本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体为一种集成光伏元器件的灯板。
背景技术
现有的太阳能投光灯等太阳能灯具主要由光伏板,投光灯灯体或路灯灯体组用导线连接组成。光伏板与灯具分体安装使用,光伏板是安装于墙体上或灯杆上,灯具安装于灯杆上或墙体上,两者用导线连接一起。例如,公告号为CN215951291U公开了一种智能光伏路灯,其灯体和光伏板为分体设计,这类结构的光伏路灯体积较大,重量也很重,安装使用时的工序繁锁,轻便性较差。
于是,有鉴于此,针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,以期达到更具有更加实用价值性的目的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,包括光伏玻璃,所述光伏玻璃下表面贴附于有光伏电池片,所述光伏电池片下表面贴附于有发光二极管LED灯板,所述发光二极管LED灯板贴附于有透明导光板,所述光伏玻璃、光伏电池片、发光二极管LED灯板、透明导光板依次固定连接后形成板层结构,制成板状的灯板。
进一步的,所述光伏玻璃与光伏电池片之间设有第一EVA热化胶层,所述第一EVA热化胶层上表面贴附于光伏玻璃底面,所述第一EVA热化胶层的下表面贴附于光伏电池片上平面。
所述电池片与发光二极管LED灯板之间设有第二EVA热化胶层,所述第二EVA热化胶层上表面贴附于光伏电池片底面,所述第二EVA热化胶层下表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板上平面。
所述发光二极管LED灯板与透明导光板设有第三EVA热化胶层,所述第三EVA热化胶层上表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板底面,所述第三EVA热化胶层下表面贴附于透明导光板上表面。
进一步的,EVA热化胶为薄片状,正反面两面均有黏性,具有贴附的特性可以将伏玻璃、光伏电池片、发光二极管LED灯板、透明导光板进行贴附连接,将发光二极管LED灯板管与光伏电池片结合一体。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明将光伏电池片与发光二极管LED灯板进行集成,实现两者的一体化,制成的灯板为板状,缩小整个灯具的体积,具有轻便,可靠性更好的优点,并进行密封处理,从而实现防水,防虫,防尘的作用,并有效地提高耐候性,使用寿命长,应用时简化安装步骤,可靠性更好。

所述光伏玻璃8与光伏电池片13之间设有第一EVA热化胶层12,所述第一EVA热化胶层12上表面贴附于光伏玻璃8底面,所述第一EVA热化胶层12的下表面贴附于光伏电池片13上平面;所述光伏电池片13与发光二极管LED灯板15之间设有第二EVA热化胶层14,所述第二EVA热化胶层14上表面贴附于光伏电池片13底面,所述第二EVA热化胶层14下表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板15上平面;所述发光二极管LED灯板15与透明导光板6设有第三EVA热化胶层16,所述第三EVA热化胶层16上表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板15底面,所述第三EVA热化胶层16下表面贴附于透明导光板6上表面;所述光伏玻璃8、光伏电池片13、发光二极管LED灯板15、透明导光板6依次固定连接后形成板层结构。
具体的,使用时,第一EVA热化胶层12将光伏玻璃8和光伏电池片13连接起来,第二EVA热化胶层14将光伏电池片13和发光二极管LED灯板15连接起来,第三EVA热化胶层16将发光二极管LED灯板15和透明导光板6连接起来,上述的组件依次排列连接后形成光伏灯板,光伏灯板通过层压机进行加工,经过层压、加热、抽真空的工序,上述工序完成传送层压机机外,然后由光伏灯板自然冷却成型;工作原理:光伏电池片13具有光向电转化的作用,把发光二极管LED灯板15的负极和光伏电池片13负极连接,放在有一定光强照射的环境下,或把灯板安装在路灯或投光灯支架上,把灯板的导线与路灯或投光灯灯体内的电池以及控制器进行搭配则可以按照设定的程序工作。

  1. 一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,包括光伏玻璃(8),其特征在于:所述光伏玻璃(8)下表面贴附于有光伏电池片(13),所述光伏电池片(13)下表面贴附于有发光二极管LED灯板(15),所述发光二极管LED灯板(15)贴附于有透明导光板(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,其特征在于:所述光伏玻璃(8)与光伏电池片(13)之间设有第一EVA热化胶层(12),所述第一EVA热化胶层(12)上表面贴附于光伏玻璃(8)底面,所述第一EVA热化胶层(12)的下表面贴附于光伏电池片(13)上平面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,其特征在于:所述光伏电池片(13)与发光二极管LED灯板(15)之间设有第二EVA热化胶层(14),所述第二EVA热化胶层(14)上表面贴附于光伏电池片(13)底面,所述第二EVA热化胶层(14)下表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板(15)上平面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,其特征在于:所述发光二极管LED灯板(15)与透明导光板(6)设有第三EVA热化胶层(16),所述第三EVA热化胶层(16)上表面贴附于发光二极管LED灯板(15)底面,所述第三EVA热化胶层(16)下表面贴附于透明导光板(6)上表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成光伏元器件的灯板,其特征在于:所述光伏玻璃(8)、光伏电池片(13)、发光二极管LED灯板(15)、透明导光板(6)依次固定连接后形成板层结构。
