The present invention belongs to the technical field of urea filling equipment for vehicles, and particularly relates to an intelligent urea filling machine for a vehicle and a filling method thereof.
A urea filling machine is common equipment for filling urea solution into diesel vehicles. An existing urea filling machine is generally provided with a urea dissolving tank, a solution pump, a filling hose and a filling gun. When the urea solution is filled into a diesel vehicle, the solution pump is used for filling the urea solution in the urea dissolving tank into a urea cylinder of the diesel vehicle through the filling hose and the filling gun. Because the urea solution is crystallized at -11°C (a freezing point of vehicle urea), heat preservation measures need to be taken for the urea filling machine to keep the urea filling machine in normal use.
Most traditional urea filling machines for vehicles do not have the function of heating urea, so the urea is easily crystallized in relatively cold weather and flow velocity and filling flow of urea are directly affected.
A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome existing defects, and provide an intelligent urea filling machine for a vehicle and a filling method thereof, to solve the problem that most traditional urea filling machines for vehicles do not have the function of heating urea, so the urea is easily crystallized in relatively cold weather and flow velocity and filling flow of urea are directly affected.

A filling method of the intelligent urea filling machine for the vehicle comprises the following steps:
Step 1, detecting urea liquid in a conveying process in real time with a temperature sensor arranged at a lower end inside a filling machine body to prevent a phenomenon that urea inside a urea tank is crystallized due to excessively cold weather; transmitting a signal to a controller by the temperature sensor when the temperature is lower than a monitoring range; and driving a heating tank to heat the urea liquid in the urea tank by the controller, wherein a first heat preservation layer and a second heat preservation layer are respectively arranged inside the filling machine body and the urea tank.
Step 2, matching with the heating tank to effectively play a role of heat preservation; heating the urea inside the urea tank by the heating tank; then conveying the urea into a filter tank; filtering the urea through a filter screen arranged inside the filter tank to further improve the purity of the urea; then conveying the urea into a tank body; and driving the urea to be conveyed into a filling gun through a pipeline by a water pump.
Step 3, in the conveying process, effectively speeding up urea conveying flow by a pressure transmitter provided, and calculating the flow of urea liquid with a flow calculation module provided; sending the calculated value to a display screen for display; when the filling machine body needs to be moved during use, driving automatic telescopic rods so that the automatic telescopic rods drive universal wheels to move to the ground, thereby supporting the filling machine body and moving the filling machine body; and when the filling machine body is moved to a required position, driving the universal wheels to retract by the automatic telescopic rods.

4. The intelligent urea filling machine for the vehicle according to claim 3, wherein one side of the bottom of the top cover (4) is fixedly connected with a camera (5).
5. The intelligent urea filling machine for a vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the rear cover (10) is fixedly connected to one side of the filling machine body (1) by bolts.

A filling method of the intelligent urea filling machine for a vehicle of claim 8, comprising the following steps: step 1: detecting urea liquid in a conveying process in real time with a temperature sensor (21) arranged at a lower end inside a filling machine body (1) to prevent a phenomenon that urea inside a urea tank (15) is crystallized due to excessively cold weather; transmitting a signal to a controller by the temperature sensor (21) when the temperature is lower than a monitoring range; and driving a heating tank (27) to heat the urea liquid in the urea tank (15) by the controller (7), wherein a first heat preservation layer (13) and a second heat preservation layer (16) are respectively arranged inside the filling machine body (1) and the urea tank (15); step 2: matching with the heating tank (27) to effectively play a role of heat preservation; heating the urea inside the urea tank (15) by the heating tank (27); then conveying the urea into a filter tank (17); filtering the urea through a filter screen (18) arranged inside the filter tank (17) to further improve the purity of the urea; then conveying the urea into a tank body (20); and driving the urea to be conveyed into a filling gun (26) through a pipeline (19) by a water pump (23); step 3: in the conveying process, effectively speeding up urea conveying flow by a pressure transmitter (25) provided, calculating the flow of urea liquid with a flow calculation module (22) provided; sending the calculated value to a display screen (6) for display; when the filling machine body needs to be moved during use, driving automatic telescopic rods (11) so that the automatic telescopic rods (11) drive universal wheels (12) to move to the ground, thereby supporting the filling machine body (1) and moving the filling machine body; and when the filling machine body is moved to a required position, driving the universal wheels (12) to retract by the automatic telescopic rods 12991 (11); step 4: during retraction, enabling a cushion pad (3) provided to play a role of buffering when touching the ground, thereby protecting the filling machine body (1) from being damaged easily, and solving a problem that the filing machine body (1) is inconvenient to move, so that the heating tank (27) provided effectively heats the urea inside the urea tank (15), to avoid a phenomenon that the urea inside the urea tank (15) is crystallized due to relatively cold weather, thereby effectively improving use efficiency.
