下面描述本申请实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请实施例,而不能解释为对本申请实施例的限制。
本申请实施例提供了一种挂墙马桶系统,如图1至图6所示,挂墙马桶系统包括马桶本体1、排污管组2和挂墙支架3,挂墙支架3设置成与墙体4固定连接,马桶本体1固定于挂墙支架3;马桶本体1设有出污口122;排污管组2设于墙体4外侧,设置成连通出污口122与地面排污管道5。
挂墙支架3起到固定安装马桶本体1的作用,挂墙支架3固定安装在墙体4的设定位置,马桶座体11固定安装于挂墙支架3上。挂墙支架3采用了外置式安装方式,通过膨胀螺栓等构件安装于腔体上,无需凿墙安装或者砌墙安装,省时省力,对安装师傅技能要求也比较低,有利于降低安装成本。马桶本体1和挂墙支架3可通过螺栓等方式进行连接。
马桶本体1的出污口122通过排污管组2与地面的地面排污管道5连通, 以实现挂墙马桶的地排形式,使挂墙马桶系统在安装过程中无需凿墙或砌墙,便于安装。排污管组2外置,在后续使用过程中出现故障时,维修方便快捷。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,排污管组2包括依次连通的后排管21、调节管22和地排管接头23,后排管21的入口与出污口122连通,地排管接头23的出口与地面排污管道5连通。
后排管21的入口与马桶本体1的出污口122连通,后排管21的出口与调节管22的入口连通,调节管22的出口与地排管接头23的入口连通,地排管接头23的出口与地面排污管道5连通,使马桶本体1连通至地面排污管道5。
后排管21与马桶本体1连通后向后延伸,并延伸至地排管接头23的上方位置。调节管22用于调整连接位置,使后排管21并非位于地排管接头23正上方时,仍可通过调节管22进行连通。地排管接头23的入口伸出于地面,地排管接头23的另一端伸入地下与地面排污管道5连通。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,后排管21为弯管,后排管21的入口朝前设置,后排管21的出口朝下设置。
后排管21的入口朝前设置,以便于与马桶本体1的出污口122连通。后排管21的出口朝下设置,以便于调节管22连通,进而将污物排入地面排污管道5中。
弯管形式的后排管21,便于在折弯处设置连接结构与挂墙支架3连接固定。
后排管21在折弯处可设置过渡圆角形式,以避免污物在折弯处积存。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,调节管22的入口朝上设置,调节管22的出口朝下设置,且调节管22的出口的中心轴线位于调节管22的入口的中心轴线的前侧。
调节管22的入口朝上设置,以便与后排管21的出口连通。调节管22的出口朝下设置,以便与地面排污管道5连通。调节管22用于调节后排管21的安装位置。
调节管22的出口的中心轴线位于调节管22的入口的中心轴线的前侧, 换言之,调节管22包括位置相对靠前的出口段和位置相对靠后的入口段。位置相对靠后的入口段与后排管21的出口连通,位置相对靠前的出口段将调节管22的出口向前延伸,以便对准地面上的地排管接头23,充分利用马桶本体1后部的空间,避免马桶后部内的管路与墙体4发生干涉。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3、图4和图6所示,地排管接头23为弯管,地排管接头23的入口朝上设置,地排管接头23的出口朝前设置。
地排管接头23的入口朝上设置,以便于调节管22的出口连通,地排管接头23的出口朝前设置,以便与地下的地面排污管道5连通。
地排管接头23的入口从地面伸出向上延伸,便于操作人员将地排管接头23与调节管22连通。地排管接头23的出口埋设于地下,预先与地面排污管道5连接。
地排管接头23在折弯处可设置过渡圆角形式,以避免污物在折弯处积存。
在一示例性实施例中,挂墙马桶系统还包括连接管、第一密封件63和第二密封件64。连接管的一端与出污口122连通,连接管的另一端与后排管21的入口连通;第一密封件63设置在后排管21和调节管22之间;第二密封件64设置在连接管和后排管21之间。
