Abstract

The present invention discloses a split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort, including a rigid housing, a soft silica gel cover covering the rigid housing, and a vibration apparatus, a circuit board, and a power supply mounted in the rigid housing. The circuit board is respectively connected to the power supply and the vibration apparatus. The rigid housing has a vibrating face-cleansing portion and a handling portion that are separately disposed. The vibrating face cleansing portion and the handling portion are assembled to each other by using a buffer connecting member. The vibration apparatus is mounted corresponding to the vibrating face-cleansing portion of the rigid housing. In this way, a split vibration reduction design is used to reduce a vibration sensation at a handling portion, thereby improving the comfort of the handling portion.

Description

The present invention relates to the technical field of facial cleansing devices, and in particular, to a split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort.
BACKGROUND
A facial cleansing device is the latest facial cleansing method that has emerged in recent years and is also referred to as a facial cleansing brush. An ultrasonic principle is mainly used to make bristles on the facial cleansing brush to vibrate, so as to achieve efficient and irritation-free cleansing and massaging effects.
A housing of a current facial cleansing device is merely formed by simply joining an upper housing and a lower housing or a left housing and a right housing. During use, intense vibration can be perceived at a handheld portion, resulting in relatively low handling comfort during use. Moreover, an existing facial cleansing device has relatively low waterproof performance, and consequently the service life of the facial cleansing device is shortened. In addition, facial cleansing devices have relatively unvaried functions, and generally, have only cleansing and massaging functions. After skin is cleansed, another skin phototherapy device needs to be used to carry out phototherapy on the skin. As a result, device costs are increased, and it is also inconvenient to store and manage devices.
SUMMARY
In view of this, to remedy the defects that exist in the prior art, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort. A split vibration reduction design is used in the facial cleansing device to reduce a vibration sensation at a handling portion, thereby improving the comfort of the handling portion.
To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

As a preferred solution, the buffer connecting member is a soft silica gel column.
As a preferred solution, the rigid housing comprises a front housing and a rear housing, and the vibration apparatus, the circuit board, and the power supply are located in an area enclosed by the front housing and the rear housing; and the front housing has a first upper housing and a first lower housing, the rear housing has a second upper housing and a second lower housing, the buffer connecting member comprises a first silica gel column and a second silica gel column, the first upper housing is connected and joined to the first lower housing through the first silica gel column to form the front housing, and the second upper housing is connected and joined to the second lower housing through the second silica gel column to form the rear housing.
As a preferred solution, a lower end surface of the first upper housing is provided with a first transition surface, an upper end surface of the first lower housing is provided with a second transition surface, a lower end surface of the second upper housing is provided with a third transition surface, an upper end surface of the second lower housing is provided with a fourth transition surface, the first upper housing is connected and joined to the first lower housing, the first transition surface matches the second transition surface, the second upper housing is connected and joined to the second lower housing, and the third transition surface matches the fourth transition surface.
As a preferred solution, each of the first silica gel column and the second silica gel column has a column body portion and limit shoulders located at two ends of the column body portion, the column body portion has a buffer block, a matching limit groove is provided in each of the first upper housing, the first lower housing, the second upper housing, and the second lower housing corresponding to the column body portion, the column body portion is placed in the limit groove, the limit shoulders of the column body portion are limited on an inner side of the limit groove, and the buffer block of the column body portion matches between the first transition surface and the second transition surface and between the third transition surface and the fourth transition surface.

As a preferred solution, the power supply is a rechargeable power supply, the second lower housing is provided with a charging port, a waterproof plug is arranged for the charging port, the waterproof plug is disposed by extending integrally from the bottom of the soft silica gel cover, and the waterproof plug blocks the charging port in a pluggable manner.
As a preferred solution, the rigid housing further comprises a base, the bottom of the second lower housing is integrally connected to a bottom plate portion, the front housing and the rear housing are joined to each other and are then assembled together on the base, and the base is locked on a lower side of the bottom plate portion.

