Description

衣服及び品質表示部材
　本発明は、衣服及び品質表示部材に関する。
　近年、利便性が高い衣服が提案されている。例えば、下記の特許文献１には、通常状態から反転させた裏返し状態でも通常状態と同様に着ることができる衣服が開示されている。
特開平１０－２７３８０７号公報
　法令（例えば家庭用品品質表示法）上の要請等から衣服に品質表示を付することが求められており、例えば、衣服に品質表示のタグ（以下、品質表記タグとも呼ぶ）が縫い付けられている。しかし、衣服に縫い付けられた品質表示タグによる品質表示は、衣服の意匠性を損なう場合が多い。
　そこで、本発明はこれらの点に鑑みてなされたものであり、衣服等の物品の意匠性を損なわずに品質表示を付することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の態様においては、第１面と、該第１面の反対側の第２面を有する衣服であって、前記衣服の品質に関する品質情報を示し、前記第２面に設けられた品質表記部と、前記品質情報以外の情報を示し、前記品質表記部を覆うように設けられた表記覆い部と、を備え、前記品質表記部及び前記表記覆い部の少なくとも一方は、前記品質表記部が前記表記覆い部によって隠れている第１状態と前記品質表記部の少なくとも一部が露出している第２状態との間で遷移できるように、変形可能である、衣服を提供する。
　また、前記衣服は、前記第１面と前記第２面の両方を使用可能なリバーシブル衣服であることとしてもよい。
　また、前記表記覆い部は、前記衣服を識別するための識別情報を示す識別表記部であることとしてもよい。
　また、前記品質表記部に対する前記表記覆い部の位置がずれるように変形することで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移することとしてもよい。
　また、前記表記覆い部の一部が捲れるように変形することで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移することとしてもよい。
　また、前記品質表記部は、前記第２面に取り付けられた第１タグであり、前記表記覆い部は、前記第１タグの両面を挟むように環状に設けられた伸縮可能な第２タグであり、前記第２タグが伸びて位置をずらすことで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移することとしてもよい。
　また、前記表記覆い部は、一部が捲れるように前記第２面に平らに固定されており、前記表記覆い部の前記一部が捲れることで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移することとしてもよい。
　また、前記品質表記部は、前記第２面の縫い目上に印字されており、前記表記覆い部は、前記品質表記部及び前記縫い目を覆うと共に、一部が捲れるように固定されており、前記表記覆い部の前記一部が捲れることで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移することとしてもよい。
　本発明の第２の態様においては、第１面と、該第１面の反対側の第２面を有する物品に備え付けられた品質表示部材であって、前記物品の品質に関する品質情報を示し、前記第２面に設けられた品質表記部と、前記品質情報以外の情報を示し、前記品質表記部を覆うように設けられた表記覆い部と、を備え、前記品質表記部及び前記表記覆い部の少なくとも一方は、前記品質表記部が前記表記覆い部によって隠れている第１状態と前記品質表記部の少なくとも一部が露出している第２状態との間で遷移できるように、変形可能である、品質表示部材を提供する。
　本発明によれば、衣服等の物品の意匠性を損なわずに品質表示を付することができるという効果を奏する。

　＜衣服の構成＞
　本発明の一の実施形態に係る衣服の構成について、図１～図３を参照しながら説明する。以下では、衣服として、リバーシブル衣服を例に挙げて説明する。リバーシブル衣服は、第１面と第２面の両方を使用可能な衣服であるが、「使用」とは一般的に「着用」であることを意味し、「両方を使用可能」とは第１面と第２面とのどちらの面が内側（又は外側）になった状態で着用できることを意味する。すなわち、リバーシブル衣服は、意匠性・着用感等の観点から第１面と第２面のいずれの面を内側（又は外側）にして着用しても支障がなく、製品としてそのような使用態様が予定されている衣服である。
　以下では、衣服として、リバーシブル衣服であるシャツを例に挙げて説明するが、これに限定されない。例えば、本発明に係る衣服としては、パンツ、ズボン、トレーナー、靴下、反物、和服、帽子等であってもよい。なお、本発明に係る衣服が、リバーシブル衣服であることとしたが、これに限定されず、例えば、本発明に係る衣服は、第１面と第２面のうちの片方（ここでは、第１面）が外側になった状態で使用を予定されている衣服（別言すれば、リバーシブルでない衣服）であってもよい。
