提升筋、滚筒组件与洗涤设备
本申请要求2022年11月09日提交的、发明名称为“提升筋、滚筒组件与洗涤设备”的中国专利申请CN202211400640.2的优先权,上述中国专利申请的全部内容通过引用并入本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣技术领域,具体提供一种提升筋、滚筒组件与洗涤设备。
背景技术
滚筒洗衣机在洗涤衣物时,滚筒内的提升筋带动衣物上升,当衣物接近滚筒顶部时,由于重力作用,衣物跌落至桶底,如此反复摔打,就如同人工捶打的洗衣方式。
但是衣物在滚筒转动中的过程中,受到离心力和翻滚的影响,衣物会持续撞击滚筒开口处的封闭门窗。这将会造成破坏洗衣机封闭门窗密封性和结构强度的问题。
因此,本领域亟需一种提升筋、滚筒组件和洗涤设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,即,解决在滚筒洗衣机洗涤过程中,衣物撞击滚筒开口处门窗的问题。
在第一方面,本发明提供一种提升筋,该提升筋应用于滚筒,所述提升筋的两侧对称设置有驱动曲面,所述驱动曲面能够在所述滚筒转动过程中驱动负载向所述滚筒内部移动。
在上述提升筋的具体实施方式中,所述驱动曲面自所述提升筋的第一端至所述提升筋的第二端向所述提升筋内侧倾斜设置,所述第 一端远离所述滚筒内部,所述第二端靠近所述滚筒内部。
在上述提升筋的具体实施方式中,所述驱动曲面在所述提升筋的长度方向向内凹陷设置,且凹陷部分靠近所述第二端设置。
在上述提升筋的具体实施方式中,所述驱动曲面在所述提升筋的高度方向向内凹陷设置。
在上述提升筋的具体实施方式中,所述提升筋的顶部设置有多个喷淋孔,所述喷淋孔连通所述提升筋内的空腔,所述喷淋孔的轴线与所述提升筋转动的切线方向之间呈35度至55度夹角;并且/或者
所述提升筋的两侧均设置有多个透水孔,所述透水孔连通所述提升筋内的空腔,所述透水孔的轴线与所述提升筋转动的切线方向之间呈35度至55度夹角。

第二方面,本发明提供一种滚筒组件,该滚筒组件包括:

滚筒,其内壁沿其周向间隔设置有多个所述提升筋。
在上述滚筒组件的具体实施方式中,所述滚筒和所述提升筋满足公式(a)示出的条件,以使转动至所述滚筒上半部的所述提升筋上的所述喷淋孔能够全程喷淋;

本发明的有益效果为:提升筋具有收负载面,在洗涤衣物时,衣物将沿收负载面向滚筒内部滑动,从而避免衣物向滚筒开口方向移动,进而避免衣物撞击洗衣机封闭门窗。
进一步地,提升筋上设置有喷淋孔和透水孔,喷淋孔和透水孔均与提升筋的切线方向呈夹角,夹角的范围为35度至55。当提升筋随着滚筒转动时,水流可以将提升筋内部的碎屑从喷淋孔和透水孔中排出。
进一步地,通过限定滚筒组件的结构关系,使转动至滚筒上半部的提升筋的喷淋孔可以持续喷淋,延长喷淋持续时间,提高喷淋效果。
更进一步地,在提升筋上设置两排喷淋孔,通过限定滚筒转速与滚筒结构的关系,使两排喷淋孔能够通时喷淋。
进一步地,在提升筋上设置第一凸起和第二凸起,从而提高提升筋与负载之间的摩擦力,便于提升负载,提高洗涤效果。

下面结合三个实施例对本技术方案的具体实施方式进行介绍。
第一实施例:
本实施例公开了一种洗涤设备,其具体为一种滚筒洗衣机,其主要用来洗涤衣物,也可以用来洗涤其他洗涤对象。
如图1和图2所示,该洗涤设备包括滚筒组件。滚筒组件包 括滚筒2和设置在滚筒2中的提升筋1。
滚筒2为圆筒状;滚筒2的一端设置有开口21,用于放入或取出衣物;滚筒2中与开口21相对的另一端为滚筒2的内端面22。在滚筒2的开口21处,洗涤设备设置有封闭门窗(图中未示出),用于在洗涤衣物时,封闭滚筒2的开口21。
提升筋1设置在滚筒2的内侧壁上,在本实施例中,3个提升筋1在滚筒2的内侧壁的圆周方向上均匀设置;在其他实施例中,设置不同数量的提升筋1,以及不同的提升筋1的位置关系亦可。
