本发明涉及一种承水装置以及承水装置中的外管以及进水内管底盖一体件,用于洗脸盆、水槽等洁具和下水系统的连接。
背景技术
有一种承水装置,用于洗脸盆、水槽等洁具和下水系统连接,其可以调节出水高度,以便于适应下水系统落水口高度的不同。这种承水装置包括进管和出管,进管从上部插入安装在出管内,出管的底部设置可拆卸的盖,或者出管在中部设置可拆卸的盖。这种结构的承水装置,其进水内管从上部安装,其底部外壳则从下向上安装,相应地,当要拆开清洁内部时,也要分别从上部和下部分别拆除进水内管和底部外壳,操作会比较麻烦,尤其是从上部拆开时,还需要同时拆除和洁具的下水装置之间的连接。

进一步地,本发明的这种结构,适于用塑料件做出金属件的外观,也即本发明的承水装置可以为塑料承水装置,所述外管和底盖和进水内管均为塑料件,由 于用底盖与内管连成一体,底盖和进水内管的一体件通过进水内管的上端与所述内管连接口可拆式安装连接,所以,塑料承水装置的表面外观直接即为整体的直管状的外管,中部不分缝和分节,底盖不承担连接固定功能,可以做得非常薄,进一步吻合金属外管外观。

参照附图1-4。本发明提供的一种承水装置,包括外管1、底盖2、进水内管3,所述承水装置的上端设置进水连接口10,所述外管1的上部连接出水连接管4,出水连接管4的另一端可以连接到下水系统的落水管的进口,比如处于墙壁角落的落水管的进口。

所述外管1的上部设置有处于所述外螺纹连接段下方并处于外管1内部的内管连接口15,本实施例中所述进水内管3上端设置的连接部位与所述内管连接口15为螺纹连接,进水内管3上端设置外螺纹31,所述内管连接口15设置有 与外螺纹31螺纹连接的内螺纹,也可以是内管连接口15设置外螺纹而进水内管3上端设置内螺纹,此时,连接管6插入时会进入处于进水内管3上端内的内管连接口15,此时也被视为所述连接管6从上向下插入进水内管3内。
为进一步方便操作,所述底盖2的底面中部设置径向肋21,并在径向肋21中设置一字槽22,所述底盖2的底面在一字肋两侧设置有凹区23,而使得径向肋21同时也是旋转手柄,不仅可以操作一字槽来操作底盖2与进水内管3一体件,也可以直接用扳手扳或用夹钳拧径向肋来操作底盖2与进水内管3一体件,选择性更大,操作更方便。
所述连接管6的上端为设置内螺纹的连接口61,用于和洁具的落水装置连接。
所述进水内管3、连接管6均为直管,所述出水连接管4为与外管1连接的横向管,所述外管1的上部设置外螺纹连接口12,用于和螺帽13连接,出水连接管4插入外螺纹连接口12,并用所述螺帽13通过密封圈14锁紧,形成可分离地紧固在一起并被密封,可以调节到下水系统的连接长度。
参照图5,所述内管连接口15也可设置在外管1内部的中部。外管1内部自上而下包含有芯管17,芯管17和外管1之间有环状间隙,而也作为向上的出水通路,内管连接口15位于芯管17的下端,进水内管3的上端和内管连接口15连接,比如螺纹连接、卡接等。连接管6的底端插入到芯管17。本实施例的其它部分参照图1-4所示的实施方式。
如以上实施方式之外,如不需要拆除进水内管进行内部清洁,也可将进水内管和内管连接口的连接设置为不可拆开的连接方式。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种承水装置,包括外管、底盖、进水内管,所述承水装置的上端设置进水连接口,所述外管的上部连接出水连接管,其特征在于所述进水内管与所述底盖连为一体,外管在其内部设置内管连接口,底盖和进水内管的一体件通过进水内管的上端与所述内管连接口安装连接,所述底盖可拆卸地与外管的下端密封连接,所述底盖和进水内管的一体件的下部侧壁设置连通孔,进水内管通过所述连通孔与外管之间连通,内管和外管之间的间隙形成通往出水连接管的出水通路。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述外管的上端设置外螺纹连接段,用于与螺帽连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述进水连接口被插入连接管,所述连接管从上往下的插入深度可调节,所述连接管与外管的上端之间被可分离地紧固在一起并被密封。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述进水连接口被插入连接管,所述连接管从上往下的插入深度可调节,所述连接管与外管的上端之间被可分离地紧固在一起并被密封;所述连接管与外管的上端之间的密封圈,被所述螺帽锁紧并通过密封件与连接管外壁之间的摩擦力定位连接管插入深度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述外管内,在其上部,设置内管连接口,所述内管连接口设置有螺纹,而与进水内管上端螺纹连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述底盖的底面中部设置径向肋,并在径向肋中设置一字槽,所述底盖的底面在一字肋两侧设置有凹区,而使得径向肋同时也是旋转手柄。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于所述连接管的上端为设置内螺纹的连接口,用于和洁具的落水装置连接。
  8. 如权利要求1、2、3、4、5、6或7所述的一种承水装置,其特征在于其为塑料承水装置,所述外管和底盖和进水内管均为塑料件。
  9. 一种承水装置组件,其为外管,其特征在于所述外管轴向贯通,其底端 设置与密封部件配合的部位,其上端设置外螺纹连接段,用于和螺帽连接,其内部设置内管连接口;所述外管的上部侧面设置出水连接管的接口。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种承水装置组件,其特征在于所述内管连接口为内螺纹或外螺纹或卡接口;所述外管的底端与底盖相配。
  11. 一种承水装置组件,其特征在于,其为进水内管底盖一体件,所述进水内管的底部设置与其连为一体的直径大于进水内管的底盖,底盖上设置与密封部件配合的部位,进水内管的上端设置连接部位,而能够和连接口可拆式连接,所所述底盖和进水内管的一体件的下部侧壁设置连通孔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种承水装置组件,其特征在于所述连接口为可供内管从下端向上插入的外管内的连接口。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的一种承水装置组件,其特征在于所述底盖的底面中部设置径向肋,并在径向肋中设置一字槽,所述底盖的底面在一字肋两侧设置有凹区,而使得径向肋同时也是旋转手柄;所述底盖与可供内管从下端向上插入的外管的底端相配。
