本申请涉及电子设备领域,尤其是涉及一种雾化器及其烟弹。
【背景技术】
电子雾化装置包括雾化设备和电池杆,为了用户使用口感的精确把握,需要对电子雾化装置的进气流道进行设计。
【发明内容】
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供雾化器及其烟弹,对雾化设备的进气流道进行设计。
本申请提供雾化器的烟弹,所述烟弹包括:
储油件及其内设的雾化通道,所述雾化通道内设加热组件;
所述烟弹还包括底壳,底壳上设有进气孔,所述进气孔与所述雾化通道连通以提供加热组件雾化所需的空气,所述进气孔为阶梯孔。
其中,所述进气孔包括进气阶梯,且所述进气孔内设置分界壁。
其中,所述进气阶梯包括第一进气阶梯和第二进气阶梯,所述分界壁设在第二进气阶梯的顶部开孔处。
其中,所述烟弹包括吸嘴和壳体;所述烟弹还包括设置在壳体内的储油仓,所述储油仓内有储油腔,所述储油腔内放置储油件。
其中,所述储油仓的上面设置上密封件,下面设置下密封件,以实现储油腔的密封;
所述储油件内设所述雾化通道。
其中,所述上密封件设有通孔,所述通孔的孔壁向下延伸到雾化通道内。
其中,所述下密封件向雾化通道的方向延伸出雾化座。

本申请的有益效果是:相较于现有的烟弹,本申请提供的雾化器的烟弹,所述烟弹包括:储油件及其内设的雾化通道,所述雾化通道内设加热组件;所述烟弹还包括底壳,底壳上设有进气孔,所述进气孔与所述雾化通道连通以提供加热组件雾化所需的空气,所述进气孔为阶梯孔。将进气孔做阶梯设计,对气道设计更精细,可实现对用户使用口感或其他输出的精确把握,提升用户的使用体验。

在本申请实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请实施例中的具体含义。

请参照图1a~d,本申请实施例的雾化器100,包括烟弹1、外挂2、主机3和胶塞4。其中外挂2和胶塞4并不是必须件。不使用外挂2不影响雾化器100的使用。不使用胶塞4也不妨碍雾化器100的使用。烟弹1和主机3可拆卸连接,具体可采用磁性连接、卡扣连接、螺纹连接等其他拆装方式,本申请对此不做限制。当烟弹1里面存储的雾化介质被消耗后,可更换同款新的烟弹1与主机3适配。主机3内包括电源,一般为电池,具体为可充电电池。主机3为烟弹1供电。外挂2套设在烟弹1的外围。请结合图2和图3,外挂2包括适用烟弹1外围形状的外挂主体301和挂件安装部302,具体地,该挂件安装部302为挂孔,可供挂绳安装。外挂2可使用弹性材料,在需要将雾化器100挂脖或者使用挂绳更方便的握持时,将外挂2套装在烟弹1的外围。需要更换烟弹1时,可取下外挂2。
可选地,外挂2上可以设置产品logo或商标等。
具体地,胶塞4塞入烟弹1的吸嘴,是为了雾化器100出厂预注入雾化介质到烟弹1后,在运输之后的防泄露。胶塞4可让雾化器100在运输中保持密封状态。
在一些实施例中,如图4a-9所示,烟弹1包括吸嘴10和壳体102。烟弹1还包括壳体102内设的储油仓103,储油仓103内有储油腔104,储油腔104内放置储油件105。具体地,储油件105为储油棉或其他方便储存雾化介质的媒介体,具有吸附能力。
如图6所示,储油仓103的上部和下部分别设置上密封件106和下密封件107,以实现储油腔104的密封。为了雾化需要,上密封件106正对吸嘴10的出雾孔108处设置通孔109。储油件105内设雾化通道110。储油件105除了开设的雾化通道110和为容纳导油件延伸部的凹槽外,储油件105充满了储油仓103。下密封件107对应雾化通道110的位置设置开孔111,用于让空气自由进入雾化通道110内的加热组件112以进行雾化。
具体地,上密封件106和下密封件107均可以为硅胶件或其他密封性好的塑料件,或其他材质。
在一些实施例中,上密封件106上设有回流槽1061,回流槽1061用于放置回流吸收体 123。具体地,回流吸收体为吸收棉。回流吸收体123用于吸收逸散的雾化气或者冷凝液。
可选地,为了雾化通道110的畅通,回流吸收体123上对应雾化通道110的位置开设通道孔1231。
在一些实施例中,吸嘴10的出雾孔108在顶部设有加大孔120。具体地,加大孔120可设置为与出雾孔108同心的椭圆孔。
进一步地,在加大孔120端部设置小槽122。具体地,如图6所示意,可在椭圆形在椭圆最扁的两端部设置对称的两个小槽122。具体可为小圆槽。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,上密封件106的通孔109的孔壁向下延伸到雾化通道110内,形成雾化通道110的侧壁。进一步地,下密封件107向雾化通道110的方向延伸出雾化座113。具体地,所述雾化座113为下密封件107的开孔111的孔壁向上延伸构成。并且,在一些实施例中,所述雾化座113的侧壁上设置开口1131。具体地,所述雾化座131包括手握爪形状空隙形成的开口1131。
在一些实施例中,加热组件112包括导油体1121和发热体1122。导油体1121可包括导油本体11215和导油延伸部11216。可选地,发热体1122为发热网或者发热丝。如图6所示意,为发热网。进一步地,发热网或者发热丝的引脚11224,引脚11224向下贯通雾化通道110,并与电极114电连接。导油体1121覆盖在发热体1122的外侧,同理地,导油体1121内侧抵接发热体1122。优选地,电极114的数量为两个,分别为正极电极和负极电极。