参照图3,提升筋1向滚筒2的内部凸起,呈长条状。其长度方向(图3的上下方向)上的第一端12靠近滚筒2的开口21,第二端13靠近滚筒2的内端面22。且其长度方向与滚筒2轴向平行。提升筋1上靠近滚筒2轴线的一面为提升筋1的顶部19,顶部19的两侧为提升筋1的侧面。从提升筋1的顶部19到滚筒2的内侧壁的垂直方向为提升筋1的高度方向(图4和图5的上下方向)。
参照图3至图6,提升筋1的两侧面分别设有驱动曲面11。当洗涤设备进行洗涤时,滚筒2转动,提升筋1随滚筒2转动,提升筋1将衣物挑起,使提升筋1上部的驱动曲面11与衣物接触,驱动曲面11能够驱动衣物向滚筒2内部移动,从而使衣物远离滚筒2的开口21,避免衣物撞击封闭门窗。并且提升筋1的两侧分别设有驱动曲面11,无论滚筒2正转还是反转,都有一个驱动曲面11能够驱使衣物移动到滚筒2内部。具体地,驱动曲面11从第一端12向第二端13延伸的过程中,向提升筋1内部倾斜,以使衣物沿驱动曲面11的倾斜方向滑动至第二端13,即滚筒2内部。
进一步地,参照图4至图5,在提升筋1的高度方向上,驱动曲面11向提升筋1内部凹陷(即图4和图5中的水平方向);也即在垂直于提升筋1长度方向的截面上(如图5的剖面图所示),驱动曲面11向提升筋1内部凹陷,用于增大驱动曲面11的表面积,以便与衣物接触,驱动衣物移动。
参照图5,提升筋1内部中空,形成空腔16。提升筋1的顶部19设有喷淋孔14,提升筋1的两侧设有透水孔15,喷淋孔14与透水 孔15均连通空腔16与滚筒2内部。当洗涤设备进行洗涤时,滚筒2内的水会通过透水孔15进入空腔16;当提升筋1随滚筒2转动到滚筒2上半部时,空腔16中的水会从喷淋孔14喷出,对滚筒2内的衣物形成喷淋效果。
继续参照图5,喷淋孔14和透水孔15的轴线与滚筒2转动时提升筋1转动的切线方向(图5中的箭头A指向的方向)之间呈35度至55度的夹角,优选地为45度夹角。在洗涤衣物时,衣物上的线头、毛屑和其他杂质会随水流进入喷淋孔14与透水孔15,并停留在空腔16中。通过设置上述角度,使水流流出喷淋孔14与透水孔15时,杂质易于随水流流出空腔16,避免杂质积累在空腔16中。
进一步地,滚筒2、提升筋1、喷淋孔14与透水孔15满足公式(a)示出的条件时,转动至滚筒2上半部的提升筋1上的喷淋孔14能够全程喷淋,即提升筋1在滚筒2上半部180度的角度范围内,其上的喷淋孔14均能够进行喷淋。公式(a)如下所示:
公式(a)中,V为空腔16中存水的有效体积,S为所有喷淋孔14与所有透水孔15之和的等效面积,g为重力加速度,n为滚筒2的转速,r为滚筒2的半径,为提升筋1的离心力与重力的夹角,h为喷淋孔14与空腔16中水面的距离,t为空腔16中水完全流出的所需时间。
更进一步地,参照图3,提升筋1上设有多个喷淋孔14,多个喷淋孔14沿提升筋1长度方向排列为两排。为了使两排喷淋孔14能够同时喷淋,滚筒2需要满足公式(a)和公式(b)示出的条件。公式(b)如下所示:
公式(b)中,n为滚筒2的转速,g为重力加速度,r为滚筒2的半径。
进一步地,提升筋1的外表面设有凸起,以便增大提升筋1与衣物之间的摩擦力。具体地,凸起包括第一凸起17和套设在第一凸起17外的环形的第二凸起18,详见图7。更进一步地,如图3所示,凸起设置在提升筋1的顶面19的两排喷淋孔14之间,且设置有多个。多个 凸起沿提升筋1的长度方向排列。
第二实施例:
本实施例公开了一种洗涤设备,其具体结构与第一实施例在的洗涤设备的结构基本相同,不同之处在提升筋的局部具体结构。如图8所示,不同之处在于:在提升筋1的长度方向上(即图8的上下方向),驱动曲面11向提升筋1的内部凹陷;也即在垂直于提升筋1高度方向的截面上,驱动曲面11向提升筋1内部凹陷。该凹陷形成圆弧状的凹槽111。凹槽111的底部靠近第二端13,当衣物沿驱动曲面11向第二端13滑动时,会落入凹槽111中,以使衣物聚集在滚筒2的内部。
进一步地,提升筋1设置有第一凸起17和第二凸起18,详见图8和图9。本实施例的第一凸起17和第二凸起18,与实施例一的区别为:如图8所示,多个凸起中的第一部分沿提升筋1的长度方向排列,第二部分凸起在靠近第一端12的位置均匀分布在第一部分凸起的两侧。
