搭建用户组织结构:将用户、部门、角色信息存储到系统,并且在三者之间建立两两相关的关联关系,与统一认证平台的用户合并,形成满足本系统的用户组织结构;
用户权限管理:对用户的权限管理分为功能权限管理、数据权限管理两类;
功能权限管理抽取系统的功能点数据,将角色与功能点关联,对不同角色的用户分配不同的操作权限;数据权限管理则通过在项目数据中添加部门及用户标记,依据登录时存入缓存中的用户组织信息,筛选出当前用户可以访问的数据范围;
形成统一用户登录入口:当用户发出访问请求时,地址跳转到统一认证平台的登录页面,判定验证用户是否是合法用户,判定验证失败,将进行访问拦截;判定验证通过,进入系统,并将用户令牌及用户组织信息存入缓存。

不同责任处室用户并行开展触发业务与提交业务过程,每次业务阶段数据更新或提交时,都会生成阶段更新日志;
从预计结束时间队列中读取最后一项业务的预计结束时间,作为项目的预计结束时间,当到达此预计结束时间时,判断所有业务的提交状态是否全部为已提交,存在未提交的业务,系统自动给责任处室推送催办日志;

图5为本发明的实施例提供的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法中项目流程链条监控步骤的流程示意图。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
图1为一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
用户管理:通过搭建用户组织结构、控制用户权限、统一用户登录,完成用户体系管理,形成满足项目业务办理所需的基础数据支撑;对重点项目的协作与动态管理进行项目业务管理;项目流程链条监控:对于一个已发起的项目,其各项业务可能处于办理中、预计剩余期限、已办理、临期未办理、超期未办理不同执行状态;使用监控条的延伸度表示业务办理的时长,使用监控条颜色深浅度表 示各业务的执行状态,形成项目整体办理进度的监控图。
如图2所示,一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其中所述用户管理包括如下步骤:
搭建用户组织结构:将用户、部门、角色信息存储到系统,并且在三者之间建立两两相关的关联关系,与统一认证平台的用户合并,形成满足本系统的用户组织结构;
用户权限管理:对用户的权限管理分为功能权限管理、数据权限管理两类;
功能权限管理抽取系统的功能点数据,将角色与功能点关联,对不同角色的用户分配不同的操作权限;数据权限管理则通过在项目数据中添加部门及用户标记,依据登录时存入缓存中的用户组织信息,筛选出当前用户可以访问的数据范围;
形成统一用户登录入口:当用户发出访问请求时,地址跳转到统一认证平台的登录页面,判定验证用户是否是合法用户,判定验证失败,将进行访问拦截;判定验证通过,进入系统,并将用户令牌及用户组织信息存入缓存。
如图3所示,一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其中所述项目业务管理包括如下步骤:
项目起草:收集存储项目基本情况信息,将项目基本情况附件上传至指定路径,为已选参与处室与新建的项目添加绑定关系,形成待办理的项目数据、项目发起日志数据;
根据项目类型形成业务项:为各项目类型绑定业务项,为每个业务项绑定了责任处室,访问项目时,系统通过上述绑定关系,筛选出当前项目的待办业务项数据。
并行办理各项业务:在原有按工作流进行业务流程办理的基础上,用户可以在模拟时间段内与其他用户并行办理各自所属角色的应办业务
形成最终办理结论:当所有业务办理完成并提交后,依据各业务提报的阶段结论数据及阶段结论附件,形成最终结论数据,至此完成项目办理。
如图4所示,一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其中所述并行办理各项业务包括如下步骤:
模拟业务办理期限:根据业务办理次序,将各业务项对应的预计开始时间存入预计开始时间队列,将各业务项对应的预计结束时间存入预计结束时间队列;
业务办理约束控制:当触发业务时,从预计开始时间队列中读取该业务的预计开始时间,与当前时间比较,当判定小于当前时间,不允许办理,当判定大于当前时间,则可以授权办理,当到达预计开始时间,却没有开始办理标记时,系统会生成业务开始提醒日志;
业务阶段办理信息生成及存储:提交业务时,从预计结束时间队列中读取该业务的预计结束时间,与当前时间比较,当判定小于当前时间,办理状态置为正 常办理,当判定大于当前时间,办理状态置为超期办理,此时存蓄业务的阶段办理信息及办理状态,并将阶段办理附件存储到指定路径;
不同责任处室用户并行开展触发业务与提交业务过程,每次业务阶段数据更新或提交时,都会生成阶段更新日志;
业务办理临期超期情况处理:从预计结束时间队列中读取最后一项业务的预计结束时间,作为项目的预计结束时间,当到达此预计结束时间时,判断所有业务的提交状态是否全部为已提交,存在未提交的业务,系统自动给责任处室推送催办日志;
信息共享:上述各类提醒日志数据将通过接口共享到统一工作平台;全部业务提交完毕,进入下一环节。
如图5所示,一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其中项目流程链条监控包括如下步骤:
获取项目业务项:对某一已发起的项目,根据项目类型,获取其对应的N个业务,以数值I计数,为I赋初值零,
业务映射至纵轴:读取第I项业务,将该业务映射至项目监控图纵轴;
获取业务办理数据:获取业务I预期开始时间、预期结束时间、办理状态、实际办理时间等办理数据,以此作为图形渲染的依据;
业务执行阶段图形渲染:当办理状态为已办理时,将预期开始时间刻度到实际结束时间刻度间的横轴计为已办理阶段,渲染为绿色柱条;
当办理状态为未办理时,计算剩余办理天数,剩余天数L=预计结束时间-当前时间,根据剩余天数判断该业务此时的执行状态:
当判定剩余办理天数L大于1天,当前办理状态的正常办理中,其中,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为办理中阶段,渲染为黄色柱条;将当前时间刻度到预期结束时间刻度间的横轴计为为预计剩余期限;渲染为灰色柱条;
当判定剩余办理天数L小于一天的时间,当前办理状态为临期,其中,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为临期办理阶段,渲染为橙色柱条,将当前时间刻度到预期结束时间刻度间的横轴计为预计剩余期限;渲染为灰色柱条;
当判定剩余办理天数L为负值,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为超期办理阶段,渲染为红色柱条;
形成项目流程监控图:循环执行上述步骤,依次读取每个业务的办理数据并进行图形化渲染,直到计数器I的值等于N,全部业务办理进度图渲染完毕,最终得到项目流程链条监控图。
由此可见:本发明实施例中的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法:依托统一认证平台及动态用户权限控制体系,实现用户认证及权限精细管理; 通过业务叠加并行办理及各办理环节实时提醒的方式,形成更优更快的项目流程处理方案;采用可视化的全流程链条图形监控方法,便于用户实时掌控项目的办理进度,并且能够在监控图中直接进行业务办理和催办,提高办事效率。
虽然通过实施例描绘了本发明实施例,本领域普通技术人员知道,本发明有许多变形和变化而不脱离本发明的精神,希望所附的权利要求包括这些变形和变化而不脱离本发明的精神。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    用户管理:通过搭建用户组织结构、控制用户权限、统一用户登录,完成用户体系管理,形成满足项目业务办理所需的基础数据支撑;对重点项目的协作与动态管理进行基于消息提醒机制的项目业务管理;项目流程链条监控:对于一个已发起的项目,其各项业务可能处于办理中、预计剩余期限、已办理、临期未办理、超期未办理不同执行状态;使用监控条的延伸度表示业务办理的时长,使用监控条颜色深浅度表示各业务的执行状态,形成项目整体办理进度的监控图。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其特征在于,所述用户管理包括如下步骤:

