技术领域
本申请涉及一种适用于存储箱的支架台。
背景技术
存储箱因其具有容纳空间,常常用来放置工具,例如电池包、水平标尺、线缆、润滑油等化学药剂以及随时穿戴的工具等,当用户不使用工具时,常常将存储箱放置在仓库内,但是将存储箱全都堆叠在一起,往往用户需要寻找放置在最下层存储箱内的工具时,需要将堆叠在上方的工具箱移除,才能将下层的存储箱打开,这样非常不便用户拿取。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种可以与存储箱互锁的支架台。
本申请提供了一种适用于存储箱的支架台,包括:至少一个支撑件,设置为与存储箱互锁;安装组件,与支撑件连接;安装组件包括:第一连接件,与支撑件连接;支撑件相对于第一连接件至少具有第一状态和第二状态,在支撑件处于第一状态的情况下,支撑件处于第一位置,在支撑件处于第二状态的情况下,支撑件处于第二位置。
作为一种可选的实施方式,第一连接件安装至墙面、地面、货架、木板中的至少一种。
作为一种可选的实施方式,支架台还包括互锁组件,在支撑件处于第一状态的情况下,互锁组件设置为将工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、存储箱、工作台中的至少一种安装至支撑件上。

如图1所示为工具箱系统100,其可以设置为存储物品,例如:附件、工具、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、附件盒/袋、工具盒、工作台50等。本申请中所述存储物品,不仅仅限制于在存储箱10内存储物品,也包括将物品固定在存储箱10外侧,或者是悬挂、吸附、放置在存储箱10外侧,也称之为将物品存储至存储箱10。
本申请在图1中定义了上、下、前、后、左和右等方位。在无具体说明的情况下,下文中所述的上下、前后、左右均指的是工具箱系统100如图1所示静置时的状态。
如图1至图3所述,存储装置100a为工具箱系统100的主要形成部分,存储装置100a至少包括一个存储箱10,存储箱10形成有容纳腔,容纳腔设置为存储物品。工具箱系统100也可以包括数个存储箱10,存储箱10之间可以互相连接。工具箱系统100中包括多个种类的存储箱10,如收纳箱,收纳箱具有形成容纳腔的箱体132,以及基本封闭箱体132的上盖133,箱体132与上盖133之间设置锁定开关,以使箱体132与上盖133之间保持相对固定。箱体132一般包括前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁和右侧壁,以及连接上述四个侧壁的底壁。存储箱10的上盖133均设置有互锁组件30,进而可以将存储箱10之间上下锁定。收纳筐,收纳筐具有形成容纳腔的箱体132,箱体132为半开放式,即无上盖133封闭,用户可以直接将物品从收纳筐中取出或存放。抽屉箱13,抽屉箱13形成有一个侧面具有开口的箱体132,以及一个或者多个的抽屉,用户可以在抽屉里放置物品后将抽屉推进箱体132内,当用户需要取用物品时,用户可以将抽屉拉出取用即可,其中抽屉箱13还包括侧翻盖的结构。移动式收纳箱,移动式收纳箱与上述收纳箱的区别在于,移动式收纳箱就有移动组件,即箱体132上连接有可相对地面转动的轮子,轮子可以带动收纳箱移动。移动式收纳箱还可以连接把手组件,把手组件可以设置在移动式收纳箱的一侧,用户可以握持 把手组件从而根据实际情况移动收纳箱的位置。若无特别说明,本申请中的存储箱10指代的是上述的收纳箱、收纳筐、抽屉箱13、移动式收纳箱的其中一种或者数种结合。
如图1和图2所示,工具箱系统100至少包括第一类存储箱11、第二类存储箱12和第一安装组件25。第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12均具有容纳腔,容纳腔能够放置物品。第一安装组件25能够将第二类存储箱12附接至第一类存储箱11的外侧,当第二类存储箱12附接在第一类存储箱11的外侧时,第二类存储箱12能够随第一类存储箱11一并移动。其中,第二类存储箱12的体积与第一类存储箱11的体积的比值大于等于0.3且小于等于3,这样设置可以使第一类存储箱11能够连接更多的物品。第一安装组件25可以是直接形成于第一类存储箱11或/和第二类存储箱12,第一安装组件25也可以是独立于第一类存储箱11或者是第二类存储箱12的零部件。其中,附接包括直接连接、间接连接,直接连接中包括点连接、面连接、线连接等。
作为一种实施方式,第一安装组件25直接形成于第一类存储箱11或/和第二类存储箱12,第一安装组件25包括第一适配部和第二适配部,第一适配部由第一类存储箱11直接形成,第二适配部由第二类储存箱12直接形成,这样当第一适配部与第二适配部配合时,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12保持基本相对固定,当第一类适配部与第二类适配部分离时,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12能够相对自由移动。第一适配部可以设置在第一类存储箱11的侧壁上,第二适配部也可以设置在第二类存储箱12的侧壁上。需要注意的是,在此并不限制第一适配部或第二适配部具体设置在哪一个侧壁上,第一适配部或第二适配部可以设置在任意一个侧壁上,只要能够实现第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12之间的连接即可。
作为另一种实施方式,第一安装组件25为独立于第一类存储箱11和第二类存储箱12的零部件。第一安装组件25包括第一适配部和第二适配部,第一适配部可拆卸连接至第一类存储箱11的侧壁上,第二适配部可拆卸连接至第二类存储箱12的侧壁上。也可以是,第一适配部可拆卸连接至第一类存储箱11的侧壁上,第二适配部由第二类储存箱12直接形成。或者是,第一适配部由第一类存储箱11直接形成,第二适配部可拆卸连接至第二类储存箱12的侧壁上。
作为其他实施方式,中间件可拆卸连接至第一类存储箱11上,第一安装组件25连接至中间件上,第一安装组件25包括第一适配部和第二适配部,第一适配部连接至中间件上,第二适配部连接至第二类存储箱12上。
