背景技术
随着手机网络通信的迅速发展,利用手机进行网络通信已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的休闲娱乐方式。然而,现有的手机网络通信均是基于用户实名用户识别卡(Subscriber ldentification Module Card;SIM卡)进行的网络通信,由于用户实名SIM卡卡号固定,容易被追踪,导致用户隐私泄露,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上问题。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防止SIM卡被追踪的方法;
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种防止SIM卡被追踪的装置;
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种防止SIM卡被追踪的系统。

第一控制模块通过用户实名SIM卡建立第一网络连接;

由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供了一种防止SIM卡被追踪的方法、装置及系统,采用服务器分配的SIM卡卡号进行网络连接,不通过用户实名SIM卡建立的网络连接进行网络通信,从而可以避免用户实名SIM卡卡号被追踪。

图1示出了本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的系统的结构示意图,图2示出了本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的装置结构示意图。参见图1,本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的系统包括:防止SIM卡被追踪的装置和服务器。该防止SIM卡被追踪的装置可以为智能手机或平板电脑等支持移动网络通信的设备。
参见图2,防止SIM卡被追踪的装置包括:第一控制模块、第二控制模块、第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡。其中:第一控制模块连接用户实名SIM卡和第一SIM卡;第二控制模块连接第二SIM卡。用户实名SIM卡具有SIM卡卡号,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡在初始状态下为未注册卡(空白卡),不具有SIM卡卡号。其中,第一控制模块和第二控制模块在实际应用中可以设置为一个模块或者两个模块,这在本发明中不做具体限制。
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的方法的流程图,该方法应用于上述装置,参见图3,本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的方法,包括:
步骤S1,第一控制模块通过用户实名SIM卡建立第一网络连接。
具体地,在防止SIM卡被追踪的装置的初始状态时,由于第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡没有SIM卡卡号,因此第一控制模块可以通过用户实名SIM卡建立第一网络连接,后续过程中,可以通过该第一网络连接为第一SIM卡或第二SIM卡分配SIM卡卡号。
步骤S2,第二控制模块向第二SIM卡发送第一卡号读取指令,接收第二SIM卡返回的第一卡号读取响应,第一卡号读取响应未携带第二SIM卡卡号。
具体地,由于第二SIM卡在初始状态下为未注册卡(空白卡),不具有SIM卡卡号,因此第二控制模块在读取第二SIM卡卡号时,无法读取相关信息(如第二SIM卡卡号)。故而,在通过第二SIM卡建立网络连接之前,需要获取为第二SIM卡分配的SIM卡卡号。
步骤S3,第二控制模块向第一控制模块发送第一注册请求,第一注册请求用于请求获取第一分配SIM卡卡号。
具体地,由于第二控制模块没有连接用户实名SIM卡,因此需要通过第一网络连接获取为第二SIM卡分配的SIM卡卡号。
步骤S4,第一控制模块通过第一网络连接向服务器发送第一注册请求,接收服务器返回的第一注册响应,向第二SIM卡发送第一注册响应,第一注册响应携带有第一分配SIM卡卡号。第一分配SIM卡卡号为第二SIM卡卡号。
具体地,第一控制模块透传该第一注册请求,服务器在接收到第一注册请求时,查询与服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第一分配SIM卡卡号,向防止SIM卡被追踪的装置(如该装置中的第一控制模块)返回第一注册响应。其中,SIM卡矩阵包括多个从运营商获取的具有SIM卡卡号的真实SIM卡。服务器可以维护该SIM卡矩阵,在分配了第一分配SIM卡卡号后,标记该卡号已分配。其中预设选择方式可以包括随机选择,按照预设算法计算选择等方式,本发明不做具体限制。
步骤S5,第二控制模块获取第二SIM卡卡号,通过第二SIM卡建立第二网络连接,将第二网络连接作为第一当前网络连接。
具体地,在第二SIM卡被分配SIM卡卡号后,防止SIM卡被追踪的装置可以通过该第二SIM卡建立网络连接进行网络通信。
步骤S6,第一控制模块断开第一网络连接。
具体地,在后续进行网络通信时,不再采用通过该用户实名SIM卡建立的网络连接进行 通信,从而可以避免用户实名SIM卡卡号被追踪。
