本发明属于车用尿素加注设备技术领域,具体涉及一种智能车用尿素加注机及其加注方法。
背景技术
尿素加注机是向柴油车加注尿素溶液的常用设备,现有尿素加注机一般都设有尿素溶解槽、溶液泵、加注软管及加注枪,向柴油车加注尿素溶液时,使用溶液泵将尿素溶解槽中的尿素溶液通过加注软管及加注枪加注到柴油车尿素缸中。由于尿素溶液在-11℃(车用尿素的冰点)会发生结晶现象,为了保持尿素加注机正常使用,需要对尿素加注机采用保温措施。
传统的车用尿素加注机大多数都不具备对尿素进行加热的功能,在遇到气温较低的天气里,容易导致尿素形成结晶,直接影响尿素的流速和加注的流量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种智能车用尿素加注机及其加注方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统的车用尿素加注机大多数都不具备对尿素进行加热的功能,在遇到气温较低的天气里,容易导致尿素形成结晶,直接影响尿素的流速和加注的流量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能车用尿素加注机,包括加注机本体,所述加注机本体底部固定连接有底座,所述底座内部的上端四角处均设置有移动机构,所述加注机本体一侧的上端固定连接有显示屏,所述显示屏下端设置有控制器,所述加注机本体顶部固定连接有顶盖,所述加注机本体一侧设置有后盖,所述加注机本体内部固定连接有隔板,所述隔板顶部固定连接有尿素箱,所述尿素箱一侧的下端固定连接有加热箱,所述隔板下端设置有过滤箱,所述过滤箱内部固定连接有过滤网,所述过滤箱底 部固定连接有管道,所述管道底部固定连接有箱体,所述箱体一侧的下端固定连接有管道,所述箱体一侧设置有水泵,所述管道外侧的上端固定连接有压力变送器,所述加注机本体一侧设置有加注枪。

一种智能车用尿素加注机的加注方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、加注机本体内部的下端设置的温度感应器对输送过程中的尿素液体进行实时检测,防止因天气过冷导致尿素箱内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,当温度低于监控的范围时,温度感应器将信号传给控制器,由控制器驱动加热箱对尿素箱内部的尿素液体进行加热,同时加注机本体和尿素箱的内部分别设置有第一保温层和第二保温层;
步骤二、通过配合加热箱可以有效的起到保温现象,加热箱将尿素箱内部的尿素加热过后输送至过滤箱中,通过过滤箱内部设置的过滤网对尿素进行过滤,进一步提高尿素的纯度,然后在输送至箱体的内部,在水泵的驱动下,使尿素通过管道输送至加注枪中;
步骤三、在输送的过程中,通过设置的压力变送器可以有效加快尿素输送的流量,并且设置的流量计算模块可以对尿素液体的流量进行计算,将计 算过后的数值输送至显示屏中进行显示,在使用期间需要移动时,通过驱动自动伸缩杆使自动伸缩杆带动万向轮向地面移动,从而将加注机本体撑起,然后便可移动,移动至所需的位置时,自动伸缩杆将带动万向轮进行回收;
步骤四、回收时,设置的缓冲垫接触地面时,可以起到缓冲的作用,从而保护加注机本体不易损坏,从而解决了加注机本体不便移动的问题,进而设置的加热箱有效的对尿素箱内部的尿素进行加热,以避免因较冷的天气使尿素箱内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,从而有效的提高使用效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种智能车用尿素加注机及其加注方法,具备以下有益效果:

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种智能车用尿素加注机,包括加注机本体1,加注机本体1底部固定连接有底座2,底座2内部的上端四角处均设置有移动机构,加注机本体1一侧的上端固定连接有显示屏6,显示屏6下端设置有控制器7,加注机本体1顶部固定连接有顶盖4,加注机本体 1一侧设置有后盖10,加注机本体1内部固定连接有隔板14,隔板14顶部固定连接有尿素箱15,尿素箱15一侧的下端固定连接有加热箱27,隔板14下端设置有过滤箱17,过滤箱17内部固定连接有过滤网18,过滤箱17底部固定连接有管道19,管道19底部固定连接有箱体20,箱体20一侧的下端固定连接有管道19,箱体20一侧设置有水泵23,管道19外侧的上端固定连接有压力变送器25,加注机本体1一侧设置有加注枪26,通过温度感应器21来进行对尿素液体进行检测,当检测温度较低时,将信号输送给加热箱27中,使加热箱27对尿素箱15内部的尿素液体进行加热,以避免结晶现象,从而使得加热过后的尿素液体通过管道流入过滤箱17内部,并通过过滤网18进行过滤后流入箱体20的内部,使得在水泵23的驱动下向加注枪26中进行输送,并且设置的压力变送器25可以加速尿素液体输送的流量。
