橱柜是不可或缺的居家用品。随着人们生活品质的不断提升,目前对于家居用品的功能性和整合性要求得更高,为了方便取用橱柜内摆放的物品,通常会将橱柜设计成推拉形式的,从而方便人们的使用。在这种情况下,需要在橱柜内设置用于摆放物品的拉篮。目前市面上常见的拉篮,通常是与橱柜一通配套销售,或者在橱柜销售之后,根据用户需要,向原橱柜销售商进行定制销售,由橱柜的销售商统一发货装配。而从橱柜销售商处定制的产品本身成本就比较高,并且销售商发货通常是直接将定制好的拉篮整体直接包装并进行发售,这样由于拉篮整体的体积较大,不仅打包成本提升,运输的成本也随之提升。

本公开一些实施例提供销售橱柜用拉篮的方法中所提及的拉篮,通常放置在橱柜中,通常橱柜包括顶板、两侧壁、后侧壁和柜门面板,柜门面板可以为柜门或者其他可推拉的部件。
如上所述地,目前市售的拉篮通常是与橱柜相匹配的,由橱柜供应商在销售橱柜的过程中直接捆绑销售,或者在橱柜销售后期,根据用户的需求,直接向供应商购买,供应商通常是整体进行销售和运输,由于拉篮整体占用的空间较大,极大地增加了包装和运输成本。也有些供应商提供了分装售卖的拉篮,但是其只能匹配该供应商制造的橱柜,无法安装到其他品牌的橱柜上,这样也在一定程度上增加了成本,并且降低了普适性。
为此,本公开提供了一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,参见图15,该方法包括:
S100、提供拉篮的多个部件。其中多个部件包括主部件和副部件;所述主部件为拉篮框架,所述副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置。通过提供多个部件,将拉篮的各个部件进行拆分,而提供的方式可以包括线下门店提供或者线上展示。举例来说,可以在线下门店的墙面板上,在不同的区域挂置多个部件,将多个部件进行展示,或者可以在线上的官方网站或者相应的手机APP上进行展示。
S200、将所述多个部件的每个部件单独包装。具体来讲,就是将上述拉篮框架、连接装置和防晃装置进行单独的包装,具体的包装方式例如可以是通过气泡膜包裹,或者通过塑料充气垫包裹等方式,主要是起到防止碰撞的作用。实际上,在本申请未另外特别说明的情况下,对主部件和副部件的单独包装均可以采用前述方式,下面对所采用的包装方式的将不再进行赘述。
S300、根据用户需求从副部件中进行选取并与主部件进行搭配。如上所述的,由于主部件为拉篮框架,因此,拉篮框架是作为必售物品进行售卖的,原则上,通常副部件要与主部件进行搭配售卖,但实际上,基于一些售后因素,副部件也可以进行单独售卖。举例来说,在已经购 买了拉篮框架并进行安装之后,由于安装过程中的操作问题导致副部件损坏的情况,或者使用过程中由于受到不应有的外力的作用下导致副部件损坏的情况,可以单独销售副部件中的任一部件,当然,在必要情况下,也可以是主部件中的任一部件,而这并非是对本公开的方法的限制而仅仅是举例说明。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述用户需求例如可以包括橱柜的品牌、橱柜的尺寸、橱柜内需要放置的物品种类以及所需的拉篮功能等等进行选择。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板以及底板。本公开提供的拉篮框架中的前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板以及底板可以为木质板、钢板、复合板等材质,对此本公开不进行特别限制。在此情况下,上述将多个部件的每个单独包装还包括将前挡板、后挡板、两个侧板和底板的每个分别单独包装。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述连接装置包括连接件,在使用时,将连接件插入前挡板并卡接在侧挡板上,从而将外部的柜门面板(即上述橱柜的柜门面板)连接至拉篮框架,为了适应不同尺寸的橱柜或不同尺寸的柜门面板,连接件上设置有调节孔,该调节孔用于调整拉篮框架与柜门面板连接的安装位置。类似地,上述将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将上述连接件单独包装。为了便于销售和指导安装,下面将详细介绍连接件的具体结构以及与拉篮框架的连接方式。
具体地,在本公开的一些实施例中,如图3所示,连接件20包括第一连接板21和第二连接板22,该第一连接板21和第二连接板22一体成型,通常连接件20材质可以为不锈钢材质或任何适用于作为连接件的材质,对此本公开不进行特别限定。第一连接板21上设置有两个调节孔和一个固定孔25,固定孔25位于这两个调节孔之间,其中,这两个调节孔为横向调节孔23。第二连接板22上设置有两个调节孔,其中,一个调节孔为横向调节孔23,另一个调节孔为纵向调节孔24。在这种情况下,上述横向调节孔和纵向调节孔中的“横向”和“纵向”通常是指拉篮框架在安装后,针对每个第一连接板或第二连接板自身而言的,“纵向”即相对于每个连接板来说可以进行上下调整的方向,而“横向”即相对于每个连接板来说可以进行左右调整的方向,如此,当两个连接板相互垂直时,即可实现三维空间内各方向的调整,具体方式在下文详述。