As a preferred solution, a receding hole is opened on the bottom plate portion, the phototherapy LED lamp is mounted at a lower-section portion on a side of the circuit board, the transparent base has a base body and a light-guiding block protruding upward integrally from the base body, and the light-guiding block extends upward to enter the receding hole and is located below the phototherapy LED lamp; and the light of the phototherapy LED lamp is emitted out downward through the light-guiding block and the base body.
As compared with the prior art, the present invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects. Specifically, it can be known from the foregoing technical solutions that:
1. A split vibration reduction design is used. A split structure is used for a front housing and/or a rear housing, and the front housing and the rear housing are connected through a buffer connecting member. During use, the amplitude of oscillation transferred from a vibrating face-cleansing portion to a handling portion can be reduced, so that a vibration sensation at the handling portion is reduced, thereby improving the comfort of the handling portion.
2. In the present invention, a waterproof plug is integrally connected to a soft silica gel cover, thereby further improving the overall waterproof performance of the facial cleansing device and extending the service life of the facial cleansing device.

3. Functions in a plurality of aspects such as cleansing, massaging, and LED phototherapy are provided. In the present invention, the phototherapy LED lamp and the vibrating face-cleansing portion are separately disposed. During use, skin is cleansed first, and phototherapy is carried out after the skin has been cleansed, thereby ensuring a better phototherapy effect.
4. A red LED light source can be used to accelerate facial blood circulation and detoxification, stimulate collagen regeneration, speed up metabolism, and achieve skin whitening and spot erasing. A yellow LED light source can be used to effectively remove skin pigmentation and red spots, promote cell repair, alleviate redness and swelling, activate skin tissue, and restore brightness and whiteness, so that the facial cleansing device has a skin care effect.
5. The structure of the facial cleansing device is ingeniously and properly designed. The facial cleansing device has a compact structure and a small volume, so that the portability is enhanced and storage and management are facilitated.
To describe the structural features and efficacy of the present invention more clearly, the present invention is described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a specific structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. A split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort mainly includes a rigid housing, a soft silica gel cover 10 covering the rigid housing, and a vibration apparatus 50, a circuit board 60, and a power supply 70 mounted in the rigid housing. The soft silica gel cover 10 is a food-grade silica gel cover to ensure its smoothness and mildness performance, so as to provide thorough cleansing and comfortable massaging during use. The circuit board 60 is
2019219829 23 Aug 2019 respectively connected to the power supply 70 and the vibration apparatus 50. The vibration apparatus 50 usually includes a vibration motor 51 and an eccentric wheel 52.
The rigid housing has a vibrating face-cleansing portion and a handling portion that are separately disposed. The vibrating face-cleansing portion and the handling portion are assembled to each other by using a buffer connecting member. Here, the buffer connecting member is a soft silica gel column. The vibration apparatus 50 is mounted corresponding to the vibrating face-cleansing portion of the rigid housing. The rigid housing includes a front housing 20 and a rear housing 30, and the vibration apparatus 50, the circuit board 60, and the power supply 70 are all located in an area enclosed by the front housing 20 and the rear housing 30. In this embodiment, the front housing 20 has a first upper housing 21 and a first lower housing 22, and the rear housing 30 has a second upper housing 31 and a second lower housing 32. The buffer connecting member includes a first silica gel column 23 and a second silica gel column 33. The first upper housing 21 is connected and joined to the first lower housing 22 through the first silica gel column 23 to form the front housing 20. The second upper housing 31 is connected and joined to the second lower housing 32 through the second silica gel column 33 to form the rear housing 30. During assembly, the foregoing assembly manner is used to first form the front housing 20 and the rear housing 30 respectively through joining, and the front housing 20 and the rear housing 30 are then assembled with each other. After assembly, the first silica gel column 23 also produces a particular connecting and positioning effect between the second upper housing 31 and the second lower housing 32. Similarly, the second silica gel column 33 also produces a particular connecting and positioning effect between the first upper housing 21 and a first lower housing 22. This is equivalent to that the first upper housing 21 and the first lower housing 22 are joined through the first silica gel column 23 and the second upper housing 31 and the second lower housing 32 are joined through the second silica gel column 33 to form the corresponding front housing 20 and rear housing 30.
A lower end surface of the first upper housing 21 is provided with a first transition surface 211, an upper end surface of the first lower housing 22 is provided with a second transition surface 221, a lower end surface of the second upper housing 31 is provided with a third transition surface 311, and an upper end surface of the second lower housing 32 is provided with a fourth transition surface 321. In this embodiment, the first transition surface 211, the second transition surface 221, the third transition surface 311, and the fourth transition surface 321 are designed to be wavy surfaces. The first upper housing 21 is connected and joined to the first lower housing 22, the first transition surface 211 matches the second transition surface 221, the second upper housing 31 is connected