本发明中,优选的,底座2底部固定连接有缓冲垫3。
本发明中,优选的,显示屏6一侧分别设置有二维码支付模块8和刷卡支付模块9。
本发明中,优选的,顶盖4底部的一侧固定连接有摄像头5。
本发明中,优选的,后盖10通过螺栓固定连接于加注机本体1的一侧。
本发明中,优选的,加注机本体1内侧设置有第一保温层13,尿素箱15内部设置有第二保温层16,从而有效的提高内部温度的保温性,减少因天气冷而导致的结晶现象。
本发明中,优选的,箱体20一侧的下端设置有温度感应器21,管道19的外侧从左到右依次设置有流量计算模块22和控制阀24。
本发明中,优选的,移动机构包括自动伸缩杆11,自动伸缩杆11底部固定连接有万向轮12。
一种智能车用尿素加注机的加注方法,包括以下步骤;
步骤一、加注机本体1内部的下端设置的温度感应器21对输送过程中的 尿素液体进行实时检测,防止因天气过冷导致尿素箱15内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,当温度低于监控的范围时,温度感应器21将信号传给控制器,由控制器7驱动加热箱27对尿素箱15内部的尿素液体进行加热,同时加注机本体1和尿素箱15的内部分别设置有第一保温层13和第二保温层16;
步骤二、通过配合加热箱27可以有效的起到保温现象,加热箱27将尿素箱15内部的尿素加热过后输送至过滤箱17中,通过过滤箱17内部设置的过滤网18对尿素进行过滤,进一步提高尿素的纯度,然后在输送至箱体20的内部,在水泵23的驱动下,使尿素通过管道19输送至加注枪26中;
步骤三、在输送的过程中,通过设置的压力变送器25可以有效加快尿素输送的流量,并且设置的流量计算模块22可以对尿素液体的流量进行计算,将计算过后的数值输送至显示屏6中进行显示,在使用期间需要移动时,通过驱动自动伸缩杆11使自动伸缩杆11带动万向轮12向地面移动,从而将加注机本体1撑起,然后便可移动,移动至所需的位置时,自动伸缩杆11将带动万向轮12进行回收;
步骤四、回收时,设置的缓冲垫3接触地面时,可以起到缓冲的作用,从而保护加注机本体1不易损坏,从而解决了加注机本体1不便移动的问题,进而设置的加热箱27有效的对尿素箱15内部的尿素进行加热,以避免因较冷的天气使尿素箱15内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,从而有效的提高使用效率。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用时,加注机本体1内部的下端设置的温度感应器21对输送过程中的尿素液体进行实时检测,防止因天气过冷导致尿素箱15内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,当温度低于监控的范围时,温度感应器21将信号传给控制器,由控制器7驱动加热箱27对尿素箱15内部的尿素液体进行加热,同时加注机本体1和尿素箱15的内部分别设置有第一保温层13和第二保温层16,通过配合加热箱27可以有效的起到保温现象,加热箱27将尿素箱15内部的尿素加热过后输送至过滤箱17中,通过过滤箱17内部 设置的过滤网18对尿素进行过滤,进一步提高尿素的纯度,然后在输送至箱体20的内部,在水泵23的驱动下,使尿素通过管道19输送至加注枪26中,在输送的过程中,通过设置的压力变送器25可以有效加快尿素输送的流量,并且设置的流量计算模块22可以对尿素液体的流量进行计算,将计算过后的数值输送至显示屏6中进行显示,在使用期间需要移动时,通过驱动自动伸缩杆11使自动伸缩杆11带动万向轮12向地面移动,从而将加注机本体1撑起,然后便可移动,移动至所需的位置时,自动伸缩杆11将带动万向轮12进行回收,回收时,设置的缓冲垫3接触地面时,可以起到缓冲的作用,从而保护加注机本体1不易损坏,从而解决了加注机本体1不便移动的问题,进而设置的加热箱27有效的对尿素箱15内部的尿素进行加热,以避免因较冷的天气使尿素箱15内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,从而有效的提高使用效率