第三实施例:
本实施例公开了一种洗涤设备,其具体结构与第二实施例在的洗涤设备的结构基本相同,不同之处在提升筋1的局部具体结构。如图10所示,不同之处在于:提升筋1的顶面19上仅设置有一排喷淋孔14。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种提升筋,其应用于滚筒(2),其特征在于,所述提升筋(1)的两侧对称设置有驱动曲面(11),所述驱动曲面(11)能够在所述滚筒(2)转动过程中驱动负载向所述滚筒(2)内部移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的提升筋,其特征在于,所述驱动曲面(11)自所述提升筋(1)的第一端(12)至所述提升筋(1)的第二端(13)向所述提升筋(1)内侧倾斜设置,所述第一端(12)远离所述滚筒(2)内部,所述第二端(13)靠近所述滚筒(2)内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的提升筋,其特征在于,所述驱动曲面(11)在所述提升筋(1)的长度方向向内凹陷设置,且凹陷部分靠近所述第二端设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的提升筋,其特征在于,所述驱动曲面(11)在所述提升筋(1)的高度方向向内凹陷设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的提升筋,其特征在于,所述提升筋(1)的顶部设置有多个喷淋孔(14),所述喷淋孔(14)连通所述提升筋(1)内的空腔(16),所述喷淋孔(14)的轴线与所述提升筋(1)转动的切线方向之间呈35度至55度夹角;并且/或者
    所述提升筋(1)的两侧均设置有多个透水孔(15),所述透水孔(15)连通所述提升筋(1)内的空腔(16),所述透水孔(15)的轴线与所述提升筋(1)转动的切线方向之间呈35度至55度夹角。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的提升筋,其特征在于,所述提升筋(1)的顶部设置有第一凸起(17),所述第一凸起(17)外套设有环形的第二凸起(18)。
  7. 一种滚筒组件,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求5所述的提升筋(1);
    滚筒(2),其内壁沿其周向间隔设置有多个所述提升筋(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,所述滚筒(2)和所述提升筋(1)满足公式(a)示出的条件,以使转动至所述滚筒(2)上半部的所述提升筋(1)上的所述喷淋孔(14)能够全程喷淋;
    公式(a)中,V为所述空腔(16)中存水的有效体积,S为所有所述喷淋孔(14)与所有所述透水孔(15)之和的等效面积,g为重力加速度,n为所述滚筒(2)的转速,r为所述滚筒(2)的半径,为所述提升筋(1)的离心力与重力的夹角,h为所述喷淋孔(14)与所述空腔(16)中水面的距离,t为所述空腔(16)中水完全流出的所需时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒组件,其特征在于,多个所述喷淋孔(14)沿所述提升筋(1)长度方向排布为两排;
    所述滚筒(2)满足公式(b)示出的条件,以使两排所述喷淋孔(14)同时喷淋:
    公式(b)中,n为所述滚筒(2)的转速,g为重力加速度,r为所述滚筒(2)的半径。
  10. 一种洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述洗衣机内设置有如权利要求7-9任一项所述的滚筒组件。
