Description

Cup for preparing a beverage
The utility model belongs to the field of food industry, primarily as packaging containers, in particular cups, which can be used in everyday life and in catering establishments.
A known paper cup containing a flat bottom, connected by a ring with an upwardly expanding side wall in the form of a truncated cone, which can be used for the production of quick-dissolving or brewed drinks according to traditional technology, that is, by loading a measured amount of the starting substance or a single-use bag with this into a cup substance (for example, instant or brewed coffee, tea, dried berries, a mixture for an effervescent drink, etc.) (UA Patent No. 77736, i. cl. publ. 25.02.2013).
The disadvantage of the known paper cup is low reliability and low efficiency of its operation.
The closest to the claimed cup for preparing a drink is a cup for preparing a beverage, for example, a quick-dissolving or brewed one, which contains a flat bottom (hereinafter, the bottom), connected by a ring with an upwardly expanding side wall in the form of a truncated cone (hereinafter, the side wall), and the inner surface has a liquid-impermeable coating, a liquid-permeable membrane located above the bottom, under which the starting substance, for making a drink (hereinafter substance for preparing a drink) is laid, and the membrane is fixed to the side wall, for example, by means of heat welding (UA Patent No. 94306, i. cl. A47G 23/00, published 10.11.2014, Bull. No. 21).
The disadvantage of this cup for preparing a drink is low reliability and low efficiency of its operation.
A task of the utility model is the increase of the reliability and efficiency of operation of a cup for preparing a beverage.
The task set by the utility model is achieved by the fact that the cup for preparing a beverage containing a bottom connected by a ring to a side wall, the inner surface of which contains a waterproof coating, above the bottom there is at least one membrane, between the bottom and the membrane there is a substance for preparing a beverage, additionally added the thermal cover is located on the outer surface of the side wall, the membrane is fixed to the side wall by heat welding or ultrasonic welding.
- corrugated paper, paper, cardboard is used as the material of the thermal cover.
- paper, foamed polystyrene is used as the material of the cup. - that tea, instant or ground coffee, cocoa, dried berries, herbal mixtures, sugar, sugar substitute, etc. are used as the substance for preparing the beverage.
- that synthetic woven material, synthetic non-woven material, food-grade aluminum foil or others are used as the membrane material.
The proposed cup for preparing a beverage has increased reliability and efficiency of its operation.
The drawing schematically shows an example of a cup for preparing a beverage, where in fig. 1 shows the general view of a cup for preparing a beverage (example 1), fig. 2 shows a section of a cup for preparing a beverage (example 1), fig. 3 shows the general view of a cup for preparing a beverage (example 2), fig. 4 shows a cross-section of a cup for preparing a beverage (example 2).
A cup for preparing a cup (example 1, fig. 1, 2), containing a bottom 1, connected by a ring to a side wall 2, the inner surface of which contains a waterproof coating 3. Above the bottom 1 is a membrane 4 made of synthetic nonwoven material (example ). Between the bottom 1 and the water-permeable membrane 4 is a substance for preparing a beverage 5 (for example, tea with sugar). The thermal cover 6 is located on the outer surface of the side wall 2. The membrane 4 is attached to the side wall 2 by heat welding (example).
A cup for preparing a beverage (example 2, Fig. 3, 4), which contains a bottom 1, connected by a ring to a side wall 2, the inner surface of which contains a waterproof coating 3. Above the bottom 1,’ there are membranes 4, 5. Between the bottom 1 and membrane 4 made of synthetic woven material (example) contains a substance for preparing a beverage 6 (example coffee with sugar). Above the membrane 4 is a membrane 5 made of food-grade aluminum foil (example). The thermal cover 7 is located on the outer surface of the side wall 2. Membranes 4, 5 are attached to the side wall 2 by heat welding (example).
A cup for preparing a beverage (example 1, fig. 1, 2) is used as follows. Boiling water (not shown in the drawing) is poured into a cup for preparing a beverage containing a bottom 1 connected by a ring to a side wall 2, the inner surface of which contains a waterproof coating 3. It hits the membrane 4 made of synthetic non-woven material (example) and the substance for making a beverage 5 (example tea with sugar) and brews it. The thermal cover 6 is located on the outer surface of the side wall 2 and allows you to create conditions for more convenient and safe operation, reduces the risk of bums from the side wall 2. The membrane 4 made of synthetic non-woven material (example) is fixed to the side wall 2 by means of heat welding (example).
A cup for preparing a beverage (example 2, fig. 3, 4) is used as follows. In a cup for preparing a beverage, containing a bottom 1, connected by a ring to a side wall 2, the inner surface of which contains a waterproof coating 3. A membrane 5 made of food grade aluminum foil is removed (example). After that, boiling water is poured (not shown in the drawing). It gets on the membranes 4 and the substance for preparing the beverage 6 (example coffee with sugar). The thermal cover 7 is located on the outer surface of the side wall 2 and allows you to create conditions for more convenient and safe operation, reduces the risk of bums from the side wall 2. Membranes 4, 5 are attached to the side wall 2 using heat welding (example).
Today, cups for preparing beverages have become widespread. However, the existing constructive solutions of cups for preparing beverages do not always satisfy the requirements for the convenience and reliability of their operation. For example, a well-known cup for preparing a beverage (UA Patent No. 94306, prototype) when pouring hot water into it, has a high temperature of the side wall, which reduces the reliability and efficiency of its operation. Because a person can spill a content or get bums due to the high temperature of the side wall.
Thanks to the changes made the developed cup for making a beverage can increase the reliability and efficiency of its operation.
This is achieved thanks to the introduction of a thermal cover and at least one membrane into the design. The use of a membrane made of synthetic material allows for a more dense and reliable connection with the side wall of the cup during heat welding, and the use of a membrane made of food-grade aluminum foil (example) allows to create airtight conditions for the substance for preparing a beverage during transportation and storage of cups. The use of a thermal cover allows you to create additional protection against the high temperature of the outer surface of the side wall and increase the cooling time of the beverage, which creates more comfortable and reliable conditions for operation.
The proposed cup for preparing a beverage has higher reliability and efficiency during operation and is characterized by an increased shelf life of the substance for preparing a beverage, unlike the existing ones.
Cup for preparing a beverage has working samples that have received favorable reviews from consumers and industry specialists.
