本发明涉及美容设备技术领域,特别涉及一种美容仪。
背景技术
手持式射频美容仪是女性最喜爱的美容仪器之一,因其接触头上的电极能产生微弱的高频电流,该高频电流作用于人体的面部时,能加速面部的血液循环,增加皮肤供氧量,促进胶原蛋白的新生,能淡化肌肤的皱纹,收紧肌肤,使得肌肤表现的更有弹性和活力,使人更显年轻。
在使用美容仪时一般会配合凝胶、精华等护肤产品。这里护肤品会被直接涂抹在美容仪的接触头的电极上,使用后需要对接触头做清洁消毒处理,以免下次使用造成皮肤感染。此外,长时间使用美容仪,难免会将护肤品触碰到机身上,因此需要对美容仪整机做清洁处理。然而现有技术中,普通的家用美容仪,尤其是接触头可活动的美容仪未做整机防水结构设计,使用环境受限,且导致美容仪的清洁方式只能采用擦拭等简单的方式,降低了用户的使用体验,同时由于现有技术中的美容仪的防水性能较差,一旦内部元器件遇水腐蚀将会造成极大的安全隐患。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种美容仪,可以提高美容仪的整机密封性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种美容仪,所述美容仪包括机身、第一环形套和接触头;
所述接触头包括安装座以及设于所述安装座的近端上的电极组件,所述电极组件包括至少一个主电极,所述主电极嵌设于所述安装座的近端上;
所述第一环形套的远端包裹于所述机身的近端上,所述第一环形套的近端包裹于所述安装座的远端上,所述第一环形套能够在外力的作用下发生变 形,以调整所述接触头与所述机身之间的位置关系。
可选的,所述安装座从近端至远端包括相连的第一座体和第二座体,所述第一座体的外周相对于所述第二座体的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述第一座体与所述第二座体之间形成一第一台阶部,所述第二座体能够伸入所述第一环形套内;所述第一环形套包括相连的主体部和第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述主体部的近端相连,且所述主体部的外周相对于所述第一连接部的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述主体部与所述第一连接部之间形成一第二台阶部,所述第一座体的远端对应设置有与所述第一连接部相配合的第一环形槽,所述第一台阶部与所述第二台阶部相抵接。

本发明提供的美容仪包括机身、第一环形套和接触头;所述接触头包括安装座以及设于所述安装座的近端上的电极组件,所述电极组件包括至少一个主电极,所述主电极嵌设于所述安装座的近端上;所述第一环形套的远端包裹于所述机身的近端上,所述第一环形套的近端包裹于所述安装座的远端上,所述第一环形套能够在外力的作用下发生变形,以调整所述接触头与所述机身之间的位置关系。由于所述第一环形套的远端包裹于所述机身的近端 上,所述第一环形套的近端包裹于所述安装座的远端上,且所述主电极嵌设于所述安装座的近端上,由此可以有效提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能,使得本发明提供的美容仪具有良好的防水性能和防尘性能,从而使得本发明提供的美容仪能够直接整机在水下进行冲洗,同时也使得本发明提供的美容仪能够在潮湿的环境下进行使用,进而保证本发明提供的美容仪长期使用时不会发生失效风险。此外,由于所述第一环形套能够在外力的作用下发生变形,从而可以调整所述接触头与所述机身之间的位置关系,也即可以使得所述接触头能够在一定范围内自由活动,以使得所述接触头能够更好地贴合用户脸部的每个部位,满足不同用户的使用需求。

本发明的核心思想在于提供美容仪,以解决现有的美容仪整机密封性能较差,使用环境受限,无法直接在水下进行冲洗等问题。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,本文中所称的“近端”是指靠近人体皮肤的一端,所称的“远端”是指远离人体皮肤的一端。
为实现上述思想,本发明提供一种美容仪,请参考图1至图3,其中,图1示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的美容仪的整体结构示意图;图2示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的去除充电底座后的美容仪的立体结构示意图;图3示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的去除充电底座后的美容仪的剖视图。如图1至图3所示,本发明提供的美容仪包括机身100、第一环形套200和接触头300;所述接触头300包括安装座310以及设于所述安装座310的近端上的电极组件320,所述电极组件320包括至少一个主电极321,所述主电极321嵌设于所述安装座310的近端上;所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述机身100的近端上,所述第一环形套200的近端包裹于所述安装座310的远端上,所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生变形,以调整所述接触头300与所述机身100之间的位置关系。