再次参见图3所示,在图中,椭圆形的槽孔即为调节孔,在本公开的一些实施例中,调节孔不限于椭圆形,只要调节孔的横向和纵向长度不同即可,例如可以是矩形、平行四边形等,从而能够在其相应方向上进行调整。相对于调节孔,固定孔为圆形,优选圆形槽孔,由此能够保证打入自攻螺丝或螺钉后,连接件、拉篮框架和柜门面板三者之间不能 发生相对移动。
此外,如上所述地,这里的横向和纵向实际上是相对于调节孔所在的连接板自身而言。特别地,考虑到安装方向时,再如图2所示,当连接件20连接拉篮框架10和柜门面板51时,(以椭圆形的调节孔为例)第一连接板21的横向调节孔23的椭圆形的长直径对应于橱柜50的前后方向,第二连接板22的横向调节孔23的椭圆形的长直径对应于橱柜50的左右方向,纵向调节孔24的椭圆形的长直径对应于橱柜50的上下方向。当螺栓插入各调节孔时,优选只能在长直径的方向上发生相对移动。以上是对连接件20的结构的介绍。下面将详细描述连接件20与拉篮框架10的连接关系,以作为销售指导。
如上所述,连接件20插入拉篮框架10的前挡板11并卡接在侧挡板13(为了描述的简洁化,以图2中的右侧的挡板为右挡板13为例,侧挡板14为左挡板,具有相对应的结构)上。为了容纳连接件的第一连接板21,拉篮框架10上设有用于容纳连接件20的第一连接板21的卡槽70,该卡槽70通常可以是在出厂的过程中直接切割出来的,并且对切割边缘进行了打磨,从而方便安装。安装时,将连接件20的第一连接板21插入到拉篮框架10中,并将第一连接板21放置在卡槽70中,从而对第一连接板21的位置进行预先固定。在本公开公开的一些实施例中,卡槽70的长度优选可以大于第一连接板21的长度,这样更加方便拉篮框架10在安装时在橱柜50的前后方向上的调整。
公开基于上述结构,能够在预先调节的情况下,将柜门面板51稳定地安装在拉篮框架10上,具体安装调节方式如下。
在将拉篮框架10安装到柜门面板51上时,首先将连接件20的第一连接板21插入到拉篮框架10内部,并将第一连接板21卡接在卡槽70中。当第一连接板21插好后,可以将连接件20预固定到拉篮框架10上。具体地,预固定是指,可以将螺栓(未示出)插入到调节孔中而不将螺栓拧紧,这样能够保证连接件20不会在自身重力和外力的作用下从拉篮框架10上脱落,同时还可以使得连接件20在前后方向上发生相对移动。这样就能够调整连接件20与拉篮框架10之间的位置关系,由于调节孔的设置,能够使得连接件20不会在除了调节方向以外的其他方向上发生相对移动。
接下来,将拉篮框架10放置在相对于柜门面板51将要固定的位置处,使得连接件20的第二连接板22的背表面与柜门面板51紧贴。此时,通过螺栓(未示出)将连接件20的第二连接板22预固定到柜门面板51上,与上述情况类似地,该预固定同样是将螺栓拧入调节孔中,但不拧紧。这样的目的也是为了保证通过该连接件20而将拉篮框架10预安装到柜门面板51上,同时能够对拉篮框架10和柜门面板51之间的左右和/或上下方向进行调整,同样,由于调节孔的设计,拉篮框架10 不会与柜门面板51发生除了调节方向以外的其他方向上的相对移动。
完成预固定后,对拉篮框架10的位置进行进一步的细调,本公开的拉篮框架10通常可以批量生产,各部件尺寸规整,但是用户在使用过程中可能需要在自家的橱柜50的柜门面板51上进行打孔,由于用户手动打孔可能会存在一定的尺寸误差,由此,通过上述各个调节孔之间的配合调节,可以将这些误差消除,从而使得拉篮框架10与柜门面板51之间的连接更加紧密牢固,提高产品在使用时的稳定性,使得拉篮框架10不易相对于柜门面板51发生晃动。在将位置调节好之后,将各个螺栓拧紧,从而将拉篮框架10与柜门面板51固定,并将自攻螺丝打入固定孔25中,进一步将拉篮框架10进行固定,圆形的固定孔25能够保证打入自攻螺丝后,不会发生位置上的相对移动,从而能够防止后期使用过程中,拉篮框架10发生松动。
由此,通过连接件的上述结构和安装方式能够将拉篮框架10牢牢地固定在柜门面板51上,并能够保证拉篮框架10相对于柜门面板51的稳定性,这样不容易在后期使用过程中由于惯性而发生松动。此外,需要注意的是,使用上述调节孔仅可进行在其长直径方向上的调节,而当将螺栓拧紧时,即使在其长直径的方向上也是不能进行调节的,也就是说,螺栓会将连接件与拉篮框架以及与柜门面板三者紧密连接。而在固定孔内打入自攻螺丝是为了保证上述结构的长期稳定性,使得拉篮框架相对于柜门面板在长期使用的过程中更加不容易松动或脱落。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,如图1至4所示的,连接件20至少可以有四个,在本公开的一些实施方式中,当需要在拉篮框架中放置重量较大的物品时,可以设置六个或八个连接件,相应的在拉篮框架上也需要设置有六个或八个卡槽。由此拉篮所承受的拉力可以分散到拉篮的侧壁上,因此极大的提高了拉篮的稳定性和使用寿命,当然为了进一步保证拉篮结构10的稳定性,也可以设置两对以上的连接件20,相应地,则需要在侧挡板对应的位置处分别设置卡槽。
