相关申请的交叉引用
本申请要求在2022年09月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211208965.0、申请名称为“一种移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及到一种移动终端。
随着柔性折叠屏技术的逐渐成熟,可折叠终端已经广泛应用在人们的生活中,以可折叠手机为例,在折叠状态,可折叠手机具有较小的体积,便于用户携带;在展平状态,可折叠手机的柔性屏可以展平,以提供较大的显示面积。
在相关技术中,可折叠手机可以包括第一壳体、第二壳体、转轴机构、主机组件、电源组件、柔性屏和柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)。第一壳体和第二壳体分别连接于转轴机构的两侧。柔性屏安装于第一壳体和第二壳体,并且可以通过转轴机构进行折叠或展平。主机组件设置于第一壳体,电源组件设置于第二壳体。FPC的一端与主机组件连接,另一端穿过转轴机构并连接于柔性屏和电源组件,从而实现可折叠手机的电信号联通。然而,由于FPC集成有屏幕传输信号和电源传输信号,导致FPC的信号通道数量多且复杂,致使FPC的制作成本较高。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种移动终端,以简化信号传输线的结构,从而降低移动终端的制作成本。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种移动终端。移动终端包括转轴组件、柔性折叠屏、第一主体和第二主体。具体的,第一主体和第二主体分别与转轴组件转动连接,并且第一主体和第二主体位于转轴组件的两侧。柔性折叠屏可以包括第一显示屏和第二显示屏。第一主体可以包括第一壳体、主电路板、摄像模组和第一信号传输线。其中,第一壳体可以与第一显示屏连接。主电路板设置有中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),摄像模组与主电路板电性连接,第一显示屏设置有与摄像模组对应设置的第一摄像孔。第一显示屏可以通过第一信号传输线与主电路板电性连接。第二主体可以包括第二壳体、副电路板、电池和第二信号传输线。其中,第二壳体可以与第二显示屏连接。副电路板设置有扬声器模组。第二信号传输线的一端电性连接于电池,另一端穿过转轴组件并与主电路板电性连接。
在上述结构的移动终端中,第一信号传输线、主电路板和中央处理器设置在转轴组件的同一侧,使得可以在第一主体中完成柔性折叠屏的信号传输。如此,该结构设计不需要第一信号传输线穿过转轴组件,仅第二信号传输线需要穿轴设计,从而可以简化第一信号传输线的结构,进而降低移动终端的制作成本。
上述柔性折叠屏可以具有第一外边沿和第二外边沿,其中,第一外边沿垂直于转轴组件,第二外边沿平行于转轴组件。在一些技术方案中,第一外边沿的长度与第二外边沿的长度的比值大于2:1。换句话说,在使用移动终端时,用户可以以第二外边沿靠近用户身体的方向手持移动终端,此时移动终端可以以上下折叠方式折叠。
除了中央处理器,上述主电路板还可以设置有内存和射频模组。在本申请中,主电路板可以用于处理移动终端的显示信号、射频信号以及存储数据等。
在具体设置移动终端时,第一显示屏的侧边可以设置有端子弯折部。端子弯折部可以朝向主电路板弯折。在连接第一显示屏和主电路板时,第一信号传输线的一端与端子弯折部电性连接,另一端与主电路板电性连接。端子弯折部用于连接第一显示屏和第一信号传输线,使第一显示屏能够与主电路板电性连接。
在本申请中,第一显示屏具有背离第二显示屏的第一侧边,以及分别与该第一侧边邻接的两个第二侧边。在一些技术方案中,端子弯折部可以设置在第一显示屏的第一侧边,第一摄像孔可以靠近第一显示屏的第二侧边设置。在该技术方案中,端子弯折部与第一摄像孔不在第一显示屏的同一侧。也就是说,
端子弯折部不与第一摄像孔相邻,如此,端子弯折部不需要避开摄像模组设置,从而简化柔性折叠屏的结构设计。
上述移动终端中,端子弯折部可以为条形弯折部。该条形弯折部与第一侧边的至少一部分连接。具体的,条形弯折部可以与第一侧边的一部分连接,或者,条形弯折部可以与整个第一侧边连接。因此,可以根据实际需求,设计条形弯折部沿第一侧边的尺寸。
在另外一些技术方案中,端子弯折部可以设置于第一显示屏的第一侧边,第一摄像孔可以靠近第一显示屏的第一侧边设置。在其他一些技术方案中,端子弯折部也可以设置于第一显示屏的第二侧边,第一摄像孔可以靠近第一显示屏的第二侧边设置。也就是说,端子弯折部可以与第一摄像孔设置在第一显示屏的同一侧边,以充分利用第一显示屏的侧边空间,有利于实现移动终端的小型化。