由于所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述机身100的近端上,所述第一环形套200的近端包裹于所述安装座310的远端上,且所述主电极321嵌设于所述安装座310的近端上,由此可以有效提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能,使得本发明提供的美容仪具有良好的防水性能和防尘性能,从而使得本发明提供的美容仪能够直接整机在水下进行冲洗,同时也使得本发明提供的美容仪能够在潮湿的环境下进行使用,进而保证本发明提供的美容仪长期使用时不会发生失效风险。此外,由于所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生变形,从而可以调整所述接触头300与所述机身100之间的位置关系(也即可以调整所述接触头300的轴线与所述机身100的轴线之间 的夹角),也即可以使得所述接触头300能够在前后左右一定范围内自由活动,以使得所述接触头300能够更好地贴合用户脸部的每个部位,满足不同用户的使用需求。另外,由于所述电极组件320与所述安装座310之间是密封连接的,由此也可以减少污垢残留,更加便于接触头300的清洁。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,可以通过包胶注塑、点胶或者其它能够实现密封连接的工艺将所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述机身100的近端上,将所述第一环形套200的近端包裹于所述安装座310的远端上。
具体地,所述第一环形套200为中空套状结构,所述第一环形套200的材质为硅胶、橡胶或者其它能够发生弹性形变的材料。优选地,所述第一环形套200的材质是硬度为50°~70°的硅胶或者橡胶。由此,采用此种硬度范围的材料制成所述第一环形套200,既能保证所述第一环形套200能够受力发生形变,以保证使得所述接触头300能够在一定范围内自由活动,又能够保证所述第一环形套200的整体力学性能,提高所述第一环形套200的使用寿命。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生形变,当外力消除后,所述第一环形套200能够恢复至原始形状。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述机身100内设有控制板410,所述电极组件320与所述控制板410电连接。进一步地,如图3所示,所述控制板410包括电连接的主控制板411和射频控制板412,所述射频控制板412在所述主控制板411的控制下产生能够对人体皮肤进行温热美容的射频能量,电极组件320能够将用于对人体皮肤进行温热美容的射频能量传递至人体皮肤,以达到美容效果。
请继续参考图2、图4和图5,其中图4示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的接触头300和第一环形套200的分解结构示意图;图5示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的接触头300的结构示意图。如图2、图4和图5所示,所述电极组件320还包括至少一个副电极322,其中,所述主电极321与所述安装座310同轴设置,所述副电极322设于所述安装座310的侧面。由此,通过所述主电极321能够将射频能量传递至人体的额头、脸颊、下巴等处,以对这些大面积区域进行美容;通过所述副电极322能够将射频能量传递至鼻梁、眼角等处,以对这些小面积区域进行美容。需要说明的是,如 本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述主电极321和所述副电极322均采用导电性能良好的金属材料加工而成。
请继续参考图4,如图4所示,在本实施方式中,所述电极组件320包括主电极321a、主电极321b和主电极321c,其中,所述主电极321b和所述主电极321c均为环状电极,所述安装座310沿其径向设有同轴且间隔设置的第一安装位314a、第一安装位314b和第一安装位314c,其中,所述主电极321a嵌设于所述第一安装位314a内,所述主电极321b嵌设于所述第一安装位314b内,所述主电极321c嵌设于所述第一安装位314c内。由此,此种设置,不仅可以便于通过包胶注塑或点胶实现所述主电极321与所述安装座310之间的密封连接,而且可以确保所述主电极321a、主电极321b和主电极321c三者之间能够保持绝缘设置。
请继续参考图4,如图4所示,在本实施方式中,所述电极组件320包括副电极322a和副电极322b。所述安装座310的侧面设有与所述副电极322a和所述副电极322b一一对应设置的第二安装位(图中未示出),两个所述第二安装位间隔设置,所述副电极322a和副电极322b分别嵌设于与其对应设置的所述第二安装位内。由此,此种设置不仅可以便于通过包胶注塑或点胶实现所述副电极322与所述安装座310之间的密封连接,而且可以确保所述副电极322a和副电极322b之间能够保持绝缘设置。
需要说明的是,虽然本发明是以所述电极组件320包括三个主电极321和两个副电极322,所述安装座包括三个第一安装位314和两个第二安装位为例进行说明,但是如本领域技术人员所能理解的,这并不构成对本发明的限制,在其它一些实施方式中,所述主电极321的数目可以为1个、2个、4个或更多个,所述第一安装位314的数目对应为1个、2个、4个或更多个,所述副电极322的数目可以为1个、3个或更多个,所述第二安装位的数目对应为1个、3个或更多个。本发明对此并不进行限定。此外,需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述第一安装位314以及所述第二安装位均与所述第一环形套200的内腔相连通。