本公开进一步地,在前挡板11上与侧挡板13、14对应的位置处还设置有用于将连接件20的第一连接件20插入拉篮框架10的插槽60,以方便连接件20的插入,且所述卡槽70位于侧挡板13上并位于与插槽60相同的高度处。当连接件20的第一连接板21插入插槽后,则可以直接卡接到卡槽70内,卡槽70的宽度与第一连接板21的宽度相同,从而能够进一步起到对连接件20的固定作用。如图4所示,图4示出了连接件拆除时拉篮框架上的卡槽和插槽的示意图。该插槽60的设计能够使得连接件20与拉篮框架10和柜门面板51之间配合更加紧密,更加有利于后续使用中的受力。
在将柜门面板与拉篮框架连接之后,拉篮即可以推拉使用,在此基础上,为了使得销售的拉篮更加具有普适性,能够配合多规格的橱柜稳 定使用,可以在销售上述主部件和连接装置的基础上,销售作为副部件的防晃装置,下面将对本公开所提及的防晃装置的结构以及与拉篮的连接关系进行更加详细的说明。
在本公开的一些实施例中,参见图6,上述防晃装置40可以为第一防晃件41,该第一防晃件41设置在后挡板12上。具体地,第一防晃件41包括第一安装件411,该第一安装件411包括一体成型的纵向安装板和横向安装板,第一安装件411的纵向安装板安装在后挡板12的中间位置处,可以通过自攻螺丝进行固定,这样就能够将第一防晃件41设置在拉篮框架10的后挡板12上。该第一防晃件41还包括两个第一连接片412,这两个第一连接片412的一端对称地连接至横向安装板上,第一防晃件41具有两个防晃轮43,两个防晃轮43分别设置在第一连接片412上,该两个第一连接片412连接至横向安装板的一端上设置有横向调节孔23,用于调整防晃轮与后挡板12之间的距离。当安装好第一防晃件41后,防晃轮43与橱柜50的侧壁52相切相抵,从而在拉篮框架10发生晃动时产生相应的力,防止拉篮发生晃动。
进一步地,由于上述第一连接片412固定在第一安装件411上的一端设有横向调节孔23,该横向调节孔23的形状与上述连接件20上的横向调节孔23结构相同,此处不再对其结构进行赘述。如图10所示。在设置第一连接片412时,可以先将第一连接片412预固定在第一安装件411上,此时第一连接片412可以在横向调节孔23的长直径方向上移动,从而可以调节第一防晃轮41与橱柜50的侧壁52之间的距离,这样能够保证第一防晃轮41与橱柜50的侧壁52处于刚好接触但未产生压力的状态,进而保证拉篮框架10在拉动时,不会发生左右晃动且不会由于第一防晃轮41与橱柜50的侧壁52之间产生过大的摩擦力而导致拉动的不顺畅。
如图6和图9所示,通过第一防晃件41可以保证拉篮框架10在被拉动时,后部的稳定。在本公开的一些实施例中,本公开提供的销售方法中,将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将第一安装件411和已经安装有防晃轮43的第一连接片412分别单独包装,随后再将该包装好的第一安装件411和带有防晃轮43的第一连接片412进行整体包装作为包装好的第一防晃件。
在本公开的一些实施例中,防晃装置40还可以包括第二防晃件42,该第二防晃件设置在侧挡板的两侧并靠近所述前挡板的位置处,从而在前方对拉篮起到防晃作用。具体地,第二防晃装置包括第二安装件421、第二连接片422和防晃轮43。第二安装件的形状如图9和图11所示,第二防晃件具有凸起的横梁4211,第二安装件通过固定板4212固定在橱柜前部的侧壁内表面上,这样就能够将第二防晃件42安装在橱柜前部侧壁的内表面上。进一步地,第二连接片422为L型,第二连接片 422连接至第二安装件421的横梁4211上。防晃轮43设置在第二连接片422接横梁4211的一端上,第二连接片422连接至横梁4211的一端上设置有纵向调节孔24,从而能够调整防晃轮43与侧挡板13之间的距离。
该第二防晃件42设置在橱柜50的侧壁52的前端,在橱柜50的左右两侧均设有第二防晃件42,这样固定好之后,第二防晃件42的防晃轮43与拉篮框架10的侧挡板13、14相切接触,两边的防晃轮43均与拉篮框架10相抵,从而保证拉篮框架10在拉动时,不会发生左右晃动。