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种智能车用尿素加注机,包括加注机本体(1),其特征在于:所述加注机本体(1)底部固定连接有底座(2),所述底座(2)内部的上端四角处均设置有移动机构,所述加注机本体(1)一侧的上端固定连接有显示屏(6),所述显示屏(6)下端设置有控制器(7),所述加注机本体(1)顶部固定连接有顶盖(4),所述加注机本体(1)一侧设置有后盖(10),所述加注机本体(1)内部固定连接有隔板(14),所述隔板(14)顶部固定连接有尿素箱(15),所述尿素箱(15)一侧的下端固定连接有加热箱(27),所述隔板(14)下端设置有过滤箱(17),所述过滤箱(17)内部固定连接有过滤网(18),所述过滤箱(17)底部固定连接有管道(19),所述管道(19)底部固定连接有箱体(20),所述箱体(20)一侧的下端固定连接有管道(19),所述箱体(20)一侧设置有水泵(23),所述管道(19)外侧的上端固定连接有压力变送器(25),所述加注机本体(1)一侧设置有加注枪(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述底座(2)底部固定连接有缓冲垫(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述显示屏(6)一侧分别设置有二维码支付模块(8)和刷卡支付模块(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述顶盖(4)底部的一侧固定连接有摄像头(5)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述后盖(10)通过螺栓固定连接于加注机本体(1)的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述加注机本体(1)内侧设置有第一保温层(13),所述尿素箱(15)内部设置有第二保温层(16)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述箱体(20)一侧的下端设置有温度感应器(21),所述管道(19)的外侧从 左到右依次设置有流量计算模块(22)和控制阀(24)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机,其特征在于:所述移动机构包括自动伸缩杆(11),所述自动伸缩杆(11)底部固定连接有万向轮(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种智能车用尿素加注机的加注方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
    步骤一、加注机本体(1)内部的下端设置的温度感应器(21)对输送过程中的尿素液体进行实时检测,防止因天气过冷导致尿素箱(15)内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,当温度低于监控的范围时,温度感应器(21)将信号传给控制器,由控制器(7)驱动加热箱(27)对尿素箱(15)内部的尿素液体进行加热,同时加注机本体(1)和尿素箱(15)的内部分别设置有第一保温层(13)和第二保温层(16);
    步骤二、通过配合加热箱(27)可以有效的起到保温现象,加热箱(27)将尿素箱(15)内部的尿素加热过后输送至过滤箱(17)中,通过过滤箱(17)内部设置的过滤网(18)对尿素进行过滤,进一步提高尿素的纯度,然后在输送至箱体(20)的内部,在水泵(23)的驱动下,使尿素通过管道(19)输送至加注枪(26)中;
    步骤三、在输送的过程中,通过设置的压力变送器(25)可以有效加快尿素输送的流量,并且设置的流量计算模块(22)可以对尿素液体的流量进行计算,将计算过后的数值输送至显示屏(6)中进行显示,在使用期间需要移动时,通过驱动自动伸缩杆(11)使自动伸缩杆(11)带动万向轮(12)向地面移动,从而将加注机本体(1)撑起,然后便可移动,移动至所需的位置时,自动伸缩杆(11)将带动万向轮(12)进行回收;
    步骤四、回收时,设置的缓冲垫(3)接触地面时,可以起到缓冲的作用,从而保护加注机本体(1)不易损坏,从而解决了加注机本体(1)不便移动 的问题,进而设置的加热箱(27)有效的对尿素箱(15)内部的尿素进行加热,以避免因较冷的天气使尿素箱(15)内部的尿素产生结晶的现象,从而有效的提高使用效率。