在一种示范性的实施方式中,所述电极组件320(包括主电极321和副电极322)与所述安装座310之间通过包胶注塑方式进行连接,以实现所述电极组件320与所述安装座310之间的密封连接。具体地,所述安装座310的材 料为塑料,在成型时,将加工后的主电极321和副电极322置入模具中,并按照各自的位置对应摆放好,然后通过注塑将所述主电极321、所述副电极322和所述安装座310融为一体,从而使得所述主电极321与所述安装座310上的第一安装位314之间能够无缝隙连接,所述副电极322与所述安装座310上的第二安装位之间能够无缝隙连接,从而实现所述电极组件320与所述安装座310之间的密封连接,有效避免水分与灰尘等渗入,减少污垢残留,提高接触头300的防水与防尘效果。
请继续参考图4,如图4所示,所述安装座310从近端至远端包括相连的第一座体311和第二座体312,所述第一座体311的外周相对于所述第二座体312的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述第一座体311与所述第二座体312之间形成一第一台阶部313,所述第二座体312能够伸入所述第一环形套200内;所述第一环形套200包括相连的主体部210和第一连接部220,所述第一连接部220与所述主体部210的近端相连,且所述主体部210的外周相对于所述第一连接部220的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述主体部210与所述第一连接部220之间形成一第二台阶部230,所述第一座体311的远端对应设置有与所述第一连接部220相配合的第一环形槽3111,所述第一台阶部313与所述第二台阶部230相抵接。由此,通过相互卡接的第一连接部220和第一环形槽3111,可以提高所述安装座310与所述第一环形套200之间连接的稳固性;通过相互抵接的第一台阶部313和第二台阶部230,可以增大所述安装座310与所述第一环形套200之间的接触面积,从而可以进一步提高所述安装座310与所述第一环形套200之间连接的稳固性与密封性,进而提高本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述第二座体312的外周设有多个卡接位3121,所述主体部210的近端的内壁上设有多个与所述卡接位3121对应设置的卡接块211。由此,通过相互卡接的卡接位3121和卡接块211,可以进一步提高所述安装座310与所述第一环形套200之间连接的稳定性,从而使得所述安装座310与所述第一环形套200之间的连接处不易发生脱落,进而可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述卡接位3121可以为通孔式结构也可以为凹槽式结构,本发明对此并不进行限定。
请继续参考图3和图6,其中图6示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的去除充电底座800后的美容仪的局部分解结构示意图。如图3和图6所示,所述机身100的近端内插接有一连接座500,所述连接座500的近端伸出至所述机身100的外部,所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述连接座500的近端上。由此,通过设置连接座500,可以更加便于实现所述第一环形套200与所述机身100之间的密封连接,进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。
进一步地,请参考图3、图6和图7,其中图7示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的第一环形套200的结构示意图。如图3、图6和图7所示,所述第一环形套200还包括与所述主体部210的远端相连的第二连接部240,所述第二连接部240的外周相对于所述主体部210的外周向内凹陷设置,以在所述主体部210与所述第二连接部240之间形成一第三台阶部250,且所述第二连接部240的内壁相对于所述主体部210的内壁向内凸出设置,以在所述第一环形套200的内部形成一凸台241,所述连接座500的外周对应设置有与所述第二连接部240相配合的第二环形槽510。由此,通过相互卡接的所述第二连接部240和所述第二环形槽510,可以提高所述第一环形套200与所述连接座500之间的稳固性,进而可以更加便于实现所述第一环形套200与所述连接座500之间的密封连接,进一步保证本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。
优选地,可以采用包胶注塑方式实现所述第一环形套200与所述安装座310以及所述第一环形套200与所述连接座500之间的密封连接。具体地,所述连接座500的材质为塑料,在成型时,将与主电极321和副电极322注塑成一体的安装座310以及加工成型的连接座500置入模具中,并按照各自的位置对应摆放好,然后通过注塑将所述安装座310、所述第一环形套200和所述连接座500融为一体,从而实现所述第一环形套200的近端与所述安装座310密封连接,所述第一环形套200的远端与所述连接座500密封连接。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,在其它一些实施方式中,还可以通过点胶的方式实现第一环形套200与所述安装座310以及所述第一环形套200与所述连接座500之间的密封连接。
