Description

Air conditioner outdoor unit
The present disclosure relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner equipped with an electrical component unit.
A conventional outdoor unit of an air conditioner has been disclosed that includes an electrical component unit inside a casing, the outside of which is surrounded by a sheet metal (for example, see Patent Document 1). The electrical component unit of Patent Document 1 includes a storage box made of sheet metal that houses a board on which electronic components are mounted, a lid also made of sheet metal, and a frame made of resin disposed between the storage box and the lid. We are prepared. In addition, since the electronic component mounting surface of the board has an uneven shape due to the electronic components and heat dissipation members, etc., the storage box placed on the side of the electronic component mounting surface of the board is not suitable for single component configurations. Since material removal is difficult due to the size, it is composed of a plurality of parts (a first storage box and a second storage box). The first storage box and the second storage box have different heights, and by assembling them to the frame, a space with different heights is formed inside the storage box. The mounting surface side of the component can be placed.

A protective cover 18 is attached to the outer surface of the right side panel 11 to cover the opening 11a. The bottom panel 12 constitutes the bottom surface of the housing 1 . Attached to the lower surface of the bottom panel 12 are legs 15 that are fixed to the installation location. The top panel 13 constitutes the top surface of the housing 1.
The inside of the housing 1 is divided into a blower room 2 and a machine room 3 by a separator 7. The blower room 2 is provided with a heat exchanger 20, a blower fan 21, a motor 22, and a motor mount 23. The heat exchanger 20 functions as a condenser during cooling operation, and functions as an evaporator during heating operation. The heat exchanger 20 has, for example, an L-shape when viewed from above, and is provided from the back surface to the left side surface of the housing 1 . The heat exchanger 20 is a fin-and-tube type that includes a plurality of fins arranged in parallel and a heat transfer tube passing through the plurality of fins, and is placed on the top surface of the bottom panel 12 so that the heat transfer tube is horizontal. has been done. The motor mount 23 is a member that holds the motor 22 to which the blower fan 21 is attached, and is provided in front of the heat exchanger 20. The outdoor unit 100 is configured such that when the blower fan 21 operates, air that has passed through the heat exchanger 20 is introduced into the interior, passes through the blower fan 21, and is discharged to the front of the outdoor unit 100. Thereby, the outdoor unit 100 has a configuration in which, for example, during cooling operation, the refrigerant is cooled by air in the heat exchanger 20, and the air that has passed through the heat exchanger 20 is heated by exchanging heat with the refrigerant.
The machine room 3 is provided with a compressor 30, refrigerant piping 31, and an electrical component unit 40. The compressor 30 is placed on the top surface of the bottom panel 12 and compresses refrigerant sent from an indoor unit (not shown). FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment, viewed from above. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment, viewed from below. FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the terminal section 300 is configured to be detachable from the circuit section 200, and includes a terminal block 61 and a terminal block support member 62 that supports the terminal block 61. A plug of wiring connected to an external commercial power source is connected to the terminal block 61 via the protective cover 18 . As shown in FIG. 2, the plug connection portion of the terminal block 61 is attached to the terminal block support member 62 so as to face the right side panel 11. The mounting portion of the terminal block 61 is arranged to extend obliquely downward from the end of the circuit section 200 on the right side panel 11 side.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the circuit section 200 includes a control board 50 to which a plurality of electronic components 51 such as capacitors and resistors are attached by soldering. The control board 50 is provided with an inverter circuit that controls the frequency of the alternating current that drives the compressor 30 and the motor 22 of the blower fan 21 . An inverter circuit is an electronic circuit that generates frequency-controlled alternating current from direct current. Further, the control board 50 can be provided with a converter circuit that converts an alternating current flowing from an external power source via the terminal block 61 into a direct current. Note that the converter circuit may be integrally mounted on the same control board 50 as the inverter circuit, or may be mounted on a separate control board from the inverter circuit.
A plurality of electronic components 51 are attached to the mounting surface of the control board 50. Furthermore, a plurality of electronic components 51 are soldered to the back surface of the control board 50 opposite to the mounting surface. That is, the mounting surface of the control board 50 is the surface to which the plurality of electronic components 51 are attached, and the back surface of the control board 50 is the surface to which the plurality of electronic components 51 are soldered.
