Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for creating and managing electronic business cards and a system for the same. More specifically, it is about technology that allows the generated electronic business cards to be exchanged using new communication technologies and technology that can utilize the generated electronic business cards for HR management such as attendance and issuance of certification forms.
- business cards contain information about an individual or company, such as name, phone number, address and contact information, and the name of the company or organization to which the individual belongs. Users classify information based on the name or company recorded on the business card and record it in a diary or notebook, or use the keyboard to record it in an electronic notebook or laptop and use it for sales or customer management.
- paper business cards have the disadvantage of having to be recreated when the business card information changes, such as changing jobs or changing phone numbers, and the business cards distributed so far become useless and the relationships that were built with great difficulty are lost. Additionally, paper business cards received from various acquaintances have the disadvantage of being inconvenient to store/manage and not easy to find when needed.
- Conventional electronic business card technology includes exchanging electronic business cards through a request and acceptance process to enable multi-party business card exchange using short-distance and remote communication, and storing business card information on an individual's terminal rather than a server. There is a structure that prevents personal information leakage by managing it.
- a business card exchange meeting is created by a master terminal, a master terminal requesting participation, and a master terminal for multi-party business card exchange
- the participant status is provided, and the remaining participant business card information, excluding user business card information, is shared with multiple users based on the participant status.