连接管一端连接马桶本体1的出污口122,连接管的另一端与后排管21的入口连通。连通管可以是多段形式的弯管,以将不同高度位置的出污口122和后排管21入口进行连接。
如图4所示,连接管可以包括第一连接管61和第二连接管62,第一连接管61的入口向上延伸,以便与出污口122连通;第一连接管61的出口朝水平方向的一侧延伸,与第二连接管62的入口连通;第二连接管62的出口水平向后延伸,以便与后排管21的入口连通。第一连接管61和第二连接管62之间可以是胶粘固定,第一连接管61可以通过螺钉连接等方式固定在马桶本体1(排污盒123)上。
第一连接管61的第一端沿高度方向向上延伸,第一连接管61的第二端沿水平面的第一方向延伸;第二连接管62的第一端沿水平面的第二方向延伸,以与第一连接管61的第二端连通,第二连接管62的第二端沿水平面向后延 伸,以便与后排管21的入口连通。水平面的第一方向,可以是水平面上向左延伸的方向;水平面的第二方向,可以是水平面上向右延伸的方向,如图4所示。第一连接管61和第二连接管62弯折设置,可避开排污盒123上用于驱动转动排污管124转动的驱动电机125,避免干涉;并且,第一连接管61和第二连接管62弯折设置还可降低对出污口122的位置要求,选用不同尺寸的第一连接管和第二连接管即可实现对不同型号的排污装置进行连接、连通。
第一密封件63用于提升后排管21和调节管22之间的密封性,避免后排管21和调节管22之间的连接处发生漏水、漏气等现象,提高挂墙马桶系统的工作可靠性。并且,第一密封件63、后排管21和调节管22拆卸、更换便捷,当管路发生损坏时,后期可单独拆卸进行更换,降低用户的使用成本。
除采用第一密封件63的形式外,后排管21和调节管22之间也可采用密封胶的形式。
第二密封件64用于提升连接管和后排管21的密封性,避免连接管和后排管21的连接处发生漏水、漏气等现象,提高挂墙马桶系统的工作可靠性。并且,第二密封件64、连接管和后排管21拆卸、更换便捷,当管路发生损坏时,后期可单独拆卸进行更换,降低用户的使用成本。
除采用第二密封件64的形式外,连接管和后排管21也可采用密封胶的形式。
在一示例性实施例中,如图7所示,第一密封件63包括均呈环状的第一安装部631和第一密封部632,第一密封部632位于第一安装部631的径向内侧,第一密封部632的第一端与第一安装部631相连,第一密封部632的另一端沿第一密封件63的轴向朝下延伸并沿径向朝内倾斜延伸;后排管21的出口端伸入调节管22的入口端中,第一安装部631套设在调节管22的入口端外侧,第一密封部632位于调节管22与后排管21之间并抵住后排管21的出口端的外周面。
后排管21的出口端伸入调节管22的入口端中,换言之,调节管22的入口端尺寸大于后排管21的出口端尺寸,避免污水等在此处泄露。
第一安装部631套设在在调节管22的入口端外侧,此处可以是过盈配合,主要起到固定第一密封件63位置的作用。第一密封部632过盈安装于后排管 21的出口端和调节管22的入口端之间,主要起到密封作用,避免漏水、漏气等情况。
第一密封件63可以是橡胶件。
在一示例性实施例中,第二密封件64包括均呈环状的第二安装部和第二密封部,第二密封部位于第二安装部的径向外侧,第二密封部的第一端与第二安装部相连,第二密封部的另一端沿第二密封件64的轴向朝后延伸并沿径向朝内倾斜;连接管的出口端伸入后排管21的入口端中,第二安装部套设在后排管21的入口端外侧,第二密封部位于后排管21与连接管之间并抵住连接管的出口端的外周面。
连接管的出口端伸入后排管21的入口端中,换言之,后排管21的入口端尺寸大于连接管的出口端尺寸,进一步避免污水等在此处泄露。
第二安装部套设在在后排管21的入口端外侧,此处可以是过盈配合,主要起到固定第二密封件64位置的作用。第二密封部过盈安装于连接管的出口端和后排管21的入口端之间,主要起到密封作用,避免漏水、漏气等情况。
第二密封件64可以是橡胶件。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3至图5所示,挂墙马桶系统还包括安装在后排管21上的固定件7,固定件7与挂墙支架3连接。