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其特征在于,所述项目业务管理包括如下步骤:

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其特征在于,所述并行办理各项业务包括如下步骤:
    模拟业务办理期限:根据业务办理次序,将各业务项对应的预计开始时间存 入预计开始时间队列,将各业务项对应的预计结束时间存入预计结束时间队列;
    业务办理约束控制:当触发业务时,从预计开始时间队列中读取该业务的预计开始时间,与当前时间比较,当判定小于当前时间,不允许办理,当判定大于当前时间,则可以授权办理,当到达预计开始时间,却没有开始办理标记时,系统会生成业务开始提醒日志;
    业务阶段办理信息生成及存储:提交业务时,从预计结束时间队列中读取该业务的预计结束时间,与当前时间比较,当判定小于当前时间,办理状态置为正常办理,当判定大于当前时间,办理状态置为超期办理,此时存蓄业务的阶段办理信息及办理状态,并将阶段办理附件存储到指定路径;
    不同责任处室用户并行开展触发业务与提交业务过程,每次业务阶段数据更新或提交时,都会生成阶段更新日志;
    业务办理临期超期情况处理:从预计结束时间队列中读取最后一项业务的预计结束时间,作为项目的预计结束时间,当到达此预计结束时间时,判断所有业务的提交状态是否全部为已提交,存在未提交的业务,系统自动给责任处室推送催办日志;
    信息共享:上述各类提醒日志数据将通过接口共享到统一工作平台;全部业务提交完毕,进入下一环节。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种重点项目协作与动态管理业务流程监控方法,其特征在于:项目流程链条监控包括如下步骤:
    获取项目业务项:对某一已发起的项目,根据项目类型,获取其对应的N个业务,以数值I计数,为I赋初值零,
    业务映射至纵轴:读取第I项业务,将该业务映射至项目监控图纵轴;
    获取业务办理数据:获取业务I预期开始时间、预期结束时间、办理状态、实际办理时间等办理数据,以此作为图形渲染的依据;
    业务执行阶段图形渲染:当办理状态为已办理时,将预期开始时间刻度到实际结束时间刻度间的横轴计为已办理阶段,渲染为绿色柱条;
    当办理状态为未办理时,计算剩余办理天数,剩余天数L=预计结束时间-当前时间,根据剩余天数判断该业务此时的执行状态:
    当判定剩余办理天数L大于1天,当前办理状态的正常办理中,其中,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为办理中阶段,渲染为黄色柱条;将当前时间刻度到预期结束时间刻度间的横轴计为为预计剩余期限;渲染为灰色柱条;
    当判定剩余办理天数L小于一天的时间,当前办理状态为临期,其中,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为临期办理阶段,渲染为橙色柱条,将当前时间刻度到预期结束时间刻度间的横轴计为预计剩余期限;渲染为灰色柱条;
    当判定剩余办理天数L为负值,将预期开始时间刻度到当前时间刻度间的横轴计为超期办理阶段,渲染为红色柱条;
    形成项目流程监控图:循环执行上述步骤,依次读取每个业务的办理数据并进行图形化渲染,直到计数器I的值等于N,全部业务办理进度图渲染完毕,最终得到项目流程链条监控图。