本申请中并不具体限制第一适配部和第二适配部的具体的结构,下文中关于第一适配部和第二适配部的结构描述为其中一种能够实现第一类存储箱11和 第二类存储箱12附接的一种具体结构方式。
工具箱系统100还包括第二安装组件,第二安装组件能够将第二类存储箱12可选的连接至第一类存储箱11的上盖或底壁上。即可以理解为,第二安装组件可以将第二类存储箱12安装至第一类存储箱11的上盖上,第二安装组件也可以将第二类存储箱12安装至第一类存储箱11的底壁上,也就是将第一存储箱11安装至第二类存储箱12的上盖上。第二安装组件包括互锁组件,互锁组件包括可回弹的卡扣件和定位件,卡扣件与第一类存储箱11的上盖连接,定位件与第二类存储箱12的底壁连接。或者是,卡扣件与第二类存储箱12的上盖连接,定位件与第一类存储箱11的底壁连接。这样设置,即第三类存储箱可以通过第二安装组件连接至第一类存储箱11的上盖上,第四类存储箱也可以通过第二安装组件连接在第三类存储箱的上盖上,用户可以在第四类存储箱上连接更多的存储箱。第二类存储箱12可以通过第一安装组件25连接至第一类存储箱11、第三类存储箱或者是第四类存储箱上,第一类存储箱11可以连接轮子,这样用户可以通过移动第一类存储箱11就可以将第二类存储箱12、第三类存储箱和第四类存储箱一并移动。这里的第一类存储箱11、第二类存储箱12、第三类存储箱和第四类存储只是为了描述其连接方式,即第一类存储箱11、第二类存储箱12、第三类存储箱和第四类存储可以是同样的存储箱,也可以是都不一致的存储箱,还可以部分存储箱的种类是一致的。本申请中第一安装组件25与第二安装组件的结构可以是一致的,或者是部分结构为一致的。
如图1、图2、图4至图6、以及图13至图14所示,第一安装组件25可以将第二类存储箱12附接在第一类存储箱11的侧壁上,即当第二储存箱12与第一类存储箱11附接时,第二存储箱12能够随第一类存储箱11一并运动,当第二类存储箱12脱离第一类存储箱11时,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12能够相对自由移动。工具箱系统100包括设置在容纳腔外的外接组件20,外接组件20可以理解为上文所述的中间件。外接组件20设置为外挂工具、附件、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、存储箱10等,外接组件20可拆装式固定连接至第一类存储箱11上。同时外接组件20上设置有一个或者数个定位孔211,定位孔211设置为将外接组件20与待安装部221固定连接,其中待安装部221可以是墙面、地面、货架、木板等。具体的,外接组件20上设置有四个定位孔211,四个定位孔211设置在外接组件20的面板21上,定位孔211分别位于面板21的四角,用户可以使用螺钉穿过上述定位孔211将外接组件20固定至带安装部221上。如果用户需要移除外接组件20、或者更换外接组件20安装位置时,只需将螺钉从定位孔211中取出后,将外接组件20从带安装部221上移除即可,若需要更换安装位置,只需重新将螺钉穿过上述定位孔211将外接组件20固定至新的带安装部221上即可。外接组件20包括面板21,面板21设置在 外接组件20的前侧。
外接组件20上可拆卸式连接扩展件22,扩展件22基本设置在外接组件20的后侧,与面板21相对设置。扩展件22设置为连接外接组件20和第一类存储箱11,扩展件22可以连接至第一类存储箱11的箱体132上,即扩展件22可拆卸式连接至第一类存储箱11的侧壁上。当用户需要将外接组件20安装至第一类存储箱11上时需要安装扩展件22,当用户需要将外接组件20安装至墙面上时,需要将扩展件22拆除。
扩展件22至少包括一个安装部221和连接部222,安装部221设置为与外接组件20固定连接,连接部222设置为与第一类存储箱11固定连接。安装部221与连接部222固定连接或者一体成型,例如,安装部221与连接部222一体成型。第一类存储箱11的拐角处设置有连接段57,连接部222可以通过螺钉、插销、铆钉以及活动卡扣422中的一种或几种组合的方式连接至第一类存储箱11的连接段57。连接段57上形成有安装面,连接部222上形成有通孔,用户可以使用螺钉,穿过通孔使连接部222使扩展件22紧固至安装面上。安装部221可以通过螺钉、插销、铆钉以及活动卡扣422中的一种或几种组合的方式连接至第一类存储箱11的连接段57,安装部221呈U型,即安装部221具有第一安装板2211、第二安装板2212和第三安装板2213,第一安装板2211与第二安装板2212间隔设置,第三安装板2213连接第一安装板2211和第二安装板2212,第二安装板2212与连接部222连接,第一安装板2211与第二安装板2212上均设置有通孔,用户可以使用螺栓2214,穿过安装部221上的连接孔、以及第一安装板2211和第二安装板2212的通孔后用螺母2215拧紧。为了保证连接的稳定性,可以采用数个扩展件22将外接组件20连接至第一类存储箱11上。若无特别说明,存储箱11的连接段57也属于存储箱11的侧壁。
作为一种实施方式,扩展件22还包括扩展部223,扩展部223、安装部221和连接部222,连接部222设置在扩展部223和安装部221之间,连接部222、扩展部223、安装部221固定连接或者一体成型,例如,连接部222、扩展部223和安装部221一体成型。扩展部223设置为安装外挂件62,外挂件62设置为连接工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置等。扩展部223、连接部222、安装部221之间不在同一个平面内,扩展部223、连接部222、安装部221之间依次连接,且三者之间呈倾斜设置。在本实施例中,扩展件22可以采用金属材料制成。
