Lorsque l'ensemble commutateur est mis en position de marche ou d'arrêt, le couvercle supérieur de commutateur ne sera pas relevé par rapport au couvercle supérieur de prise électrique et ne gênera pas une fiche insérée dans la prise électrique, de sorte qu'une fiche de grande taille ou de forme spéciale peut également être insérée dans la prise électrique et un aspect plus esthétique est obtenu. De plus, une structure mécanique simple est utilisée pour obtenir le fonctionnement d'une structure d'indication, ce qui résulte en une structure simple, un plus petit nombre de pièces utilisées, un coût inférieur et un fonctionnement fiable.