请继续参考图3和图8,其中图8示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的去除充电底座800后的美容仪的整体分解结构示意图。如图3和图8所示,在一种示范性的实施方式中,所述美容仪还包括第二环形套610,所述第二环 形套610的远端与所述机身100的近端相连,所述第二环形套610的近端的内壁向内延伸设置,以形成第一环形卡接部611,所述第三台阶部250与所述连接座500之间能够形成一与所述第一环形卡接部611相配合的第三环形槽(图中未示出),在所述第一环形卡接部611与所述连接座500的作用下,所述第二连接部240受压变形,以与所述第二环形槽510过盈配合。由此,可以通过相互卡接的第一环形卡接部611和第三环形槽可以进一步提高所述连接座500与所述第一环形套200之间的连接稳定性,从而可以进一步提高所述机身100与所述第一环形套200之间的密封性,进而可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。此外,当所述第二环形套610上的第一环形卡接部611卡入由所述第三台阶部250与所述连接座500所形成的第三环形槽内后,所述第一环形套200的第三台阶部250会受到所述第二环形套610与所述连接座500对其施加的挤压力从而产生形变,三者之间过盈配合,在达到密封效果的同时,可以减少防水圈的使用。另外,所述第二环形套610作为外观装饰件之一,同时承担密封作用,可以节省空间,降低成本。
需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述第二连接部240的变形量越大,所述第二连接部240与所述第二环形套610之间所形成的过盈面以及所述第二连接部240与所述连接座500之间所形成的过盈面所受到的应力越大,密封效果越好,密封失效风险越低。
具体地,所述第二连接部240受挤压被压缩时的压缩率可以根据如下公式进行计算:
式中,P为所述第二连接部240的压缩率,V为所述第二连接部240的原始体积,O为所述第二连接部240受挤压后的体积。
进一步地,所述第二连接部240受压变形形成的压缩率为25%~30%。
请继续参考图9,其示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的压缩率与过盈面上的应力关系示意图。如图9所示,所述第二连接部240受压产生的压缩率超过35%后,过盈面上的应力会急剧增大,对于塑胶件材料,整体装配工艺难度增大,从而会增加不必要的成本。同时过高的压缩率也可能会使得所述第二连接部240产生永久变形,从而产生密封失效风险,因此,本发明 通过将所述第二连接部240的变形率设置在25%~30%之间,既可以保证所述第一环形套200、所述连接座500以及所述第二环形套610之间的密封性,又可以防止所述第二连接部240产生永久变形。
在一种示范性的实施方式中,所述主体部210的平均厚度为1.4mm~1.8mm,所述第二连接部240的平均厚度大于2mm。由此,通过将所述主体部210的平均厚度设置在1.4mm~1.8mm之间,不仅可以保证所述第一环形套200具有很好的可弯折性,以使得所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生变形,以调整所述接触头300的位置,同时也可以保证所述第一环形套200具有一定的力学性能,以提高所述第一环形套200的耐久性。通过将所述第二连接部240的平均厚度设置为大于2mm,可以提高所述第二连接部240与所述第二环形槽510之间的接触面积,从而可以保证所述第二连接部240具有良好的支撑性。
进一步地,所述第二环形套610的远端可以与下文中的外壳体120的远端通过超声波焊接工艺融为一体,以实现二者之间的密封连接。优选地,所述第二环形套610的材质为塑胶材料。由此,通过采用塑胶材料制成所述第二环形套610,可以更加便于实现所述第二环形套610与所述机身100(具体为外壳体120)之间以及所述第二环形套610与所述第三环形槽之间的密封连接。
请继续参考图3和图6,如图3和图6所示,所述连接座500的远端的外周设有第四环形槽520,所述机身100(具体为下文中的内壳体130)的近端对应设置有与所述第四环形槽520相配合的第二环形卡接部110。由此,通过相互卡接的第二环形卡接部110和第四环形槽520,可以进一步提高所述机身100与所述连接座500之间的连接稳定性,进而可以进一步保证所述机身100与所述连接座500之间的密封连接,从而进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。
请继续参考图6,如图6所示,所述连接座500的近端的外径沿远端至近端的方向逐渐减小。由此,通过将所述连接座500的近端设置为漏斗形结构,可以更加便于通过包胶注塑的工艺实现所述连接座500与所述第一环形套200之间的密封连接。
