目前电器的安装接电都离不开插座。

在实现本公开实施例的过程中,发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:
插座设有插接孔,电器的电源插头插入插座的插接孔后,电源插头和插座会凸出墙面,电器放置于插座正前方时,由于电源插头和插座的凸出,电器距离墙面较远,电器与墙面之间的空间会被浪费。

本公开实施例提供的插座,可以实现以下技术效果:
导线从插座本体侧壁上的导线口进入到本体内侧,并通过本体内侧的接线端子与墙体内部的导线连接,这使得插座可以内嵌在墙体,只露出边缘,插座只需外接一个插排,就可以连接电器。这样,电器放置于插座正前方时,可以将电器推到贴近墙体的位置,节省占地空间。

结合图1至图5所示,本公开实施例提供一种插座,插座包括本体1和接线端子排3。本体1侧壁设有导线口2,以使导线37从导线口2进入到本体1内侧;接线端子排3设于本体1内侧并适于与导线37相连接。
采用本公开实施例提供的插座,导线37从插座本体1侧壁上的导线口2进入到本体1内侧,并通过本体1内侧的接线端子15与墙体内部的导线37连接,这使得插座可以内嵌在墙体,只露出边缘,插座只需外接一个插排,就可以连接电器。这样,电器放置于插座正前方时,可以将电器推到贴近墙体的位置,节省占地空间。
本体1包括前板和设置在前板旁侧的侧壁,前板与侧壁之间存在折角,例如为90°角,侧壁设有导线口2,以使导线37从导线口2进入到本体1内侧。
接线端子排3设于本体1内侧,可在本体1内侧设置卡爪4,与接线端子排3卡接。
接线端子排3底部可设置定位柱5或定位槽6中的一个,本体1设置定位柱5或定位槽6中的另一个,定位柱5与定位槽6配合,使接线端子排3固定在本体1内侧,定位柱5起导向及预固定的作用。
可选地,结合图3和图6所示,本体1内侧设有第一加强筋7,第一加强筋7设有避让口71,避让口71与导线口2相连通,第一加强筋7的内侧壁设有弧形凸起8,导线37进入本体1内侧后,导线37与弧形凸起8相抵接。
第一加强筋7设有避让口71,避让口71与导线口2相连通,使得导线37穿过导线口2与避让口71进入到插座本体1内。
第一加强筋7的设置增强了插座的刚性。
弧形凸起8使导线37进入导线口2时,导线口2不易刮伤线缆且为进线起导向作用,使进线更容易。
可选地,结合图3和图4所示,本体1内侧还设有第二加强筋9和第三加强筋10,第二加强筋9与第一加强筋7相对设置,第三加强筋10连接在第一加强筋7和第二加强筋9之间,第一加强筋7、第二加强筋9和第三加强筋10围出容纳空间13,接线端子排3位于容纳空间13内;接线端子排3上设有用于与导线37连接的第一螺钉孔14,第二加强筋9的高度低于第一螺钉孔14的高度。
这样,第一加强筋7、第二加强筋9和第三加强筋10共同增加插座本体1的刚性。
第二加强筋9的高度低于螺钉孔的高度,使得后续在接线端子排3上安装螺钉时不受第二加强筋9的遮挡。
可选地,结合图3所示,容纳空间13内设有第四加强筋11。
这样,在增加插座强度的同时减少了成本,并且增加了插座的结构空间。接线端子排3与本体1接触的位置的第四加强筋11设置的更高,强度更强。
可选地,结合图1和图2所示,插座还包括线槽3611盒23,线槽3611盒23与本体1相连接。
线槽3611盒23用于容纳各种用于连接的导线37,线槽3611盒23嵌入到墙体内部。
线槽3611盒23与本体1可以卡接,过盈配合,也可以通过螺钉来使线槽3611盒23和本体1连接。
可选地,结合图5所示,本体1外侧边缘设有第五加强筋12。
本体1内侧外缘需要与线槽3611盒23连接,故将第五加强筋12设在本体1外侧边缘,增加刚性。
可选地,结合图7所示,接线端子排3包括接线端子15,接线端子15包括第一端子151和第二端子152,第一端子151和第二端子152中的一个用于进导线37,另一个用于出导线37,例如第一端子151用于进导线37,第一端子151设有与导线37连接的进线端,第二端子152用于出导线37,第二端子152设有与导线37连接的出线端。第一端子151与第二端子152垂直设置,使得进线端和出线端错开。
这样,接线端子排3的接口方向为垂直进出线,可充分利用接线端子排3内部的接线空间。
