本实用新型涉及火电厂送风机技术领域,特别是一种调节机构及火电厂用送风机。
背景技术
送风机是火力发电厂大型回转设备之一,它为锅炉燃料燃烧提供适度的过量空气,其运行状况直接关系到发电机组的安全稳定,中国专利申请号为202120106556.4的一种用于火电厂送风机运行状态监测装置,有益效果为:本实用新型通过设置送风机、线圈温度传感器、轴承温度传感器、风感传感器、喘振信号收集器、监测器、远程终端、信号接收器、信号发射器和显示屏,通过线圈温度传感器、轴承温度传感器、风感传感器和喘振信号收集器对送风机内部信息进行收集,在通过信号接收器和信号发射器进行信息的通讯,在通过显示屏进行显示,达到可以实时的对送风机的运行状态进行监测的作用,但是该装置在使用时,无法对送风机进风口的进行调节,就这导致送风机无法根据不同的使用需求进行输送不同的风量,使用起来较为不便,且该装置显示屏缺少防护措施,这就导致当显示屏受到外力勿碰时会发生损坏的情况。

参照图1和图3,为本实用新型第一个实施例,该实施例提供了一种调节机构及火电厂用送风机,调节机构及火电厂用送风机包括调节组件100,包括 定位框101、调节件102、转动件103以及限位件104,调节件102设置于定位框101内,转动件103位于调节件102一侧,限位件104设置于转动件103上。
通过调节件102的设置,用于对送风机的进风口进行调节,使其能够根据不同的使用需求进行输送风量,转动件103用于带动调节件102进行转动,通过限位件104的设置,用于对转动件103进行限位,避免转动件103受到外力勿碰发生转动,进而导致调节件102发生偏移的情况。
实施例2
参照图1、图3和图4,为本实用新型第二个实施例,本实施例基于上一个实施例。
具体的,调节件102包括挡板102a以及连接轴102b,挡板102a设置于定位框101内,连接轴102b固定于挡板102a一侧。
挡板102a的数量为两个,分别位于定位框101内顶部和底部,浪费两个挡板102a相远离的一侧均通过铰链分别与定位框101内顶壁和内底壁铰接,且两个挡板102a相靠近的一侧贴合,连接轴102b一端贯穿至定位框101外侧,通过挡板102a的设置,用于对风机进风口进行调节,使其能够根据不同的使用需求进行输送风量,当两个挡板102a向相靠近的一侧移动时,风量便会降低,向相远离的一侧移动时,风量便会增加,连接轴102b用于带动挡板102a进行翻转。
具体的,转动件103包括蜗轮103a以及蜗杆103b,蜗轮103a固定于连接轴102b外侧,蜗杆103b位于蜗轮103a一侧,蜗轮103a与蜗杆103b啮合。
蜗轮103a和蜗杆103b的数量均为两个,两个蜗轮103a分别与两个连接轴102b固定,通过蜗杆103b的设置,用于带动蜗轮103a进行转动,以此可使蜗轮103a带动连接轴102b转动,从而可使挡板102a进行翻转。
具体的,转动件103还包括连接柱103c以及定位块103d,连接柱103c固定于蜗杆103b一端,定位块103d一侧与定位框101固定。
通过连接柱103c的设置,用于将两个蜗杆103b进行连接固定,使二者能够同时转动,连接柱103c通过轴承与定位块103d内转动连接,定位块103d的数量有多个,均布在连接柱103c外侧,通过定位块103d对连接柱103c进行定位,避免其在转动时出现偏移的情况。
具体的,转动件103还包括定位杆103e以及活动套103f,定位杆103e一 端与蜗杆103b固定,活动套103f套设于定位杆103e外侧。
定位杆103e和活动套103f均呈槽口型,可使活动套103f在转动时能够带动定位杆103e转动,而不会发生自转的情况,通过活动套103f和定位杆103e的设置,用于带动蜗杆103b进行转动。
具体的,限位件104包括定位板104a、限位销104b以及固定板104c,定位板104a固定于活动套103f外侧,限位销104b固定于定位板104a顶部,固定板104c固定于定位框101顶部,固定板104c上开设有限位孔Z,限位销104b与限位孔Z卡合。
限位销104b的数量有多个,呈圆形均布在定位板104a顶部,固定板104c呈L形,当限位销104b与限位孔Z卡合时,便可对定位板104a限位,并通过定位板104a对活动套103f进行限位,避免活动套103f受到外力勿碰时发生转动的情况,当需要对活动套103f转动时,只需将活动套103f向下按压,使限位销104b与限位孔Z分离即可。
具体的,限位件104还包括第一弹簧104d,第一弹簧104d两端分别与定位杆103e和活动套103f内壁固定。
通过第一弹簧104d的设置,用于对活动套103f施加一个推动的力,并通过活动套103f带动定位板104a和限位销104b移动,使限位销104b与限位孔Z卡合的更为紧固,避免二者发生分离的情况。
实施例3
参照图1和图2,为本实用新型第三个实施例,该实施例基于前两个实施例。
具体的,主体组件200,包括风机本体201、显示屏202以及防护件203,显示屏202设置于风机本体201一侧,防护件203位于显示屏202外侧。
显示屏202用查看风机本体201的运行状态,此为现有技术,通过防护件203的设置,用于对显示屏202进行防护,避免显示屏202受到外力勿碰发生损坏的情况。
具体的,防护件203包括防护框203a以及铰接板203b,防护框203a设置于显示屏202一侧,铰接板203b固定于风机本体201一侧。
防护框203a通过铰接板203b与风机本体201铰接,防护框203a中心处为透明塑料材质,以此能够对显示屏202进行查看,当需要对显示屏202进行操 作时,将防护框203a向下翻转,使其与显示屏202分离,即可对显示屏202进行操作。
