Description
本实用新型涉及充电桩技术领域,特别涉及一种具有IP防护功能的风道结构。
目前新能源汽车市场不断扩大,与其配套使用的充电桩需求也日益增加,交流充电桩已渐渐无法满足车主充电需求,直流充电桩是未来充电桩行业发展的趋势。从直流充电桩的使用场景考虑,大多数情况下是在室外使用,所以充电桩的IP防护要求是较为严格的。
现有的百叶窗结构的风道防护等级不高,而且结构上用料多、成本高、加工难度大。
本实用新型解决了相关技术中百叶窗结构的风道防护等级不高,而且结构上用料多、成本高、加工难度大的问题,提出一种具有IP防护功能的风道结构,通过防虫网、滤棉提高充电桩的IP防护等级;风道式结构相比与百叶式结构等其他结构用料少,成本低,加工难度也小。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种具有IP防护功能的风道结构,包括门板,所述门板上开设有通风口,所述通风口的内侧可拆卸安装有进风风道,外侧安装有出风风道,所述进风风道包括可拆卸连接的蜂窝状的安装板,所述出风风道包括可拆卸连接的导风罩和防护组件,所述防护组件为防虫网,所述防虫网通过压板压紧。
作为优选方案,所述压板为矩形框结构。
作为优选方案,所述安装板包括蜂窝板、侧板和顶板,所述侧板为F形结构且位于蜂窝板的两侧,所述顶板位于蜂窝板的顶部。
作为优选方案,所述侧板通过螺钉与门板相连接。
作为优选方案,所述防虫网置于导风罩上并通过压板压紧,所述导风罩两侧通过螺钉固定有支架,所述支架上转动安装有压片,所述压片用于压住压板。
作为优选方案,所述导风罩通过焊接或者螺钉与门板相连。
作为优选方案,所述防护组件还包括滤棉,所述滤棉安装于防虫网内侧。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)通过防虫网、滤棉提高充电桩的IP防护等级;
(2)风道式结构相比与百叶式结构等其他结构用料少,成本低,加工难度也小;
(3)风道式结构的网孔可做造型设计,开孔面积满足散热通风面积即可;
(5)防护组件为可拆卸安装,便于后期进出风口独立更换滤棉;
(6)蜂窝状的安装板通过螺钉可拆卸安装,便于后期生锈独立更换;
(7)通过IP防护,降低柜体漏水的风险;
(8)进风口竖直设置,出风口倾斜设置,风阻减小,利于充电桩的散热。

如图1至4所示,一种具有IP防护功能的风道结构,包括门板1,所述门板1上开设有通风口2,通风口2的内侧安装有进风风道,外侧可拆卸安装有出风风道,进风风道包括可拆卸连接的蜂窝状的安装板3,出风风道包括可拆卸连接的导风罩6和防护组件,防护组件为防虫网5,防虫网5通过压板4压紧,防止蚊虫进入柜体内部。
在一个实施例中,压板4为矩形框结构,以便将防虫网5压住且不会产生遮挡。
在一个实施例中,安装板3包括蜂窝板、侧板和顶板,侧板为F形结构且位于蜂窝板的两侧,顶板位于蜂窝板的顶部,侧板上留有用于与门板1进行螺钉安装的螺纹孔,以便通过螺钉与门板1进行连,安装板3采用不容易生锈的材质,如铝或者不锈钢,如果后期生锈,也可以将螺钉拧下,进行更换。
在一个实施例中,导风罩6上有倾斜的开口,防虫网5置于导风罩6的开口上并通过压板4压紧,具体的,导风罩6两侧通过螺钉固定有支架7,支架上转动安装有压片8,压片8用于压住压板4,拆卸时,将压片8转动90°,即可将压板4以及防虫网5取下。
在一个实施例中,根据实际需要,导风罩6可以通过焊接的方式与门板1固定连接,也可以通过螺钉与门板1可拆卸连接。
在一个实施例中,当外部工作环境比较恶劣,灰尘较多时,在防虫网5内侧安装滤棉,从而防止灰尘进入柜体内部。

- 一种具有IP防护功能的风道结构,包括门板(1),其特征在于:所述门板(1)上开设有通风口(2),所述通风口(2)的内侧可拆卸安装有进风风道,外侧安装有出风风道,所述进风风道包括可拆卸连接的蜂窝状的安装板(3),所述出风风道包括可拆卸连接的导风罩(6)和防护组件,所述防护组件为防虫网(5),所述防虫网(5)通过压板(4)压紧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述压板(4)为矩形框结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述安装板(3)包括蜂窝板、侧板和顶板,所述侧板为F形结构且位于蜂窝板的两侧,所述顶板位于蜂窝板的顶部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述侧板通过螺钉与门板(1)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述防虫网(5)置于导风罩(6)上并通过压板(4)压紧,所述导风罩(6)两侧通过螺钉固定有支架(7),所述支架上转动安装有压片(8),所述压片(8)用于压住压板(4)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述导风罩(6)通过焊接或者螺钉与门板(1)相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有IP防护功能的风道结构,其特征在于:所述防护组件还包括滤棉,所述滤棉安装于防虫网(5)内侧。
