Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Wiederherstellung einer oxidierten Oberfläche (10) eines metallischen Substrats (4) einer Komponente (1', 30), bei dem mittels eines Lasers eine Oxidschicht (7) entfernt wird und dabei eine neue strukturierte Oberfläche (11) auf dem metallischen Substrat (4) erzeugt wird und dann erstmals eine Schutzbeschichtung (14, 15) aufgebracht wird.

Description

Neubeschichtung von Oberflächen und Komponente
Die Erfindung betri f ft eine Neubeschichtung von Oberflächen, die im Einsatz korrodiert und/oder oxidiert wurden, sowie eine Komponente .
Bei Bauteilen für Anwendungen im Hochtemperaturbereich kommt es manchmal zu Oxidationen und/oder Korrosionen, insbesondere an Trennflächen von Komponenten .
Während einer Wartung sollen die Komponenten wiederhergestellt werden und erneut zum Einsatz kommen .
Es gibt verschiedene Verfahren zur Entfernung von Oxidflä- chen, dies sind Trockeneisstrahlen, Säurebehandlung und/oder abrasive Bestrahlung .
Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung oben genanntes Problem zu lösen .
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 und eine Komponente nach Anspruch 7 .
In den Unteransprüchen sind weitere vorteilhafte Maßnahmen aufgelistet , die beliebig miteinander kombiniert werden können und sollen, um weitere Vorteile zu erzielen .

Figur 1 schematisch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren, Figur 2 eine Komponente und deren Bearbeitung .
Die Figuren und die Beschreibung stellen nur Aus führungsbeispiele der Erfindung dar . Die Grundidee besteht darin, die Entfernung einer Oxid- und/oder Korrosionsschicht gleichzeitig zu verbinden mit der Strukturierung der freigelegten Oberfläche , um diese neu zu beschichten .
Eine thermisch gewachsene Oxidschicht auf einer Komponente , die im Hochtemperatureinsatz war, weist eine sehr gute Anbindung an das metallisches Substrat dar .
Daher besteht die Idee darin, dem Materialverlust durch die abzutragende Oxidschicht aus zugleichen durch eine Neubeschichtung, die aber durch eine Strukturierung der zu beschichtenden Oberfläche ebenfalls eine sehr gute Anbindung an das Substrat , insbesondere Metallsubtrat , aufweist .
Figur 1 zeigt schematisch die Vorgehensweise des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens .
Eine vorzugsweise metallische Komponente 1 ' weist ein metallisches Substrat 4 auf , auf dem sich eine thermisch gewachsene Oxidschicht 7 ( TGO) gebildet hat und eine Grenz fläche 10 zum metallischen Substrat 4 aufweist .
Die TGO ist nur ein Beispiel für eine zu entfernende Schicht , wie z . B . auch eine korrodierte Oberfläche .
Die metallische Komponente 1 ' stellt insbesondere eine Brennkammer oder ein Übergangsschild „Transition" einer Vorrichtung für Anwendungen im Hochtemperaturbereich dar, wie insbesondere bei Turbinen, Dampfturbinen oder Gasturbinen oder auch in der chemischen Industrie . Bei Gasturbinen sind insbesondere Komponenten des Verbrennungsbereichs hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt .
Das Substrat 4 ist dementsprechend insbesondre ein Stahl für Hochtemperaturanwendungen oder auch eine Nickelbasis- Superlegierung, insbesondere Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Ti-Ta-... oder eine Kobaltbasis-Superlegierung . Durch eine Laserbehandlung, insbesondere durch eine Laserstrahl- Interferenzmethode , wird die Oxidschicht 7 entfernt und gleichzeitig oder auch direkt im Nachgang eine strukturierte Oberfläche 11 auf dem metallischen Substrat 4 ' erzeugt , insbesondere durch eine Laserstrahl- Interferenzmethode .
Somit wird auch bewusst metallisches Material von dem metallischen Substrat 4 abgetragen, das auch schon durch die Oxidation und/oder Korrosion unter Materialverlust gelitten hat .
Strukturierung bedeutet unter anderem eine geometrisch regelmäßig ausgebildete Struktur und keine zufällige Rauigkeit wie nach der direkten Herstellung der Komponente oder nach einer abrasiven Bestrahlung .
Danach erfolgt eine Neubeschichtung auf dem metallischen Substrat 4 ' .
Die Beschichtung kann eine rein metallische Beschichtung 14 auf der neu strukturierten Oberfläche 11 sein, die dann im erneuten Einsatz oxidiert oder vorher bewusst oxidiert gelassen wird, und/oder auf die metallische Beschichtung 14 wird noch eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung 15 aufgebracht , die eine Oxidation verhindert bzw . stark reduziert .
Mit keramischer Beschichtung, keramische Schutzbeschichtung oder keramisches Beschichtungssystem ist immer ein System aus unterliegender metallischer Anbindungsschicht wie MCrAlY und oben liegender keramischer Beschichtung ( en) gemeint .
Bei Komponenten für die Gasturbine , insbesondere auf Nickeloder kobaltbasierten Superlegierungen, wird eine Ni-Co-Cr-Al-
Y/X Legierung (MCrAlY, optional X= RE , Si , Ta ) verwendet , wo- bei X u . a . für optionale Elemente Tantal , Sili zium, Rhenium steht .
Eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung 15 weist dann eine einlagige oder zweilagige keramische , insbesondere Zirkonoxid- basierte , Beschichtung auf , ganz insbesondere eine mit Yttriumoxid stabilisierte Zirkonoxidschicht auf .
Figur 2 links zeigt eine Komponente 30 ' , bei dem die strukturierte Oberfläche 11 auf einer Stirnseite 26 der Komponente 30 nach ihrem Einsatz erzeugt wurde .
Die Komponente 30 ' ist vorzugsweise ein „Transition" eines Verbrennungssystems einer Gasturbine und weist einen Kanal 17 , also ein inneres auf .
Die hohle Komponente 30 ' weist auf einer Innenseite in ihrem Kanal 17 schon eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung 20 oder keramisches Schutzsystem 20 auf , das beibehalten werden soll .
Auf die strukturierte Oberfläche 11 wird dann ähnlich wie in Figur 1 aus demselben Grund eine zumindest metallische Beschichtung 14 ' auf der Stirnfläche 26 aufgebracht .
Optional ist noch eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung 15 ' aufgebracht .
Diese metallische Schutzbeschichtung 14 ' überlappt verfahrensbedingt j edoch mit einem Bereich 23 ( Figur 2 Mitte ) die Stirnfläche 26 auf der keramischen Schutzbeschichtung 20 des Kanals 17 und wird insbesondere mittels eines Lasers entfernt ( Fig 2 rechts ) , so dass der überlappende Bereich 23 nicht mehr vorhanden ist und keine metallische Beschichtung mehr auf einer keramischen Beschichtung 20 vorhanden ist ( Figur 2 rechts ) .