在后排管21上设置固定件7作为连接结构与挂墙支架3连接固定,可起到固定排污管组2的作用,避免在使用过程中,排污管组2因水流冲击等情况而发生晃动、移位等情况。
后排管21上的固定件7可以设置为多个,以提高对排污管组2的固定效果;在一些情况下,固定件7也可设置于调节管22上,本申请对此并不限制。
在一示例性实施例中,如图5所示,固定件7包括固定块71和限位凸起72,固定块71的一端与后排管21固定连接,固定块71的另一端设置有限位凸起72,限位凸起72与挂墙支架3卡接固定。
固定块71可以与后排管21粘接、卡接或螺钉连接,限位凸起72与挂墙支架3卡接固定,使固定件7与挂墙之间的连接为可拆卸式连接,便于后续更换维护等。
固定件7也可以是其他形式,如:固定件7可以是用于固定连接的钢丝绳。
在一示例性实施例中,如图6所示,马桶本体1包括马桶座体11和排污装置12;马桶座体11设置有便池111以及与便池111连通的排污口112;马桶座体11还设有安装腔113,排污装置12位于安装腔113内,并与马桶座体11相连;排污装置12设置有进污口121和出污口122,进污口121与排污口112连通。
由于排污装置12可以装入安装腔113内,而马桶本体1无需入墙,有别于传统挂墙马桶需要将冲刷系统埋藏在假墙内的方案,因而在进行维修、清洁等操作时无需拆掉假墙,维护作业较为方便。
其中,马桶座体11可以为陶瓷件,也可以为不锈钢件或其他材质。
在实际应用中,马桶本体1的出污口122(即排污装置12的出污口122)可以朝下设置,以便于排污管组2与出污口122连通后可以直接向下延伸与地面的地面排污管道5连通,避免排污管组2先水平延伸再向下延伸导致的折弯,减少对马桶本体1后部的空间需求,使排污管组2可以方便地与地面排污管道5连通。
在一示例性实施例中,如图6所示,排污装置12包括排污盒123以及位于排污盒123内的转动排污管124,转动排污管124的入口与进污口121连通,转动排污管124的出口与出污口122连通;转动排污管124能相对排污盒123转动以进行排污。
排污装置12还包括排污盒123,排污盒123的进污口121与转动排污管124转动连接。排污时,便池111内的污物进入转动排污管124,随着转动排污管124向下转动,在重力作用下排出转动排污管124,经出污口122进入排污管组2中。
通过转动排污管124来实现挂墙马桶排污功能,可以取消原来挂墙马桶的入墙水箱,产品安装更加简单,维护更加简洁,产品成本更优。
在一示例性实施例中,挂墙支架3包括支架本体,支架本体设有墙体4连接部和马桶连接部,墙体4连接部设置为与墙体4连接以使支架本体外置 于墙体4并固定于墙体4,马桶连接部设置为与马桶本体1连接以使马桶本体1固定于支架本体。
挂墙支架3包括支架本体。支架本体的墙体4连接部用于实现挂墙支架3与墙体4之间的连接。马桶连接部用于实现挂墙支架3与马桶本体1之间的连接。由于支架本体外置于墙体4,因而为外置式挂墙支架3,避免了传统挂墙式马桶产品的凿墙安装方式或砌墙安装方式,极大地节省了人力物力成本,并降低了对安装师傅的技能要求。外置式的挂墙支架3在后续维修过程中无需破墙再补墙,因而也降低了后续的维修成本。
在实际应用中,马桶座体11后部可以设置有用于容纳挂墙支架3的内凹部分,使马桶座体11与挂墙支架3连接后挂墙支架3位于内凹部分中,进而使挂墙支架3被马桶座体11覆盖、遮挡,实现挂墙支架3的隐藏,提高挂墙马桶系统整体的美观性。
在本申请实施例中的描述中,需要说明的是,“上”、“下”、“一端”、“一侧”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请实施例的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“装配”、“安装”应做广义理解,例如,术语“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据情况理解上述术语在本申请中的含义。