Definitions

  • the present disclosure relates to an apparatus for treatment or preparing of semi liquid or pasty food products. More specifically, the disclosure relates to an apparatus for treatment or preparing of semi liquid or pasty food products as defined in the introductory parts of the independent claims.
  • an apparatus for treatment or preparing of semi liquid or pasty food products comprises an elongate circular chamber formed between two concentric tube-formed bodies, where at least one of the bodies is provided with heating means, and where the tube- formed bodies rotates in opposite directions.