具体的,防护件203还包括支撑块203c、限位柱203d、固定块203e以及第二弹簧203f,支撑块203c固定于风机本体201一侧,限位柱203d插接于支撑块203c内,固定块203e固定于限位柱203d顶端,第二弹簧203f两端分别与支撑块203c和固定块203e固定。
防护框203a顶部开设有插孔,当限位柱203d插接于插孔内部时,便可对防护框203a进行限位,避免在使用时过程中防护框203a发生掉落,进而导致显示屏202裸露在外的情况,固定块203e用于对第二弹簧203f进行固定,通过第二弹簧203f的设置,用于对固定块203e施加一个向下的力,并通过固定块203e带动限位柱203d向下移动,使限位柱203d与插孔卡合的更为紧固,避免二者发生分离的情况。
在使用时,当需要对风机本体201的风量进行调节时,将活动套103f向下按压,使其带动定位板104a和限位销104b移动,并将限位销104b与限位孔Z分离,以此解除对活动套103f的限制,此时转动活动套103f带动定位杆103e转动,并通过定位杆103e带动蜗杆103b进行转动,蜗杆103b在转动时带动蜗轮103a进行转动,通过蜗轮103a带动连接轴102b转动,以此可使连接轴102b带动挡板102a进行翻转,从而能够对进风口的风量进行调节,当需要对显示屏202进行操作时,将限位柱203d向上拉动,使其与插孔分离,以此解除对防护框203a的限制,并将防护框203a向下翻转,使其与显示屏202分离,即可对显示屏202进行操作。

  1. 一种调节机构,其特征在于:包括,
    调节组件(100),包括定位框(101)、调节件(102)、转动件(103)以及限位件(104),所述调节件(102)设置于所述定位框(101)内,所述转动件(103)位于所述调节件(102)一侧,所述限位件(104)设置于所述转动件(103)上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述调节件(102)包括挡板(102a)以及连接轴(102b),所述挡板(102a)设置于所述定位框(101)内,所述连接轴(102b)固定于所述挡板(102a)一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述转动件(103)包括蜗轮(103a)以及蜗杆(103b),所述蜗轮(103a)固定于所述连接轴(102b)外侧,所述蜗杆(103b)位于所述蜗轮(103a)一侧,所述蜗轮(103a)与所述蜗杆(103b)啮合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述转动件(103)还包括连接柱(103c)以及定位块(103d),所述连接柱(103c)固定于所述蜗杆(103b)一端,所述定位块(103d)一侧与所述定位框(101)固定。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述转动件(103)还包括定位杆(103e)以及活动套(103f),所述定位杆(103e)一端与所述蜗杆(103b)固定,所述活动套(103f)套设于所述定位杆(103e)外侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述限位件(104)包括定位板(104a)、限位销(104b)以及固定板(104c),所述定位板(104a)固定于所述活动套(103f)外侧,所述限位销(104b)固定于所述定位板(104a)顶部,所述固定板(104c)固定于所述定位框(101)顶部,所述固定板(104c)上开设有限位孔(Z),所述限位销(104b)与所述限位孔(Z)卡合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的调节机构,其特征在于:所述限位件(104)还包括第一弹簧(104d),所述第一弹簧(104d)两端分别与所述定位杆(103e)和所述活动套(103f)内壁固定。
  8. 一种火电厂用送风机,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1~7任一项所述的调节组件(100);以及,
    主体组件(200),包括风机本体(201)、显示屏(202)以及防护件(203),所述显示屏(202)设置于所述风机本体(201)一侧,所述防护件(203)位于 所述显示屏(202)外侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的火电厂用送风机,其特征在于:所述防护件(203)包括防护框(203a)以及铰接板(203b),所述防护框(203a)设置于所述显示屏(202)一侧,所述铰接板(203b)固定于所述风机本体(201)一侧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的火电厂用送风机,其特征在于:所述防护件(203)还包括支撑块(203c)、限位柱(203d)、固定块(203e)以及第二弹簧(203f),所述支撑块(203c)固定于所述风机本体(201)一侧,所述限位柱(203d)插接于所述支撑块(203c)内,所述固定块(203e)固定于所述限位柱(203d)顶端,所述第二弹簧(203f)两端分别与所述支撑块(203c)和所述固定块(203e)固定。