外接组件20上还包括有互锁组件30,互锁组件30基本设置在外接组件20的前侧。互锁组件30设置为锁定工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、工作台50等。互锁组件30指的是,外接组件20与工具、附件、风 扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、工作台50等之间一种可拆装的连接方式,例如两者之间可以是卡扣连接、螺纹连接、螺钉连接、吸附连接等,当然也可以是多种连接方式的结合。本申请中采用的是卡扣422连接,即互锁组件30为设置在外接组件20两侧的卡扣422组件31,两侧卡扣422组件31的结构基本一致。卡扣422组件31包括可回弹的卡扣422件311和定位件312,外接组件20上安装有可回弹的卡扣422件311,上述任意一个结构上设置有定位件312,当定位件312与卡扣422件311互锁时,在没有外力施加于卡扣422件311上,定位件312与卡扣422件311之间始终保持紧密接触。若用户需要解锁时,只需将卡扣422件311向外拨动,使卡扣422件311与定位件312之间分离,就可以将两者解锁。
外接组件20可以外接支承件23,支承件23设置为连接其他外挂件62、电动工具、电动工具附件、电池包、风扇单元、附件盒/袋或者是充电器等。支承件23可以可拆卸式固定连接外接组件20面板21上。支承件23包括第一连接端231和第二连接端232,以及连接第一连接端231和第二连接端232主支承部233,第一连接端231和第二连接端232与外接组件20固定连接,主支承部233与外接组件20的面板21呈间隔设置,支承件23与外接组件20之间形成一个悬挂槽234,其他外挂件62、电动工具、电动工具附件、电池包、风扇单元、附件盒/袋或者是充电器等可以悬挂至悬挂槽234内。外接组件20上可以设置一个或者多个支承件23,支承件23之间可以并排设置。在沿左右方向上,互锁组件30设置在支承件23的两侧。因外接组件20上连接互锁组件30,当用户需要使用互锁组件30锁定物品的时候,需要将支承件23从外接组件20上拆卸下来,避免对其产生干涉,影响互锁组件30连接的稳定性。当用户需要使用支承件23的功能的时候,可以自行将支承件23安装至外接组件20上。
外接组件20上还连接挂钩部24,挂钩部24连接至外接组件20的面板21上,且挂钩部24能够相对于外接组件20运动,即挂钩部24在运动过程中至少具有两个状态,展开状态和收纳状态,当挂钩部24处于展开状态时,挂钩部24处于展开的状态,当挂钩部24处于收纳状态时,挂钩部24处于收纳的状态。用户可以拨动挂钩部24,使挂钩部24能够相对外接组件20的面板21转动。挂钩部24包括固定连接或者一体成型的主体部241和转动部242,主体部241可形成支撑架243,用户可以在主体部241上放置物品等。转动部242与外接组件20连接,并实现带动主体部241相对于外接组件20转动,转动部242与外接组件20的连接处基本设置在外接组件20的下端,其中主体部241为中空状。外接组件20的面板21上设置有凹陷的容纳槽244,这样挂钩部24处于收纳状态时,能将主体部241基本容纳至容纳槽244内,从而使挂钩部24不会影响其他外接组件20上其他零部件的功能使用。当用户将挂钩部24拨动至展开状态时, 挂钩部24展开,此时主体部241与外接组件20的面板21大致呈直角的状态,即主体部241与外接组件20之间形成一支撑架243,用户可在主体部241上放置物品等。当用户不需要挂钩部24时,可以拨动挂钩部24至收纳状态,此时挂钩部24收纳至面板21的容纳槽244内。在本实施例中,外接组件20上设置有2个挂钩部24。外接组件20连接第一安装组件25,第一安装组件25与第二类存储箱12连接,使外接组件20与第二类存储箱12之间保持相对固定,第一安装组件25包括第一适配部251和第二适配部252,当第一适配部251与第二适配部252配合时,外接组件20与第二类存储箱12保持相对固定,即第一适配部251与第二适配部252可分离,当第一适配部251与第二适配部252分离时,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12能够相对自由移动。第一适配部251与外接组件20固定连接或者一体成型,第二适配部252与第二类存储箱12固定连接或者一体成型,作为一种实施方式,第一适配部251与外接组件20一体成型,第二适配部252与第二类存储箱12一体成型,第一适配部251引导第二适配部252沿预设方向滑动卡接至相应位置使外接组件20与第二类存储箱12保持相对固定。第一适配部251主体大致呈T形,在沿左右方向上,第一适配部251具有第一限位部2511、第二限位部2512,第一限位部2511和第二限位部2512与第二适配部252配合以限制第二类存储箱12沿左右方向移动,在沿上下方向上,第一适配部251具有第一引导部2513和第三限位部2514,第一引导部2513设置为引导第二适配部252沿预设方向101滑动,第三限位部2514与第二适配部252配合限制第二类存储箱12向下运动。第二适配部252为大致呈U型的卡接槽,在沿左右方向上,第二适配部252包括第一限位槽2521和第二限位槽2522,当第二适配部252卡接至第一适配部251上时,第一限位部2511和第二限位部2512卡接在第一限位槽2521和第二限位槽2522中,从而限制第二类存储箱12在左右方向上移动,而且第一限位槽2521和第二限位槽2522均为大致呈U型的凹槽,也就是第一限位部2511和第二限位部2512卡接在第一限位槽2521和第二限位槽2522中,第一限位槽2521和第二限位槽2522能同时限制第二类存储箱12在前后方向上移动。第二适配部252还包括第三限位槽2523,第三限位槽2523设置在第一限位槽2521与第二限位槽2522之间,当第二适配部252卡接至第一适配部251上时,第三限位槽2523与第三限位部2514配合,以限制第二类存储箱12向下移动。用户需要将第二类存储箱12安装至外接组件20上时,只需将第二类存储箱12上的第二适配部252向下滑动卡接至暗转板的第一适配部251上,就可实现第二类存储箱12与外接组件20之间的连接,当需要将第二类存储箱12从外接组件20上拆卸时,用户只需将第二类存储箱12相对于外接组件20向上提起,就可以将第二类存储箱12从外接组件20上脱离。通过上述结构设置,一方面能够有效的保证外接组件20与第二 类存储箱12之间连接的稳定性,另一方便也方便用户安装或拆卸存储箱10。在本申请中,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12并不是指特定存储箱10,只是为了表示外接组件20可以同时实现将两个存储箱10并排固定的功能,第一类存储箱11与第二类存储箱12可以是同一种类的存储箱10,也可以是不同种类的存储箱10。