Each of the first silica gel column 23 and the second silica gel column 33 has a column body portion 24 and limit shoulders 25 located at two ends of the column body portion 24. The column body portion 24 has a buffer block 26, in this embodiment, the buffer block 26 is designed to be an inclined annular structure to assist vibration absorption. A matching limit groove is provided 27 is provided in each of the first upper housing 21, the first lower housing 22, the second upper housing 31, and the second lower housing 32 corresponding to the column body portion 24. The column body portion 24 is placed in the limit groove 27. The limit shoulders 25 of the column body portion are limited on an inner side of the limit groove 27. The buffer block of the column body portion 26 matches between the first transition surface 211 and the second transition surface 221 and between the third transition surface 311 and the fourth transition surface 321 to produce the effect of improving and stabilizing a resilience force. The amplitude of oscillation transferred from the vibrating face-cleansing portion to the handling portion is reduced.
In this embodiment, the vibration apparatus 50 is mounted on an inner side of the first upper housing 21. The circuit board 60 and the power supply 70 are mounted on an inner side of the first lower housing 22. The rigid housing further includes a base 40. In this embodiment, the base 40 is a transparent base, the circuit board circuit board 60 is connected to a phototherapy LED lamp 61, the phototherapy LED lamp 61 is located in an area enclosed by the front cover 20 and the rear cover 30, and light of the phototherapy LED lamp 61 is emitted out through the transparent base. In this way, the present invention has functions in a plurality of aspects such as cleansing, massaging, and LED phototherapy. In this embodiment, the phototherapy LED lamp 61 and the vibrating face-cleansing portion are separately disposed. During use, skin is cleansed first, and phototherapy is carried out after the skin has been cleansed, thereby ensuring a better phototherapy effect.
Generally, the phototherapy LED lamp 61 includes a red LED light source and a yellow LED light source. The red LED light source (a therapeutic wavelength of 620 nm to 640 nm, and such light can penetrate skin by 10 mm and is suitable for all types of skin) can be used to accelerate facial blood circulation and detoxification, stimulate collagen regeneration, speed up metabolism, and achieve skin whitening spot and erasing. A yellow LED light source (a therapeutic wavelength of 580 nm to 590 nm, and such light can penetrate skin by approximately 1 mm to 2 mm) can be used to effectively remove skin pigmentation and red spots, promote cell repair, alleviate redness and swelling, activate skin tissue, and restore brightness and whiteness, so that the facial cleansing device has a skin care effect.