请继续参考图2至图4,如图2至图4所示,所述第一环形套200的主体 部210的侧面朝向所述机身100的轴线弯曲设置。由此,通过将所述第一环形套200的侧面设置为向内弯曲的曲面结构,可以更加便于通过所述第一环形套200来调整所述接触头300的活动空间。
在一种示范性的实施方式中,所述第一环形套200的主体部210的外表面设有多条褶皱(图中未示出)。由此,通过设置多条褶皱,可以更加便于通过所述第一环形套200来调整所述接触头300的活动空间,增大所述接触头300的活动范围。
请继续参考图3和图8,如图3和图8所示,所述机身100包括相连的外壳体120和内壳体130,所述内壳体130位于所述外壳体120内,所述控制板410设于所述内壳体130内,所述内壳体130上设有与所述控制板410(具体为主控制板411)电连接的开关组件420,所述外壳体120上对应设置有与所述开关组件420相配合的按键组件140,所述按键组件140嵌设于所述外壳体120上,所述按键组件140能够在外力的作用下靠近所述开关组件420,以开启所述开关组件420和关闭所述开关组件420。由此,通过将所述机身100设置为包括外壳体120和内壳体130的双层结构,可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。此外,通过在所述外壳体120上设置按键组件140,在所述内壳体130上设置开关组件420,由此,可以通过按压所述按键组件140来触发所述开关组件420,从而控制所述美容仪的工作状态。另外,由于所述按键组件140是嵌设于所述外壳体120上的,也即所述按键组件140与所述外壳体120之间是密封连接的,由此可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的密封性能。

优选地,可以采用包胶注塑的方式实现所述按键组件140与所述外壳体120之间的密封连接。具体地,可以将设有多个按键孔的外壳体120放置于模具中,然后通过包胶注塑工艺,在所述按键孔内注塑形成对应的按键141,从而形成与所述外壳体120为一体式结构的按键组件140,进而保证所述按键组件140与所述外壳体120之间是密封连接的,以提高所述美容仪的整机密封性能。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,在其它一些实施方式中,还可以采用点胶的方式将所述按键组件140嵌设于所述外壳体120上,以实现所述按键组件140与所述外壳体120之间的密封连接。
优选地,所述按键组件140的材质为硅胶。由此,通过采用硅胶制成所述按键组件140,不仅可以更加便于通过按压所述按键组件140来开启所述开关组件420和关闭所述开关组件420,而且可以更加便于实现所述按键组件140与所述外壳体120之间的密封连接,进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。
进一步地,当所述开关组件420包括多个开关421时,例如包括三个开关421时,其中一个开关421可以用于控制所述美容仪的开关机,另一个开关421可以用于切换所述美容仪的工作模式,最后一个开关421用于调节所述美容仪的工作强度。
需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,虽然本发明是以所述美容仪包括三个开关421为例进行说明,但是如本领域技术人员所能理解的,这并不构成对本发明的限制,所述开关421的个数可以根据具体情况进行设置。此外,需要说明的是,由于所述按键141是与所述开关421一一对应设置的,因此所述按键141的数目与所述开关421的数目相等。
请继续参考图3和图8,如图3和图8所示,所述内壳体130上还设有与所述控制板410电连接的显示屏430,所述外壳体120上设有与所述显示屏430对应设置的透明窗口(图中未示出)。由此,通过设置显示屏430,可以显示所述美容仪在工作中的相关参数,从而更加便于使用。此外,通过将所述显示屏430设置于所述内壳体130内,可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述显示屏430与所述开关组件420设置于所述内壳体130上的同一侧,所述内壳体130上设有一缺口(图中未示出),所述缺口内设有一用于固定所述开关组件420和所述显示屏430的固定板133。由此,此种设置,可以更加便于所述显示屏430和所述开关组件420的固定。
请继续参考图8,如图8所示,所述外壳体120的远端与所述内壳体130的远端通过紧固件710相连,且所述外壳体120与所述内壳体130之间的连接处设有与所述紧固件710一一对应设置的防水垫片720。由此,通过采用紧固件710将所述述外壳体120的远端与所述内壳体130的远端进行连接,可以简化本发明提供的美容仪的整体结构。通过在所述外壳体120与所述内壳体130之间的连接处设置与所述紧固件710一一对应设置的防水垫片720,可以在所述外壳体120与所述内壳体130之间的连接处起到防水密封的作用,从而可以进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。
请继续参考图3和图8,如图3和图8所示,所述美容仪还包括装饰盖620,所述外壳体120的远端端面朝向近端凹陷设置,以形成与所述装饰盖620相配合的凹槽121,所述装饰盖620与所述凹槽121密封连接。由此,通过设置装饰盖620,不仅可以起到装饰的作用,而且可以起到密封的作用,进一步提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能。具体地,可以通过点胶的方式,实现所述装饰盖620与所述凹槽121之间的密封连接。