在沿左右方向上,外接组件20上设置多个第一适配部251,同时在存储箱10上也设置有多个与第一适配部251配合的第二适配部252,从而保证外接组件20与存储箱10之间连接的稳定性。在沿上下方向上,外接组件20上至少设置有两排第一适配部251,两排第一适配部251分别位于外接组件20的上下两侧,这样设置,存储箱10即可以选择连接在上侧的第一适配部251上,也可以连接在下侧的第一适配部251上,用户可以根据实际情况自行选择安装位置。上述结构,不限于存储箱10,也可以是其他的物品,即第二适配部252与其他物品连接就可实现将该物品连接至外接组件20上。
外接组件20可以利用扩展件22将其固定连接至移动式收纳箱,这样用户在使用移动式收纳箱时,一方面,可以使外接组件20随移动式收纳箱一起移动,这样用户可以将存储箱10连接至外接组件20上时,用户推/拉移动式收纳箱就可以将存储箱10一并移动,或者是在支承件23上连接工具、附件等。另一方面,用户将外接组件20连接至移动式收纳箱上后,可以拨动挂钩部24将其处于展开的状态,这样外接组件20与移动式收纳箱的组合可以近似形成“叉车”用户可以在“叉车”上放置物品,为了保证连接的稳定性,可以使用绳子穿过挂钩部24的主体部241,同时绑定物品,最后将绳子固定在把手组件上,当然也可以固定在其他地方,只要保证将物品固定在“叉车”上即可。用户可以将扩展件22从外接组件20上拆除,使用螺钉将外接组件20固定至墙面上,用户可以根据需求将相应的物品连接至外接组件20上。
作为一种实施方式,外接组件20的面板21是由多个小面板构成的,每个小面板上均固定连接或者一体成型有一个或者数个第一适配部251,其中小面板的数量可以是1个或者是1个以上。在本申请中,并不限制面板21是由几个小面板构成,只要能够实现连接上述的结构即可。
如图1、图2、图7至图10以及图20所示的抽屉箱13,抽屉箱13包括分层盒131和箱体132。抽屉箱13可以根据不同的需求设置一个或者多个分层盒131,分层盒131设置在箱体132内,分层盒131可以沿设置在箱体132内的轨道往复运动。抽屉箱13的上侧设置有互锁组件30,即抽屉箱13可以堆叠在存储箱10上,例如,抽屉箱13可以与移动式收纳箱互锁,这样用户在推/拉移动式收纳箱时,就可以带动抽屉箱13一并移动。当然其他物品或者是存储箱10 也可以堆叠在抽屉箱13上。
以图1所示的三层抽屉箱13为例,三层抽屉箱13即可以理解为抽屉箱13具有三个分层盒131。抽屉箱13包括轨道组件134,轨道组件134设置在每个分层盒131两侧,轨道组件134设置为引导每个分层盒131沿第一方向102往复滑动。每个分层盒131之间能够独立的相对于箱体132滑动。抽屉箱13还包括连接组件135,连接组件135设置为将分层盒131与箱体132之间保持固定,避免分层盒131在无外力的驱动下,自行从箱体132内滑动出来,例如在一些运动过程中,出现分层盒131滑出箱体132,而导致箱体132内放置的物品掉落。分层盒131相对于箱体132具有锁定状态和解锁状态,当分层盒131处于锁定状态时,分层盒131与箱体132在无外力驱动的情况下,保持相对固定。当分层盒131处于解锁状态时,分层盒131能够在不脱离箱体132的情况下沿第一方向102前后滑动。
连接组件135包括第一止挡件1351、第二止挡件1352、偏压件1353和锁定件1354。锁定件1354与箱体132固定连接或者一体成型,锁定件1354与第二止挡件1352能够相互配合,使分层盒131与箱体132保持相对固定,偏压件1353设置在第二止挡件1352和第一止挡件1351之间,且偏压件1353始终给第二止挡件1352一个向下的偏压力,第一止挡件1351与分层盒131固定连接或者一体成型。锁定件1354上形成有锁定部1356,第二止挡件1352上设置有卡接部1355,当锁定部1356与卡接部1355配合时,分层盒131处于锁定状态,当锁定部1356与卡接部1355分离时,分层盒131处于解锁状态。在本实施例中第一止挡件1351与分层盒131一体成型,即分层盒131形成一容纳腔,偏压件1353设置在容纳腔内,第二止挡件1352至少部分设置在容纳腔内,且第二止挡件1352能够随第一止挡件1351同步运动,偏压件1353一端抵持在分层盒131上,另一端抵持在第二止挡件1352上,偏压件1353在安装的时候就给其一个预紧力,使其始终对第二止挡件1352施加一个向下的偏压力,该偏压力使分层盒131处于锁定状态时,锁定部1356与卡接部1355始终保持配合的状态。
锁定部1356设置在卡接部1355的移动路径上,锁定部1356可以为一个孔,卡接部1355为第二止挡件1352上向下的凸起,偏压件1353对第二止挡件1352施加的偏压力,使凸起在无外力的影响下始终保持卡接在孔内。分层盒131处于锁定状态时,凸起卡接在孔内。需要解锁时,只需用户对其第二止挡件1352施加一个向上克服偏压力的力,使凸起从孔内脱离,进而分层盒131可以实现从箱体132内向外滑出。当用户需要将分层盒131锁定时,只需将分层盒131向箱体132内推动,偏压件1353对第二止挡件1352施加的偏压力,直至凸起卡接在孔内,从而实现分层盒131和箱体132之间保持相对固定。在本实施例中,抽屉箱13具有三个分层盒131,三个分层盒131与箱体132之间均可采用 上述锁定方式,在此不再赘述。在本实施例中,偏压件1353可以设置2个。
抽屉箱13还包括锁定板136,锁定板136可以避免分层盒131从箱体132内滑出。锁定板136设置在抽屉箱13的前侧,且锁定板136经过抽屉箱13的所有分层盒131。抽屉箱13前侧的箱体132上形成有两个中空状的凸起,分别为第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362,第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362间隔设置,锁定板136能够插入第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362。在沿上下方向上,第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362设置在抽屉箱13所有分层盒131的两侧,锁定板136为长条状,这样设置,锁定板136插入第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362后能够更好的避免分层盒131从箱体132内滑出,保证分层盒131和箱体132之间连接的稳定性。
