本发明的洗衣设备,其特征在于,具备:箱体,形成有衣物投入口;滚筒,配置于所述箱体内,具有与所述衣物投入口对置的开口;以及门,装配于所述箱体,设置为能开闭所述衣物投入口,所述门具有:透明的板状构件,在所述门配置于封闭所述衣物投入口的位置的状态下,所述板状构件配置于所述衣物投入口的范围内;以及光源,向所述板状构件的端面射出光。
在本发明的洗衣设备中,优选的是,所述板状构件包括:光散射部,使射向所述板状构件的端面的光散射。
在本发明的洗衣设备中,优选的是,具备:控制单元,控制所述光源,所述控制单元控制所述光源以使其在运转中射出光,并且控制所述光源以使其在运转停止时不射出光。
在本发明的洗衣设备中,优选的是,具备:控制单元,控制所述光源,所述控制单元控制所述光源以展示运转状态。
在本发明的洗衣设备中,优选的是,所述光源仅配置于所述板状构件的高度方向中央部的下方。
在本发明的洗衣设备中,优选的是,所述光源配置在所述板状构件的整周。
发明效果
根据本发明的洗衣设备,能适当改变封闭衣物投入口的门的板状构件的透明度、颜色。
根据本发明的洗衣设备,板状构件具有使光散射的光散射部,因此能适当改变门的板状构件的透明度、颜色。
根据本发明的洗衣设备,在运转中从外部难以观察到滚筒内的洗涤物,并且在运转停止中能从外部确认滚筒内的洗涤物。
根据本发明的洗衣设备,从外部难以观察到滚筒内的洗涤物,并且能容易地确认此时的运转状态。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对作为本发明的实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机进行说明。
(第一实施方式)
本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1例如设置于投币式洗衣店。滚筒式洗干一体机1能按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转并且能实施烘干运转。如图1所示,滚筒式洗干一体机1具有箱状的箱体2,在箱体2的内部,用于容纳洗涤物的具有大致圆筒形状的内周面的滚筒3由沿前后方向延伸的主轴来枢转支承。滚筒3能在具有大致圆筒形状的内周面的外筒内以水平轴为旋转轴进行旋转。
在箱体2的前表面形成有与形成于滚筒3的前端的开口对置的衣物投入口6。在箱体2设有对衣物投入口6进行开闭的门8,衣物投入口6由门8开闭,在门8打开的状态下能向滚筒3内取出投入洗涤物。
如图2的(a)所示,门8具有环状的门框架31,在门框架31的内侧(图3中为右方向)装配有橡胶制的门衬垫(door packing)32。门衬垫32在门8封闭箱体2的衣物投入口6时将门框架31和衣物投入口6的周边部密封。
在门衬垫32形成有向外侧开口的U字状的环状槽32a和向内侧开口的U字状的环状槽32b。环状槽32a中嵌入有门框架31的内周部31a,环状槽32b中嵌入有门玻璃33的外周部33a和板状构件35的外周部35a。
门玻璃33是透明的,具有朝向滚筒3的内侧形成为凸状的圆形的凸状部33t。在门8关闭的状态下,门玻璃33的凸状部33t配置于衣物投入口6的内侧。
板状构件35是例如丙烯酸制的透明圆形构件,配置于门框架31与门玻璃33之间。板状构件35的外周部35a的端面35n形成为直线性的面。板状构件35在门8关闭的状态下配置在形成于箱体2的衣物投入口6的范围内。因此,当从正面观察滚筒式洗干一体机1时,能经由配置于环状的门框架31的内侧的板状构件35和门玻璃33来确认滚筒3的内部。
此外,如图2的(a)和(b)所示,在门衬垫32配置有三个光源36。作为 光源36,例如使用LED等。需要说明的是,在图2的(b)中,为了便于理解三个光源36的配置,省略了其他部件的图示。三个光源36配置于板状构件35的高度方向中央部的下方,在门8的下端部沿水平方向排列。
三个光源36配置于与板状构件35的端面35n对置的位置,能在板状构件35的下端部附近朝向端面35n射出光。在本实施方式中,三个光源36能射出蓝色系的单色的光。三个光源36分别与滚筒式洗干一体机的控制部10连接,由控制部10控制是否射出光。
板状构件35如上所述是透明的圆形构件,如图3的(a)和(b)所示,在从下端部朝向上方达到规定高度的范围A内形成有多个光散射部35T,该多个光散射部35T被实施了加工,以便从板状构件35的端面35n入光的光散射。光散射部35T是形成于板状构件35的表面的长方形的部分,例如对形成有规定图案、文字的模板进行冲压并将凹凸转印至树脂面而形成。多个光散射部35T在上下方向和左右方向上大致等间隔地配置。需要说明的是,在未向板状构件35内射入光的情况下,光散射部35T是透明的。
在未通过三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n入光的情况下,如图4的(a)所示,板状构件35维持透明的状态,因此能从由环状的门框架31包围的圆形范围的整个区域确认滚筒3内的状态。
与此相对,在通过三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n入光的情况下,如图4的(b)所示,板状构件35的范围A被着色为蓝色系的颜色,因此虽然能从由环状的门框架31包围的范围的上部(板状构件35的范围A的上方的部分)确认滚筒3内的状态,但不能从由环状的门框架31包围的范围的下部(板状构件35的范围A)确认滚筒3内的状态。