步骤S7,第一控制模块向第一SIM卡发送第二卡号读取指令,接收第一SIM卡返回的第二卡号读取响应,第二卡号读取响应未携带第一SIM卡卡号。
具体地,由于第一SIM卡在初始状态下为未注册卡(空白卡),不具有SIM卡卡号,因此第一控制模块在读取第一SIM卡卡号时,无法读取相关信息(如第一SIM卡卡号)。故而,在通过第一SIM卡建立网络连接之前,需要获取为第一SIM卡分配的SIM卡卡号。
步骤S8,第一控制模块向第二控制模块发送第二注册请求,第二注册请求用于请求获取第二分配SIM卡卡号。
具体地,由于第一控制模块已经断开用户实名SIM卡的网络连接,因此需要通过第二网络连接获取为第一SIM卡分配的SIM卡卡号。
步骤S9,第二控制模块通过第二网络连接向服务器发送第二注册请求,接收服务器返回的第二注册响应,向第一SIM卡发送第二注册响应,第二注册响应携带有第二分配SIM卡卡号,第二分配SIM卡卡号为第一SIM卡卡号。
具体地,第二控制模块透传该第二注册请求,服务器在接收到第二注册请求时,查询与服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第二分配SIM卡卡号,向防止SIM卡被追踪的装置(如该装置中的第二控制模块)返回第二注册响应。服务器可以维护该SIM卡矩阵,在分配了第二分配SIM卡卡号后,标记该卡号已分配。
步骤S10,第一控制模块获取第一SIM卡卡号,通过第一SIM卡建立第三网络连接,将第三网络作为第二当前网络连接。
具体地,在第一SIM卡被分配SIM卡卡号后,防止SIM卡被追踪的装置可以通过该第一SIM卡建立网络连接进行网络通信。
步骤S11,第一控制模块通过第二当前网络连接进行网络通信,和/或第二控制模块通过第一当前网络连接进行网络通信。
具体地,在实际进行网络通信的过程中,可以选择仅利用第二网络连接进行网络通信,也可以仅选择利用第三网络连接进行通信,还可以同时使用第二网络连接和第三网络连接进行网络通信。不论采用第二网络连接还是采用第三网络连接进行网络通信,均非通过用户实名SIM卡建立的网络连接进行网络通信,从而可以避免用户实名SIM卡卡号被追踪。
作为本发明实施例的一个可选实施方式,防止SIM卡被追踪的方法还包括:在满足预设触发条件时,第一控制模块断开第三网络连接,获取新的第一SIM卡卡号,通过第一SIM卡建立新的第三网络连接,将新的第三网络连接作为第二当前网络;和/或在满足预设触发条件 时,第二控制模块断开第二网络连接,获取新的第二SIM卡卡号,通过第二SIM卡建立新的第二网络连接,将新的第二网络连接作为第一当前网络连接。
作为本发明实施例的一个可选实施方式,第一控制模块获取新的第一SIM卡卡号的过程可以包括:第一控制模块向第二控制模块发送第一更新请求,第一更新请求携带第一SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第三分配SIM卡卡号。第二控制模块通过第一当前网络连接向服务器发送第一更新请求,接收服务器返回的第一更新响应,向第一SIM卡发送第一更新响应。第一更新响应携带有第三分配SIM卡卡号,第三分配SIM卡卡号作为新的第一SIM卡卡号。第一控制模块继而获取新的第一SIM卡卡号。第二控制模块获取新的第二SIM卡卡号的过程可以包括:第二控制模块向第一控制模块发送第二更新请求,第二更新请求携带第二SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第四分配SIM卡卡号。第一控制模块通过第二当前网络连接向服务器发送第二更新请求,接收服务器返回的第二更新响应,向第二SIM卡发送第二更新响应。第二更新响应携带有第四分配SIM卡卡号,第四分配SIM卡卡号作为新的第二SIM卡卡号。第二控制模块继而获取新的第二SIM卡卡号。
其中,服务器在接收到送第一更新请求时,释放第二分配SIM卡卡号,查询与服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第三分配SIM卡卡号,向防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回第一更新响应。服务器在接收到送第二更新请求时,释放第一分配SIM卡卡号,查询与服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第四分配SIM卡卡号,向防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回第二更新响应。服务器接收更新请求后,将更新请求中携带的SIM卡卡号标记为未分配,并选择新的SIM卡卡号进行分配。
具体地,在更新第一SIM卡卡号和第二SIM卡卡号时,可以选择只更新一个SIM卡卡号,也可以分别进行更新,这在本发明中不做具体限制。由于可以动态地更新第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的SIM卡卡号,可以进一步防止SIM卡卡号被追踪。
其中,预设触发条件包括达到预设周期、收到预设指令或触发预设事件等。例如,每间隔1个小时便更新一次SIM卡卡号;或者收到SIM卡卡号更新指令后,更新SIM卡卡号,SIM卡卡号更新指令可以由用户发起也可以由第三方发起;或者密码输入错误达到阈值后触发。
由此可见,利用本发明实施例提供的防止SIM卡被追踪的方法,采用服务器分配的SIM卡卡号进行网络连接,不通过用户实名SIM卡建立的网络连接进行网络通信,从而可以避免用户实名SIM卡卡号被追踪。

    第一控制模块通过用户实名SIM卡建立第一网络连接;
