨机构。
如图9、10和11所示,吸尘器基站1还包括开盖机构7和关盖机构8。开盖机构7用于在便携式吸尘主机21对接于对接座12时触发解锁部件2131,以使得处于关闭位置的尘杯底盖212转换到打开位置。关盖机构8用于在便携式吸尘主机21对接于对接座12时推动处于打开位置的尘杯底盖212进入到关闭位置。
开盖机构7包括第一电机71和第一传动机构72。第一传动机构72包括能够由第一电机71的输出轴带动旋转的齿轮721、与齿轮721啮合的齿条722以及与齿条722传动设置的移动部件723。移动部件723具有相对于水平面倾斜的斜面7231。在便携式吸尘主机21对接于对接座12时,斜面7231面向解锁部件2131;如第一电机71启动,可经由第一传动机构72带动斜面7231向解锁部件2131施加作用力,从而触发解锁部件2131,将尘杯底盖212从关闭位置释放;或者带动斜面7231朝向远离解锁部件2131的方向移动。
关盖机构8包括第二电机81和第二传动机构82。第二传动机构82包括能够由第二电机81的输出轴驱动沿一直线L移动的推杆821,该直线L与水平面X-X构成大于等于10°小于等于80°的夹角α。在便携式吸尘主机21对接于对接座12时,推杆821的末端对着尘杯底盖212。如第二电机81启动,可经由第二传动机构82带动推杆821向尘杯底盖212施加作用力,从而使得尘杯底盖212移动到关闭位置;或者带动推杆821朝向远离尘杯底盖212的方向移动。
可选的,开盖机构7和关盖机构8还分别配置有若干检测部件(图中未示出),开盖机构7的检测部件,用于对移动部件723的行程进行检测,在检测到移动部件723移动到设定位置后,控制第一电机71停止工作,并依靠检测部件的指引回退到原始位置;关盖机构8的检测部件,用于对推杆821的行程进行检测,在检测到推杆821移动到设定位置时,控制第二电机81停止工作,并在随后在检测部件的指引下回退到原始位置。这些检测部件可通过相互配合用于准确控制第一电机以及第二电机的启停,避免移动部件723以及推杆821的移动超出运动行程,从而使得开盖机构7和关盖机构8准确工作。检测部件可以是微动开关、光电开关等,检测灵敏,控制方便。当然,检测部件的种类不限于此,还可是其他检测元件,此处不再赘述。
如图12、13、14和15所示,当便携式吸尘器200配合在吸尘器基站100上后,便携式吸尘主机21对接于对接座12处,控制开盖机构7工作,即可将便携式吸尘主机21的尘杯底盖212打开,尘杯211、对接开口121、通道116、灰尘收集袋13依次流体连通,启动抽吸电机14,即可将尘杯211内的灰尘经由对接开口121和通道116转移到灰尘收集袋13中,洁净空气流过抽吸电机14和电机下游过滤器3后,经由排气孔119排到外界。其中,开盖机构7在将尘杯底盖212打开后,可以复位到原始为止,以为下一次执行打开尘杯底盖212的任务做好准备;当尘杯211内的灰尘被完全排除后,控制抽吸电机14关停,随后可以控制关盖机构8开始工作,以实现将处于打开位置的尘杯底盖213转换到关闭位置;在尘杯底盖213切换到关闭位置后,关盖机构8可以复位到原始为止,以为下一次执行关闭尘杯底盖212的任务做好准备。
当便携式吸尘器200在执行表面清洁工作时,如需使用收纳于滑动门15内的吸头附件时,将滑动门15向外侧滑动,露出所需的吸头附件,用户即可从支架上取下吸头附件,以便与便携式吸尘主机21的吸口或硬质吸尘管22对接,以便执行待清洁任务。
当吸尘器基站100需要维护时,打开前门,即可更换或清理灰尘收集袋13;打开后门,即可更换或清理电机下游过滤器3。
本申请的吸尘器基站100,通过开盖机构7和关盖机构8等机构的设置,能够自动开启或关闭尘杯211的尘杯底盖212,使得便携式吸尘器200对接在吸尘器基站100上后方便将尘杯211内的灰尘自动转移到吸尘器基站100的灰尘收集袋13内,可以解决传统便携式吸尘器200由于尘杯容量小而需要经常手动清理尘杯内灰尘的问题,其有利于减少用户的手工劳动,提高便携式吸尘器的使用便捷度。而且吸头附件可以被收纳于滑动门15的内部,吸尘器基站100和便携式吸尘器200的整体更加简洁。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种吸尘器基站,适用于供一便携式吸尘器停靠,该便携式吸尘器包括便携式吸尘主机、吸尘管、地刷以及若干吸头附件,所述的便携式吸尘主机包括尘杯、可在打开位置和关闭位置转换的尘杯底盖、真空电机以及可充电电池包;其特征在于,所述的基站包括:
    壳体,能够支撑于一水平面上并且包括前壁、相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述壳体的内部具有一空腔;
    对接座,位于所述壳体的上部并且配置为用于保持所述便携式吸尘主机的至少一部分,所述的至少一部分包括所述的尘杯底盖,所述的对接座具有用于在所述尘杯底盖处于所述打开位置时与所述尘杯流体连通的对接开口,所述的对接开口与所述的空腔流体连通;
    灰尘收集袋,可移除地设置在所述的空腔内;
    抽吸电机,用于产生从所述对接开口流向所述灰尘收集袋的气流;以及
    滑动门,位于所述壳体的后部并且配置为能够以侧向向外滑动的方式打开,所述滑动门的内侧形成一容纳空间,所述的容纳空间配置为能够接纳所述若干吸头附件的至少一部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器基站,其特征在于,所述的滑动门包括位于所述容纳空间内的支架,所述的支架配置为在所述的吸头附件位于所述容纳空间内时支撑所述的吸头附件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器基站,其特征在于,所述的滑动门包括后壁、自所述后壁的一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第一延伸壁以及自所述后壁的另一侧边缘向前延伸形成的第二延伸壁,所述的后壁、第一延伸壁以及第二延伸壁限定所述的容纳空间。
