Claims (4)

  1.  口部周壁と被係合部とを有する容器本体と、吐出具本体と回り止め部とを有する吐出具とを有し、前記回り止め部は係合部を有し、
     前記吐出具本体は、前記口部周壁に対して、前記容器本体の内容物を吐出するための使用位置で螺合した状態から螺脱によって取り外し可能であり、
     前記回り止め部は、前記吐出具本体が前記使用位置にある時に、前記係合部が前記口部周壁に対する前記吐出具本体の螺脱方向の回転を規制するように前記被係合部に係合する係合位置と、前記係合部が前記被係合部に係合しない非係合位置との間で、少なくとも前記係合位置から前記非係合位置に、前記口部周壁の軸方向に操作に応じて移動可能である、吐出容器。

     前記吐出具は、前記仮保持位置から前記使用位置までの前記吐出具本体の移動を規制する開封規制位置から除去可能なストッパを有する、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の吐出容器。
