Description

The present invention relates to a container cap that is attached to a dispensing portion of a container by screwing.

As this type of container cap, for example, a short tube for fitting is formed on the top surface of the cap that is screwed to the outer surface of the pouring part that stands up from the upper end of the body part of the container body, and this short cylinder is formed in the pouring part. What seals a spout by making it fit by the upper end inner surface is known (refer patent document 1). With such a sealing means, not only the contents of the container body are likely to adhere to the inner surface of the short cylinder, but also after removing the cap from the container body and pouring the contents from the spout, the short cylinder is poured out again. In order to enter the inside of the part, the contents reaching the upper end of the pouring part are pushed out of the pouring part. In addition, in a container where the seal made of aluminum or the like for preventing unauthorized opening is opened on the opening surface of the spout when it is used for the first time by the consumer, a short cylinder fitted into the spout is used. It is impossible to seal the spout.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mouth and neck portion 103 is erected from the upper end of the body portion 101 of the tube 100 through the shoulder portion 102, and further, the lower end portion of the nozzle 104 is formed at the upper end portion of the mouth and neck portion 103. And the cap 105 is screwed onto the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 103, and the annular protrusion 106 provided around the top surface of the cap 105 is pressed against the upper end surface of the nozzle 104 by the screwing force of the cap. Thus, a cap has been developed in which the above-mentioned inconvenience is eliminated by sealing the spout and the seal 107 for preventing unauthorized opening can also be applied to a container provided on the spout (see Patent Document 2). .

However, in the invention described in Patent Document 2, the gap between the bottom surface of the annular projection 106 and the top surface of the nozzle 104 is caused by the variation in the dimension in the height direction of each of the mouth and neck portion 103, the nozzle 104, the cap 105, and the annular projection 106. There was a possibility that a gap might be generated, and there was a risk of the contents leaking from this gap.

Therefore, in order to cope with this, a flexible sealing material for absorbing variation can be moved up and down between the upper surface of the nozzle and the annular projection on the top surface of the cap so as to absorb the variation in the dimensions between the above-described parts or portions. In addition, when the cap is removed from the container, a protrusion that supports the outer peripheral portion of the sealing material from below is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cap so that the sealing material does not fall off the cap.

Actual Kaihei 1-1114557

However, when a flexible sealing material is used, the sealing material may be kinked in the circumferential direction by turning the cap, so that the radial dimension of the sealing material decreases, and therefore when the cap is removed from the container. There has been a problem that the outer peripheral portion of the sealing material falls off the cap without being caught by the protrusion. Of course, this problem can be solved by increasing the radial dimension of the protrusion, but it is difficult to remove the mold from the mold if the protrusion is large if the overall dimensions are small, such as a tube container. Therefore, the protrusion could not be enlarged.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and absorbs the variation in the height dimension between each part and each part of the container body to eliminate seal leakage at the spout and remove the cap from the container body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container cap that can prevent a sealing member for a spout seal from dropping off from a cap body.

As a first means, a cap body that is pivotably screwed to a pouring part that stands up from the upper end of the body part of the container body, and a cap that is fitted to the inner surface of the cap body so as to be movable up and down and is closed. A seal member that seals the spout of the pouring part by the pressing force of the main body, and a short cylindrical member that is non-extractably fitted to the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the cap main body, and the short cylindrical member includes the container When removing the cap body from the body, the seal member has a seal member support surface that supports the lower peripheral portion of the seal member from below and prevents the seal member from falling off the cap body, and It is characterized in that at least a part of the seal member portion is formed of a soft material.

As a second means, the first means is provided, and the seal member support surface is formed by an upper surface of a protrusion projecting from the inner surface of the short cylindrical member, and is a short cylindrical member above the protrusion. The outer peripheral surface of the seal member is fitted to the partial inner surface so as to be movable up and down.

As the third means, the first means is provided, and the seal member support surface is formed by an upper surface of a belt-like protrusion that is provided in the middle in the vertical direction of the inner surface of the short cylindrical member, and the belt-like protrusion. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the seal member is fitted to the inner surface of the upper short cylindrical member part so as to be movable up and down.

As a fourth means, there is provided any one of the first to third means, the sealing member is made of a soft material, and an annular protrusion having a triangular cross section provided around the lower surface of the sealing member is provided. It is characterized by being brought into pressure contact with the spout of the container body.

As a fifth means, it has any one of the first to third means, and the sealing member is formed of two upper and lower layers of a soft material and a packing material, and the lower packing material is attached to the container body. It is characterized by being in pressure contact with the spout.

A sixth means includes any one of the first to third means, and the seal member is disposed on the packing material pressed against the spout of the container body and on the upper surface of the packing material. And an O-ring made of a soft material.