Among the plurality of electronic components 51 attached to the mounting surface of the control board 50, heat dissipation members 52 are attached to some of the electronic components 51 that generate heat, such as transistors. The heat dissipation member 52 includes a plate-like portion 52a that covers some of the electronic components 51, and a large number of fins 52b extending from the plate-like portion 52a in a direction away from the control board 50. By providing a large number of fins 52b on the heat dissipation member 52, the heat transfer area with the outside air can be increased, so that the heat generated in some of the electronic components 51 can be efficiently dissipated. Furthermore, by arranging the heat dissipating member 52 above the separator 7 so as to straddle the side of the blower room 2, heat can be efficiently dissipated to the air sent from the blower fan 21.
The circuit section 200 includes a metal control board protection member 220 on the back side of the control board 50. Further, the circuit section 200 includes a control board support member 210 made of resin, a heat dissipation section protection member 230 made of metal, and a partition wall section protection member 240 made of metal on the mounting surface side of the control board 50. There is.
The control board protection member 220 is attached to the control board support member 210 and covers the back surface of the control board 50. The control board protection member 220 protects the back surface of the control board 50 from intrusion of water or dust. Further, the control board support member 210 is attached to the control board 50 and supports the peripheral portion of the control board 50. The control board support member 210 protects the control board 50 from, for example, external impact.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state in which the heat radiation section protection member 230 and the partition wall section protection member 240 of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment are assembled. FIG. 13 is a first perspective view showing a method of assembling the heat radiation part protection member 230 and the partition wall part protection member 240 of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment. FIG. 14 is a second perspective view showing a method of assembling the heat radiation part protection member 230 and the partition wall part protection member 240 of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the two corners of the protrusion 233 of the heat dissipation section protection member 230 are inserted into the pair of insertion sections 243 through the slit section 245 formed at the upper part of the insertion section 243 of the partition wall section protection member 240. Insert each into. By doing so, the two corners of the protruding part 233 of the heat dissipation part protection member 230 are supported by the convex parts 244 of the pair of insertion parts 243, and the heat dissipation part protection member 230 and the partition wall protection member 240 are assembled. It will be done. At this time, the protrusion 233 of the heat dissipation section protection member 230 is guided by the convex section 244 of the insertion section 243 of the heat dissipation section protection member 230, thereby facilitating insertion. Furthermore, due to the shape of the convex portion 244 of the insertion portion 243 of the heat dissipation portion protection member 230, the two corners of the protrusion portion 233 of the heat dissipation portion protection member 230 are inserted into the pair of insertion portions 243 of the partition wall portion protection member 240. This restricts the movement of the heat dissipation section protection member 230 in the downward direction, the front-rear direction, and the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 12, when the heat radiation part protection member 230 and the partition wall protection member 240 are assembled, the first protection part 231 of the heat radiation part protection member 230 and the second protection part of the partition wall protection member 240 are 241 is arranged in the vertical direction.
FIG. 15 shows a state in which the heat dissipation section protection member 230 and the partition wall section protection member 240 are assembled to the control board support member 210 of the electrical component unit 40 of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment, seen from above. One claw portion 219a is fitted. In this way, by fitting the first claw portion 219a of the control board support member 210 into the first opening 232a of the heat dissipation section protection member 230, vertical movement of the heat dissipation section protection member 230 is restricted. Further, with the protrusion 216 of the control board support member 210 and the hole 246 of the partition wall protection member 240 aligned, the control board support member 210 is inserted into the second opening 242a of the partition wall protection member 240. The second claw portion 219b is fitted. In this way, by fitting the second claw portion 219b of the control board support member 210 into the second opening 242a of the partition wall portion protection member 240, vertical movement of the heat dissipation portion protection member 230 is restricted.
With the above configuration, it is possible to obtain a highly reliable outdoor unit 100 of an air conditioner that has a simple configuration, is inexpensive as conventional ones, and has an electrical component unit 40 that does not require mechanical fastening with screws. .
As described above, the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment includes a housing 1 that forms an outer shell, a separator 7 that divides the interior of the housing 1 into a blower chamber 2 in which a blower fan 21 is provided and a machine chamber 3 in which a compressor 30 is provided, and an electrical equipment unit 40 fixed to the upper part of the separator 7.