在本公开的一些优选的实施例中,上述第二安装件421在安装到橱柜50的侧壁52上后,横梁4211可以设置成与橱柜50的侧壁52呈相对倾斜状,横梁414靠近防晃轮43的一端较另一端更加贴近侧壁52。进一步地,如图11所示,第二连接片422的长板的一端设有纵向调节孔24,该纵向调节孔24的形状与上述连接件20上的纵向调节孔24结构相同,此处不再进行赘述,参见图12。
使用时,由于第二连接片422上设有纵向调节孔24,由此可以在椭圆形的长直径方向上调节第二连接片422的位置,同时又由于第二安装件421的横梁4211与橱柜50的侧壁52呈相对倾斜状,且横梁4211靠近防晃轮43的一端较另一端贴近侧壁52,因此在第二连接片422相对于横梁4211的位置发生改变时,其另一端所带的防晃轮43相对于拉篮框架10的侧挡板13、14的相对位置也会发生变化,从而在安装时更好的调节二者之间的距离,能够保证防晃轮43与拉篮框架10的侧挡板13、14处于刚好接触但未产生压力的状态,进而保证拉篮框架10在拉动时,不会发生左右晃动且不会由于第二防晃轮与拉篮框架10之间产生过大的摩擦力而导致拉动的不顺畅。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当第二防晃件41的横梁4211设置成相对倾斜时,防晃件40的各部分的尺寸可以如下所示:第二安装件411的总长度为54.92mm,即图13中l的长度,其中,横梁4211的宽度为15.15mm,即图14中w的长度,横梁4211更靠近橱柜50的一端到橱柜50的侧壁52的垂直距离为10.84mm,即图13中a的长度,横梁4211另一端到橱柜50的侧壁52的垂直距离为17.51mm,即图13中b的长度,横梁4211与橱柜50的侧壁52之间的夹角为10°-30°,最优选为15°,即为图13中角θ的度数;第二连接片422的长板的长度为53.66mm,即图12中c的长度,短板的长度为25.23mm,即图12中d的长度,宽度为12.23mm,即图12中e的长度,第二连接片422的夹角为50°-90°,优选60°-80°,最优选为70°,即图12中角δ的度数;防晃轮的外径长度均为20.33mm,即图12中r的长度。当然上述尺寸仅仅是一种列举,不应当视为对防晃件40的各个部件的尺寸的限定。
与第一防晃件相类似地,将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将 第二安装件421和已经安装有防晃轮43的第二连接片422分别单独包装,随后再将该包装好的第二安装件421和带有防晃轮43的第二连接片422进行整体包装作为包装好的第二防晃件。
通过提供上述防晃装置40,能够保证拉篮框架10在使用时保持稳定的状态,而对于第一防晃件41和第二防晃件42的选择,可以根据拉篮框架10的长度以及与橱柜50之间的配合程度来进行选择。当选择第一防晃件41和第二防晃件42两者时,通过设置第一防晃件41和第二防晃件42来联合保证拉篮框架10在拉动时保持稳定,不发生左右晃动。在本公开的一些实施例中,当拉篮框架的尺寸较小,且待盛装的物品均较为稳定的情况下,可以仅设置第一防晃件41或仅设置第二防晃件42,此时通过设置一个防晃件即可保证拉篮框架10的稳定。
为了使得拉篮的推拉过程更加顺畅,在本公开的一些实施例中,连接装置还可以包括轨道件,该轨道件包括相互配合的滑轨80和滑道81,该滑轨80安装在橱柜50的下柜板53上,滑道81设置在底板15的外表面上。在本公开的另外一些实施例中,拉篮主体10的底板的四角还可以设置滑动轮(未示出),从而代替滑轨和滑道之间的配合。在此情况下,将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将滑道和滑轨分别进行包装随后再将包装好的滑道和滑轨整体进行包装,作为包装好的轨道件。
基于上述内容,对本公开提供的销售橱柜用拉篮的方法中关于拉篮的副部件的结构进行了详细描述。在本公开的一些实施例中,除非另有说明,否则本公开所提及的副部件的连接装置实际上还包括所需要的螺栓、螺母、自攻螺丝等常见工具,为了方便用户操作,还可以包括螺丝刀、强力胶等工具,对此本公开不进行特别限定,这些部件通常由第三方提供,或者可以直接从五金商店进行购买,本申请提供的各个部件上存在对应需要打入螺栓或自攻螺丝的孔,这些孔都是常规规格,用户除了从本公开的连接装置中获取,还可以自行购买。
在本公开的一些实施例中,为了满足用户的更多需求,在本公开的一些实施例中,主部件的拉篮框架10还可以包括分区件90,参照图2和图5分区件90用于将拉篮框架分隔成不同的区域,其中,分区件90包括:支撑框91,支撑框91安装在拉篮框架10上,支撑框91的四个框分别固定在前挡板11、后挡板12和两个侧挡板13、14上。再次参照图2,图2中的分区件设置在拉篮框架10内部。分区件还包括竖隔板92,竖隔板92的上端的两侧固定在支撑框91上,竖隔板92的下端连接在底板15上。由此,能够将拉篮框架10分成两个区域。在主部件设置有分区件时,将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将支撑框和竖隔板分别单独包装。