As a seventh means, any one of the first to sixth means is provided, and the container body has a pouring portion erected from the upper end of the trunk portion via the shoulder portion, and a first portion is provided on the outer surface of the shoulder portion. The engaging plate protrudes, and the second engaging plate protrudes by engaging the first engaging plate on the inner surface of the lower part of the cap body from the threaded portion, and the cap body rotates in the closing direction. Sometimes, the second engagement plate is in contact with the first engagement plate, so that the cap body is prevented from rotating at a predetermined position so that the lid can be recognized.

According to the first aspect of the invention, since at least a part of the sealing member portion above the pouring portion is formed of a soft material, the pouring portion can be obtained by setting the vertical width of the sealing member to be larger than the design value. Even when the gap between the top surface of the cap body and the upper surface of the nozzle becomes wider than the design value due to the variation in the height dimension between the respective parts of the seal member or the cap body, there is a gap between the seal member and the spout. It is possible to prevent a gap from being generated, and thus prevent leakage of contents. On the other hand, when the vertical width of the seal member is made larger than the design value in this way, the soft seal member is not affected even if the gap between the top surface of the cap body and the nozzle upper surface is as designed or narrower than the design value. By reducing the vertical width, variations in part dimensions can be absorbed, so there is no problem.

Further, the short cylindrical member fitted to the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the cap body has a seal member support surface that can arbitrarily set the radial dimension, so that the seal member can be removed from the top surface of the cap body by rotating the cap body. When the rotational force is received while being pressed against the spout by the pressing force, the outer diameter may be reduced due to deformation in the circumferential direction, but in this case as well, the seal member is supported by the seal support surface. The seal member does not fall off from the cap body in the detached state.

According to the invention relating to the second means, the sealing member from the protrusion to the inner surface of the upper short cylindrical member part, and according to the invention relating to the third means, the seal member from the belt-like protrusion to the upper inner surface of the short cylindrical member part. Since the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member is fitted so as to be movable up and down, the inner surface of the portion of the short cylindrical member above the protrusion or band-shaped protrusion serves as a guide surface for the seal member. As a result, the play is reliably pressed against the predetermined position of the spout. The guide surface of the seal member is preferably smooth, but this smooth guide surface can be easily obtained by processing the seal member as one part.

According to the fourth aspect of the invention, since the annular protrusion having a triangular cross section provided on the lower surface of the seal member is pressed against the spout of the container body, the sealing force of the seal member with respect to the spout is increased. be able to.

According to the fifth and sixth aspects of the invention, since the seal member has a packing material that is harder than the soft material, the degree of freedom in design degree of hardness setting as the whole seal member increases, When the soft material and the packing material are bonded together, the assembly to the cap body becomes relatively easy.

According to the seventh aspect of the invention, the first engagement plate protrudes from the shoulder and the second engagement plate protrudes from the cap body, and the second engagement plate abuts against the first engagement plate. Since the cap lid is formed so as to be recognizable, even if a soft material that is easily deformed by screwing of the cap body is used for the sealing member, excessive screwing of the cap body can be prevented.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a container to which the present invention is applied, and a cap body 50 is attached to the container body 2. The container body 2 erects the pouring part 5 from the upper end of the trunk part 3 via the shoulder part 4 and projects a first engagement plate 4a described later from the outer surface of the shoulder part 4. The pouring part 5 has a male neck 7a formed on the outer surface, and the mouth and neck portion 7 having the inner tube 6 fitted on the inner surface is erected from the upper end of the shoulder portion 4, and further, the upper portion of the mouth and neck portion 7, that is, The nozzle 8 described below is erected from a portion above the male screw 7a.

The nozzle 8 has a lower part of the peripheral wall 8a formed in an inner and outer double cylinder, and the annular space between the inner and outer cylinders is fitted to the upper part of the mouth neck part 7 and the inner cylinder 6 so as not to be able to be pulled out by means of uneven engaging means I am letting. At that time, a sealing protrusion provided on the upper surface of the annular space between the inner and outer cylinders is brought into pressure contact with the upper surface of the inner cylinder 6. The concave and convex engaging means includes a first protrusion provided on the inner surface of the lower end of the outer cylinder of the inner and outer double cylinders and a second protrusion provided on the outer surface of the upper end of the mouth-and-neck portion 7 so that the first protrusion engages from below. Form with ridges.

In the cap body 50, the internal thread 52a on the lower inner surface of the peripheral wall 52 whose upper surface is closed by the top plate 51 is screwed into the external thread 7a of the mouth neck portion 7, and the inner surface of the lower portion of the cap body 52a is engaged with the first engagement plate 4a. The second engagement plate 52b is projected. Inside the peripheral wall 52, there are provided a seal member 53 and a short cylindrical member 54 made of synthetic resin and having openings at both ends.