　図１は、一の実施形態に係るリバーシブル衣服１の構成を説明するための模式図である。図２は、図１のリバーシブル衣服１を裏返した状態が示されている。図３は、図２の部分Ａを拡大した模式図である。なお、図３（ａ）には品質表記部２０が表記覆い部３０によって隠れている覆い状態が示され、図３（ｂ）には品質表記部２０の少なくとも一部が露出している露出状態が示されている。なお、本実施形態では、覆い状態が、品質表記部２０が表記覆い部３０によって隠れている第１状態に該当し、露出状態が、品質表記部２０の少なくとも一部が露出している第２状態に該当する。
　リバーシブル衣服１は、表裏両面とも使える衣服である。すなわち、リバーシブル衣服１は、図１及び図２に示すように裏返すことで、第１面１１と第２面１２の両方を使用可能である。ここでは、第１面１１が表面であり、第１面１１の反対側（すなわち、裏側）の面である第２面１２が裏面であるものとする。
　リバーシブル衣服１は、図３に示すように、品質表記部２０と、表記覆い部３０を有する。品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０は、ここではリバーシブル衣服１の第２面１２に設けられている。
　品質表記部２０は、リバーシブル衣服１の品質に関する品質情報２２を示す。品質情報は、例えば、リバーシブル衣服１の取り扱い絵表示、繊維の組成表示、表示者名等を含む。図３（ｂ）では、説明の便宜上、品質情報２２が「△△△」のように簡略化して示されている。品質表記部２０は、リバーシブル衣服１の特徴や扱い方について使用者と製造者との間で誤解が発生しないように、またトラブルから使用者を保護する観点から設けられている。
　品質表記部２０は、ここでは、第２面１２に取り付けられた品質表記タグ（第１タグ）である。品質表記部２０の長手方向の一端は、リバーシブル衣服１の縫い目１２ａ（例えば、リバーシブル衣服１の前身頃と後身頃の縫い目）に縫い付けられている。品質表記部２０の長手方向の他端２１ａは、第２面１２に固定されない自由端となっている。なお、品質表記部２０の材質は、一例としてポリエステル、綿、レーヨンのいずれかである。上記では品質表記部２０の長手方向の一端が縫い付けられていることとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、品質表記部２０が、２つ折り状態で、リバーシブル衣服１を挟み込むように取り付けられたり、縫い目に付けられたりしてもよい。
　表記覆い部３０は、品質表記部２０を覆うように設けられている。表記覆い部３０は、品質表記部２０よりも大きく、品質表記部２０全体を覆っている。表記覆い部３０は、品質表記部２０と同様に、リバーシブル衣服１の縫い目１２ａに取り付けられている。具体的には、表記覆い部３０の長手方向の一端が、縫い目１２ａに縫い付けられている。表記覆い部３０は、外力によって変形しなければ、品質表記部２０を覆う状態を保持する。このため、品質表記部２０は、通常は覆い状態となっている。
　表記覆い部３０は、品質情報以外の情報（以下、付加情報とも呼ぶ）を示す。ここでは、表記覆い部３０は、付加情報として、リバーシブル衣服１の出所等を識別するための識別情報３２を示す識別表記部である。識別情報は、例えば、当該識別情報を付された製品等の出所を表示する情報であり、より具体的な例としては、リバーシブル衣服１のブランド名を示す文字やロゴマークである。図３（ａ）では、説明の便宜上、識別情報３２が「ｈ〇〇〇」のように簡略化して示されている。識別情報３２としては、デザインを凝らしたロゴマーク等が望ましい。これにより、表記覆い部３０がデザインの一部となり、図２に示すように第２面１２が表側になって表記覆い部３０が露出しても、リバーシブル衣服１の意匠性を損なうおそれがない。
　なお、上記では、付加情報が、ロゴマーク等の識別情報３２であることとしたが、これに限定されない。付加情報は、紋章や国旗等の図柄であってもよい。このような図柄であればワンポイントデザインとして認識され、リバーシブル衣服１の意匠性を損なうおそれがない。また、表記覆い部３０は、例えば柄や模様が無い単色の生地（すなわち、無地）であってもよい。
　ところで、利用者にとっては、品質表記部２０に示される品質情報２２を適宜見たいケースがある。例えば、リバーシブル衣服１の繊維の組成を把握したく、利用者が品質表記部２０の品質情報２２を見る。しかし、品質表記部２０が表記覆い部３０で覆われたままだと、利用者が品質情報２２を確認することが難しい。
　そこで、本実施形態のリバーシブル衣服１では、詳細は後述するが、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０の少なくとも一方は、品質表記部２０が表記覆い部３０によって隠れている覆い状態と品質表記部２０の少なくとも一部が露出している露出状態との間で遷移できるように、変形可能である。これにより、品質表記部２０を露出状態に遷移させることで、使用者はリバーシブル衣服１の品質情報を容易に把握できる。一方で、品質情報を確認しない場合には、デザインの一部である表記覆い部３０が品質表記部２０を覆っている覆い状態を維持することで、品質表記部２０が露出せず隠れているため、図２に示すように第２面１２を表側にしたリバーシブル衣服１の意匠性が損なわれることがない。
