相关的基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法,例如,采用回复邮件的方式或采用在其他应用中创建群聊的方式等经常会存在如下技术问题:第一,回复邮件的方式效率较低,需回复的邮件较多时,造成整个邮件会话列表体量较大,邮件内容显示混乱,不利于邮件内容的归档和检索;采用在其他应用中重新创建群聊的方式需要使用专用的即时通讯应用,且需先构建联系人列表,再手动创建聊天群组,还需在邮件应用和即时通讯应用间切换,导致操作较为繁琐,沟通效率较低。第二,无法自动对邮件的参与者进行自动调整,进一步导致操作较为繁琐,沟通效率较低。
为了解决以上所阐述的问题,本公开的一些实施例提出了基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法,无需通过邮件反复沟通,简化了沟通操作,提升了沟通效率。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
图1示出了根据本公开的基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法的一些实施例的流程100。该基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤101,确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识。
在一些实施例中,基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法的执行主体(例如终端设备)可以通过有线连接方式或者无线连接方式确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识。其中,上述目标邮件可以为用户所选择的邮件列表中的邮件。上述目标邮件还可以为当前用户所发送的邮件。上述群聊标识可以唯一标识群聊。实践中,首先,上述执行主体可以确定 对应上述目标邮件的源邮件标识。其中,当上述目标邮件引用了邮件时,上述源邮件标识可以为上述目标邮件的所引用的初始邮件的邮件标识。当上述目标邮件未引用邮件时,上述源邮件标识可以为上述目标邮件的邮件标识。这里,邮件标识可以唯一表示邮件。然后,可以确定是否存在对应上述源邮件标识的群聊标识。例如,可以在本地或服务端存储的邮件群聊对照信息集合中查找是否存在对应上述源邮件标识的群聊标识。上述邮件群聊对照信息集合可以为各个邮件和各个群聊的对照相关信息。上述邮件群聊对照信息集合中的邮件群聊对照信息可以包括邮件标识和群聊标识。然后,可以响应于确定存在对应上述源邮件标识的群聊标识,确定上述目标邮件对应有群聊标识。最后,可以将对应上述源邮件标识的群聊标识确定为对应上述目标邮件的群聊标识。
需要指出的是,上述无线连接方式可以包括但不限于3G/4G连接、WiFi连接、蓝牙连接、WiMAX连接、Zigbee连接、UWB(Ultra Wide Band,超宽带)连接、以及其他现在已知或将来开发的无线连接方式。上述执行主体可以是登录有当前用户的邮箱号的终端设备。当前用户可以为当前登录在邮件应用的用户。
可选地,在步骤101之前,上述执行主体还可以响应于检测到作用于邮件列表中的邮件的选择操作,将所选择的邮件确定为目标邮件。其中,上述邮件列表显示在上述邮件页面中。上述邮件列表可以为包括各个邮件的列表。上述选择操作可以包括但不限于以下中的至少一项:点击、拖拽、悬停。由此,可以使得用户自行选择邮件以查看群聊窗口。
可选地,在步骤101之前,上述执行主体还可以响应于接收到邮件,将所接收的邮件确定为目标邮件。然后,可以在上述邮件页面的邮件列表中显示上述目标邮件。由此,可以在接收到邮件时,对所接收的邮件的群聊窗口进行显示。

在一些实施例中,上述执行主体可以响应于确定上述目标邮件对 应有群聊标识,在邮件页面中对应上述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应上述群聊标识的群聊窗口。其中,上述邮件页面可以为邮件应用的首页。上述预设位置可以为上述目标邮件的邮件显示区域的下方。邮件显示区域可以为用于显示邮件详细信息的区域。上述群聊窗口可以为用于显示聊天信息的窗口。上述群聊窗口中显示了历史聊天信息集合中的至少一个历史聊天信息。上述历史聊天信息集合可以为历史群聊用户集合中的历史群聊用户在上述群聊标识对应的群聊中发送的各个聊天信息。上述群聊窗口对应有历史群聊用户集合和当前群聊用户集合。上述历史群聊用户集合对应上述目标邮件的各个历史邮件。上述当前群聊用户集合对应上述目标邮件。上述历史群聊用户集合可以为上述目标邮件的各个历史邮件的邮件参与用户的集合。上述各个历史邮件可以为上述目标邮件所引用的各个邮件。上述当前群聊用户集合可以为上述目标邮件的各个邮件参与用户的集合。这里,邮件参与用户可以为参与邮件的收发的用户。邮件参与用户可以包括但不限于:收件用户、发件用户、抄送用户、暗送用户。上述群聊窗口的初始状态为展开状态。
可选地,所显示的群聊窗口可以包括消息显示区域和消息编辑区域。上述消息显示区域可以为用于显示聊天信息的区域。上述消息编辑区域可以为用于编辑聊天信息的区域。上述消息编辑区域可以包括消息编辑框和消息发送控件。上述消息编辑框可以为用于显示所编辑的聊天信息的框体。上述消息发送控件可以为用于将所编辑的聊天信息发送至群聊的控件。

可选地,基于邮件事件的群聊创建装置200还可以包括:消息优先邮件列表显示单元和第二步骤执行单元(图中未示出)。其中,消息优先邮件列表显示单元被配置成响应于检测到作用于上述邮件页面中的消息优先邮件列表显示控件的选择操作,显示消息优先邮件列表,其中,上述消息优先邮件列表中的各个邮件均对应有群聊标识,上述消息优先邮件列表中的各个邮件按照最新聊天信息的消息发送时间顺序降序排列。第二步骤执行单元被配置成对于上述消息优先邮件列表中的每个邮件,执行以下步骤:将对应上述邮件的群聊标识的未读聊天信息的数量确定为未读量;响应于确定上述未读量大于预设数值,在上述消息优先邮件列表中对应上述邮件的预设列表位置显示未读图标,其中,所显示的未读图标中显示了上述未读量。