如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机1中,在按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转的期间和实施烘干运转的期间,控制部10控制三个光源36从板状构件35的下端部的端面35n射入蓝色系的光,由此将板状构件35的范围A着色为蓝色系的颜色。滚筒3内的洗涤物通常位于滚筒下部,因此通过从滚筒下部入光,能重点进行滚筒下部的遮挡动作(从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物的动作)。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1中,由环状的门框架31包围的范围的整个区域维持透明的状态,直到运转(洗涤运转和烘干运转)开始。然后,当运转开始时,开始向板状构件35入光,板状构件35的范围A被着色为蓝色系的颜色。然后,在进行运转的期间,继续向板状构件35入光。当运转结时,结束向板状构件35入光,由环状的门框架31包围的范围的整个区域变为透明的状态。如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机1中,遮挡动作的解除在运转结束后或打开门时进行。
如上所述,本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1具备:箱体2,形成有衣物投入口6;滚筒3,配置于箱体2内,具有与衣物投入口6对置的开口;以及门8,装配于箱体2,设置为能开闭衣物投入口6,门8具有:透明的板状构件35,在门8配置于封闭衣物投入口6的位置的状态下,该板状构件35配置于衣物投入口6的范围内;以及光源36,向板状构件35的端面35n射出光。
由此,能适当改变封闭衣物投入口6的门8的板状构件35的透明度、颜色。因此,在运转中,从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物。此外,在设置有包括滚筒式洗干一体机1在内的多个洗衣设备的投币式洗衣店中放置有集中结算装置的情况下,通过点亮门8的板状构件35,能从远离滚筒式洗干一体机1的位置确认滚筒式洗干一体机1。此外,能将门8的板状构件35通过使其点亮来用作照亮滚筒式洗干一体机1周边的照明。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1中,板状构件35包括光散射部35T,该光散射部35T使射向板状构件35的端面35n的光散射。
由此,板状构件35具有使光散射的光散射部35T,因此能适当改变门8的板状构件35的透明度、颜色。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1中,具备作为控制光源36的控制单元的控制部10,控制部10控制光源36以使其在运转中射出光,并且控制光源36以使其在运转停止时不射出光。
由此,在运转中从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物,并且在运转停止中能从外部确认滚筒3内的洗涤物。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1中,光源36仅配置于板状构件35的 高度方向中央部的下方。
由此,由于滚筒3内的洗涤物通常位于滚筒下部,因此通过从滚筒下部入光,能重点进行滚筒下部的遮挡动作(从外部难以观察到滚筒内的洗涤物的动作)。
(第二实施方式)
本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机101与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1不同点在于:在第一实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为规定颜色,与此相对,在本实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为多种颜色。需要说明的是,其他构成与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1相同,因此省略详细说明。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机101中,三个光源36使用能射出全部颜色的光的光源。因此,当控制部10如图5所示在按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转的期间控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入蓝色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A被着色为蓝色系的颜色。此外,当控制部10在实施烘干运转的期间控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入黄色系的光时,板状构件35的下端部的范围A被着色为黄色系的颜色。
如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机101中,在运转中通过板状构件35的范围A的颜色来展示运转状态(正在进行洗涤运转还是烘干运转),由此用户能容易地知道运转状态。
因此,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机101中,能得到与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1同样的效果。
此外,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机101中,控制部10控制光源36以展示运转状态。
由此,从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物,并且用户能容易地确认此时的运转状态。因此,用户的便利性提高。
(第三实施方式)