　本実施形態では、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０が、第１面と該第１面の反対側第２面とを有する物品に備え付けられる品質表示部材を構成する。品質表示部材は、前述した品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０を有することで、物品の品質情報を容易に把握できる一方で、物品の意匠性が損なわれることを抑制できる。なお、品質表示部材が備え付けられる物品としては、例えば、タオル、ハンカチ、風呂敷、カバン、及び手提げ袋が挙げられる。また、品質表示部材が備え付けられる物品は、リバーシブルであってもよいし、リバーシブルではなくてもよい。例えば、品質表示部材が備え付けられる物品は、第１面及び第２面の用途が互いに固定であってもよく交換可能であってもよい。
　＜品質表記部及び表記覆い部の詳細構成＞
　品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０の詳細構成の一例について、図３を参照しながら説明する。
　以下では、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０のうちの表記覆い部３０が変形する構成を例に挙げて説明する。ここでは、図２に示すようにリバーシブル衣服１の第２面１２が表側に位置した状態で、表記覆い部３０を変形させるものとする。
　品質表記部２０は、表記覆い部３０の品質表記部２０に対する位置がずれるように変形することで、図３（ａ）に示す覆い状態と、図３（ｂ）に示す露出状態との間で遷移可能である。
　表記覆い部３０は、品質表記タグである品質表記部２０の両面を挟むように環状に設けられた伸縮可能な伸縮タグ（第２タグ）である。表記覆い部３０の長手方向の一端３１ａは、品質表記部２０と同様に、リバーシブル衣服１の縫い目１２ａに縫い付けられており、長手方向の他端３１ｂは自由端となっている。このため、表記覆い部３０の長手方向の他端３１ｂ側を引っ張ることで表記覆い部３０を伸ばすことができる。
　例えば、使用者は、図３（ｂ）に示すように、表記覆い部３０の長手方向の他端３１ｂ側の内側に指Ｆを入れて移動させることで、表記覆い部３０が伸びる。この際、使用者が、表記覆い部３０を斜め下又は斜め上に伸ばすことで、図３（ｂ）に示すように品質表記部２０の一部が露出する。一方で、使用者が表記覆い部３０から指Ｆを抜き出すことで、表記覆い部３０が元の形状に復元し、図３（ａ）に示す覆い状態に遷移する。
　なお、表記覆い部３０は、伸縮性を有することが望ましく、表記覆い部３０の材質は、一例としてポリエステル、綿、レーヨンのいずれかである。上記では表記覆い部３０の長手方向の一端が縫い付けられていることとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、表記覆い部３０が、２つ折り状態で、リバーシブル衣服１を挟み込むように取り付けられたり、縫い目に付けられたりしてもよい。
　上記のように伸縮タグである表記覆い部３０が伸びて品質表記部２０に対して位置がずれることで、品質表記部２０が覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移する。これにより、使用者は、簡易な操作で、品質表記部２０を覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移させることができるので、利便性に優れた構成を実現できる。
　なお、上記では、使用者が、伸縮可能な表記覆い部３０を品質表記部２０に対してずらすことで、品質表記部２０が露出することとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、使用者が、伸縮可能に構成された品質表記部２０を表記覆い部３０に対してずらすことで、品質表記部２０が露出してもよい。また、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０の両方が伸縮可能な場合には、使用者は、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０の両方の位置をずらすことで、品質表記部２０を覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移させてもよい。