请继续参考图6和图8,如图6和图8所示,所述内壳体130包括相连的第一内壳体131和第二内壳体132,所述第一内壳体131内设有多个第一连接柱1311,所述第一连接柱1311上设有第一安装孔1312,所述第二内壳体132内设有多个第二连接柱1321,所述第二连接柱1321与所述第一连接柱1311一一对应设置,所述第二连接柱1321上设有第二安装孔(图中未示出)。由 此,可以通过在对应设置的所述第一安装孔1312和所述第二安装孔内安装紧固件的方式,实现所述第一内壳体131和第二内壳体132之间的连接。此外,通过将所述内壳体130设置为包括可拆式连接的第一内壳体131和第二内壳体132的结构,可以更加便于内部元器件的组装。
需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的所述第一安装孔1312和所述第二安装孔中的其中一者为通孔,由此,以便于在所述第一安装孔1312和所述第二安装孔中安装紧固件710。具体地,当所述第一安装孔1312为通孔时,所述第一安装孔1312贯穿所述第一内壳体131,当所述第二安装孔为通孔时,所述第二安装孔贯穿所述第二内壳体132。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述机身100内(具体为所述内壳体130内)还设有与所述控制板410(具体为主控制板411)电连接的电池440。由此,通过所述电池440可以为所述美容仪提供电能。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述接触头300内设有第一电路板330,所述电极组件320与所述第一电路板330电连接,所述第一电路板330通过导线与所述控制板410电连接(具体为主控制板411)。由此,通过设置第一电路板330,可以减少导线的布置。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述接触头300还包括与所述第一电路板330电连接的半导体制冷片340,所述半导体制冷片340安装于所述安装座310的靠近所述第一环形套200的一端内。由此,通过设置半导体制冷片340,可以使得本发明提供的美容仪还具有冷敷美容的工作模式。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,由于所述安装座310的远端是与所述第一环形套200的近端密封连接的,因此,通过将所述半导体制冷片340安装于所述安装座310内,可以有效防止所述半导体制冷片340与外界的水和灰尘等接触。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述接触头300还包括与所述第一电路板330电连接的灯珠350,所述灯珠350安装于所述安装座310的远离所述第一环形套200的一端内。由此,通过设置灯珠350,可以使得本发明提供的美容仪还具有光疗美容的工作模式。需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,由于所述安装座310的远端是与所述第一环形套200的近端密封连接的,因此,通过将所述灯珠350安装于所述安装座310内,可以有效防止所述灯 珠350与外界的水和灰尘等接触。
请继续参考图3,如图3所示,所述第一环形套200内安装有与所述控制板410(具体为主控制板411)电连接的散热装置450。由此通过设置散热装置450,可以起到将所述美容仪在使用过程中产生的热量驱散的作用,以提高本发明提供的美容仪在使用过程中的稳定性。
请继续参考图1、图11和图12,其中图11示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的充电底座800的立体结构示意图;图12示意性地给出了本发明一实施方式提供的充电底座800的剖视图。如图1、图11和图12所示,所述美容仪还包括充电底座800,所述充电底座800上设有充电接口810,所述充电底座800内设有充电触点820以及用于对所述接触头300进行消毒的消毒灯830。由此,可以通过将所述美容仪的接触头300插入所述充电底座800内,并使得所述副电极322与所述充电底座800内的充电触点820相接触,并将所述充电接口810与外部电源相连的方式,对位于所述机身100内的电池440进行充电,以实现充电功能。此外,由于所述充电底座800内还设有消毒灯830,由此,在将所述美容仪的接触头300插入所述充电底座800内后,可以通过所述消毒灯830对所述接触头300进行杀菌消毒,以避免所述接触头300在下次使用时造成皮肤感染。
需要说明的是,如本领域技术人员所能理解的,所述充电触点820与所述副电极322是一一对应设置的,二者的数目相同。
请继续参考图12,如图12所示,充电底座800包括第一腔体840和第二腔体850,所述第一腔体840和所述第二腔体850之间设有一隔板860,以将所述第一腔体840与所述第二腔体850隔开,所述第一腔体840用于供所述接触头300插入,所述第二腔体850内设有消毒灯830、第二电路板870以及所述充电接口810,所述充电接口810与所述第二电路板870电连接,所述充电接口810的一端伸出至所述第二腔体850的外部,以与外部电源相连,所述隔板860上设有与所述消毒灯830对应设置的透光镜861。由此,通过所述透光镜861,可以使得所述消毒灯830产生的光线能够透过所述透光镜861以对所述接触头300进行杀菌消毒。此外,通过将所述消毒灯830、第二电路板870以及所述充电接口810设置于所述第二腔体850内,可以有效防止所述充电底座800的内部电路因受潮而失效,从而可以进一步提高本发明提供的美 容仪的整体使用寿命,保证本发明提供的美容仪长期使用时不会发生失效风险。