The light of the phototherapy LED lamp 61 is emitted out from a bottom end or a circumferential side of the transparent base. In this embodiment, the phototherapy LED lamp 61 is mounted at a lower-section portion on a side of the circuit board 60, the transparent base has a base body 41 and a light-guiding block 42 protruding upward integrally from the base body 41, and the light-guiding block 42 is located below the phototherapy LED lamp 61. The light-guiding block 42 is designed to have a sawtooth structure, and a filling block is provided between adjacent teeth, so that light has a better refraction effect, thereby improving the phototherapy effect. The light of the phototherapy LED lamp 61 is emitted out downward through the light-guiding block 42 and the base body 41. The bottom of the second lower housing 32 is integrally connected to a bottom plate portion 322. A receding hole is opened on the bottom plate portion 322, and the circuit board lightguiding block 42 extends upward to enter the receding hole. When light is not emitted, the internal phototherapy LED lamp 61 cannot be seen from outside the transparent base.
The soft silica gel cover 10 further has a flange portion 101 that is stopped on a lower side of the bottom plate portion 322. The front housing 20 and the rear housing 30 are joined to each other and are then assembled together on the base 40. Preferably, the front housing 20 and the rear housing 30 are locked to each other (locked with a screw). The base 40 is locked on a lower side of the bottom plate portion 322 (locked with a screw, and here, a cap covers a bottom of the screw to conceal the screw to provide a product with a flat surface and also to produce a waterproof effect for the screw and the inside of the product). The flange portion 101 is sandwiched and fixed between the base 40 and the bottom plate portion 322. Here, a bottom end of the bottom plate portion 322 is convexly provided with a first annular limit portion 323. A top end of the base 40 is convexly provided with a second annular limit portion 401. A bottom end of the flange portion 101 is concavely provided with an annular limit groove 102. The flange portion 101 is located at the periphery of the first annular limit portion 323. The second annular limit portion 401 matches the annular limit groove 102. The structure of the facial cleansing device is ingeniously and properly designed. The facial cleansing device has a compact structure and a small volume, so that the portability is enhanced and storage and management are facilitated, and at the same time has desirable waterproof performance and a long service life.
The circuit board 60 is provided with several control buttons 62, and elastic pressing sheets 222 are correspondingly formed on the first lower housing 22. An operation button indicator 103 is correspondingly formed on a front side of the soft silica gel cover 10. The power supply 70 is a rechargeable power supply, and the second lower housing 32 is provided with a charging port 34. A waterproof plug 80 is arranged for the charging port 34. In conclusion, the design point of the present invention is mainly a split vibration reduction design. A split structure is used for a front housing and/or a rear housing, and the front housing and the rear housing are connected through a buffer connecting member. During use, the amplitude of oscillation transferred from a vibrating face-cleansing portion to a handling portion can be reduced, so that a vibration sensation at the handling portion is reduced, thereby improving the comfort of the handling portion. Moreover, in the present invention, a waterproof plug is integrally connected to a soft silica gel cover, thereby further improving the overall waterproof performance of the facial cleansing device and extending the service life of the facial cleansing device. Next, functions in a plurality of aspects such as cleansing, massaging, and LED phototherapy are integrated in one facial cleansing device, more varied product functions are provided, costs are reduced for users, and management and storage of facial cleansing and skin care devices are facilitated. Claims (10)

1. A split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort, comprising a rigid housing, a soft silica gel cover covering the rigid housing, and a vibration apparatus, a circuit board, and a power supply mounted in the rigid housing, the circuit board being respectively connected to the power supply and the vibration apparatus, wherein the rigid housing has a vibrating face-cleansing portion and a handling portion that are separately disposed, and the vibrating face-cleansing portion and the handling portion are assembled to each other by using a buffer connecting member; and the vibration apparatus is mounted corresponding to the vibrating face-cleansing portion of the rigid housing.
2. The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 1, wherein the buffer connecting member is a soft silica gel column.

The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 1, wherein the rigid housing comprises a front housing and a rear housing, and the vibration apparatus, the circuit board, and the power supply are located in an area enclosed by the front housing and the rear housing; and the front housing has a first upper housing and a first lower housing, the rear housing has a second upper housing and a second lower housing, the buffer connecting member comprises a first silica gel column and a second silica gel column, the first upper housing is connected and joined to the first lower housing through the first silica gel column to form the front housing, and the second upper housing is connected and joined to the second lower housing through the second silica gel column to form the rear housing.

The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 3, wherein a lower end surface of the first upper housing is provided with a first transition surface, an upper end surface of the first lower housing is provided with a second transition surface, a lower end surface of the second upper housing is provided with a third transition surface, an upper end surface of the second lower housing is provided with a fourth transition surface, the first upper housing is connected and joined to the first lower housing, the first transition surface matches the second transition surface, the second upper housing is connected and joined to the second lower housing, and the third transition surface matches the fourth transition surface.

The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 3, wherein the rigid housing further comprises a base, the bottom of the second lower housing is integrally connected to a bottom plate portion, the front housing and the rear housing are joined to each other and are then assembled together on the base, and the base is locked on a lower side of the bottom plate portion.

The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 7, wherein the base is a transparent base, the circuit board is connected to a phototherapy LED lamp, the phototherapy LED lamp is located in an area enclosed by the front cover and the rear cover, and light of the phototherapy LED lamp is emitted out through the transparent base.

The split vibration-reducing facial cleansing device with improved handling comfort of claim 8, wherein the phototherapy LED lamp comprises a red LED light source and a yellow LED light source, and the light of the phototherapy LED lamp is emitted out from a bottom end or a circumferential side of the transparent base.
