Description
本申请涉及沙发支架技术领域,尤其涉及一种沙发支架及座椅单元。
功能性沙发是指具有多种功能的沙发,通过特殊的结构设计能够实现沙发的变形,满足用户坐、躺或者按摩等需求。在使用过程中,为了能够对用户下肢提供支撑,功能沙发的支架一般包括腿部伸展组件和安装架。现有的腿部伸展组件多为平面四杆机构,结构简单方便装配,但是该结构的一组对边之间的间隙在姿态调整过程中容易夹伤用户;并且能够为用户提供支撑的结构支撑面积有限,盲目增大支撑面则会导致腿部伸展组件的体积增大,收纳后其与地面之间的空间变小,用户难以对该区域的地面进行卫生清理。
发明内容
针对现有技术之不足,本申请的第一个目的在于提供一种沙发支架,其第二延伸连杆能够对第一延伸连杆进行遮挡,防止使用过程中对用户造成夹伤。
本申请的另一个目的在于提供一种座椅单元,其能够为用户脚部或者小腿部提供支撑,使用方便。
本申请的实施例通过以下技术方案实现:
一种沙发支架,包括彼此连接的腿部伸展组件和安装架,所述腿部伸展组件包括铰接至所述安装架的第一驱动连杆和支撑连杆;还包括第一延伸连杆、第二延伸连杆、主脚凳连杆、副脚凳连杆和第二驱动连杆,其中:所述第一延伸连杆的一端铰接至所述支撑连杆的自由端,其铰接点为第一铰点,第一延伸连杆的另一端铰接所述第二驱动连杆,并且所述第一延伸连杆铰接至所述主脚凳连杆;所述副脚凳连杆的一端铰接至所述主脚凳连杆,所述第二驱动连杆的自由端铰接至所述副脚凳连杆;所述第二延伸连杆的一端铰接至所述主脚凳连杆,其铰接点为第二铰点,第二延伸连杆的另一端铰接至所述第一驱动连杆的自由端;所述第二延伸连杆和所述支撑连杆在其两者的两端点之间铰接,其铰接点为第三铰点;当第一驱动连杆绕其与所述安装架的铰接点转动时,定义所述第一

根据一种优选实施方式,所述安装架包括座框以及用于调节该座框的调节组件,其中:所述调节组件包括相对设置的固定基板、旋转驱动板和调节机构,所述旋转驱动板通过调节机构可调节地连接至所述固定基板;所述旋转驱动板通过至少两个第一连接件可调节地连接至所述座框,第一连接件的第一端铰接至所述座框,另一端铰接至所述旋转驱动板。

本申请提供的沙发支架,通过对第一延伸连杆和第二延伸连杆的结构设计,使得第一延伸连杆的处于第二铰点和第三铰点之间的杆段(主杆段)的上沿在第一驱动连杆的转轴轴向上与第二延伸连杆重合,即在第二延伸连杆的外侧沿第一驱动连杆的转轴轴向朝向第一延伸连杆观察时,主杆段的上沿能够被第二延伸连杆遮挡;进而可避免在腿部伸展组件姿态调整过程中,第一延伸连杆和第二延伸连杆之间的缝隙对用户造成夹伤,第二延伸连杆作为腿部伸展组件的构成杆件,一方面起到结构支撑连接作用,另一方面起到安全防护作用,无需外加特定的防夹伤构件,保障了安全性的同时简化了该沙发支架的结构;同时,通过设置第二驱动连杆和副脚凳连杆的方式,使得副脚凳连杆能够对主脚凳连杆在为用户提供支撑时进行一定程度上的功能性补充,即副脚凳连杆与主脚凳连杆同样为用户提供支撑,这里的副脚凳连杆可收纳,结构紧凑,占用空间小。

本实施例中,第一延伸连杆15和主脚凳连杆14的铰接点为第五铰点196,副脚凳连杆17与主脚凳连杆14的铰接点为第四铰点195;第二铰点194、第五铰点196和第四铰点195不共线。第一驱动连杆11和第二延伸连杆13的铰接点为第六铰点192。具体地如图1、图2、图3、图8和图10所示,这里的第一延伸连杆15、第二延伸连杆13、主脚凳连杆14和支撑连杆12构成第一平面四杆机构,该平面四杆机构在第一驱动连杆11对第二延伸连杆13施加外力的情况下能够进行由图2至图3的姿态调整,更具体地体现在如图8至图10(由收纳状态至伸展状态)或者图10至图8(由伸展状态至收纳状态),从而实现功能沙发的姿态调整,便于用户使用。在使用时,用户无需对其腿部进行支撑放松时,腿部伸展组件1处于收纳状态,当用户将腿部伸展组件1调整为伸展状态时,主脚凳连杆14能够给用户脚部或者小腿部提供向上的支撑力,进而达到缓解用户下肢疲劳的目的。