通过提供上述分区件90,在拉篮框架的横向区域上,对拉篮框架进行了分隔。在本公开的另外一些实施例中,还可以在拉篮框架的竖向区 域上,对拉篮框架进行分隔,具体地,拉篮框架10还可以包括横隔板16,横隔板16与底板15平行设置在底板15上方。横隔板16通过位于横隔板16两端的弹簧件18与前挡板与前挡板11和后挡板12连接并设置于前挡板11和后档板12之间。在本公开一些实施例中,前挡板11和后挡板12上可以开设有凹槽17,弹簧件18可以插入凹槽17中,将横隔板16进行固定。为了指导销售和安装,下面将更详细的介绍横隔板、弹簧件和前后挡板之间的结构和连接关系。
参见图6,图6示出了带有横隔板的拉篮框架的示意图,为了方便观察,图中拆除了橱柜上的侧板。从图中可以看出,前挡板11和后挡板12的内表面上还可以设有凹槽17。横隔板16的两端均设置有弹簧件18,横隔板16通过弹簧件18与凹槽17配合而固定在前档板11和后挡板12之间。弹簧件18设置在横隔板16的下表面上,这样不会影响横隔板16上方的物品的放置。
在本公开的一些实施例中,弹簧件18的结构如图7所示。具体地,弹簧件18包括弹簧181、套在弹簧181中的插杆182和用于固定弹簧181和插杆182的固定件183,插杆182的两端插入固定件183的两端的卡口中。如图8所示,相对于横隔板16,在横隔板16上对应插杆182的位置处设有切口162,固定件183上有圆孔,可以通过自攻螺丝将固定件183固定在横隔板16上,从而将插杆182和弹簧181固定在固定件183与横隔板16之间,即位于横隔板16的切口162中。
弹簧件18与横隔板16的位置关系如图8所示,图8为从下方观察横隔板16的立体图,图中左侧示出了没有弹簧件18的横隔板16的切口162,图中右侧示出了安装了弹簧件18的情况。图中示出的横隔板16的两端分别安装有两个弹簧件18,即一共四个弹簧件18,此时如图6所示,拉篮框架10的前挡板11和后挡板12上均在每行设有两个凹槽17。当然,在横隔板16的宽度较大的情况下,可以设有更多的弹簧件18,此时,拉篮框架10的前挡板11和后挡板12上的凹槽17的数量也需要相应改变。
进一步地,固定片183上设有开口184,开口184的位置对应插杆182与弹簧181的连接处直至弹簧的尾端。在插杆182与弹簧181的连接处设置有突出该开口184的拨动件185,按压拨动件185可以压缩弹簧181,从而使得插杆182随着弹簧向内移动。安装横隔板16时,可以按压拨动件185,使得插杆182缩回切口162中,在将插杆182的位置对准前挡板11和后挡板12上的凹槽17时,放开拨动件182,插杆182插入凹槽17中,从而将横隔板16固定在前后挡板11、12上。由于设置了弹簧件18和凹槽17,横隔板16可以在拉篮框架10内对应凹槽的位置处上下移动位置设置,从而满足不同高度的物品摆放的需要。
为了对拉篮框架中摆放的物品进行保护,在本公开的一些实施例中, 横隔板16两侧设有栏杆161对物品进行保护,栏杆可以由钢质材料或者复合材料等材质制成,对此本公开不进行特别限制。
由此,在拉篮框架中提供横隔板的情况下,将多个部件的每个单独包装还可以包括将带有弹簧件的横隔板进行单独包装和将栏杆进行单独包装。
上述内容介绍了关于主部件与副部件的结构和连接关系,基于上述结构可以提供拉篮的多个部件。由此,上述步骤S300实际上可以根据上述各个部件的情况,根据用户的需求,从副部件中进行选取,并与主部件进行搭配,主部件可以为带有分区件的主部件或带有横隔板的主部件。因此,具体的搭配情况如下列出。

S3004、用户选择所需的副部件的图像;
S3005、将用户所选的主部件和副部件的图像进行比对,形成整体的拉篮图像;
S3006、根据用户需求从副部件中进行选取并与主部件进行搭配。
由此,则完成了上述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配的线上选择步骤。
本公开提供的销售橱柜用拉篮的方法在提供多个部件之后,将各个部件分别进行包装,这样能够将拉篮框架和其他部件拆解开来,也就是说,将主部件中的每个部件和副部件中的每个部件都作为单独的包装单元进行包装。由此,本公开提供的一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,在包装上,由于拆解开的部件整体占用的空间非常小,因此,在最终运输包装中所占用的体积非常小,也因此能够大幅节约运输成本,也能够方便搬运。无需专业人员上门服务,用户自行安装即可。该销售方法节约了成本和人力资源。在组合搭配时,只要选取主部件和副部件中的包装单元即可。