　図４は、第１変形例に係る品質表記部１２０及び表記覆い部１３０を説明するための模式図である。図４（ａ）には品質表記部１２０が表記覆い部１３０によって隠れている覆い状態が示され、図４（ｂ）には品質表記部１２０の少なくとも一部が露出している露出状態が示されている。
　前述した実施形態では、図３（ｂ）に示すように表記覆い部３０が伸びて位置をずらすことで、品質表記部２０が覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移させるが、第１変形例においては、表記覆い部１３０の一部が捲れるように変形することで、品質表記部１２０が覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移する。
　表記覆い部１３０は、ここでは矩形のワッペンであり、矩形の品質表記部１２０よりも大きい。そして、表記覆い部１３０は、図４（ａ）に示すように品質表記部１２０の全体を覆っており、通常時は、品質表記部１２０が露出していない（図４（ａ））。
　また、表記覆い部１３０は、一部が捲れるように第２面１２（図３参照）に平らに固定されている。具体的には、表記覆い部１３０の４辺１３１ａ、１３１ｂ、１３１ｃ、１３１ｄのうちの３辺１３１ａ、１３１ｂ、１３１ｃが第２面１２に縫い付けられており、残りの１辺１３１ｄは第２面１２に縫い付けられていない。辺１３１ａは、縫い目１１０を跨ぐように縫い付けられている。使用者は、縫い付けられていない１辺１３１ｄを捲ることが可能となっている。
　使用者は、品質表記部１２０の品質情報２２を見たい場合には、図４（ｂ）に示すように表記覆い部１３０の一部（辺１３１ａ側）を捲る。これにより、品質表記部１２０の品質情報２２の少なくとも一部が露出する。このように、第１変形例においては、表記覆い部１３０の一部（辺１３１ａ側）が捲れることで、品質表記部１２０が覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移する。また、表記覆い部１３０には識別情報３２が示されているので、表記覆い部１３０が露出していてもリバーシブル衣服１の意匠性を損なわない。
　なお、第１変形例では表記覆い部１３０が矩形のワッペンであることとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、表記覆い部１３０は楕円形状のワッペンや、矩形以外の多角形状のワッペンであってもよい。
　図５は、第２変形例に係る品質表記部２２０及び表記覆い部２３０を説明するための模式図である。図５（ａ）には品質表記部２２０が表記覆い部２３０によって隠れている覆い状態が示され、図５（ｂ）には品質表記部２２０の少なくとも一部が露出している露出状態が示されている。
　第２変形例における品質表記部２２０は、図５（ｂ）に示すように、第２面１２（図２）の縫い目２１０上に印字されている。表記覆い部２３０は、品質表記部２２０及び縫い目２１０を覆うように設けられている。また、品質表記部２２０は、一部が捲れるように第２面１２に固定されている。具体的には、表記覆い部２３０の長手方向の両端２３１ａ、２３１ｂが第２面１２に縫い付けられており、図５（ｂ）に示すように長手方向の中央側を捲ることができる。表記覆い部２３０は、例えばテープで形成されている。
　使用者は、品質表記部２２０の品質情報２２を見たい場合には、図５（ｂ）に示すように表記覆い部２３０の中央側を捲る。これにより、品質表記部２２０の品質情報２２の少なくとも一部が露出する。このように、第２変形例においては、表記覆い部２３０の一部が捲れることで、品質表記部２２０が覆い状態から露出状態へ遷移する。また、表記覆い部２３０には識別情報３２が示されているので、表記覆い部２３０が露出していてもリバーシブル衣服１の意匠性を損なわない。
　図６は、リバーシブル衣服２の変形例を説明するための模式図である。図１及び図２に示すリバーシブル衣服１は、表裏両面とも使える衣服であった。これに対して、図６に示すリバーシブル衣服２は、表裏だけでなく前後を逆にしても利用できる衣服である。別言すれば、リバーシブル衣服２は、前後裏表のない衣服である。このリバーシブル衣服２においても、リバーシブル衣服１と同様に品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０が設けられており、意匠性を損なわずに品質情報２２を確認することができる。
　なお、上述した実施形態では、表記覆い部３０、１３０、２３０の位置をずらしたり捲ったりすることで、品質表記部２０、１２０、２２０を露出状態に遷移させることとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、表記覆い部（ここでは、表記覆い部３０を例に説明する）に開閉可能なジッパーを設け、ジッパーが閉じている際には品質表記部２０が覆い状態になり、ジッパーが開いている際には品質表記部２０が露出状態になることとしてもよい。