本实施例中,第一延伸连杆15和第二延伸连杆13为第一平面四杆机构的其中一组对边,且第一延伸连杆15处于第二延伸连杆13的内侧,这里通过加宽第二延伸连杆13
的方式以对第一延伸连杆15在外侧进行遮挡,使得第一平面四杆机构姿态调整轨迹不变的情况下,第一延伸杆的处于第二铰点194和第三铰点193之间部分的杆段的上沿在第一驱动连杆11的转轴轴向上与第二延伸连杆13重合,即在第二延伸连杆13的外侧沿第一驱动连杆11的转轴轴向朝向第一延伸连杆15(朝向如图8所示的内侧)观察时,主杆段的上沿能够被第二延伸连杆13遮挡。进而可避免在腿部伸展组件1姿态调整过程中,第一延伸连杆15和第二延伸连杆13之间的缝隙对用户造成夹伤。这里需要说明的是,主杆段的区域并不是固定的,而是随着腿部伸展组件1的运动不断变化的。这里的第二延伸连杆13作为腿部伸展组件1的构成杆件,一方面起到结构支撑连接作用,另一方面起到安全防护作用,无需外加特定的防夹伤构件,保障了安全性的同时简化了该沙发支架的结构。
进一步地,本实施例中,如图1、图2和图3所示,主脚凳连杆14、第二驱动连杆16、第一延伸连杆15和副脚凳连杆17构成第二平面四杆机构,这里的第二平面四杆机构与第一平面四杆机构串联。在第一平面四杆机构进行姿态调整时,第二平面四杆机构随之进行姿态调整,可通过副脚凳连杆17对主脚凳连杆14在结构空间上进行补充,使得在腿部伸展组件1收纳后与地面之间的距离基本不变的条件下,腿部伸展组件1在伸展状态下能够为用户的脚部或者小腿部提供更大的支撑面积,支撑效果好的同时能够使得应用该沙发支架的功能沙发适应更大体型区间的用户,即用户覆盖面更广。
如图2、图4、图8和图10所示,第二延伸连杆13包括彼此连接的下工作段132和上工作段131,下工作段132连接至第一驱动连杆11,上工作段131连接至主脚凳连杆14;下工作段132与上工作段131连接处配置有第一过渡圆角133,第一过渡圆角133分布于靠近第一铰点191的一侧;第一过渡圆角133朝向第一铰点191凸出设置。本实施例中,上工作段131和下工作段132一体成型,第三铰点193和第六铰点192均设置于下工作段132。在装配后,无论是沙发支架处于收纳状态还是伸展状态,上工作段131的结构中心总是高于下工作段132的结构中心,从而使得沙发支架无论是收纳状态还是伸展状态,腿部伸展组件1总是保持主脚凳连杆14一端上翘,这种结构设计一方面可以在沙发支架处于伸展状态时使得主脚凳连杆14能尽可能高地将用户的脚部或者小腿部太高,促进用户下肢血液循环达到放松的目的;另一方面当沙发支架处于收纳状态时,腿部伸展组件1前端上翘使得其与地面之间的空间大,方便用户对腿部伸展组件1下方进行卫生清理。
本实施例中,如图2、图3和图4所示,第一过渡圆角133用于对第一铰点191部分结构进行遮挡。具体地,在第一平面四杆机构姿态调整过程中,第一铰点191绕第三铰点193做圆周运动,这里的第一过渡圆角133结构设计与第一铰点191运动轨迹基本适配,能够在第一铰点191运动过程中对其进行遮挡,能够在满足遮挡第一延伸连杆15的基础上尽可能减小第二延伸连杆13宽度的作用,节省第二延伸连杆13生产成本的同时可减小腿部伸展组件1体积,增加腿部伸展组件1与地面之间的高度,方便用户打扫卫生。
本实施例中,第二延伸连杆13上配置有限位凸起18;支撑连杆12上配置有与限位凸起18配合的收纳缺口122和伸展缺口121;当第一驱动连杆11转动时,收纳缺口122用于配合限位凸起18以使得腿部伸展组件1处于收纳状态,伸展缺口121用于配合限位凸起18以使得腿部伸展组件1处于伸展状态。如图1、图2、图4和图7所示,这里的伸展缺口121和收纳缺口122均用于与限位凸起18配合,具体地,如图2所示,第一驱动连杆11转动驱动腿部伸展组件1运动过程中,支撑连杆12与第二延伸连杆13绕第三铰点193相对转动,当支撑连杆12相对于第二延伸连杆13绕第三铰点193顺时针转动至伸展缺口121卡接至限位凸起18时,伸展组件保持伸展状态;而当支撑连杆12相对于第二延伸连杆13绕第三铰点193逆时针转动至收纳缺口122卡接至限位凸起18时,伸展组件保持收纳状态。本实施例中,限位凸起18分布于第三铰点193和第六铰点192之间;收纳缺口122和伸展缺口121均朝向限位凸起18设置。
