纸浆模塑成型杯盖 技术领域
本发明涉及日用品领域,特别指一种堆叠时具有导向作用,而多个杯盖容易堆叠且堆叠整齐不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动的纸浆模塑成型杯盖。
背景技术
随着环保意识的抬头与集结众多智慧的研发,以纸浆纤维材质或植物纤维材质为原料经模具成型的纸塑产品由于具有容易回收可再制造再利用的优势,因为很快速地被各行各业及普罗大众接受并采用,各式各样的纸塑产品渐渐的取代生活中各种塑胶产品,不论是碗、盘、杯盖、吸管、包装材、避震材等纸塑产品都将逐渐取代塑胶产品,纸塑产品由于材质从塑胶转变为纸塑,在纸塑成型的过程中无法像塑胶产品般为工业界所熟知且轻易成型各种形状,所以仍有许多产品在成型时或成型后无法达到塑胶产品的效果或功能,但纸塑行业才刚起步仍旧有很大的进步发展空间。作为日常生活中最常见的消耗品之一,杯盖在使用上的要求特别严谨,作为容器体的杯盖除了要求食品级材质及卫生条件外,并要求更好的密封性与更大的安全性。
目前习知纸塑杯盖由于成型条件与材质所限而使其密封性均远不如塑胶杯盖,习知纸塑杯盖在成型时会将负角度的凹槽、向内倾斜的斜壁或各种不同几何方式作为扣合杯体的密封部,在扣紧杯体之外箍环时容易因为尺寸无法完全契合导致杯盖容易脱落或无法完全密封,常导致杯体内液体外泄或溢出,而习知纸塑杯盖以纵向堆叠的方式集中收集如图5所示,以上、下杯盖3、4为例,上杯盖3的外侧环壁31会抵触到下杯盖4的密封部41,由于上杯盖3的外侧环壁31与下杯盖4的密封部41之间呈线接触,会导致上杯盖3与下杯盖4的表面上产生堆叠压痕,同时上、下杯盖3、4之间还会产生径向窜动且易倾倒;上、下杯盖3、4之间还容易配合过紧而出线卡死现象,导致两者难以相互分离,故为解决上述缺陷,经长时间研发,遂有本发明产生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,是提供一种堆叠时不会造成压痕、具有导向作用;两个杯盖之间不易配合卡死容易拿取分离;而多个杯盖容易堆叠且堆叠整齐不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动的纸浆模塑成型杯盖。
本发明的次要目的,是所述纸浆模塑成型杯盖达到与杯体完全紧固与密封的效果。
本发明纸浆模塑成型杯盖,包括:该杯盖的外缘设有一向下延伸的环形盖缘,该环形盖缘包括一垂直向下延伸的环状下侧壁,该环状下侧壁的一端与杯盖之间由一弧形密封部相连接,而该环状下侧壁的另一端设有一向下延伸且呈弧形的下倾斜环状侧壁,而该下倾斜环状侧壁内侧面具有一弧形凹面;两个杯盖堆叠时,位于上层的杯盖的下倾斜环状侧壁的弧形凹面配合在位于下层的杯盖的弧形密封部的弧形外壁上。
进一步,该杯盖设有一中央顶盖板,于该中央顶盖板的外缘向下延伸出一上倾斜环状侧壁,该上倾斜环状侧壁的末端向水平面方向扩设有一环状扩增垣,该环状扩增垣末端设有前述弧形密封部。
进一步,该环状下侧壁的内侧面底部设有一呈环形的扣合部,该扣合部的弧形内壁与前述弧形凹面相连接。
进一步,该环形盖缘包括一由下倾斜环状侧壁末端延伸出的外弧型扩增环壁。
进一步,该弧形密封部的外围半径等于该弧形凹面的半径。
进一步,两个杯盖堆叠时,该下倾斜环状侧壁内侧面的弧形凹面以面接触于另一杯盖的弧形密封部上缘,接触面为弧面接触,两个杯盖以面接触的方式而不会造成压痕,且堆叠时具有导向作用,而多个杯盖容易堆叠且不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有以下技术效果。
1、两个杯盖以面接触的方式而不会造成压痕,且此处接触面为弧面接触,使得堆叠时具有导向作用,两个杯盖之间不易配合卡死容易拿取分离,而多个杯盖容易堆叠且堆叠整齐不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动。
2、进一步,借由扣合部的弧形内壁与弧形凹面相连接,共同接触于另一杯盖的弧形密封部的弧形外壁上,使两个杯盖堆叠时接触面更大,堆叠稳定性更佳。
3、进一步,借由该弧形密封部及扣合部的结构设计更令杯盖达到与杯体完全紧固与密封的效果。

本发明的实施方式
