本公开涉及一种化妆品用粉盒,属于化妆品包装技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市面上的粉盒,其中部分采用塑料制成,部分采用金属材料制成,粉盒在回收时需要将其塑料部分与金属材料部分分离,现有技术中的粉盒的结构导致其拆装都较为麻烦,不便于回收。此外,现有技术中的粉盒中其内在粉盘往往是一体成型于粉盒中的,且大多是采用胶水粘粘的方式使得粉盘与粉盒连接,无法更换粉盘,整个粉盘使用后只能将整个粉盒遗弃,造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本公开的目的就是提供一种新的化妆品用粉盒,以解决现有技术的一个或多个问题。
本公开采用的第一技术方案是:一种化妆品用粉盒,所述粉盒包括:
底座,包括底板与内圈,所述内圈自所述底板的上表面向上凸出延伸,所述底板上还设有向上凸出延伸且能够沿上下方向弹性变形的弹片,所述弹片位于所述内圈的周向内侧;
盒盖,所述盒盖与所述底座活动地连接,以能够打开或关闭所述底座;
基座,所述基座与所述内圈可拆卸地连接,且所述基座与所述内圈相互配合形成一口部朝上的收容腔;

如图1至图5所示的一种化妆品用粉盒,包括盒盖1、基座2、底座3及粉盘4,其中,盒盖1与底座3之间活动地连接,以能够相对底座3打开或者关闭;底座3包括底板31与内圈32,内圈32自底板31的上表面向上凸出延伸,底板31上还设有向上凸出延伸且能够沿上下方向弹性变形的弹片313,该弹片313位于内圈32的周向内侧;基座2与内圈32可拆卸地连接,且基座2与内圈32相互配合形成一口部朝上的容置腔;粉盘4收容于上述容置腔中,且粉盘4沿上下方向被限位在基座2与弹片313之间。
具体地,基座2包括外圈21,以及自外圈21的顶部沿径向向内延伸的延伸面22,外圈21套设在内圈32的外侧周部上,延伸面22位于内圈32的上方,用于在粉盘4的上方对其形成限位。

通过以上描述可以看出,本公开需要替换粉盘4时,打开盒盖1后,先拆除基座2,粉盘4在弹片313的作用下,即可与底座3之间分离,便于取出和替换粉盘4;组装时,通过旋转基座2与底座3即可使得基座2与底座3内圈32螺纹连接,或者是将基座2与底座3通过卡扣结构予以卡合,拆装极为方便,弹片313与基座2分别对粉盘4的上下两端进行挤压,使得粉盘4可稳固地设于底座3上,无需使用胶水将底座3与粉盘4粘接。本公开通过替换粉盘4,使得该粉盒能够循环利用,同时在粉盒被回收时,粉盘4不必连同整个粉盒一起遗弃,节约了材料,更为环保,且本公开各个部件之间拆装都较为方便,便于回收。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述粉盒包括:
    底座,包括底板与内圈,所述内圈自所述底板的上表面向上凸出延伸,所述底板上还设有向上凸出延伸且能够沿上下方向弹性变形的弹片,所述弹片位于所述内圈的周向内侧;
    盒盖,所述盒盖与所述底座活动地连接,以能够打开或封闭所述底座;
    基座,所述基座与所述内圈可拆卸地连接,且所述基座与所述内圈相互配合形成一口部朝上的容置腔;
    粉盘,所述粉盘收容于所述容置腔中,且所述粉盘沿上下方向被限位在所述基座与所述弹片之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述基座包括外圈,以及自所述外圈的顶部沿径向向内延伸的延伸面,所述外圈套设在所述内圈的外侧周部上,所述延伸面位于所述内圈的上方,且所述粉盒向上抵靠在所述延伸面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述外圈的内侧周壁与所述内圈的外侧周壁之间通过设置于两者之间的可拆卸连接结构连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述外圈与所述内圈均呈环形,所述可拆卸连接结构包括设于所述外圈的内侧周壁的内螺纹,以及设于所述内圈的外侧周壁的外螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹之间螺纹配合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述可拆卸连接结构包括能够相互卡合的卡槽与卡扣,所述卡槽与所述卡扣这两者中的一者设于所述外圈的内侧周壁,另一者设于所述内圈的外侧周壁。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述延伸面的内边沿沿径向位于所述粉盘的口部边沿的径向内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述底板的上表面形成有开口,所述弹片连接于所述开口内,且所述弹片的最高点高于所述底板的上表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述内圈呈环形,所述弹片具有沿周向均匀间隔地分布的多个,所有所述弹片分布所在圆周的中心线与所述内圈的轴心线共线延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述底板上设置有连接轴,所述连接轴位于所述底板一端部的上方并位于所述内圈的外侧,所述盒盖的一端部设有 安装孔,所述连接轴安装于所述安装孔中,使得所述盒盖能够相对所述底座翻转而打开或封闭所述底座。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖的另一端部设有卡接部,所述底板的另一端部设有卡接件,所述盒盖封闭所述底座时,所述卡接部与所述卡接件相互卡合使得所述盒盖与所述底座固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖、所述基座及所述底座均由塑料材料制成,其中,所述内圈一体地形成在所述底板上或者粘接固定在所述底板上。
  12. 化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:包括盒盖、基座、底座,所述盒盖与底座相连接,所述盒盖可封闭或打开底座,所述底座包括底板和内圈,所述内圈连接于底板上表面,所述粉盘可拆卸的置于内圈内,所述底板上设有弹片,且所述弹片限位于内圈的范围内,所述基座包括外圈和延伸面,所述基座与内圈以可拆卸方式固定连接,所述外圈的顶部边沿向外圈的内侧延伸,形成延伸面,延伸面内边沿形成通孔,所述弹片和延伸面分别对置于内圈内的粉盘的底部和顶部形成挤压。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述内圈呈环形结构,且内圈的外周壁上形成有外螺纹,所述基座的外圈的形状大小与内圈相配合,且外圈内壁形成有内螺纹,所述外圈的内螺纹与内圈的外螺纹相配合,使得外圈与内圈螺纹连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述内圈的外周壁上形成有卡槽/卡扣,所述基座的外圈的形状大小与内圈相配合,且外圈内壁形成有卡扣/卡槽,所述外圈的卡槽/卡扣与内圈的卡扣/卡槽相卡合。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述底板上形成有开口,所述开口限位于内圈内,所述弹片连接于开口内,且弹片的最高点高于底板的上表面。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述弹片设有三个,且各个相邻的弹片之间呈120°夹角。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述底板上设有连接轴,所述盒盖的后侧设有安装孔,所述连接轴安装于安装孔内,使得盒盖与底座翻转连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖的前侧壁设有卡接部,所述底板上设有卡接件,所述卡接部可与卡接件相卡合。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖、基座和底座均采用塑料材料制成。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的化妆品用粉盒,其特征在于:所述盒盖、基座和底座均采用PP材料制成。