如图2和图3所示,主脚凳连杆14上配置有第一装配面141,副脚凳连杆17上配置有第二装配面171;当腿部伸展组件1处于收纳状态时,第一装配面141和第二装配面171之间呈第一夹角α,第一夹角α为85°-95°;当腿部伸展组件1处于伸展状态时,第一装配面141和第二装配面171之间呈第二夹角β,第二夹角β为0°-10°。本实施例中,优选的,当腿部伸展组件1处于收纳状态时,第一夹角α为90°;当腿部伸展组件1处于伸展状态时,第二夹角β为0°。具体如图3和图8所示,在使用时,腿部伸展组件1即沙发支架处于收纳状态时,第一装配面141与地面基本垂直,第二装配面171与地面基本平行。这样设置使得腿部伸展组件1结构紧凑,占用空间小。而如图2和图10所示,腿部伸展组件1即沙发支架处于伸展状态时,第一装配面141和第二装配面171基本平行且朝向同一侧设置,从而使得第二装配面171在功能上能够很好地对第一装配面141的支撑面积进行扩充,增大腿部伸展组件1的支撑面积,有利于提高腿部伸展组件1的舒适度。
如图5和图6所示,本实施例中,第一延伸连杆15包括依次连接的前工作段153、中工作段152和后工作段151,其中:后工作段151连接至支撑连杆12;后工作段151与中工作段152连接处配置有第二过渡圆角154,第二过渡圆角154背向第一铰点191凸出设置。这里的前工作段153、中工作段152和后工作段151一体成型。这里的后工作段151与中工作段152呈夹角设置,可在不改变第一延伸连杆15作用的前提下使得其处于第一铰点191和第二铰点194之间的杆段的上沿更接近第二延伸连杆13的上沿,结构紧凑,便于第二延伸连杆13对第一延伸连杆15进行遮挡,防止第二延伸连杆13的下沿与第一延伸连杆15的上沿之间形成间隙,能够起到防止夹伤用户的作用,安全性高。后工作段151与中工作段152连接处形成的第二过渡圆角154可减小连接处的应力集中,结构强度高。
本实施例中,前工作段153包括彼此连接的工作部1532和过渡部1531,过渡部1531连接至中工作段152,工作部1532连接至第二驱动连杆16;工作部1532与中工作段152平行且不共面。具体地,如图1、图5和图6所示,工作部1532与中工作段152平行且不共面的结构设计便于工作部1532与第二驱动连杆16铰接。
本实施例中,支撑连杆12与安装架2之间的铰接点为第七铰点197,定义第一驱动连杆11绕其与安装架2的铰接点转动时的转轴为基准轴,与基准轴垂直的平面为基准面;第一铰点191在基准面内的投影点与第七铰点197在基准面内的投影点之间的距离为D1,D1=200-240mm。本实施例中,优选的,D1=215.53mm。具体地,如图7所示,支撑连杆12上分别设置有铰接孔三123和铰接孔四124,其中,第七铰点197处于铰接孔三123的中轴线上,第一铰点191处于铰接孔四124的中轴线上,铰接孔三123的中轴线与铰接孔四124的中轴线均与基准轴平行。这里的D1为铰接孔三123的中轴线与铰接孔四124的中轴线之间的距离。这里的D1长度限定,在保证腿部伸展组件1于伸展状态打开长度的同时,又可保证在收纳过程中不与地面产生干涉。
进一步地,安装架2包括座框21以及用于调节该座框21的调节组件,其中:调节组件包括相对设置的固定基板201、旋转驱动板202和调节机构,旋转驱动板202通过调节机构可调节地连接至固定基板201;旋转驱动板202通过至少两个第一连接件22可调节地连接至座框21,第一连接件22的第一端铰接至座框21,另一端铰接至旋转驱动板202。这里的座框21和旋转驱动板202通过两个第一连接件22铰接,以构成如图11所示的平面四杆机构。在使用时,固定基板201相对于地面固定安装,通过驱动旋转
