Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (600) d'extraction d'air d'une unité d'évaporateur (10). Ladite unité d'évaporateur (10) comprend une bobine d'évaporateur (12) et est disposée dans une chambre froide (14) d'un système de stockage et de récupération automatisé à base de grille (1) pour des aliments congelés. Le système (600) comprend un ventilateur d'extraction (16) conçu pour extraire de l'air d'un intérieur (18) de l'unité d'évaporation (10) vers un extérieur (20) de la chambre froide (14), le système (600) étant conçu de telle sorte que le ventilateur d'extraction (16) fonctionne lorsque la bobine d'évaporateur (12) est en train d'être dégivrée. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé correspondant.