    第二控制模块向第二SIM卡发送第一卡号读取指令,接收所述第二SIM卡返回的第一卡号读取响应,所述第一卡号读取响应未携带第二SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块向所述第一控制模块发送第一注册请求,所述第一注册请求用于请求获取第一分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块通过所述第一网络连接向服务器发送所述第一注册请求,接收所述服务器返回的第一注册响应,向所述第二SIM卡发送所述第一注册响应,所述第一注册响应携带有所述第一分配SIM卡卡号,所述第一分配SIM卡卡号为所述第二SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块获取所述第二SIM卡卡号,通过所述第二SIM卡建立第二网络连接,将所述第二网络连接作为第一当前网络连接;
    所述第一控制模块断开所述第一网络连接;
    所述第一控制模块向第一SIM卡发送第二卡号读取指令,接收所述第一SIM卡返回的第二卡号读取响应,所述第二卡号读取响应未携带第一SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块向所述第二控制模块发送第二注册请求,所述第二注册请求用于请求获取第二分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块通过所述第二网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第二注册请求,接收所述服务器返回的第二注册响应,向所述第一SIM卡发送所述第二注册响应,所述第二注册响应携带有所述第二分配SIM卡卡号,所述第二分配SIM卡卡号为所述第一SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块获取所述第一SIM卡卡号,通过所述第一SIM卡建立第三网络连接,将所述第三网络作为第二当前网络连接;
    所述第一控制模块通过所述第二当前网络连接进行网络通信,和/或所述第二控制模块通过所述第一当前网络连接进行网络通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在满足预设触发条件时,所述第一控制模块断开所述第三网络连接,获取新的第一SIM卡卡号,通过所述第一SIM卡建立新的第三网络连接,将所述新的第三网络连接作为所述第二当前网络。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在满足预设触发条件时,所述第二控制模块断开所述第二网络连接,获取新的第二SIM卡卡号,通过所述第二SIM卡建立新的第二网络连接,将所述新的第二网络连接作为所述第一当前网络连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一控制模块获取新的第一SIM卡卡号包括:
    所述第一控制模块向所述第二控制模块发送第一更新请求,所述第一更新请求携带所述第一SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第三分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块通过所述第一当前网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第一更新请求,接收所述服务器返回的第一更新响应,向所述第一SIM卡发送所述第一更新响应,所述第一更新响应携带有所述第三分配SIM卡卡号,所述第三分配SIM卡卡号作为所述新的第一SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块获取所述新的第一SIM卡卡号。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二控制模块获取新的第二SIM卡卡号包括:
    所述第二控制模块向所述第一控制模块发送第二更新请求,所述第二更新请求携带所述第二SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第四分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块通过所述第二当前网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第二更新请求,接收所述服务器返回的第二更新响应,向所述第二SIM卡发送所述第二更新响应,所述第二更新响应携带有所述第四分配SIM卡卡号,所述第四分配SIM卡卡号作为所述新的第二SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块获取所述新的第二SIM卡卡号。
  6. 一种防止SIM卡被追踪的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:第一控制模块、第二控制模块、第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡;其中:
    所述第一控制模块,用于通过用户实名SIM卡建立第一网络连接;