在上述移动终端中,当端子弯折部的长度延伸至第一显示屏的整个侧边时,端子弯折部可以设置有第二摄像孔,第二摄像孔与第一摄像孔对应设置,以便镜头的光轴穿过第一摄像孔和第二摄像孔,以实现移动终端的摄像功能。
在本申请中,移动终端还可以包括显示芯片,显示芯片用于处理柔性折叠屏的信号。具体的,显示芯片的位置不作限制,例如,显示芯片可以设置于主电路板;或者,显示芯片也可以设置于端子弯折部,以充分利用端子弯折部的空间。
在本申请的技术方案中,第一信号传输线和第二信号传输线的类型不作具体限制。例如,第一信号传输线可以为柔性电路板或柔性线缆。第二信号传输线可以为柔性电路板或柔性线缆。

本申请提供了一种移动终端,以简化信号传输线的结构,从而降低移动终端的制作成本。
图1为本申请实施例中移动终端的一种结构示意图。如图1所示,移动终端10可以包括第一主体11、第二主体12、转轴组件13和折叠显示屏。其中,第一主体11和第二主体12分别转动连接于转轴组件13的两侧。折叠显示屏可以为柔性折叠屏14,柔性折叠屏14具体可以包括两个部分,即第一显示屏141和第二显示屏142。或者,折叠显示屏也可以包括两个独立设置的硬质显示屏,即第一硬质显示屏和第二硬质显示屏。下面以柔性折叠屏14为示例进行说明。柔性折叠屏14与第一主体11和第二主体12连接,其中,第一显示屏141和第一主体11对应设置,第二显示屏142和第二主体12对应设置。转轴组件13用于使第一主体11与第二主体12相向转动,从而使第一显示屏141和第二显示屏142对折,实现柔性折叠屏14的折叠;以及,转轴组件13还用于使第一主体11与第二主体12反向转动,从而使第一显示屏141和第二显示屏142展平,实现柔性折叠屏14的展平。本申请的移动终端10可以采用内折叠。即,当移动终端10处于折叠状态时,第一显示屏141与第二显示屏142相向对折。也就是说,折叠后,第一显示屏141和第二显示屏142不显示画面。或者,本申请的移动终端10也可以采用外折叠。即,当移动终端10处于折叠状态时,第一显示屏141与第二显示屏142相背对折。也就是说,折叠后,第一显示屏141和第二显示屏142还可以显示画面。此外,该移动终端10的折叠方向还可以为上下折叠,或者也可以为左右折叠。
图2为本申请实施例中移动终端的另一种结构示意图。如图2所示,以上下折叠的移动终端10为示例,第一主体11具体可以包括第一壳体111、主电路板112、摄像模组114和第一信号传输线113,第二主体12具体可以包括第二壳体121、副电路板(图中未示出)、电池122和第二信号传输线123。转轴组件13转动连接于第一壳体111与第二壳体121之间。具体的,第一壳体111可以与第一显示屏141连接,可形成第一容置空间110。第一容置空间110可以容纳主电路板112、摄像模组114和第一信号传输线113。在第一容置空间110内,主电路板112设置有中央处理器,并且主电路板112与中央处理器电性连接。摄像模组114与主电路板112电性连接,第一显示屏141设置有第一摄像孔。第一摄像孔1411与摄像模组114的镜头对应设置,用于使镜头的光轴穿过第一摄像孔1411,以实现移动终端10的摄像功能。第一显示屏141通过第一信号传输线113与主电路板112电性连接。需要说明的是,在第一主体11中,中央处理器可以设置在主电路板112。当然,在其他一些实施例中,中央处理器也可以设置在第一壳体111内的其他位置,此处不作具体限制。中央处理器用于处理移动终端10的信号以及运行程序。另外,第二壳体121可以与第二显示屏142连接,可形成第二容置空间120。第二容置空间120可以容纳副电路板、电池122和第二信号传输线123。副电路板设置有扬声器模组,可用于处理移动终端10的音频数据。电池122与主电路板112通过第二信号传输线123电性连接。具体的,第二信号传输线123的一端连接于电池122,另一端穿过转轴组件并连接于主电路板112。
在本申请的移动终端10中,第一信号传输线113、主电路板112和中央处理器设置在第一主体11的第一容置空间110内,也就是说设置在转轴组件13的同一侧,使得柔性折叠屏14的信号传输可以在第一主体11中完成,而不需要第一信号传输线113穿过转轴组件13,从而可以简化第一信号传输线113的结构设计,进而降低移动终端10的制作成本。
除了中央处理器,上述主电路板112还可以设置有内存和射频模组。主电路板112可以用于处理移动终端10的显示信号、射频信号以及存储数据等。另外,第一主体11内也可以设置有电池,该电池可以通过信号传输线与主电路板112电性连接。副电路板还可以设置有音频芯片和振动模组等。