可以理解的是,该装置200中记载的诸单元与参考图1描述的方法中的各个步骤相对应。由此,上文针对方法描述的操作、特征以及产生的有益效果同样适用于装置200及其中包含的单元,在此不再赘述。
下面参考图3,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的一些实施例的电子设备300(例如终端设备)的结构示意图。本公开的一些实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图3示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图3所示,电子设备300可以包括处理装置301(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等),其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)302 中的程序或者从存储装置308加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)303中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 303中,还存储有电子设备300操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置301、ROM 302以及RAM 303通过总线304彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口305也连接至总线304。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口305:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置306;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置307;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置308;以及通信装置309。通信装置309可以允许电子设备300与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图3示出了具有各种装置的电子设备300,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。图3中示出的每个方框可以代表一个装置,也可以根据需要代表多个装置。

上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识;响应于确定上述目标邮件对应有群聊标识,在邮件页面中对应上述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应上述群聊标识的群聊窗口,其中,上述群聊窗口中显示了历史聊天信息集合中的至少一个历史聊天信息,上述群聊窗口对应有历史群聊用户集合和当前群聊用户集合,上述历史群聊用户集合对应上述目标邮件的各个历史邮件,上述当前群聊用户集合对应上述目标邮件,上述群聊窗口的初始状态为展开状态;响应于确定上述目标邮件未对应有群聊标识,执行以下步骤:创建对应上述目标邮件的群 聊标识;将上述目标邮件的各个邮件参与用户分别作为当前群聊用户组成当前群聊用户集合;在上述邮件页面中对应上述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应所创建的群聊标识的群聊窗口,其中,对应所创建的群聊标识的群聊窗口中显示了群聊新建提示信息和对应所组成的当前群聊用户集合的用户标识集合,所组成的当前群聊用户集合中的当前群聊用户对应上述用户标识集合中的用户标识。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的一些实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)——连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于邮件事件的群聊创建方法,包括:
    确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识;
    响应于确定所述目标邮件对应有群聊标识,在邮件页面中对应所述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应所述群聊标识的群聊窗口,其中,所述群聊窗口中显示了历史聊天信息集合中的至少一个历史聊天信息,所述群聊窗口对应有历史群聊用户集合和当前群聊用户集合,所述历史群聊用户集合对应所述目标邮件的各个历史邮件,所述当前群聊用户集合对应所述目标邮件,所述群聊窗口的初始状态为展开状态;
    响应于确定所述目标邮件未对应有群聊标识,执行以下步骤:
    创建对应所述目标邮件的群聊标识;
    将所述目标邮件的各个邮件参与用户分别作为当前群聊用户组成当前群聊用户集合;