    第二控制模块,用于向所述第二SIM卡发送第一卡号读取指令,接收所述第二SIM卡返回的第一卡号读取响应,所述第一卡号读取响应未携带第二SIM卡卡号;向所述第一控制模块发送第一注册请求,所述第一注册请求用于请求获取第一分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块,还用于通过所述第一网络连接向服务器发送所述第一注册请求,接收所述服务器返回的第一注册响应,向所述第二SIM卡发送所述第一注册响应,所述第一注册响应携带有所述第一分配SIM卡卡号,所述第一分配SIM卡卡号为所述第二SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块,还用于获取所述第二SIM卡卡号,通过所述第二SIM卡建立第二网络连接,将所述第二网络连接作为第一当前网络连接;
    所述第一控制模块,还用于断开所述第一网络连接;向第一SIM卡发送第二卡号读取指令,接收所述第一SIM卡返回的第二卡号读取响应,所述第二卡号读取响应未携带第一SIM卡卡号;向所述第二控制模块发送第二注册请求,所述第二注册请求用于请求获取第二分配SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块,还用于通过所述第二网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第二注册请求,接收所述服务器返回的第二注册响应,向所述第一SIM卡发送所述第二注册响应,所述第二注册响应携带有所述第二分配SIM卡卡号,所述第二分配SIM卡卡号为所述第一SIM卡卡号;
    所述第一控制模块,还用于获取所述第一SIM卡卡号,通过所述第一SIM卡建立第三网络连接,将所述第三网络作为第二当前网络连接;
    所述第一控制模块还用于通过所述第二当前网络连接进行网络通信,和/或所述第二控制模块,还用于通过所述第一当前网络连接进行网络通信。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,在满足预设触发条件时,所述第一控制模块,还用于断开所述第三网络连接,获取新的第一SIM卡卡号,通过所述第一SIM卡建立新的第三网络连接,将所述新的第三网络连接作为所述第二当前网络;和/或
    在满足预设触发条件时,所述第二控制模块,还用于断开所述第二网络连接,获取新的第二SIM卡卡号,通过所述第二SIM卡建立新的第二网络连接,将所述新的第二网络连接作为所述第一当前网络连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一控制模块通过以下方式获取新的第一SIM卡卡号:
    所述第一控制模块向所述第二控制模块发送第一更新请求,所述第一更新请求携带所述第一SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第三分配SIM卡卡号;所述第二控制模块通过所述第一当前网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第一更新请求,接收所述服务器返回的第一更新响应,向所述第一SIM卡发送所述第一更新响应,所述第一更新响应携带有所述第三分配SIM卡卡号,所述第三分配SIM卡卡号作为所述新的第一SIM卡卡号;所述第一控制模块获取所述新的第一SIM卡卡号;
    所述第二控制模块通过以下方式获取新的第二SIM卡卡号:
    所述第二控制模块向所述第一控制模块发送第二更新请求,所述第二更新请求携带所述 第二SIM卡卡号,并用于请求获取第四分配SIM卡卡号;所述第一控制模块通过所述第二当前网络连接向所述服务器发送所述第二更新请求,接收所述服务器返回的第二更新响应,向所述第二SIM卡发送所述第二更新响应,所述第二更新响应携带有所述第四分配SIM卡卡号,所述第四分配SIM卡卡号作为所述新的第二SIM卡卡号;所述第二控制模块获取所述新的第二SIM卡卡号。
  9. 一种防止SIM卡被追踪的系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6至8任一项所述的装置和服务器;
    所述服务器,用于在接收到所述第一注册请求时,查询与所述服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择所述第一分配SIM卡卡号,向所述防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回所述第一注册响应;在接收到所述第二注册请求时,查询与所述服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择所述第二分配SIM卡卡号,向所述防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回所述第二注册响应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述服务器,还用于在接收到第一更新请求时,释放所述第二分配SIM卡卡号,查询与所述服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第三分配SIM卡卡号,向所述防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回第一更新响应;在接收到第二更新请求时,释放所述第一分配SIM卡卡号,查询与所述服务器连接的SIM卡矩阵,按照预设选择方式选择第四分配SIM卡卡号,向所述防止SIM卡被追踪的装置返回第二更新响应。