本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机201与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1 不同点在于:在第一实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为规定颜色,与此相对,在本实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为多种颜色。需要说明的是,其他构成与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1相同,因此省略详细说明。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机201中,三个光源36使用能射出全部颜色的光的光源。因此,在按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转后实施烘干运转的情况下,将洗涤运转和烘干运转的合计的运转时间划分为运转开始时、运转中途时、运转结束时三个时段,控制部10控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入不同颜色的光,由此板状构件35的范围A被着色为不同颜色以与三个时段对应。需要说明的是,运转开始时、运转中途时、运转结束时的三个时段的划分方式(时间分配)可以任意设定。
在滚筒式洗干一体机201中,当控制部10如图6所示在运转开始时控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入蓝色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A被着色为蓝色系的颜色。然后,当控制部10在运转中途时控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入绿色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A被着色为绿色系的颜色。然后,当控制部10在运转结束时控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入黄色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A被着色为黄色系的颜色。
如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机201中,在运转中通过板状构件35的范围A的颜色来展示运转状态(从运转开始起经过的时间),由此用户能容易地知道运转状态。
因此,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机201中,能得到与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1同样的效果。
此外,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机201中,控制部10控制光源36以展示运转状态。
由此,从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物,并且用户能容易地确认此时的运转状态。因此,用户的便利性提高。
(第四实施方式)
本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机301与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1 不同点在于:在第一实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为规定颜色,与此相对,在本实施方式中,板状构件35的范围A被着色为多种颜色。需要说明的是,其他构成与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1相同,因此省略详细说明。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机301中,三个光源36使用能射出全部颜色的光的光源。因此,在按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转后实施烘干运转的情况下,控制部10控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n从运转开始时起随着时间经过而阶段性地射入不同颜色的光,由此板状构件35的范围A以不同的颜色着色为不同的颜色。
在滚筒式洗干一体机201中,当控制部10如图7所示在运转开始时控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n仅射入蓝色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A的整个区域被着色为蓝色系的颜色。然后,当控制部10从运转开始时起随着时间经过阶段性地控制三个光源36来射入蓝色系的光和黄色系的光时,从板状构件35的范围A的左端起,被着色为黄色系颜色的区域的面积逐渐变大。然后,当控制部10在运转结束时控制三个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n仅射入黄色系的光时,板状构件35的范围A的整个区域被着色为黄色系的颜色。
如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机301中,在运转中通过板状构件35的范围A的颜色来展示运转状态(从运转开始起经过的时间),由此用户能容易地知道运转状态。
因此,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机301中,能得到与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1同样的效果。
