Description

一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于空气消毒技术领域,具体是一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置。
背景技术
新冠后,经空气传播的流行病病毒成为了大家的关注焦点,而绝大多数经空气传播的流行病的传染源是感染病毒的病人,传播方式是有人的时候通过人和人之间进行传播,所以在有人环境实现空气消毒尤为重要。
现有的平板静电技术主要依靠吸附实现除尘和净化,有一种利用圆管针级的a静电技术有效的解决了臭氧超标的问题,并利用针尖产生的电晕场实现空气消毒,同时管壁吸附经过电晕区后带电的颗粒物。但本申请实用新型人在实现本申请实施例中的技术方案的过程中,发现上述技术至少存在如下技术问题:
传统平板静电技术臭氧超标,且消毒能力有限,而圆管针级技术尽管解决了臭氧超标问题,且产生电晕场增强了消毒能力,但是管壁吸附除尘的能力有限,还限制了整体设备厚度,使其一般都大于2.5厘米,而传统过滤滤网一般在1.5-2.4厘米之间,所以无法直接替代传统过滤网(缺少安装空间)。
有益效果
为了克服现有的不足, 本申请实施例提供一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置,通过去除圆管,在负极金属板上直接开圆孔,利用放电合金针的尖端在金属圆孔轴线处的中部放电生成电晕区,从而对从金属圆孔顶部向金属圆孔底部流动的空气进行强氧化消毒工作,解决了现有平板静电技术臭氧超标,且消毒能力有限的问题,也解决了圆管针级静电技术厚度较厚,且圆管维护麻烦的问题。
本申请实施例解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置,包括三部分的结构,分别为:用于提供电力升压的高压包、负极金属圆孔板和正极支架条;
负极板通过导线与高压包负极进行连接,所述负极板的内部开设有多个金属圆孔,所述金属圆孔的内部设置有放电合金针;
正极支架条通过导线与高压包正极进行连接,所述放电合金针的一端固定式连接在正极支架条的内部,另一端位于金属圆孔的轴心位置。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述高压包的电压控制4000-8000伏之间,电流控制在500微安到1毫安之间。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述金属圆孔的轴线与放电合金针的轴线相重叠。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述正极支架条的内部呈网格状。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述正极支架条间隔设置有多个绝缘连接柱,所述负极板通过绝缘柱与正极支架条固定式连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述放电合金针离金属圆孔的进风口距离为1-2毫米。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述金属圆孔的内部分成位于顶部的进风口,位于中部的电晕区以及位于底部的出风口。

本申请的有益效果为:
一是,本方案中,通过利用放电合金针的尖端在金属圆孔轴线处的中部放电生成电晕区,从而利用电晕场对由金属圆孔顶部向金属圆孔底部流动的空气进行强氧化消毒工作;
二是,本方案中,通过利用放电合金针的尖端放出的自由基和正离子,使大量的正负离子会凝并在颗粒物上,有效减少空气中的PM2.5,去除了传统圆管吸附部分,压缩了宝贵的物理空间,便于直接替代传统过滤滤网,且减少了后期维护圆管的难度。

本申请实施例通过提供一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置,通过去除圆管,在负极金属板上直接开圆孔,利用放电合金针的尖端在金属圆孔轴线处的中部放电生成电晕区,从而对从金属圆孔顶部向金属圆孔底部流动的空气进行强氧化消毒工作。
本申请实施例中的技术方案为解决上述背景技术的问题,总体思路如下:
实施例1:
本实施例介绍了一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置的具体结构,具体参照图1-图6所示,包括:
用于提供电力电压的高压包2;
其中,为了保证人体安全,将高压包2的电压控制在4000-8000伏之间,并将其电流控制在500微安到1毫安之间,同时在1毫安实现限流,确保对人体触碰的安全;
负极板3,其通过导线与高压包2负极进行连接,负极板3的内部开设有多个金属圆孔4,金属圆孔4的内部设置有放电合金针1;
其中,放电合金针1的尖端放电,可以形成大量的自由基和正离子,对经过金属圆孔4内部的空气形成强氧化消毒作用;
正极支架条5,其通过导线与高压包2正极进行连接,放电合金针1的一端固定式连接在正极支架条5的内部,另一端位于金属圆孔4的轴心位置;
其中,放电合金针1与开设在负极板3内部的金属圆孔4孔组成封闭的区域配合,在放电合金针1尖端放电时,在金属圆孔4的中部形成高速旋转的电晕区9,有效加大了病毒、细菌的消毒路径,提升消毒效率。
在一些示例中,金属圆孔4的轴线与放电合金针1的轴线相重叠,使放电合金针1的位置位于金属圆孔4对应的轴心位置,确保针尖的均匀放电,限制臭氧的产生,并和金属圆孔4配合在金属圆孔4的中部形成有效的电晕区9。
在一些示例中,正极支架条5间隔设置有多个绝缘连接柱6,负极板3和正极支架条5保持平行,并在负极板3和正极支架条5之间使用绝缘连接柱6进行连接,使负极板3和正极支架条5之间的间隔保持在10mm以上,从而实现空气绝缘;
通过采用上述技术方案:
上述设计通过利用放电合金针1的尖端在金属圆孔4轴线处的中部放电,从而生成电晕区9,可以在有人环境下,实现空气的消毒工作,利用放电合金针1的尖端并采用高压电离技术,在金属圆孔4内电离区域处形成高速旋转的电晕区9,从而对由金属圆孔4顶部向金属圆孔4底部流动的空气进行强氧化消毒工作。
实施例2:
以实施例1为基础,本实施例介绍了圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置的具体结构,本实施例由高压包2、正极支架条5、开设在正极支架条5内部的金属圆孔4、位于金属圆孔4内部中心的放电合金针1以及绝缘连接柱6组成,其中金属圆孔4的顶部为进风口7,金属圆孔4的底部为出风口8,空气从金属圆孔4内部朝向正极支架条5的方向流动;
其中,高压包2的正极和正极支架条5通过导线相连,而放电合金针1的一端固定在正极支架条5上,并式放电合金针1竖直向上使放电合金针1的轴线与金属圆孔4的轴线重叠,使放电合金针1的另一端离金属圆孔4内的出风口1-2mm,高压包2的负极和负极板3通过导线相连,并在负极板3和正极支架条5之间安装多个绝缘连接柱6,使负极板3和正极支架条5保持平行,并保证间隔10mm以上,实现空气绝缘;

通过采用上述技术方案:
上述设计通过利用高压包2将电流从放电合金针1的尖端放出,从而形成形成大量的自由基和正离子,当自由基和正离子对流经金属圆孔4的病毒进行强氧化消毒时,大量的正负离子会凝并在颗粒物上,有效减少空气中的PM2.5,可以在抑制臭氧发生的基础上,利用合金针1的尖端在金属圆孔4内形成的电晕区进行空气的高效消毒工作,去除了传统圆管吸附部分,压缩了宝贵的物理空间,可实现1.5-2厘米的超薄结构,便于直接替代传统过滤滤网,也减少了圆管的维护工作。

    用于提供电力电压的高压包(2);
    负极板(3),其通过导线与高压包(2)负极进行连接,所述负极板(3)上开设有多个金属圆孔(4),所述金属圆孔(4)的内部设置有放电合金针(1);以及
    正极支架条(5),其通过导线与高压包(2)正极进行连接,所述放电合金针(1)的一端固定式连接在正极支架条(5)的内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种圆孔针级空气电晕消毒装置,其特征在于:所述高压包(2)的电压控制4000-8000伏之间,电流控制在500微安到1毫安之间。