可选地,结合图4和图7所示,接线端子15的数量为多个,接线端子排3还包括外壳16,套设于多个接线端子15的外侧,外壳16设有连接部17,连接部17用以连接多个接线端子15,连接部17高度低于接线端子15高度,连接部17开设通孔1701,第一紧固件18穿过通孔1701和本体1,以连接接线端子排3和本体1。
连接部17高度低于接线端子15高度,连接部17开设通孔1701,第一紧固件18穿过通孔1701和本体1,以连接接线端子排3和本体1,这样,可以尽可能降低端子的安装位置,为线槽3611盒23内导线37预留出足够空间。
第一紧固件18可为螺钉,连接部17的通孔1701为沉孔结构,这样的结构使得螺钉降低对线槽3611盒23内导线37的影响。
在本体1上接线端子排3与本体1配合接触的位置的第四加强筋11要设计的更高,这样能增加局部刚性。
可选地,结合图7所示,外壳16设有凸起19,凸起19的长度为导线37的剥线长度。
凸起19可设于外壳16的任意位置,例如,设于外壳16的侧壁上。这样,可以直观的在接线端子排3上测量导线37的剥线长度,便于安装导线37。
可选地,第一端子151和第二端子152的进线深度大于导线37的剥线长度。
这样,可以防止导线37裸露于端子外部,避免触电的危险,增强安全性。
可选地,结合图8所示,外壳16设有接线标识20,对应于第一端子151和第二端子152。
在外壳16对应于第一端子151和第二端子152的接线端口位置设置能标明火线、地线、零线的标识。
这样,在接线时可以增加连接的便利性。
可选地,外壳16为可耐受电流流动的绝缘材质。
可选地,第一端子151和第二端子152的宽度大于或等于8.5mm。
第一端子151和第二端子152的接线端口处大于或等于8.5mm,这样第一端子151和第二端子152可以满足两根线的接线要求。
可选地,结合图7所示,接线端子排3还包括压线螺钉21和垫片22。压线螺钉21设于第一端子151与第二端子152的旁侧,用于压接导线37;垫片22设于压线螺钉21旁侧,用于配合压线螺钉21压接导线37。
压线螺钉21设于第一端子151与第二端子152的旁侧,用于压接进入第一端子151与第二端子152的导线37,垫片22在压线螺钉21的旁侧,压线螺钉21和垫片22配合压接导线37,便于安装导线37。
可选地,结合图3、图4、图9和图10所示,插座还包括线缆卡24,线缆卡24设于本体1内侧,与本体1连接,用以固定导线37,线缆卡24设有凸圆结构25,本体1设有凹圆结构26,凸圆结构25与凹圆结构26相对,导线37从凸圆结构25与凹圆结构26间穿过。
线缆卡24设计成凸圆结构25,插座本体1对应着设置成凹圆结构26,可使导线37尽可能贴着插座本体1,减小折弯距离。
线缆卡24的安装位置尽可能靠近导线口2处,这样可为本体1内侧的接线端子排3的安装留出最大空间。
可选地,结合图4和图9所示,线缆卡24开设有第二螺钉孔27,第二紧固件28穿过第二螺钉孔27和本体1,以固定导线37,第二螺钉孔27为沉孔。
第二紧固件28可为螺钉,螺钉穿过第二螺钉孔27和本体1,可以将导线37固定。
第二螺钉孔27设计成沉孔结构,可减少螺钉对线束的干扰,增加安全性。
可选地,结合图11至图13所示,插座还包括面板29,罩设于本体1外侧,面板29侧壁设有出线口30,出线口30与导线口2相连通,面板29侧壁开设安装口31,用以拆卸面板29。
面板29罩设于本体1外侧,在插座内嵌在墙体内时,面板29露于墙体外,视觉上美观。
面板29侧壁开设安装口31,在安装与拆卸时,方便一字扁嘴钳从安装口31插入撬开面板29。
面板29四周侧壁可以设置多个限位筋32,实现与插座本体1的稳固配合。
面板29四周侧壁可以设置多个凸出的卡扣33,插座本体1对应位置可以设置凹陷的卡槽34,卡扣33和卡槽34配合,使得面板29与插座本体1连接的更稳固。
可选地,结合图11至图13所示,插座还包括橡胶圈35,位于出线口30位置,与面板29连接。
橡胶圈35可以与面板29过盈配合连接。
橡胶圈35质地柔软,可以降低插入插座的导线37的磨损程度,并且防止异物进入到插座内。
可选地,结合图1和图14所示,插座还包括护线卡36,护线卡36包括导线安装部361和固定部362,导线安装部361设有用于安装导线37的线槽3611,固定部362位于导线安装部361轴线的一侧,导线安装部361设有凸筋3612。
护线卡36的固定部362可以附双面胶,这样可以将护线卡36固定在墙上。