图3为本申请实施例中柔性折叠屏的一种结构示意图。如图3所示,该柔性折叠屏14为上下折叠的显示屏。在具体设置时,第一显示屏141的侧边可以设置有端子弯折部1412。端子弯折部1412可以朝向主电路板112弯折。在连接第一显示屏141和主电路板112时,第一信号传输线113的一端与端子弯折部1412电性连接,另一端与主电路板112电性连接。端子弯折部1412用于连接第一显示屏141和第一信号传输线113,使第一显示屏141能够与主电路板112和中央处理器电性连接。
图4为图3中柔性折叠屏的主视图。如图4所示,第一显示屏141具有背离第二显示屏142的第一侧边L1,以及分别与该第一侧边L1邻接的两个第二侧边L2。在一个实施例中,端子弯折部1412可以设置于第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1,第一摄像孔1411可以靠近第一侧边L1设置。图5为本申请实施例中柔性折叠屏的另一种结构示意图。如图5所示,该柔性折叠屏14为左右折叠的显示屏。其中,端子弯折部1412可以设置于第一显示屏141的第二侧边L2,第一摄像孔1411可以靠近第二侧边L2设置。在上述实施例中,端子弯折部1412与第一摄像孔1411同时设置在第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1,或者同时设置在第一显示屏141的第二侧边L2,以充分利用第一显示屏141的侧边空间,有利于实现移动终端10的小型化。
请继续参考图2、图4和图5,下面对上下折叠和左右折叠进行说明。
如图2和图5所示,柔性折叠屏14可以具有第一外边沿WL1和第二外边沿WL2。其中,第一外边沿WL1垂直于转轴组件13,第二外边沿WL2平行于转轴组件13。第一显示屏141具有背离第二显示屏142的第一侧边L1,以及分别与该第一侧边L1邻接的两个第二侧边L2。类似的,第二显示屏142具有背离第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1,以及分别与该第一侧边L1邻接的两个第二侧边L2。
如图2和图4所示,在一些实施例中,第一外边沿WL1的长度与第二外边沿WL2的长度的比值大于2:1。此时,移动终端10以上下折叠方式进行折叠。第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1与第二显示屏142的第一侧边L1可分别作为柔性折叠屏14的第二外边沿WL2。第一显示屏141的第二侧边L2与相邻的第二显示屏142的第二侧边L2共同作为柔性折叠屏14的第一外边沿WL1。当移动终端10处于展平状态时,摄像模组114与扬声器模组位于移动终端10的相对两侧。也就是说,摄像模组114靠近第一主体11的第一侧边L1(即一个第二外边沿WL2)设置,扬声器模组靠近第二主体12的第一侧边L1(即另一个第二外边沿WL2)设置。当移动终端10沿转轴组件13折叠时,摄像模组114与扬声器模组逐渐靠近,并且在移动终端10处于折叠状态时,摄像模组114与扬声器模组相邻并位于移动终端10的同一侧。具体的,第一外边沿WL1的长度与第二外边沿WL2的长度的比值可以为19:9、21:9或22:9等,此处不作具体限制。
当然,在另外一些实施例中,第一外边沿WL1的长度与第二外边沿WL2的长度的比值也可以大于1:1,且小于2:1。如图5所示,此时,移动终端10可以以左右折叠方式进行折叠。第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1与第二显示屏142的第一侧边L1可分别作为柔性折叠屏14的第一外边沿WL1。第一显示屏141的第二侧边L2与相邻的第二显示屏142的第二侧边L2共同作为柔性折叠屏14的第二外边沿WL2。当移动终端10处于展平状态和折叠状态时,摄像模组114与扬声器模组均位于移动终端10的相对两侧。也就是说,摄像模组114可以设置于第一主体11的一个第二侧边L2,扬声器模组可以设置于第一主体11的另一个第二侧边L2;或者,摄像模组114可以设置于第一主体11的位于一个第二外边沿WL2的第二侧边L2,扬声器模组可以设置于第二主体12的位于另一个第二外边沿WL2的第二侧边L2;或者,摄像模组114可以设置于第二主体12的一个第二侧边L2,扬声器模组可以设置于第二主体12的另一个第二侧边L2。具体的,第一外边沿WL1的长度与第二外边沿WL2的长度的比值可以为8:6.9、8:7或8:7.1等,此处不作具体限制。
图6为本申请实施例中柔性折叠屏的另一种结构示意图,图7为图6中柔性折叠屏的侧视图。如图6和图7所示,柔性折叠屏14为上下折叠的显示屏。在上述移动终端10中,当端子弯折部1412的长度延伸至第一显示屏141的整个侧边时,端子弯折部1412可以设置有第二摄像孔1421,第二摄像孔1421与第一摄像孔1411对应设置,以便镜头的光轴穿过第一摄像孔1411和第二摄像孔1421,以实现移动终端10的摄像功能。
图8为本申请实施例中柔性折叠屏的另一种结构示意图。如图8所示,在一个实施例中,柔性折叠