根据本公开的第二方面,提供了一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,参见图17,该方法包括:S101、提供拉篮的多个部件,其中多个部件包括主部件和副部件;该主部件包括基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架和分层拉篮框架;其中,基础拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板;分区拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和分区件,该分区件包括支撑框和竖隔板;所述分层拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和横隔板,所述横隔板带有弹簧件。副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置,该连接装置包括连接件和轨道件,该防晃装置包括第一防晃件和第二防晃件。
S201、将主部件和副部件的每个部件单独包装,其中将主部件和副部件的每个单独包装还包括:
S2011、将主部件中的基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架和分层拉篮框架分别作为单独的包装单元进行单独包装;S2012、将副部件中的连接件、轨道件、第一防晃件和第二防晃件分别作为独立的包装单元进行单独包装。
具体地,基础拉篮框架的包装内容包括分别包装的前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板和底板,在将这些部件单独包装之后,按照板面从大到小的顺序叠放好进行整体包装则形成基础拉篮框架的独立的包装单元。同理,分区拉篮框架的包装内容包括分别包装的前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板、支撑框和竖隔板,将这些部件单独包装之后,按照板面从大到小的顺序叠放好进行整体包装则形成分区拉篮框架的独立的包装单元。分层拉篮框架的包装内容包括分别包装的前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和带有弹簧件的横隔板,按照板面从大到小的顺序叠放好进行整体包装则形成分层拉篮框架的独立的包装单元。这样后续的选取过程就可以直接从基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架、分层拉篮框架中直接进行选取。
接下来,该方法还包括:S301、用户按需要选取主部件中独立的包 装单元中的一种。即,选取基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架、分层拉篮框架中的一种,当然,在用户家中的橱柜具有多个存储空间的情况下,可以分别选择上述多种拉篮框架。
S401、用户按需要选取副部件中独立的包装单元中的至少一种。即,选取连接件、轨道件、第一防晃件、第二防晃件中的至少一种。
S501、按用户所选取的主部件和副部件的独立的包装单元进行组合包装。
根据上述销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,可以在将主部件和副部件的多个部件单独包装之后,再进行整体包装,形成独立的包装单元,这样在用户选取的过程中,直接选取独立的包装单元,再将这些包装单元进行组合包装即可。这样能够避免在包装过程中将组装好的拉篮框架进行整体包装,独立的包装单元占用的空间小,采用本发明的方法能够减少包装和运输的空间,也能够降低搬运难度,从而节省包装、运输和人工搬运的成本,并且还能够减少运输过程中对产品带来的碰撞损伤。
可替代地,根据本公开的第三方面,本公开还提供一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,参见图18,所述方法包括:
S102、提供拉篮的多个部件,其中多个部件包括主部件和副部件,主部件为拉篮框架,拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和附加部件,;副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置,连接装置包括连接件和轨道件,防晃装置包括第一防晃件和第二防晃件;
S202、将主部件和副部件的每个部件单独包装;
S302、按照如下步骤进行打包:
S1、将底板放置在包装箱内;具体地,包装箱是指能够包装整个拉篮的包装箱,包装箱的尺寸根据拉篮框架中各个部件的尺寸进行设计,其底面积不小于拉篮框架中最大的挡板的面积。为了进一步对上述部件进行固定,包装箱内还可以设有一体的或者另外安装的卡槽,卡槽例如可以是泡沫板或者塑料隔断,卡槽能够在上述部件放置到包装箱内之后,防止各个部件在运输过程中发生严重的晃动而发生磕碰影响后期使用。