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种挂墙马桶系统,包括马桶本体、排污管组和挂墙支架,所述挂墙支架设置成与墙体固定连接,所述马桶本体固定于所述挂墙支架;所述马桶本体设有出污口;所述排污管组设于所述墙体外侧,设置成连通所述出污口与地面排污管道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述排污管组包括依次连通的后排管、调节管和地排管接头,所述后排管的入口与所述出污口连通,所述地排管接头的出口与所述地面排污管道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述后排管为弯管,所述后排管的入口朝前设置,所述后排管的出口朝下设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述调节管的入口朝上设置,所述调节管的出口朝下设置,且所述调节管的出口的中心轴线位于所述调节管的入口的中心轴线的前侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述地排管接头为弯管,所述地排管接头的入口朝上设置,所述地排管接头的出口朝前设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的挂墙马桶系统,还包括:
    连接管,所述连接管的一端与所述出污口连通,所述连接管的另一端与所述后排管的入口连通;
    第一密封件,设置在所述后排管和所述调节管之间;
    第二密封件,设置在所述连接管和所述后排管之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述第一密封件包括均呈环状的第一安装部和第一密封部,所述第一密封部位于所述第一安装部的径向内侧,所述第一密封部的第一端与所述第一安装部相连,所述第一密封部的另一端沿所述第一密封件的轴向朝下延伸并沿径向朝内倾斜延伸;
    所述后排管的出口端伸入所述调节管的入口端中,所述第一安装部套设 在所述调节管的入口端外侧,所述第一密封部位于所述调节管与所述后排管之间并抵住所述后排管的出口端的外周面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述第二密封件包括均呈环状的第二安装部和第二密封部,所述第二密封部位于所述第二安装部的径向外侧,所述第二密封部的第一端与所述第二安装部相连,所述第二密封部的另一端沿所述第二密封件的轴向朝后延伸并沿径向朝内倾斜;
    所述连接管的出口端伸入所述后排管的入口端中,所述第二安装部套设在所述后排管的入口端外侧,所述第二密封部位于所述后排管与所述连接管之间并抵住所述连接管的出口端的外周面。
  9. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的挂墙马桶系统,还包括安装在所述后排管上的固定件,所述固定件与所述挂墙支架连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述固定件包括固定块和限位凸起,所述固定块的一端与所述后排管固定连接,另一端设置有所述限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述挂墙支架卡接固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述马桶本体包括马桶座体和排污装置;
    所述马桶座体设置有便池以及与所述便池连通的排污口;所述马桶座体还设有安装腔,所述排污装置位于所述安装腔内,并与所述马桶座体相连;
    所述排污装置设置有进污口和出污口,所述进污口与所述排污口连通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述排污装置包括排污盒以及位于所述排污盒内的转动排污管,所述转动排污管的入口与所述进污口连通,所述转动排污管的出口与所述出污口连通;
    所述转动排污管能相对所述排污盒转动以进行排污。
  13. 根据权利要求1至5中任一所述的挂墙马桶系统,其中,所述挂墙支架包括:
    支架本体,所述支架本体设有墙体连接部和马桶连接部,所述墙体连接 部设置为与墙体连接以使所述支架本体外置于所述墙体并固定于所述墙体,所述马桶连接部设置为与马桶本体连接以使所述马桶本体固定于所述支架本体。