如图6和图7所示,在若干实施例中,壳体102内储油仓103底部的位置,还设有底壳130。底壳130的底部设有进气孔131。进入进气孔131的气体到达底壳130与下密封件107之间的间隙140,再到达下密封件107的开孔117而进入雾化腔11217。
为防止雾化介质回流,或者因雾化产生的冷凝液回流,在雾化腔11217的底部、底壳130对应雾化通道110的位置设有吸油体119。吸油体119具体可为吸油棉,或其他能吸附雾化介质的材料。
进一步的实施例中,结合图9,烟弹1和主机3之间通过磁性连接。烟弹1的底壳130上设有第一磁体安装部134并内嵌磁体132。磁体具体可为磁铁。磁体132的数量为若干,如图6所示,磁体有2个,在底壳底部对称设置。
如图4a和8所示,底壳130上设有若干卡扣133,并通过壳体102上的卡扣孔118卡接到壳体102上,以实现与壳体固定连接。具体地,结合图9,卡扣133在底壳130的两侧设置。可以每侧对称地或均匀地设置若干个卡扣133。
在一些实施例中,如图6、图9和图10所示,为实现更好的进气量控制,进气孔131设置为阶梯孔,进气孔131包括第一进气阶梯1314和第二进气阶梯1315。更进一步地,进气孔131设置分界壁1316,以更精细的区分气流的流路。具体地,在第二进气阶梯1315的顶部开孔处设置该分界壁1316。
在另一些实施例中,如图11至图17所示,主机3包括主机座31、弹性电极32、气流传感器33、电源组件34、安装框架35和调节装置36。具体地,气流传感器33为一种电压压差传感器,俗称咪头。
主机座31为深凹槽形且一侧为圆角过度的壳体,与烟弹1的壳体102的形状相适配。主机座31内容纳弹性顶针32、气流传感器33、电源组件34、安装壳35和调节装置36。
在一些实施例中,如图11和图12所示,安装壳35固定在主机座31内,安装壳35底部与主机座31的内部底壁接触。进一步地,安装框架35的侧壁与主机座31内侧壁过盈配合以实现固定。
具体地,请结合图14,安装壳35包括上框架356、安装框架357和下框架358。进一步地,安装壳35为一体成型且具有贯通的侧壁的壳体。以安装框架357为界,上框架356向上延伸(烟弹1的方向)出凹槽腔室3560,下框架358向下延伸(与烟弹1相反的方向)出凹槽形状。进一步地,安装壳35在侧面开设调节位槽3501和充电槽3502。
请结合图12、图13和图14,可选地,安装框架357朝向上框架356的方向设有第二磁体安装部359。第二磁体安装部359内设置第二磁体3591。具体可设置两个第二磁体安装部359,其位置与烟弹1的第一磁体安装部134的位置对应。使用时,第一磁体安装部134与第二磁体安装部359的磁吸作用使烟弹1和主机3固定在一起。
在一些实施例中,安装框架357朝向上框架356的方向还设有弹性顶针孔354。弹性顶针孔354用于安装弹性顶针32。
具体地,弹性顶针孔354的位置与烟弹1的电极114的位置对应,烟弹1和主机3固定在一起时,固定与弹性顶针孔354内并向上伸出的弹性顶针32与电极114电连接。
在一些实施例中,安装框架357朝向上框架356的方向还设有咪头进气座353。如图11和图12所示,为保证气流传感器所需的气流感应能满足启动条件,咪头进气座353伸到靠近烟弹1的第一进气阶梯1314的位置。具体地,咪头进气座353顶部设有气流传感器进气孔3530。
在一些实施例中,安装框架37内设有咪头安装位352,气流传感器33设置在咪头安装位352内部。具体地,咪头安装位352可设置咪头密封件3521给气流传感器防液/防腐蚀。其在咪头进气孔3530的位置配合开口。可选地,咪头密封件3521可以使用硅胶材质。
在一些实施例中,安装框架357内设置电路板351。咪头安装位352固定在电路板351上。弹性顶针32连接到电路板351上。
在一些实施例中,请结合图15,下框架358内设有电池安装槽3580,电池安装槽3580内安装电池341。
在一些实施例中,电源组件34包括电池341和充电口342。电池341上包覆隔垫3411,用于漏电隔离,提高安全性。电池341设置在电池安装槽380内。进一步地,结合图17,主机座31的底部设有气孔311,气孔311连通电池安装槽380。
充电口342设置在下框架358的侧壁并贯通其侧壁,进一步地,充电口342也穿过充电槽3502。充电口342可外接电源线进行给电池341充电。
在一些实施例中,调节装置36用于调节雾化器100的进气量和控制功率。
请结合图15,在主机座31的侧壁设置进气通道310,进气通道310与凹槽腔室3560连通。主机3内设置调节开关361,具体为推拨开关。
所述调节开关361设置在雾化器100内且贯穿其外壳,具体是贯穿主机3的主机座31的侧壁。