锁定板136包括长条部1363和折弯部1364,长条部1363和折弯部1364固定连接或者一体成型,长条部1363和折弯部1364倾斜设置,例如,长条部1363和折弯部1364呈直角设置,锁定板136向下插入第一凸起部1361和第二凸起部1362,直至折弯部1364与第一凸起部1361接触后,锁定板136停止向下运动。第一凸起部1361和折弯部1364上还形成有对应的锁定孔1365,用户可以用挂锁将锁定板136和箱体132锁定,进一步保证分层盒131和箱体132之间连接的稳定性,同时还能防盗。
箱体132上形成有收纳槽1366,收纳槽1366设置为放置锁定板136,即当用户不需要使用锁定板136时,可以将锁定板136放置在收纳槽1366内,以便用户下次使用。收纳槽1366设置在箱体132上,锁定板136可以沿一方向插入收纳槽1366内,收纳槽1366可以设置在分层盒131的上侧或是上侧,这样用户将锁定板136插入收纳槽1366内时,不会与分层盒131干涉。作为其他设置方式,可以是在箱体132的侧面上形成收纳槽1366,这样用户不使用锁定板136时,就可以将锁定板136直接插在侧面的收纳槽1366里,收纳槽1366可以设置在箱体132的任何一个侧面上,除去供分层盒131抽拉的侧面上。
如图16至图19所示一种可折叠式的支架台40,支架台40至少包括一个支撑件41,支撑件41可以设置为放置物品、存储箱10等。支架台40可以固定在墙面、地面、货架、木板或调节导轨42。
支架台40还包括安装组件43,安装组件43与支撑件41连接,安装组件43包括第一连接件435,第一连接件435与支撑件41连接,支撑件41相对于第一连接件435具有第一状态和第二状态,当支撑件41处于第一状态时,支撑件41处于第一位置,此时用户可以在支撑件41上放置物品、存储箱10等。当支撑件41处于第二状态时,支撑件41处于第二位置,此时支撑件41与调节导轨42占据的空间较小,用户若是不用支撑件41放置物品、存储箱10等时,可 以让支撑件41处于第二状态,进而合理利用空间。也就是说支撑件41相对于第一连接件435至少具有两个位置。即支撑件41处于第一位置与支撑件41处于第二位置时的夹角α大于等于30度(如图23所示)。
作为一种实施方式,如图21所示,第一连接件435a与待连接部47转动连接,支撑件41a与待连接部47转动连接,支撑件41a处于第一状态时,第一连接件435a与支撑件41a抵接,并与其保持相对固定,支撑件41a处于第二状态时,第一连接件435a与支撑件41a脱离,此时支撑件41a失去支撑,受重力影响,与待连接部47连接的另一端将向下掉落。第一连接件435a与支撑件41a之间可以采用螺纹连接、榫卯连接、螺钉连接、插销连接和卡扣连接中的一种或者几种的组合,在此并不限制第一连接件435a与支撑件41a之间的连接方式,只要能够实现第一连接件435a和支撑件41a之间可拆卸连接即可。待连接部47可以是墙面、地面、货架、木板中的一种,也就是说第一连接件435a与支撑件41a能够直接安装至墙面、地面、货架、木板中的一种或者几种的组合。待连接部47与墙面、地面、货架、木板之间为可拆卸式连接。
根据图16至图19所示,调节导轨42的数量为两个,调节导轨42呈一定的间隔设置,调节导轨42可以安装至墙面,或者是木板上,使其保持相对固定。支架台40安装在调节导轨42上。安装组件43与调节导轨42连接,调节导轨42的数量为两个,同样的,与调节导轨42固定连接的安装组件43也设置有两个,两个安装组件43连接至支撑件41。在本实施例中,调节导轨42与安装组件43基本对称设置,也就是说,调节导轨42与安装组件43的结构基本一致,为了避免赘述,在此仅以一组结构为例进行描述。
安装组件43包括第三连接件431、定位销432、弹性件433、驱动件434、第一连接件435、第二连接件436和紧固件437。
第二连接件436与调节导轨42均形成有数个通孔,紧固件437可以穿过第二连接件436的通孔和调节导轨42的通孔将第二连接件436和调节导轨42固定连接。第二连接件436上还形成有数个等比间隔设置的卡槽421,同样,调节导轨42也等比设置有多个卡扣422,即卡槽421可以卡接在卡扣422上,以此限制第二连接件436向下运动。用户可以先将第二连接件436上的卡槽421卡接在卡扣422上,然后使用紧固件437穿过第二连接件436和调节导轨42的通孔并固定,以此不但避免第二连接件436自由移动,同时保证第二连接件436和调节导轨42之间连接的稳定性。
支架台40安装在调节导轨42上,第二连接件436安装在调节导轨42上,支架台40相对于调节导轨42可以折叠,也可以理解为,支撑件41相对于第二连接件436可以展开或折叠,即支撑件41相对于第二连接件436也同样具有第 一状态和第二状态,当支撑件41处于第一状态时,支撑件41与第二连接件436相交所成的角度大于等于80度且小于等于100度,此时用户可以在支撑件41上放置物品、存储箱10等。当支撑件41处于第二状态时,支撑件41与第二连接件436相交所成的角度β小于80度,此时支撑件41与第二连接件436占据的空间较小,用户若是不用支撑件41放置物品、存储箱10等时,可以让支撑件41处于第二状态,进而合理利用空间。
