  1.  取引書類の電子データである証憑データを取得する証憑データ取得部と、
     前記取引書類を発行した事業者が、所定の書類を発行可能な事業者として登録された登録事業者である登録期間を示す登録者情報を取得する登録者情報取得部と、
     前記証憑データが対象とする取引の時期が前記事業者の前記登録期間に含まれていない場合に前記証憑データに異常があると判定する判定部と、
     前記判定部による判定結果を出力する出力部、
     を有する情報処理装置。