    在所述邮件页面中对应所述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应所创建的群聊标识的群聊窗口,其中,对应所创建的群聊标识的群聊窗口中显示了群聊新建提示信息和对应所组成的当前群聊用户集合的用户标识集合,所组成的当前群聊用户集合中的当前群聊用户对应所述用户标识集合中的用户标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到作用于邮件列表中的邮件的选择操作,将所选择的邮件确定为目标邮件,其中,所述邮件列表显示在所述邮件页面中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,在所述确定目标邮件是否对应有群聊标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到邮件,将所接收的邮件确定为目标邮件;
    在所述邮件页面的邮件列表中显示所述目标邮件。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的方法,其中,所显示的群聊窗口包括消息显示区域和消息编辑区域,所述消息编辑区域包括消息编辑框和消息发送控件;以及
    所述在邮件页面中对应所述目标邮件的预设位置,显示对应所述群聊标识的群聊窗口,包括:
    在所述群聊窗口中的消息显示区域中显示所述历史聊天信息集合中的至少一个历史聊天信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述在所述群聊窗口中的消息显示区域中显示所述历史聊天信息集合中的至少一个历史聊天信息,包括:
    按照所述历史聊天信息集合中各个历史聊天信息对应的消息发送时间,对所述历史聊天信息集合中的各个历史聊天信息进行降序排列,得到历史聊天信息序列;
    按照从前往后的顺序,从所述历史聊天信息序列中依次选择至少一个历史聊天信息,其中,所述至少一个历史聊天信息对应的第一屏幕占用高度满足第一预设条件,所述至少一个历史聊天信息对应的第二屏幕占用高度满足第二预设条件,所述第一屏幕占用高度为所述至少一个历史聊天信息中的各个历史聊天信息的屏幕占用高度的和,所述第一预设条件为所述第一屏幕占用高度大于等于所述消息显示区域的区域高度,所述第二屏幕占用高度为对应所述至少一个历史聊天信息的各个目标历史聊天信息的屏幕占用高度的和,所述各个目标历史聊天信息为所述至少一个历史聊天信息中除最后一个历史聊天信息外的各个历史聊天信息,所述第二预设条件为所述第二屏幕占用高度小于所述消息显示区域的区域高度;
    在所述群聊窗口中的消息显示区域中,按照消息发送时间升序排列的顺序显示所选择的历史聊天信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到作用于消息发送控件的选择操作,执行以下步骤:
    将对应消息编辑框的编辑信息确定为聊天信息;
    在所述消息显示区域中显示所述聊天信息和对应所述聊天信息的查看标识;
    响应于接收到对应所述聊天信息的已查看信息,将所接收的对应所述聊天信息的各个已查看信息的数量确定为对应所述聊天信息的已查看数量;
    将所述当前群聊用户集合包括的各个当前群聊用户的数量确定为群聊用户总量;
    根据所述已查看数量和所述群聊用户总量,生成对应所述聊天信息的查看率信息;
    根据所述查看率信息,更新所述查看标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的方法,其中,所显示的群聊窗口中还显示了群聊用户查看切换控件;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于确定所述目标邮件为当前用户所发送的邮件,且接收到对应所述目标邮件的邮件订阅信息,在所述邮件页面中显示邮件订阅提示窗口,其中,所述邮件订阅信息包括邮件订阅用户的邮箱号和转发所述目标邮件至所述邮件订阅用户的邮件转发用户的邮箱号,所述邮件订阅提示窗口中显示了邮件订阅提示信息,所述邮件订阅提示信息包括所述目标邮件的邮件标题、所述邮件订阅用户的用户标识和所述邮件转发用户的用户标识;
    将所述邮件订阅用户作为当前群聊用户添加至所述当前群聊用户集合,以对所述当前群聊用户集合进行更新;
    响应于检测到作用于所述群聊用户查看切换控件的群聊用户查看操作,在所述群聊窗口中展开群聊用户显示区域,其中,所述群聊用户显示区域中显示了所更新的当前群聊用户集合中的各个当前群聊用户的用户标识。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3之一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    将对应所述群聊标识的未读聊天信息的数量确定为未读聊天信息数量;
    响应于确定所述未读聊天信息数量大于预设数值,在所述邮件列表中对应所述目标邮件的预设列表位置显示未读图标,其中,所述未读图标中显示了所述未读聊天信息数量,所述邮件列表中的各个邮件按照时间顺序降序排列。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8之一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于检测到作用于所述邮件页面中的消息优先邮件列表显示控件的选择操作,显示消息优先邮件列表,其中,所述消息优先邮件列表中的各个邮件均对应有群聊标识,所述消息优先邮件列表中的各个邮件按照最新聊天信息的消息发送时间顺序降序排列;
    对于所述消息优先邮件列表中的每个邮件,执行以下步骤:
    将对应所述邮件的群聊标识的未读聊天信息的数量确定为未读量;
    响应于确定所述未读量大于预设数值,在所述消息优先邮件列表中对应所述邮件的预设列表位置显示未读图标,其中,所显示的未读图标中显示了所述未读量。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有至少一个程序,
    当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,使得所述至少一个处理器实现如权利要求1-9中任一所述的方法。