第一连接件435连接第二连接件436和第三连接件431,第一连接件435能够相对第二连接件436转动,第一连接件435可以设置有两个,两个第一连接件435的两端均连接有定位销432,即两个第一连接件435通过定位销432连接至第二连接件436和第三连接件431。第一连接件435设置在第二连接件436的两侧,并由定位销432穿过第一连接件435,这样设置,从而使第一连接件435能够相对第二连接件436转动,并且在无外力的情况下,未与第二连接件436连接的另一端会因重力的作用向下运动。第三连接件431与支撑件41固定连接,第三连接件431与第二连接件436转动连接,即第三连接件431能够绕第一转动轴线103转动,第三连接件431上形成有一段中空的滑道439,第一连接件435的另一端设置在滑道439两侧,即定位销432穿过第一连接件435和滑道439,从而将第一连接件435和第三连接件431连接,在沿第三连接件431延伸方向上,滑道439具有前边缘45和后边缘46,前边缘45和后边缘46设置位于滑道439的两侧,因滑道439具有一定的长度,即定位销432在无外力驱动的情况下可以在滑道439内滑动,也可以理解为,定位销432可以在前边缘45和后边缘46之间滑动。前边缘45相对于后边缘46距离第一转动轴线103较远。
弹性件433基本固定在第三连接件431上,其中弹性件433具有一弹性臂44,弹性臂44抵持在驱动件434上,并始终对驱动件434施加一个推力。驱动件434连接至第三连接件431,驱动件434能够相对第三连接件431转动。驱动件434包括前端和后端,前端和后端设置在驱动件434的两侧,在沿驱动件434的延伸方向上,后端至第二连接件436的距离,比前端至第二连接件436的距离小。因弹性臂44始终对驱动件434具有一个推力,在无外力驱动驱动件434的情况下,上述推力使驱动件434的一端始终与第三连接件431接触。在本实施例中,第一连接件435连接的定位销432能够在滑道439内滑动,在定位销432滑动的过程中,驱动件434的后端会与定位销432抵持,并限制定位销432移动。驱动件434在无外力驱动的情况下始终与第三连接件431抵接,也就是说,后端始终与定位销432抵持,从而使支撑件41处于第一状态。
若是用户需要将支撑件41处于第二状态时,只要按压驱动件434,克服弹性臂44的对驱动件434施加的推力,使驱动件434的后端与定位销432分离,从而使定位销432能够在滑道439内继续相向移动,而且此时,第三连接件431 没有第一连接件435的抵持,受重力的影响,第三连接件431的前端部向第二连接件436靠近,即支撑件41向下折叠,呈第二状态。若是用户需要将支撑件41处于第一状态时,只要用力将支撑件41的一端向上抬起,此时与支撑件41固定连接的第三连接件431绕第一转动轴线103向上抬起,第三连接件431向上抬起的过程中,定位销432在滑道439内向后滑动至与驱动件434第一次接触,此时用户继续给支撑件41施加力,力传递至定位销432上,使其克服弹性臂44对驱动件434的推力后,继续向后移动,直至滑道439的后边缘46,驱动件434失去外力后,弹性臂44对驱动件434的推力使驱动件434的后端恢复与第三连接件431抵接的状态,用户撤销对支撑件41施加的力后,第三连接件431、第一连接件435、定位销432等受重力的影响向下运动,即定位销432在滑道439内向前运动,直至定位销432与驱动件434的后端抵接,进而使定位销432、第三连接件431、第一连接件435、支撑件41保持在当前位置,此时用户完成状态切换,支撑件41处于第一状态。因调节导轨42的长度比第二连接件436的长度长,也就是说,调节导轨42上可以安装多个安装组件43,即调节导轨42上可以连接多个支架台40,物品、存储箱10等可以放置在支撑件41上,这样设置,可以合理利用长度方向上的空间,避免物品、存储箱10等随意方式放置在地面上,造成空间的不合理利用。
支架台40可以直接与墙面连接,也就是说,第二连接件436可以直接安装至墙面上,这样用户可以将物品,存储箱10等悬挂在墙面上。
本申请提供一种具有两种状态的支架台40,当支架台40处于展开状态时,能够实现支架台40与存储箱10之间的互锁,当用户不需要的时候,可以使支架台40处于折叠状态。
如图3、图5、图11、图12以及图17所示一种工作台50,工作台50可设置为放置工具,如台锯等,也可以供用户充当面板21,用户可以在工作台50上办公。工作台50大致呈四边形。
作为一种实施方式,工作台50可以连接至支架台40上,支撑件41上设置有可回弹的卡扣422件311,工作台50上连接与卡扣422件311配合的定位件312,当卡扣422件311与定位件312配合时,工作台50与支撑件41能够保持相对固定,这样工作台50可以悬挂至墙面,或者是其他地方。本实施例中的卡扣422件311与定位件312,也可以指的是前面所述的互锁组件30。同样的,外接组件20上也设置有卡扣422件311,用户可以将定位件312卡接在卡扣422件311上,从而使外接组件20与工作台50保持相对固定。
工具箱系统100还包括:第一安装组件25,连接至第一类存储箱11,第一安装组件25能够连接第一存储箱11和工作台50,并且能够将工作台50附接至 第一类存储箱11的侧壁上。第一安装组件25指的是,工作台50与第一类存储箱11之间一种可拆装的连接方式,例如两者之间可以是卡扣连接、螺纹连接、螺钉连接、吸附连接、挂钩连接、过盈连接等,当然也可以是多种连接方式的结合。
工作台50具有第一连接状态和第二连接状态,当工作台处于第一连接状态时,工作台50附接于存储箱10的上盖上,当工作台50处于第二连接状态时,工作台50附接于存储箱10的侧壁上。即工作台50可以连接在存储箱10的外侧。
工作台50可以连接至存储箱10上,即工作台50上连接有接触面531,存储箱10上连接有与接触面531至少部分接触的连接面541,当接触面531与连接面541接触时,工作台50可以随存储箱10一起移动。
作为一种其他实施方式,工作台50可以连接至存储箱10的上盖133上。工作台50连接有插接部53,存储箱10上盖133连接插入部54,插入部54形成连接面541,插接部53形成接触面531,插接部53可以直接插入插入部54上,进而保持工作台50与存储箱10相对固定。工作台50包括相对设置的前端面51和后端面52,前端面51可以供用户办公、或放置台锯等。后端面52上至少形成有一个凸起的插接部53,后端面52上形成有四个插接部53,插接部53分别位于后端面52的四个拐角处。存储箱10的上盖133形成有与插接部53对应的凹陷的插入部54,插入部54分别位于上盖133的四个拐角处。存储箱10的上盖133上设置有可回弹的卡扣422件311,定位件312也可以设置在存储箱10上,例如,定位件312设置在存储箱10的下端,这样用户可以将多个存储箱10互锁在一起后,将工作台50插接至最上方的存储箱10上盖133上,用户可以将多个存储箱10和工作台50当成桌子使用,例如在一些施工环境现场。