S2、将附加部件放置在所述底板上;
S3、将前挡板、侧挡板和后挡板依次放置在附加部件周围上;
S4、通过固定绳将底板、附加部件、前挡板、侧挡板和后挡板固定;
S5、将连接件、轨道件、第一防晃件和第二防晃件放置在前挡板、侧挡板和后挡板与包装箱之间形成的空隙中,使得连接件、滑轨、滑道、第一防晃件和第二防晃件的最上方不超过后挡板的上表面的高度。
在本公开的一些实施例中,上述分区件包括支撑框和竖隔板,此时,此时,上述步骤S2将附加部件放置在所述底板上可以包括先将支撑框放置在底板上,随后将竖隔板放置在支撑框内,从而节省更多的包装空间。
可替换地,在本公开的一些实施例中,上述附加部件为横隔板,该横隔板带有弹簧件。在此情况下,上述步骤S2将附加部件放置在所述底板上可以为,直接将带有弹簧件的横隔板放置在底板上,因为横隔件实际上与底板是平行设置的,其尺寸与底板是相同的,弹簧件的弹簧在包装时可以收入包装中,因此可以直接将其放置在底板上,从而节省包装空间。
根据本方法,将各个挡板从大到小依次从下到上放置后,由于上方的挡板较小,侧部会相对于包装箱空出一定空间,这个空间就可以用来放置体积较小的连接装置和防晃装置等部件,这样就能够极大的利用包装空间,因此能够从整体上减少包装拉篮所用的空间,极大的降低运输成本和搬运成本。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,所述方法包括:
    提供拉篮的多个部件;其中所述多个部件包括主部件和副部件;
    所述主部件为拉篮框架;
    所述副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置;
    将所述多个部件的每个部件单独包装;
    根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板以及底板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述连接装置包括连接件,所述连接件插入所述前挡板并卡接在所述侧挡板上,从而将外部的柜门面板连接至所述拉篮框架,所述连接件上设置有调节孔,用于调整所述拉篮框架与所述柜门面板连接的安装位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述防晃装置包括第一防晃件,所述第一防晃件设置在所述后挡板上,并且所述第一防晃件包括:
    第一安装件,安装在所述后挡板的中间位置处;
    两个第一连接片,对称地连接至所述横向安装板上;
    两个防晃轮,分别设置在所述第一连接片上;其中
    所述第一连接片上设有调节孔,用于调整所述防晃轮与所述后挡板之间的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述防晃装置包括第二防晃件,所述第二防晃件设置在所述侧挡板的两侧并靠近所述前挡板,并且所述第二防晃件包括:
    第二安装件,固定在所述橱柜前部的侧壁内表面上;
    第二连接片,所述第二连接片连接至所述第二安装件;
    防晃轮,所述防晃轮设置在所述第二连接片上;其中
    所述第二连接片上设有调节孔,从而能够调整所述防晃轮与所述侧挡板之间的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述连接装置还包括轨道件,所述轨道件包括相互配合的滑轨和滑道,所述滑轨安装在所述橱柜的下柜板上,所述滑道设置在所述底板的外表面上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述拉篮框架还包括分区件,所述分区件用于将所述拉篮框架分隔成不同的区域,其中,所述分区件包括:
    支撑框,所述支撑框安装在所述拉篮框架上,所述支撑框的四个框分别固定在所述前挡板、所述后挡板和所述两个侧挡板上;以及
    竖隔板,所述竖隔板的上端的两侧固定在所述支撑框上,所述竖隔板的下端连接在所述底板上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述拉篮框架还包括横隔板,所述横隔板通过位于所述横隔板两端部的弹簧件与所述前挡板和后挡板连接并置于所述前挡板和所述后挡板之间,所述横隔板的边缘设置有栏杆。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有分区件的拉篮框架。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置和所述第一防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有分区件的拉篮框架。