屏14为左右折叠的显示屏。端子弯折部1412设置在第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1,第一摄像孔1411靠近第一显示屏141的第二侧边L2设置。该设计中,端子弯折部1412与第一摄像孔1411不在第一显示屏141的同一侧。也就是说,端子弯折部1412不与第一摄像孔1411相邻,如此,端子弯折部1412不需要避开摄像模组114设置,以简化柔性折叠屏14的结构。
上述移动终端10中,端子弯折部1412可以为条形弯折部。该条形弯折部与第一显示屏141的第一侧边L1的至少一部分连接。具体的,条形弯折部可以与第一侧边L1的一部分连接,或者,条形弯折部可以与整个第一侧边L1连接。因此,可以根据实际需求,设计条形弯折部沿第一侧边L1的尺寸。
图9为本申请实施例中柔性折叠屏的另一种结构示意图,图10为图9中柔性折叠屏的侧视图。如图9和图10所示,柔性折叠屏14为上下折叠的显示屏。移动终端10还可以包括显示芯片15,显示芯片15用于处理柔性折叠屏14的信号。具体的,显示芯片15可以设置于主电路板112;或者,显示芯片15也可以设置于端子弯折部1412,以充分利用端子弯折部1412的空间。
在本申请的实施例中,第一信号传输线113和第二信号传输线123的类型不作具体限制。例如,第一信号传输线113可以为柔性电路板或柔性线缆。第二信号传输线123可以为柔性电路板或柔性线缆。
此外,在本申请的实施例中,移动终端10的类型不作具体限制,例如可以为可折叠手机、可折叠平板或其他显示设备等。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括转轴组件、柔性折叠屏、第一主体和第二主体,其中,所述柔性折叠屏包括第一显示屏和第二显示屏;所述第一主体和所述第二主体分别与所述转轴组件转动连接,且位于所述转轴组件的两侧;所述第一主体包括第一壳体、主电路板、摄像模组和第一信号传输线;所述第一壳体与所述第一显示屏连接;所述主电路板设置有中央处理器;所述摄像模组与所述主电路板电性连接,所述第一显示屏设置有与所述摄像模组对应设置的第一摄像孔;所述第一信号传输线电性连接所述主电路板与所述第一显示屏;所述第二主体包括第二壳体、副电路板、电池和第二信号传输线;所述第二壳体与所述第二显示屏连接;所述副电路板设置有扬声器模组;所述第二信号传输线的一端电性连接于所述电池,另一端穿过所述转轴组件并与所述主电路板电性连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性折叠屏具有第一外边沿和第二外边沿,所述第一外边沿垂直于所述转轴组件,所述第二外边沿平行于所述转轴组件;所述第一外边沿的长度与所述第二外边沿的长度的比值大于2:1。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主电路板还设置有内存和射频模组。
- 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一显示屏的侧边设置有端子弯折部,所述端子弯折部朝向所述主电路板弯折;所述第一信号传输线的一端与所述端子弯折部电性连接,另一端与所述主电路板电性连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一显示屏具有背离所述第二显示屏的第一侧边、以及分别与所述第一侧边邻接的两个第二侧边;所述端子弯折部设置于所述第一侧边,所述第一摄像孔靠近所述第二侧边设置。
- 如权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述端子弯折部为条形弯折部,所述条形弯折部与所述第一侧边的至少一部分连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一显示屏具有背离所述第二显示屏的第一侧边、以及分别与所述第一侧边邻接的两个第二侧边;所述端子弯折部设置于所述第一侧边,所述第一摄像孔靠近所述第一侧边设置;或者,所述端子弯折部设置于所述第二侧边,所述第一摄像孔靠近所述第二侧边设置。
- 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述端子弯折部设置有第二摄像孔,所述第二摄像孔与所述第一摄像孔对应设置。
- 如权利要求4至8中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括显示芯片,所述显示芯片设置于所述端子弯折部。
- 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一信号传输线为柔性电路板或柔性线缆。