导线安装部361设有凸筋3612,凸筋3612能增强护线卡36的强度。
在安装时,护线卡36可根据需要设置多个。

Claims (10)
- 一种插座,其特征在于,包括:本体(1),本体(1)侧壁设有导线口(2),以使导线(37)从所述导线口(2)进入到所述本体(1)内侧,所述本体(1)内侧设有第一加强筋(7),所述第一加强筋(7)设有避让口(71),所述避让口(71)与所述导线口(2)相连通;接线端子排(3),设于所述本体(1)内侧并适于与所述导线(37)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋(7)的内侧壁设有弧形凸起(8),所述导线(37)进入所述本体(1)内侧后,所述导线(37)与所述弧形凸起(8)相抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的插座,其特征在于,所述本体(1)内侧还设有第二加强筋(9)和第三加强筋(10),所述第二加强筋(9)与所述第一加强筋(7)相对设置,所述第三加强筋(10)连接在所述第一加强筋(7)和所述第二加强筋(9)之间,所述第一加强筋(7)、第二加强筋(9)和第三加强筋(10)围出容纳空间(13),所述接线端子排(3)位于所述容纳空间(13)内;所述接线端子排(3)上设有用于与导线(37)连接的第一螺钉孔(14),所述第二加强筋(9)的高度低于所述第一螺钉孔(14)的高度。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的插座,其特征在于,所述接线端子排(3)包括:接线端子(15),所述接线端子(15)包括第一端子(151)和第二端子(152),所述第一端子(151)和所述第二端子(152)中的一个用于进导线(37),另一个用于出导线(37),所述第一端子(151)与所述第二端子(152)垂直设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的插座,其特征在于,所述接线端子(15)的数量为多个,所述接线端子排(3)还包括:外壳(16),套设于多个所述接线端子(15)的外侧,所述外壳(16)设有连接部(17),连接部(17)用以连接多个接线端子(15),所述连接部(17)高度低于所述接线端子(15)高度,所述连接部(17)开设通孔(1701),第一紧固件(18)穿过所述通孔(1701)和所述本体(1),以连接所述接线端子排(3)和所述本体(1)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的插座,其特征在于,所述外壳(16)设有凸起(19),所述凸起(19)的长度为所述导线(37)的剥线长度。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的插座,其特征在于,还包括:线缆卡(24),设于所述本体(1)内侧,与所述本体(1)连接,用以固定所述导线(37),所述线缆卡(24)设有凸圆结构(25),所述本体(1)设有凹圆结构(26),所述凸圆结构(25)与所述凹圆结构(26)相对,所述导线(37)从所述凸圆结构(25)与所述凹圆结构(26)间穿过。
- 根据权利要求7所述的插座,其特征在于,所述线缆卡(24)开设有第二螺钉孔(27),第二紧固件(28)穿过所述第二螺钉孔(27)和所述本体(1),以固定所述导线(37),所述第二螺钉孔(27)为沉孔。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的插座,其特征在于,还包括:面板(29),罩设于所述本体(1)外侧,所述面板(29)侧壁设有出线口(30),所述出线口(30)与所述导线口(2)相连通,所述面板(29)侧壁开设安装口(31),用以拆卸所述面板。
- 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的插座,其特征在于,还包括:护线卡(36),所述护线卡(36)包括导线安装部(361)和固定部(362),所述导线安装部(361)设有用于安装所述导线(37)的线槽(3611),所述固定部(362)位于所述导线安装部(361)轴线的一侧,所述导线安装部(361)设有凸筋(3612)。