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置和所述第二防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有分区件的拉篮框架。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置、所述第一防晃件和所述第二防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有分区件的拉篮框架。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有横隔板的拉篮框架。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置和所述第一防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有横隔板的拉篮框架。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置和所述第二防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有横隔板的拉篮框架。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述根据用户需求从所述副部件中进行选取并与所述主部件进行搭配为选取所述连接装置、所述第一防晃件和所述 第二防晃件与所述主部件进行搭配,所述主部件为具有横隔板的拉篮框架。
  17. 一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,所述方法包括:
    提供拉篮的多个部件;其中所述多个部件包括主部件和副部件;
    所述主部件包括基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架和分层拉篮框架;
    所述基础拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板;所述分区拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和分区件,所述分区件包括支撑框和竖隔板;所述分层拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和横隔板,所述横隔板带有弹簧件;
    所述副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置,所述连接装置包括连接件和轨道件,所述防晃装置包括第一防晃件和第二防晃件;
    将所述主部件和所述副部件的每个部件单独包装,其中,将所述主部件和所述副部件的每个部件单独包装还包括;
    将所述主部件中的基础拉篮框架、分区拉篮框架和分层拉篮框架分别作为独立的包装单元进行单独包装;
    将所述副部件中的连接件、轨道件、第一防晃件和第二防晃件分别作为独立的包装单元进行单独包装;
    用户按需要选取所述主部件中的一种;
    用户按需要选取所述副部件中的至少一种;
    按用户选取的主部件和副部件的所述独立的包装单元进行组合包装。
  18. 一种销售橱柜用拉篮的方法,所述方法包括:
    提供拉篮的多个部件;其中所述多个部件包括主部件和副部件;
    所述主部件为拉篮框架,所述拉篮框架包括前挡板、后挡板、两个侧挡板、底板和附加部件;
    所述副部件包括连接装置和防晃装置,所述连接装置包括连接件和轨道件,所述防晃装置包括第一防晃件和第二防晃件;
    将所述主部件和所述副部件的每个部件单独包装;
    按照如下步骤进行打包:
    S1、将所述底板放置在包装箱内;
    S2、将所述附加部件放置在所述底板上;
    S3、将所述前挡板、所述侧挡板和所述后挡板依次放置在所述附加部件周围;
    S4、通过固定绳将所述底板、所述附加部件所述前挡板、所述侧挡板和所述后挡板固定;
    S5、将所述连接件、轨道件、第一防晃件和第二防晃件放置在所述前挡板、所述侧挡板和所述后挡板与所述包装箱之间形成的空隙中,使得所述连接件、滑轨、滑道、第一防晃件和第二防晃件的最上方不超过所述后挡板的上表面的高度。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中
    所述附加部件为分区件,所述分区件包括支撑框和竖隔板。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中
    所述附加部件为横隔板,所述横隔板带有弹簧件。