驱动板202对由座框21、旋转驱动板202和第一连接件22构成的平面四杆机构进行姿态调整,从而实现对座框21的姿态调整。
本实施例中,如图13所示,第一连接件22上设置有铰接孔五221和铰接孔六222,第一连接件22与座框21的铰接点为第八铰点,该第一连接件22与旋转驱动板202的铰接点为第九铰点,第八铰点在基准面内的投影点与第九铰点在基准面内的投影点之间的距离为D2,D2=110-150mm。本实施例中,优选的,D2=125.5mm。可保证本沙发支架应用于沙发或者座椅时,沙发或者座椅的高度能够达到430-500mm之间。本实施例中,这里的第八铰点处于铰接孔五221的中轴线上,第九铰点处于铰接孔六222的中轴线上,铰接孔五221的中轴线和铰接孔六222的中轴线均与基准轴平行。这里的D2为铰接孔五221的中轴线与铰接孔六222的中轴线之间的距离。
进一步地,如图10至图12所示,调节机构包括第二连接件23、第三连接件24、第四连接件25、第五连接件26、第六连接件27、第七连接件28和第八连接件29,其中:第二连接件23上设置有铰接孔一231和铰接孔二,第二连接件23通过铰接孔一231铰接至旋转驱动板202,第二连接件23通过铰接孔二铰接至第三连接件24,铰接孔二处于第三连接件24的两个端部之间;第三连接件24的第一端铰接至固定基板201,第二端铰接至第四连接件25的第一端;第四连接件25的第二端铰接至第五连接件26,且二者的铰接点处于第五连接件26的两个端部之间;第五连接件26的第一端铰接至第二连接件23,且二者的铰接点处于铰接孔一231和铰接孔二之间,第五连接件26的第二端铰接至第六连接件27的第一端;第六连接件27的第二端铰接至固定基板201;第七连接件28的第一端铰接至第六连接件27,且二者的铰接点处于第六连接件27的两个端部之间,第七连接件28的第二端铰接至旋转驱动板202;第八连接件29的第一端铰接至旋转驱动板202,第二端铰接至第一驱动连杆11。
本实施例中,旋转驱动板202的前端(靠近腿部伸展组件1的一端)通过第七连接件28和第六连接件27可调节地安装至固定基板201的前端(靠近腿部伸展组件1的一端),旋转驱动板202的后端(与其前端相对的一端)通过第二连接件23和第三连接件24可调节地安装至固定基板201的后端(与其前端相对的一端),配合第一连接件22、第四连接件25、第五连接件26以及第八连接件29使得旋转驱动板202转动时,座框21的姿态能够被调节。具体地,旋转驱动板202正向驱动,调节机构驱动座框21,以使得座框21的前端(靠近腿部伸展组件1的一端)相对于地面抬升,而座框21的后端相对于地面降低,以使得沙发支架调整为躺姿,此时腿部伸展组件1处于伸展状态,可
供用户实现零重力躺姿;相对地,当旋转驱动板202反向驱动时,调节机构驱动座框21,以使得座框21的前端(靠近腿部伸展组件1的一端)相对于地面降低,而座框21的后端相对于地面抬升,以使得沙发支架调整为坐姿,此时腿部伸展组件1处于收纳状态,可供用户实现常规的坐姿。
本实施例中,座框21上设置有靠背组件3,用于给用户的背部提供支撑,以更好地实现沙发支架的姿态调整。具体地,靠背组件3包括靠背连接块31、靠背限位块32、靠背限位杆33、第九连接件35,靠背连接块31与靠背限位块32铰接,第九连接件35的一端铰接至靠背连接块31的两个端点之间,另一端铰接至靠背限位杆33,靠背限位杆33上设置有限位柱331,靠背限位块32上设有与限位柱331相匹配的限位面321;靠背限位块32固定连接至座框21。进一步地,靠背组件3还包括第十连接件34,第十连接件34的第一端铰接至固定基板201,二者的铰接点为第十铰点;第十连接件34第二端铰接至靠背限位杆33远离靠背连接块31的一端,二者的铰接点为第十一铰点;第十铰点在基准面内的投影点与第十一铰点在基准面内的投影点之间的距离为D3,D3=65-100mm。本实施例中,优选的,D3=74.18mm。如图11和图14所示,第九连接件35上分别设置有铰接孔七341和铰接孔八342,第十铰点处于铰接孔八342的中轴线上,第十一铰点处于铰接孔七341的中轴线上,铰接孔八342的中轴线和铰接孔七341的中轴线均与基准轴平行,这里的D3为铰接孔八342的中轴线与铰接孔七341的中轴线之间的距离。