工作台50可以连接在移动式收纳箱上,用户在移动式收纳箱上堆叠存储箱10调整高度,这样设置,就可以成为一个移动的桌子,用户可以在工作台50办公等。当用户需要移动存储箱10来搬运物品时,用户可以将台锯放置在工作台50上,用绳子绑定,防止掉落,这样能够节省存储箱10内的空间,进而在存储箱10放置更多的物品。
工作台50上还可以连接悬挂部55,悬挂部55与工作台50固定连接或者一体成型,悬挂部55设置在工作台50的后端面52上。工作台50可以至少设置一个悬挂部55,在本实施例中,工作台50设置两个悬挂部55,用户可以通过悬挂部55将工作台50悬挂至任意可以悬挂的地方。
工作台50还包括有置物槽56,置物槽56设置在前端面51上,置物槽56设置在前端面51的四周。
工作台50的外边缘拐角处形成有连接段57,工具箱系统100还包括有外挂组件60,外挂组件60包括中间件61和外挂件62,外挂件62能可拆卸式连接物品。外挂件62包括电池包挂件、线缆挂件、标尺挂件、电动工具挂件、附件挂件、支承件23。可分别设置为挂设电池包、线缆、标尺、电动工具、附件等。存储箱10上可以设置多个外挂件62,可以为电池包挂件、线缆挂件、标尺挂件,支承件23以及电动工具挂件的一种或组合。中间件61与工作台50可拆卸式固定连接,即中间件61可以是通过螺钉、插销、铆钉以及活动卡扣422中的一种或几种组合的方式连接至工作台50。中间件61连接至工作台50的连接段57上,即工作台50的四个连接段57上均可以安装中间件61,两个中间件61之间可以安装支承件23,用户可以在支承件23上悬挂工具等。
根据图22所示,用户也可以根据需求,将工作台50外边缘上连接的外挂组件60,拆卸下来并连接至存储箱10的连接段57上。用户将外挂组件60连接至存储箱10的连接段57上,可以通过悬挂部55将工作台50悬挂在外挂组件60形成的凹槽上,这样工作台50可以附接至存储箱10的侧壁上。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种适用于存储箱的支架台,包括:
    至少一个支撑件,设置为与所述存储箱互锁;
    安装组件,与所述支撑件连接;
    所述安装组件包括:
    第一连接件,与所述支撑件连接;
    所述支撑件相对于第一连接件至少具有第一状态和第二状态,在支撑件处于第一状态的情况下,所述支撑件处于第一位置,在所述支撑件处于第二状态的情况下,所述支撑件处于第二位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架台,其中,所述第一连接件安装至墙面、地面、货架、木板中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架台,还包括互锁组件,在所述支撑件处于第一状态的情况下,所述互锁组件设置为将工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、存储箱、工作台中的至少一种安装至所述支撑件上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架台,其中,所述第一连接件通过螺纹连接、榫卯连接、螺钉连接、插销连接和卡扣连接中的至少一种方式连接至所述支撑件上,使所述支撑件保持在所述第一位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支架台,其中,所述支撑件处于所述第一位置与所述支撑件处于所述第二位置的夹角大于等于30度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的支架台,其中,所述安装组件还包括:
    第二连接件,与所述第一连接件转动连接;
    第三连接件,与所述第二连接件连接;
    其中,所述第三连接件与所述第二连接件转动连接,所述支撑件安装至所述第三连接件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支架台,其中,所述第二连接件安装至墙面、地面、货架、木板中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的支架台,其中,在所述支撑件处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述支撑件与所述第二连接件之间的夹角小于80度。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的支架台,还包括与所述安装组件可拆卸连接的调节导轨,所述第二连接件安装至调节导轨。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的支架台,其中,所述调节导轨上设置有多个卡 扣,所述第二连接件上设置有多个卡槽,所述卡槽卡接在卡扣上,所述调节导轨上的卡扣数量多于所述第二连接件上的卡槽数量,以使所述第二连接件上的卡槽卡接在不同的卡扣上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的支架台,其中,所述安装组件还包括,定位销、弹性件、驱动件、和紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述第二连接件的通孔和调节导轨的通孔将第二连接件和调节导轨固定连接,所述第一连接件连接所述第二连接件和所述第三连接件,所述第一连接件的两端均连接有所述定位销,所述第三连接件上形成有一段中空的滑道,所述定位销设置为在所述滑道上移动,所述第三连接件与支撑件固定连接,所述弹性件、驱动件均与所述第三连接件连接,所述弹性件具有弹性臂,所述弹性臂设置为始终对所述驱动件施加一个推力以使所述驱动件的一端始终与所述第三连接件接触。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的支架台,还包括互锁组件,在所述支撑件处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述互锁组件设置为将工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、存储箱、工作台中的至少一种安装至所述支撑件上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的支架台,其中,所述互锁组件包括卡扣组件,所述卡扣组件包括可回弹的卡扣件和定位件,所述卡扣件与所述支撑件连接,所述定位件设置为设置在工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、存储箱、工作台中的任意一种上。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的支架台,其中,所述安装组件的数量为2个,所述调节导轨的数量为2个。