The seal member 53 is formed of a disk-shaped member made of a soft material, and is provided with an annular protrusion 56 having a triangular cross section on the outer peripheral portions of the upper and lower surfaces, and is fitted in the cap body 50 so as to be movable up and down. . The lower annular protrusion 56 is in pressure contact with the upper surface of the nozzle 8 by the pressing force of the cap body 50 through the top plate 51 in a state where the cap body 50 is screwed into the mouth neck portion 7. The sealing member 53 is preferably made of silicon rubber or elastomer that can be flexibly deformed by the pressing force of the cap body 50 and can be brought into close contact with the upper surface of the nozzle 8 from the viewpoint of improving sealing performance.

The short cylindrical member 54 is fitted to the upper inner surface of the cap body peripheral wall 52 through an uneven engaging means so that it cannot be pulled out. The concave-convex engaging means is formed by an engaging protrusion that is provided on the outer surface of the short cylindrical member 54, and a protrusion that is provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 52 of the cap body and engages with the engaging protrusion from below.

A strip-shaped protrusion 54b whose upper surface is a seal member support surface 54a is provided on the inner surface of the intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the short cylindrical member 54, and the outer peripheral surface of the seal member 53 is on the inner surface of the portion above the band-shaped protrusion. It is fitted to move up and down.

The seal member support surface 54a is not limited to a belt-like protrusion, and may be, for example, a protrusion provided around the inner surface of the short tubular member 54, or may be provided side by side in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the short tubular member 54. A plurality of protrusions may be used. Furthermore, the upper surface of the short cylindrical member 54 can be used as the seal member support surface 54a without providing the above-described protrusions, protrusions, and protrusions on the inner surface of the short cylindrical member 54. In this case, the seal member 53 is fitted to the inner surface of the upper cap main body 50 so as to be movable up and down from the short cylindrical member 54.

Next, the operation will be described.
In a state where the cap body 50 is screwed to the mouth and neck, the annular protrusion 56 on the upper side of the seal member 53 is on the inner surface of the top plate 51 and the lower annular protrusion 56 is on the upper end of the nozzle 8 by the screwing force of the cap body. The sealing member 53 is spaced upward from the seal support surface 54a, and the first engagement plate 4a is engaged with the second engagement plate 52b. ing.

When the contents of the container body are poured out, if the cap body 50 is turned and removed from the container body neck, the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the seal member 53 engages with the seal member support surface 54a. This prevents the seal member 53 from falling off the cap body. Since the sealing member is a soft material, when the cap body is turned during removal from the container body, the outer diameter may be reduced by deformation as it is twisted in the circumferential direction. In addition, since the seal member support surface 54a is not formed on the cap body itself but on the short cylindrical member 54 as a separate member, a sufficient amount of the seal support surface can be secured in the radially inward direction. Therefore, even if the seal member is deformed, it does not come off from the seal support surface and is prevented from falling off from the cap body.

After the cap body is removed from the container body and the contents are poured out by squeezing the body part, when the cap body is screwed into the container body neck 7, the annular protrusion 56 of the seal member 53 comes into contact with the upper end of the nozzle. The seal member stops descending together with the cap body, but the short cylindrical member 54 continues to descend together with the cap body 50, so that the seal support surface 54a is spaced downward from the seal member 53 and the top plate of the cap body. The sealing member is pressed against the upper surface of the nozzle by the pressing force of 51.

When the cap body 50 is screwed in when the cap body 50 is closed, since the sealing member 53 is a soft material, the vertical width can be easily reduced by screwing the cap body 50, and therefore the cap body is screwed more than necessary. Although there is a possibility, when the appropriate pressure contact force with respect to the nozzle is obtained, excessive screwing of the cap body can be prevented by setting the second engagement plate 52b to engage the first engagement plate 4a. it can.

In the above description, the seal is not provided on the upper surface of the nozzle without preventing an unsealed opening seal such as aluminum to be removed when the consumer uses it for the first time. Therefore, it is possible to apply a tamper-resistant seal in advance.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment. The configuration of the seal member is different from that of the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the sealing member 60 is formed of two upper and lower layers of a disk-shaped soft material 61 and a packing material 62, and the lower packing material is pressed against the nozzle upper surface to seal the nozzle spout. As the lower packing material, a material in which PP, PE, PET, or Al material is pasted on both sides of the PE high sheet is preferable from the viewpoint of improving the sealing property. On the other hand, as the upper layer soft material, a disc-shaped silicon rubber or elastomer having an annular protrusion 63 having a triangular cross section formed on the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion is used. The soft material and the packing material may be separate from each other or may be bonded to each other. Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment.