如图11所示,本实施例中,靠背限位块32呈分叉状,具有两个端部,为上端和下端,靠背连接块31的一端铰接至靠背限位块32的上端,靠背限位块32的下端铰接至靠背限位杆33的两个端点之间。在使用时,沙发支架由坐姿调节为如图17所示的躺姿(零重力)状态时,座框21的后端相对于地面高度降低,从而使得安装在座框21后端的靠背限位块32上端相对于地面升高,而靠背限位块32的下端相对于地面下降,从而驱动靠背连接块31绕靠背限位块32的上端顺时针转动,并使得靠背连接块31通过第九连接件35驱动靠背限位杆33绕靠背限位块32的下端逆时针转动,直至限位柱331抵接至限位面321,以此使得用户的上半身能够实现更低地躺姿,从而更好地实现零重力躺姿。本实施例还提供了一种座椅单元,包括上述的沙发支架。该座椅单元可用于功能沙发,其能够为用户脚部或者小腿部提供支撑,并通过姿态调整能够为用户提供零重力躺姿,使用方便。
具体地,如图15和图16所示,座椅单元内安装有两个平行且联动的沙发支架,两个沙发支架之间至少通过前安装管42和后安装管41联动。具体地,前安装管42的一端连接至其中一个沙发支架的第一驱动连杆11,另一端连接至另一个沙发支架(图中未示出)的第一驱动连杆11,同样地,后安装管41的一端连接至其中一个沙发支架的固定基板201,另一端连接至另一个沙发支架的固定基板201。于前安装管42和后安装管41之间设置有第一驱动件4,用于给第一驱动连杆11提供驱动力。这里的第一驱动件4可以是电推杆。
本实施例中,后安装管41的最低点距地面的距离为D4,D4=30-60mm。优选的,D4=45.6mm。
如图12所示,本实施例中,固定基板201上设置有后安装孔,该后安装孔的中心距地面的高度为60-100mm。优选的,后安装孔的中心距地面的高度为85mm。
本申请方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种沙发支架,包括彼此连接的腿部伸展组件(1)和安装架(2),其特征在于,所述腿部伸展组件(1)包括铰接至所述安装架(2)的第一驱动连杆(11)和支撑连杆(12);还包括第一延伸连杆(15)、第二延伸连杆(13)、主脚凳连杆(14)、副脚凳连杆(17)和第二驱动连杆(16),其中:所述第一延伸连杆(15)的一端铰接至所述支撑连杆(12)的自由端,其铰接点为第一铰点(191),第一延伸连杆(15)的另一端铰接所述第二驱动连杆(16),并且所述第一延伸连杆(15)铰接至所述主脚凳连杆(14);所述副脚凳连杆(17)的一端铰接至所述主脚凳连杆(14),所述第二驱动连杆(16)的自由端铰接至所述副脚凳连杆(17);所述第二延伸连杆(13)的一端铰接至所述主脚凳连杆(14),其铰接点为第二铰点(194),第二延伸连杆(13)的另一端铰接至所述第一驱动连杆(11)的自由端;所述第二延伸连杆(13)和所述支撑连杆(12)在其两者的两端点之间铰接,其铰接点为第三铰点(193);当第一驱动连杆(11)绕其与所述安装架(2)的铰接点转动时,定义所述第一延伸连杆(15)的处于所述第二铰点(194)和第三铰点(193)之间的杆段为主杆段,当从所述第二延伸连杆(13)的外侧沿所述第一驱动连杆(11)的转轴轴向朝向所述第一延伸连杆(15)观察时,所述主杆段的上沿能够被所述第二延伸连杆(13)遮挡。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第一延伸连杆(15)和所述主脚凳连杆(14)的铰接点为第五铰点(196),所述副脚凳连杆(17)与所述主脚凳连杆(14)的铰接点为第四铰点(195);所述第二铰点(194)、第五铰点(196)和第四铰点(195)不共线。