为详细说明本发明的具体结构,请参考图1至图4所示,本发明提供一种纸浆模塑成型杯盖1,该杯盖1设有一中央顶盖板10,于中央顶盖板10的外缘向下延伸出一上倾斜环状侧壁11,该上倾斜环状侧壁11的末端向水平面方向扩设有一环状扩增垣12,该环状扩增垣12末端设有一弧形密封部13并于外侧端设有一向下延伸的环形盖缘,该环形盖缘包括一垂直向下延伸的环状下侧壁14,该环状下侧壁14末端设有一向下延伸且呈弧形的下倾斜环状侧壁15,该环状下侧壁14及下倾斜环状侧壁15的转折处的内侧面凸设有一呈环形的扣合部16,而该下倾斜环状侧壁15内侧面具有一弧形凹面17,该扣合部16的弧形内壁161与弧形凹面17相连接,该下倾斜环状侧壁15末端延伸出一外弧型扩增环壁18;两个杯盖1堆叠时,位于上层的杯盖1的下倾斜环状侧壁15的弧形凹面17配合在位于下层的杯盖1的弧形密封部13的弧形外壁上。前述弧形密封部13为半圆弧形。
以图1所示的视图方向及杯盖1的全剖面示意图做为说明,该弧形密封部13的外围半径R等于该弧形凹面17的半径Q,即外围半径R=半径Q。
当欲将多个杯盖1纵向堆叠时,借由该下倾斜环状侧壁15内侧面的弧形凹面17以面接触于另一杯盖1的弧形密封部13的弧形外壁上,两个杯盖1以面接触的方式而不会造成压痕,且此处接触面为弧面接触,使得堆叠时具有导向作用,而多个杯盖1容易堆叠且不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动,且借由该扣合部16的弧形内壁161与弧形凹面17相连接,共同接触于另一杯盖1的弧形密封部13的弧形外壁上,使两个杯盖1堆叠时接触面更大,堆叠稳定性更佳。
将杯盖1由上往下套置于杯体2时,该弧形密封部13是依序抵触到杯体2的上缘并顺势向下套置,依本发明的杯体2如图4所示的实施例来论述,该杯体2的上缘为一薄片卷曲而成的外箍环21,当杯体2的外箍环21在受到杯盖1的扣合部16压迫时会稍微变形,该外箍环21是持续依循着扣合部16表面直至该杯盖1的弧形密封部13,此时该杯体2的外箍环21是完全容纳于该弧形密封部13中并与其紧贴接触而无间隙,而杯盖1的扣合部16抵触于杯体2的外箍环21的外侧面,且借由该弧形密封部13及扣合部16的结构设计更令杯盖1达到与杯体2完全紧固与密封的效果。
综上所述,本发明提供一种纸浆模塑成型杯盖1,该杯盖1的外缘设有一向下延伸的环形盖缘,该环形盖缘包括一垂直向下延伸的环状下侧壁14,该环状下侧壁14的一端与一弧形密封部13相连接,而该环状下侧壁14的另一端设有一向下延伸且呈弧形的下倾斜环状侧壁15,而该下倾斜环状侧壁15内侧面具有一弧形凹面17;两个杯盖1堆叠时,位于上层的杯盖1的下倾斜环状侧壁15的弧形凹面17配合在位于下层的杯盖1的弧形密封部13的弧形外壁上,借由该下倾斜环状侧壁15内侧面的弧形凹面17以面接触于另一杯盖1的弧形密封部13的弧形外壁上,两个杯盖1以面接触的方式而不会造成压痕,且此处接触面为弧面接触,使得堆叠时具有导向作用,而多个杯盖1容易堆叠且堆叠整齐不易倾倒,也不会产生径向窜动;也因此,扣合部16的设置并非必要,在其他没有扣合部16的实施例中也能够实现本发明的目的。当该环状下侧壁14及下倾斜环状侧壁15的转折处的内侧面凸设有一呈环形的扣合部16时,且借由该弧形密封部13及扣合部16的结构设计更令杯盖1达到与杯体2完全紧固与密封的效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种纸浆模塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,该杯盖的外缘设有一向下延伸的环形盖缘,该环形盖缘包括一垂直向下延伸的环状下侧壁,该环状下侧壁的一端与杯盖之间由一弧形密封部相连接,而该环状下侧壁的另一端设有一向下延伸且呈弧形的下倾斜环状侧壁,而该下倾斜环状侧壁内侧面具有一弧形凹面;两个杯盖堆叠时,位于上层的杯盖的下倾斜环状侧壁的弧形凹面配合在位于下层的杯盖的弧形密封部的弧形外壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,该杯盖设有一中央顶盖板,于该中央顶盖板的外缘向下延伸出一上倾斜环状侧壁,该上倾斜环状侧壁的末端向水平面方向扩设有一环状扩增垣,该环状扩增垣末端设有前述弧形密封部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑成型杯盖,其特征在于,该环状下侧壁的内侧面底部设有一呈环形的扣合部,该扣合部的弧形内壁与前述弧形凹面相连接。