发明人根据国家标准《GBT4208-2017外壳防护等级(IP代码)》对本发明提供的美容仪进行防护等级测试,测试条件为:室温24℃,水温24℃,测试方法为水下自然测试,测试水深为所述美容仪的最高点低于水面1000mm,测试持续时间为30min,测试后开机发现,本发明提供的美容仪的各项功能仍能正常使用,拆开所述美容仪的机身100后,使用显微镜对机身内部进行观察发现,机身内部并无水渍。测试结果表明,本发明提供的美容仪的防护等级能够达到IP67。
由于市面上有些美容仪产品宣传能够达到IPX4防护等级(能够防止各个方向飞溅而来的水浸入电气元件而造成损坏),在使用初期的确能够达到防护等级要求,但长期使用后由于密封圈、涂胶工艺等老化造成产品的防护等级下降,引发产品功能失效,造成安全隐患。为此,发明人还对本发明提供的美容仪进行了老化测试以及老化后的防护等级测试。
具体地,先分别对本发明提供的美容仪进行高温老化测试以及低温老化测试,其中,高温老化测试的步骤包括:将所述美容仪关机,居中放置于高低温试验箱内,然后将高低温试验箱内的温度逐渐升温至第一温度(例如80℃),当所述高低温试验箱内的温度到达第一温度后,持续测试48小时,然后将所述高低温试验箱内的温度逐渐降低至室温,并在室温环境中恢复2小时,然后再对所述美容仪的外观、功能进行检验,检验结果表明本发明提供的美容仪在经过高温老化测试后,产品的外观无损,功能正常,不起白雾,不脱胶且不褶皱。
低温老化测试的步骤包括:将所述美容仪关机,居中放置于高低温试验箱内,然后将高低温试验箱内的温度逐渐降温至第二温度(例如-30℃),当所述高低温试验箱内的温度降至第二温度后,持续测试48小时,然后将所述高低温试验箱内的温度逐渐升温至室温,并在室温环境中恢复2小时,然后再对所述美容仪的外观、功能进行检验,检验结果表明本发明提供的美容仪在经过低温老化测试后,产品的外观无损,功能正常,不起白雾,不脱胶且不褶皱。
另外,发明人还参照上文中的防护等级测试方法对高温老化后的所述美 容仪和低温老化后的所述美容仪进行了防护等级测试,测试结果表明本发明提供的美容仪在高温老化、低温老化后,仍然能够达到IP67防护等级,可见本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性良好,可长期使用且保持较高的防护等级。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明提供的美容仪具有以下优点:
本发明提供的美容仪包括机身100、第一环形套200和接触头300;所述接触头300包括安装座310以及设于所述安装座310的近端上的电极组件320,所述电极组件320包括至少一个主电极321,所述主电极321嵌设于所述安装座310的近端上;所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述机身100的近端上,所述第一环形套200的近端包裹于所述安装座310的远端上,所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生变形,以调整所述接触头300与所述机身100之间的位置关系。由于所述第一环形套200的远端包裹于所述机身100的近端上,所述第一环形套200的近端包裹于所述安装座310的远端上,且所述主电极321嵌设于所述安装座310的近端上,由此可以有效提高本发明提供的美容仪的整机密封性能,使得本发明提供的美容仪具有良好的防水性能和防尘性能,从而使得本发明提供的美容仪能够直接整机在水下进行冲洗,同时也使得本发明提供的美容仪能够在潮湿的环境下进行使用,进而保证本发明提供的美容仪长期使用时不会发生失效风险。此外,由于所述第一环形套200能够在外力的作用下发生变形,从而可以调整所述接触头300与所述机身100之间的位置关系,也即可以使得所述接触头300能够在一定范围内自由活动,以使得所述接触头300能够更好地贴合用户脸部的每个部位,满足不同用户的使用需求。
上述描述仅是对本发明较佳实施方式的描述,并非对本发明范围的任何限定,本发明领域的普通技术人员根据上述揭示内容做的任何变更、修饰,均属于本发明的保护范围。显然,本领域的技术人员可以对发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若这些修改和变型属于本发明及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包括这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种美容仪,其特征在于,包括机身、第一环形套和接触头;
    所述接触头包括安装座以及设于所述安装座的近端上的电极组件,所述电极组件包括至少一个主电极,所述主电极嵌设于所述安装座的近端上;