- 根据权利要求2所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第二延伸连杆(13)上配置有限位凸起(18);所述支撑连杆(12)上配置有与所述限位凸起(18)配合的收纳缺口(122)和伸展缺口(121);当所述第一驱动连杆(11)转动时,所述收纳缺口(122)用于限位所述限位凸起(18)以使得所述腿部伸展组件(1)处于收纳状态,所述伸展缺口(121)用于限位所述限位凸起(18)以使得所述腿部伸展组件(1)处于伸展状态。
- 根据权利要求3所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述主脚凳连杆(14)上配置有第一装配面(141),所述副脚凳连杆(17)上配置有第二装配面(171);当所述腿部伸展组件(1)处于所述收纳状态时,所述第一装配面(141)和第二装配面(171)之间呈第一夹角(α);当所述腿部伸展组件(1)处于所述伸展状态时,所述第一装配面(141)和第二装配面(171)之间呈第二夹角(β)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第一驱动连杆(11)和所述第二延伸连杆(13)的铰接点为第六铰点(192),所述限位凸起(18)分布于所述第三铰点(193)和所述第六铰点(192)之间;所述收纳缺口(122)和所述伸展缺口(121)均朝向所述限位凸起(18)设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第二延伸连杆(13)包括彼此连接的下工作段(132)和上工作段(131),所述下工作段(132)连接至所述第一驱动连杆(11),所述上工作段(131)连接至所述主脚凳连杆(14);所述下工作段(132)与所述上工作段(131)连接处配置有第一过渡圆角(133),所述第一过渡圆角(133)分布于靠近所述第一铰点(191)的一侧;所述第一过渡圆角(133)朝向所述第一铰点(191)凸出设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第三铰点(193)和所述第六铰点(192)均设置于所述下工作段(132)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第一延伸连杆(15)包括依次连接的前工作段(153)、中工作段(152)和后工作段(151),其中:所述后工作段(151)连接至所述支撑连杆(12);所述后工作段(151)与所述中工作段(152)连接处配置有第二过渡圆角(154),所述第二过渡圆角(154)背向所述第一铰点(191)凸出设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述前工作段(153)包括彼此连接的工作部(1532)和过渡部(1531),所述过渡部(1531)连接至所述中工作段(152),所述工作部(1532)连接至所述第二驱动连杆(16);所述工作部(1532)与所述中工作段(152)平行且不共面。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述支撑连杆(12)与所述安装架(2)之间的铰接点为第七铰点(197);定义所述第一驱动连杆(11)绕其与所述安装架(2)的铰接点转动时的转轴为基准轴,与所述基准轴垂直的平面为基准面;所述第一铰点(191)在所述基准面内的投影点与所述第七铰点(197)在所述基准面内的投影点之间的距离为200-240mm。