具体地,请结合图14,调节装置36包括电位调节结构362和调节开关361。调节开关361的凸起部3610伸入进气通道310内,此时进气通道310相当于滑轨。调节开关361沿着滑轨(在图15示意的方向上左右)移动,可以选择将进气面积全部打开,或者遮挡住部分进气通道310,以这种方式来调整气流,以下结合具体实施例,阐述气流大小和调节开关361的推拨位移方向的对应关系。
如图15所示,调节开关361在滑轨的最右边时,此时推拨开关对气道无遮挡,此时进气量最大。
调节开关361在进气通道310的最左边时,此时调节开关361对进气通道310进行最大范围的遮挡,此时进气量最小。
调节开关361从右向左沿着滑轨推动时,进气通道310的遮挡量,从最小到最大,进气量从最大变至最小。
在一些实施例中,安装框架357朝向进气通道310的一侧的调节位槽3501用于安装电位调节结构362,电位调节结构362连接电路板351。具体地,通过电位调节结构362可通过导线焊接在电路板351上。
图16是主机的电源组件的充电口和调节装置的右侧视图。
请结合图16,调节开关361在沿着进气通道310(滑轨)左右推动时,会同时带动电位调节结构362的滑块3620。调节开关361在图15所示的最右边时,设定电位调节结构362为高电位1;在最左边时,设定电位调节结构362为低电位0。具体地,电位信号通过导线输送给电路板351上的控制元器件(MCU),电位调节结构362处于高电位时控制输出功率按最大输出,处于低电位时控制输出功率按最小输出。
本申请实施例,通过调节开关361的位置变化,带动电位调节结构362的滑块3620的位移,进而带来电位的变化,传送到电路板351产生控制功率的变化。滑块3620具体为滑销。
所述雾化器100的烟弹1与主机3可拆卸连接,烟弹1插入上框架356的凹槽腔室3560的上部,且烟弹1与主机3之间有缝隙,即烟弹1的底部侧壁与凹槽腔室3560的上部侧壁抵接的位置之间有缝隙。具体地,该缝隙在用户吸气时,可作为进气的通道,即为进气缝隙。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括:
    储油件及其内设的雾化通道,所述雾化通道内设加热组件;
    所述烟弹还包括底壳,底壳上设有进气孔,所述进气孔与所述雾化通道连通以提供加热组件雾化所需的空气,所述进气孔为阶梯孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述进气孔包括进气阶梯,且所述进气孔内设置分界壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述进气阶梯包括第一进气阶梯和第二进气阶梯,所述分界壁设在第二进气阶梯的顶部开孔处。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟弹包括吸嘴和壳体;所述烟弹还包括设置在壳体内的储油仓,所述储油仓内有储油腔,所述储油腔内放置储油件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述储油仓的上面设置上密封件,下面设置下密封件,以实现储油腔的密封;
    所述储油件内设所述雾化通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述上密封件设有通孔,所述通孔的孔壁向下延伸到雾化通道内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述下密封件向雾化通道的方向延伸出雾化座。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述雾化座为下密封件的开孔的孔壁向上延伸构成,所述雾化座包括手握爪形状空隙形成的开口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器的烟弹,其特征在于,所述下密封件设有所述开孔,位于所述开孔的底部的底壳上设有吸油体。
  10. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9所述的烟弹。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,还包括主机,所述烟弹和主机可拆卸连接;
    所述烟弹的下部和主机的上框架抵持;所述主机在上框架处形成凹槽腔室,所述凹槽腔室的一侧开设进气通道,所述进气通道和所述雾化通道连通;所述进气通道的进气量通过调节装置调节;且所述调节装置调节进气量时同步调整所述雾化器的输出功率。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟弹下部插入所述上框架的凹槽腔室的上部,且所述烟弹与所述主机之间有缝隙。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述主机内设气流传感器,所述气流传感器连通咪头进气座,咪头进气座顶部设有气流传感器进气孔,所述咪头进气座伸到靠近所述烟弹的第一进气阶梯的位置。
  14. 根据权利要求10-12任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括外挂,所述外挂可拆卸地套设在烟弹的外围。