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Verfahren zur Wiederherstellung eines metallischen Substrats (4') mit einer oxidierten Oberfläche (10) einer Komponente
(1 ', 30 ' ) , bei dem mittels eines Lasers, insbesondere mittels Laserstrahl-Interferenz, eine Oxidschicht (7) von der Oberfläche (10) entfernt wird und dabei eine neue strukturierte Oberfläche (11) auf dem metallischen Substrat (4) erzeugt wird, und dann erstmals oder erneut eine Schutzbeschichtung (14, 14', 15, 15') aufgebracht wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Substrat eine Nickel- oder kobaltbasierte Super legierung, insbesondere für Gasturbinen, darstellt .
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem eine metallische Haftvermittlerschicht (14, 14 ') und/ oder eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung (15, 15') auf die strukturierte Oberfläche (11) aufgebracht wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei dem für die metallische Haftvermittlerschicht eine Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-X Legierung verwendet wird, wobei X insbesondere für Elemente Tantal (Ta) , Silizium
(Si) , Rhenium (Re) , insbesondere X nur für Tantal (Ta) , steht . Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei dem die keramische Schutzbeschichtung (15, 15') eine Zirkonoxidbeschichtung darstellt, insbesondere ein Yttriumoxid stabilisierte Zirkonoxidbeschichtung . Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei dem die Komponente (30') einen Kanal (17) aufweist, wobei der Kanal (17) im Innern ein keramisches Beschichtungssystem (20) aufweist, wobei die keramische Schutzbeschichtung (20) eine Stirnseite (26) im Bereich der Kante bzw. zum Übergang der strukturierten Oberfläche (11) aufweist, bei dem ein Bereich (23) der metallischen Beschichtung (14') auf der Stirnseite (26) , die durch die Beschichtung der strukturierten Oberfläche (11) entstand, also im Überlappungsbereich (23) , entfernt wird, insbesondere durch ein Laser entfernt wird. Komponente (1,30) hergestellt nach einem Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6. Komponente nach Anspruch 7, bei dem eine Komponente (30) auf einer Innenseite bereits ein keramisches Beschichtungssystem (20) aufweist, die keine unterliegende strukturierte Oberfläche im Kanal (17) aufweist, an der die strukturierte Oberfläche (11) angrenzt und auf der strukturierten Oberfläche ebenfalls eine keramische Schutzbeschichtung (15') vorhanden ist.