    所述第一环形套的远端包裹于所述机身的近端上,所述第一环形套的近端包裹于所述安装座的远端上,所述第一环形套能够在外力的作用下发生变形,以调整所述接触头与所述机身之间的位置关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述安装座从近端至远端包括相连的第一座体和第二座体,所述第一座体的外周相对于所述第二座体的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述第一座体与所述第二座体之间形成一第一台阶部,所述第二座体能够伸入所述第一环形套内;所述第一环形套包括相连的主体部和第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述主体部的近端相连,且所述主体部的外周相对于所述第一连接部的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述主体部与所述第一连接部之间形成一第二台阶部,所述第一座体的远端对应设置有与所述第一连接部相配合的第一环形槽,所述第一台阶部与所述第二台阶部相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述第二座体的外周设有多个卡接位,所述主体部的近端的内壁上设有多个与所述卡接位对应设置的卡接块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述机身的近端内插接有一连接座,所述连接座的近端伸出至所述机身的外部,所述第一环形套的远端包裹于所述连接座的近端上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述第一环形套包括相连的主体部和第二连接部,所述第二连接部与所述主体部的远端相连,所述主体部的外周相对于所述第二连接部的外周向外凸出设置,以在所述主体部与所述第二连接部之间形成一第三台阶部,且所述第二连接部的内壁相对于所述主体部的内壁向内凸出设置,以在所述第一环形套的内部形成一凸台,所述连接座的外周对应设置有与所述第二连接部相配合的第二环形槽,且所述连接座的近端能够伸入所述主体部内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述美容仪还包括第二 环形套,所述第二环形套的远端与所述机身的近端相连,所述第二环形套的近端的内壁向内延伸设置,以形成第一环形卡接部,所述第三台阶部与所述连接座之间能够形成一与所述第一环形卡接部相配合的第三环形槽,在所述第一环形卡接部与所述连接座的作用下,所述第二连接部受压变形,以与所述第二环形槽过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述第二连接部受压变形形成的压缩率为25%~30%。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述主体部的平均厚度为1.4mm~1.8mm,所述第二连接部的平均厚度大于2mm。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述连接座的远端的外周设有第四环形槽,所述机身的近端对应设置有与所述第四环形槽相配合的第二环形卡接部。
  10. 根据权利要求3或6所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述第一环形套的主体部的侧面朝向所述机身的轴线弯曲设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述机身包括相连的外壳体和内壳体,所述内壳体位于所述外壳体内,所述内壳体上设有开关组件,所述外壳体上对应设置有与所述开关组件相配合的按键组件,所述按键组件嵌设于所述外壳体上,所述按键组件能够在外力的作用下靠近所述开关组件,以开启所述开关组件和关闭所述开关组件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述开关组件包括多个开关,所述开关朝向所述按键组件一侧凸起,所述按键组件包括多个按键,所述按键与所述开关一一对应设置,所述按键能够在外力的作用下靠近所述开关,所述外壳体上设有多个按键孔,所述按键孔与所述按键一一对应设置,所述按键包括相连的第一按键体和第二按键体,所述第二按键体靠近所述开关设置,且所述第二按键体的外周相对于所述第一按键体的外周向外凸出设置,所述按键孔包括相互连通的第一孔体和第二孔体,所述第二孔体靠近所述开关设置,且所述第二孔体的内径大于所述第一孔体的内径。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述外壳体的远端与所述内壳体的远端通过紧固件相连,且所述外壳体与所述内壳体之间的连接处设有与所述紧固件一一对应设置的防水垫片。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述主电极的数目为多个,所述安装座沿其径向设有多个同轴且间隔设置的第一安装位,所述第一安装位与所述主电极一一对应设置,所述主电极嵌设于与其对应设置的所述第一安装位内。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述电极组件还包括至少一个副电极,所述安装座的侧面设有至少一个与所述副电极一一对应设置的第二安装位,所述副电极嵌设于与其对应设置的所述第二安装位内。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,所述第一环形套的材质是硬度为50°~70°的硅胶或橡胶。