  15. 一种适用于存储箱的支架台,包括:
    至少一个支撑件,设置为与所述存储箱互锁;
    安装组件,与所述支撑件连接;
    所述安装组件包括:
    第一连接件,与所述支撑件连接;
    所述支撑件具有第一位置和第二位置,所述支撑件处于所述第一位置与所述支撑件处于所述第二位置的夹角大于等于30度。
  16. 一种工具箱系统,包括:
    第一类存储箱,具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔设置为存储物品;
    第二类存储箱,设置为存储物品;
    第一安装组件,连接至所述第一类存储箱;
    所述第一安装组件连接所述第一存储箱和所述第二存储箱,并设置为将所述第二类存储箱附接至所述第一类存储箱的侧壁上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的工具箱系统,还包括第二安装组件,所述第二安装组件设置为将第二类存储箱连接至所述第一类存储箱的上盖或底壁上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述第一安装组件包括第一适配部和第二适配部,在所述第一适配部与第二适配部配合的情况下,所述第一类存储箱与所述第二类存储箱保持基本相对固定,在所述第一适配部与第二适配部分离的情况下,所述第一类存储箱与所述第二类存储箱相对自由移动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的工具箱系统,还包括:
    外接组件,可拆卸式连接至所述第一类存储箱;
    所述第一适配部与所述外接组件连接或者一体成型,所述第二适配部与所述第二类存储箱连接或者一体成型。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的工具箱系统,还包括扩展件,所述扩展件可拆卸式连接至所述外接组件;
    所述扩展件包括安装部、连接部和扩展部,所述安装部与外接组件连接,连接部与所述第一类存储箱连接,扩展部设置为安装外挂件;
    其中,所述扩展部、连接部、安装部依次连接,且所述扩展部、连接部、安装部之间均不在同一个平面内。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述外接组件连接互锁组件,所述互锁组件设置为将工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、工作台中的一种锁定至所述外接组件的面板上;
    所述互锁组件包括卡扣组件,所述卡扣组件包括可回弹的卡扣件和定位件,所述卡扣件与所述面板连接,所述定位件设置为设置在所述工具、附件、风扇单元、充电装置、电源装置、照明装置、工作台中的任意一种上。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述第二安装组件包括互锁组件,所述互锁组件包括可回弹的卡扣件和定位件,所述卡扣件与所述第一类存储箱的上盖连接,所述定位件与所述第二类存储箱的底壁连接;
    或者
    所述卡扣件与所述第二类存储箱的上盖连接,所述定位件与所述第一类存储箱的底壁连接。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的工具箱系统,还包括支承件,所述支承件可拆卸式连接至所述外接组件,所述支承件包括第一连接端和第二连接端,以及连 接所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端的主支承部;
    所述外接组件包括至少一个面板,所述第一连接端和第二连接端与所述面板连接,所述主支承部与所述面板呈间隔设置,且所述主支承部与面板之间形成一个悬挂槽。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述外接组件上还连接挂钩部,所述挂钩部设置为相对于所述面板运动,所述挂钩部在运动过程中至少具有展开状态和折叠状态。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述外接组件的面板上设置有至少一个定位孔,所述定位孔设置为将外接组件与待安装部固定连接。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的工具箱系统,其中,所述待安装部是墙面、地面、货架、木板中的至少一种。
  27. 根据权利要求16所述的工具箱系统,还包括:
    工作台;
    工作台具有第一连接状态和第二连接状态;
    在所述工作台处于第一连接状态的情况下,工作台附接于所述第一类存储箱的上盖上,在所述工作台处于第二连接状态的情况下,所述工作台附接于所述第一类存储箱的侧壁上。
  28. 一种工具箱系统,包括:
    第一类存储箱,具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔设置为存储物品;
    工作台,设置为放置物品;
    第一安装组件,连接至所述第一类存储箱;
    所述第一安装组件连接所述第一存储箱和所述工作台,并设置为将所述工作台附接至所述第一类存储箱的侧壁上。