　また、上述した実施形態では、品質表記部２０、１２０、２２０及び表記覆い部３０、１３０、２３０が第２面１２のみに設けられていることとしたが、これに限定されない。例えば、品質表記部２０、１２０、２２０及び表記覆い部３０、１３０、２３０が、第２面１２と第１面１１に跨るように（図７参照）、設けられていてもよい。
　図７は、第３変形例に係る品質表記部３２０及び表記覆い部３３０を説明するための模式図である。第３変形例に係る品質表記部３２０及び表記覆い部３３０は、図７（ａ）に示すようにリバーシブル衣服１の脇の下部（具体的には、前身頃と後身頃の縫い目３１０の下部）に、設けられている。また、品質表記部３２０及び表記覆い部３３０は、図７（ｂ）に示すように、リバーシブル衣服１の裾１３で折り返されており、第１面１１と第２面１２に跨るように取り付けられている。
　表記覆い部３３０の識別情報３２は、図７（ａ）に示すようにリバーシブル衣服１の第１面１１側に露出しているだけでなく、第２面１２側にも露出するように設けられている。品質表記部３２０は、図７（ａ）及び図７（ｂ）に示すように、表記覆い部３３０に覆われている。品質表記部３２０の品質情報（図３（ｂ）の品質情報２２）も、リバーシブル衣服１の第１面１１及び第２面１２側に位置している。
　表記覆い部３３０は、図７（ｃ）に示すように伸縮可能な構成となっており、例えば使用者が表記覆い部３３０の折り返し部３３１に指を入れて引っ張ることで、表記覆い部３３０の位置をずらしたり表記覆い部３３０を捲ったりすることができる。このように表記覆い部３３０が変形することで、品質表記部３２０の品質情報が露出することになり、使用者が品質情報を確認できる。
　＜本実施形態における効果＞
　上述した衣服（具体的には、リバーシブル衣服１）において、品質表記部２０及び表記覆い部３０の少なくとも一方が、品質表記部２０が表記覆い部３０によって隠れている覆い状態（第１状態）と品質表記部２０の少なくとも一部が露出している露出状態（第２状態）との間で遷移できるように、変形可能である。
　これにより、例えば図２に示すように第２面１２を表側にしてリバーシブル衣服１を利用する際に、品質表記部２０を露出状態に遷移させることで、使用者はリバーシブル衣服１の品質情報を容易に把握できる。一方で、品質情報を確認しない場合には、デザインの一部である表記覆い部３０が品質表記部２０を覆っている覆い状態を維持することで、品質表記部２０が露出せず隠れているため、第２面１２を表側にしたリバーシブル衣服１の意匠性が損なわれることがない。
　なお、本発明に係る衣服は、リバーシブル衣服１に適用した場合に特に意義が大きい。従来のリバーシブル衣服では、衣服の内側に品質表示を付けることで品質表示を目立たなくする方策を採用し難かった。これに対して、本実施形態に係る衣服は、リバーシブル衣服１とした場合でも、品質表示を付けることに伴う意匠性の低下を回避できる。
　また、本発明に係る衣服は、識別表記部としての機能を有する表記覆い部３０で品質表記部２０を覆う構成にすることなどにより、意匠性を高めることも期待できる。
　以上、本発明を実施の形態を用いて説明したが、本発明の技術的範囲は上記実施の形態に記載の範囲には限定されず、その要旨の範囲内で種々の変形及び変更が可能である。例えば、装置の全部又は一部は、任意の単位で機能的又は物理的に分散・統合して構成することができる。また、複数の実施の形態の任意の組み合わせによって生じる新たな実施の形態も、本発明の実施の形態に含まれる。組み合わせによって生じる新たな実施の形態の効果は、もとの実施の形態の効果を併せ持つ。
　例えば、品質情報の一部が表記覆い部に表記されていても、本発明から逸脱しない。一例として、表記覆い部に「ポリエステル〇〇％」や「天然素材」等が記載されても、本発明から逸脱しない。

Claims (9)

  1. 　第１面と、該第１面の反対側の第２面を有する衣服であって、
    　前記衣服の品質に関する品質情報を示し、前記第２面に設けられた品質表記部と、
    　前記品質情報以外の情報を示し、前記品質表記部を覆うように設けられた表記覆い部と、
    　を備え、
    　前記品質表記部及び前記表記覆い部の少なくとも一方は、前記品質表記部が前記表記覆い部によって隠れている第１状態と前記品質表記部の少なくとも一部が露出している第２状態との間で遷移できるように、変形可能である、
    　衣服。
  2. 　前記衣服は、前記第１面と前記第２面の両方を使用可能なリバーシブル衣服である、
    　請求項１に記載の衣服。
  3. 　前記表記覆い部は、前記衣服を識別するための識別情報を示す識別表記部である、

    　前記表記覆い部は、前記第１タグの両面を挟むように環状に設けられた伸縮可能な第２タグであり、
    　前記第２タグが伸びて位置をずらすことで、前記品質表記部が前記第１状態から前記第２状態へ遷移する、
    　請求項１又は２に記載の衣服。
  7. 　前記表記覆い部は、一部が捲れるように前記第２面に平らに固定されており、

    　請求項１又は２に記載の衣服。