- 根据权利要求10所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述安装架(2)包括座框(21)以及用于调节该座框(21)的调节组件,其中:所述调节组件包括相对设置的固定基板(201)、旋转驱动板(202)和调节机构,所述旋转驱动板(202)通过调节机构可调节地连接至所述固定基板(201);所述旋转驱动板(202)通过至少两个第一连接件(22)可调节地连接至所述座框(21),第一连接件(22)的第一端铰接至所述座框(21),另一端铰接至所述旋转驱动板(202)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(22)与所述座框(21)的铰接点为第八铰点,该第一连接件(22)与所述旋转驱动板(202)的铰接点为第九铰点;所述第八铰点在所述基准面内的投影点和与该第八铰点在同一个所述第一连接件(22)上的所述第九铰点在所述基准面内的投影点之间的距离为110-150mm。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述沙发支架,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括第二连接件(23)、第三连接件(24)、第四连接件(25)、第五连接件(26)、第六连接件(27)、第七连接件(28)和第八连接件(29),其中:所述第二连接件(23)上设置有铰接孔一(231)和铰接孔二,所述第二连接件(23)通过铰接孔一(231)铰接至所述旋转驱动板(202),所述第二连接件(23)通过铰接孔二铰接至所述第三连接件(24),所述铰接孔二处于所述第三连接件(24)的两个端部之间;所述第三连接件(24)的第一端铰接至所述固定基板(201),第二端铰接至所述第四连接件(25)的第一端;所述第四连接件(25)的第二端铰接至所述第五连接件(26),且二者的铰接点处于所述第五连接件(26)的两个端部之间;所述第五连接件(26)的第一端铰接至所述第二连接件(23),且二者的铰接点处于所述铰接孔一(231)和所述铰接孔二之间,所述第五连接件(26)的第二端铰接至所述第六连接件(27)的第一端;所述第六连接件(27)的第二端铰接至所述固定基板(201);所述第七连接件(28)的第一端铰接至所述第六连接件(27),且二者的铰接点处于所述第六连接件(27)的两个端部之间,所述第七连接件(28)的第二端铰接至所述旋转驱动板(202);所述第八连接件(29)的第一端铰接至所述旋转驱动板(202),第二端铰接至所述第一驱动连杆(11)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述座框(21)上设置有靠背组件(3),所述靠背组件(3)包括靠背连接块(31)、靠背限位块(32)、靠背限位杆(33)、第九连接件(35),所述靠背连接块(31)与所述靠背限位块(32)铰接,所述第九连接件(35)的一端铰接至所述靠背连接块(31)的两个端点之间,另一端铰接至靠背限位杆(33),所述靠背限位杆(33)上设置有限位柱(331),所述靠背限位块(32)上设有与所述限位柱(331)相匹配的限位面(321);所述靠背限位块(32)固定连接至所述座框(21)。
- 根据权利要求14所述的沙发支架,其特征在于,所述靠背组件(3)还包括第十连接件(34),第十连接件(34)的第一端铰接至固定基板(201),二者的铰接点为第十铰点;所述第十连接件(34)第二端铰接至所述靠背限位杆(33)远离靠背连接块(31)的一端,二者的铰接点为第十一铰点;所述第十铰点在所述基准面内的投影点与所述第十一铰点在所述基准面内的投影点之间的距离为65-100mm。
- 一种座椅单元,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-15中任一项所述的沙发支架。