此外,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机301中,控制部10控制光源36以展示运转状态。
由此,从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物,并且用户能容易地确认此时的运转状态。因此,用户的便利性提高。
(第五实施方式)
本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1不同点在于:在第一实施方式中,三个光源36配置于板状构件35的下端部附 近,与此相对,在本实施方式中,八个光源36配置于板状构件35的整周。需要说明的是,其他构成与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1相同,因此省略详细说明。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401中,如图8所示,在门衬垫32配置有八个光源36。需要说明的是,在图8中,为了便于理解八个光源36的配置,省略了其他部件的图示。
八个光源36配置于与板状构件35的端面35n对置的位置,能朝向板状构件35的端面35n射出光。在本实施方式中,八个光源36均为能射出全部颜色的光的光源,遍及门8的整周大致等间隔地配置。八个光源36与滚筒式洗干一体机的控制部10连接,由控制部10控制是否射出光和射出何种颜色的光。
板状构件135与板状构件35同样为透明的圆形构件。在第一实施方式中,光散射部35T形成于从板状构件35的下端部朝向上方达到规定高度的范围A,但在本实施方式中,光散射部35T形成于板状构件135的整个区域。
在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401中,在按照清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施洗涤运转后实施烘干运转的情况下,控制部10在运转开始时如图9的(a)所示控制八个光源36从位于与实施洗涤运转的时段对应的部分的板状构件35的端面35n射入蓝色系的光,并且从位于与实施烘干运转的时段对应的部分的板状构件35的端面35n射入黄色系的光。
在滚筒式洗干一体机401中,由环状的门框架31包围的圆形的范围的上端对应于“运转开始时”,从该处顺时针经过运转时间再次到达圆形的范围的上端时,对应于“运转结束时”。例如,如图9的(a)所示,从运转开始时起进行洗涤运转的时段(着色为蓝色系的颜色的区域)和在洗涤运转之后进行烘干运转的时段(着色为黄色系的区域)被展示为圆形图。需要说明的是,进行洗涤运转的时段和进行烘干运转的时段的时间分配例如通过由用户选择的运转模式等来设定。
在滚筒式洗干一体机401中,当控制部10如图9的(a)所示在运转开始时控制八个光源36从板状构件35的端面35n射入蓝色系的光和黄色系的光以便知晓进行洗涤运转的时段和进行烘干运转的时段时,由环状的门框架31包围 的圆形的范围在进行洗涤运转的时段被着色为蓝色系的颜色,并且在进行烘干运转的时段被着色为黄色系的颜色。
然后,当控制部10从板状构件35的端面35n射入绿色系的光以便知晓从运转开始时起随着时间经过而运转结束的时段时,板状构件35在从运转开始时起运转结束的期间被着色为绿色系的颜色。因此,着色为表示运转结束的时段的绿色系的颜色的区域的面积从运转开始时起随着时间经过而变大。然后,在运转结束时(烘干运转结束时),由环状的门框架31包围的圆形的范围的整个区域成为着色为绿色系的颜色的区域。
如此,在滚筒式洗干一体机401中,在运转中通过由环状的门框架31包围的圆形的范围的颜色来展示运转状态(从运转开始所经过的时间),由此用户能容易地知道运转状态。
因此,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401中,能得到与第一实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机1同样的效果。
此外,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401中,控制部10控制光源36以展示运转状态。
由此,从外部难以观察到滚筒3内的洗涤物,并且用户能容易地确认此时的运转状态。因此,用户的便利性提高。
此外,在本实施方式的滚筒式洗干一体机401中,光源36配置于板状构件35的整周。
由此,能使用板状构件35的大致整个区域来展示运转状态。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但各部分的具体构成不仅限于上述的实施方式。
例如,在上述第一实施方式~第五实施方式中,板状构件35、135为丙烯酸树脂板且具有光散射部35T,但不限于此。作为板状构件35、135,也可以使用丙烯酸以外的透明树脂、玻璃等。在使用透明树脂或玻璃来作为板状构件35、135的情况下,也可以划伤板状构件35的表面来形成光散射部35T。在使用透明树脂或玻璃来作为板状构件35、135的情况下,也可以通过激光加工在表面形成光散射部35T。在使用透明树脂或玻璃来作为板状构件35、135的情况下, 也可以在内部混入杂质进行成型来形成光散射部35T。在板状构件35、135具有光散射部35T的情况下,光散射部35T的形状、数量、配置、形成光散射部35T的方法是任意的。此外,板状构件35、135也可以不具有光散射部35T。
在上述第一实施方式~第四实施方式中,光源36仅配置于板状构件35的高度方向中央部的下方,但不限于此。光源36的数量和配置是任意的。例如,根据光源36的光量、板状构件35的加工等,可以考虑从下部入光的同时从左右进行入光。光源36只要能射出光,也可以使用LED以外的光源。
在上述第二实施方式~第五实施方式中,控制部10控制光源36以展示运转状态,但展示运转状态的方法是任意的。
在上述本实施方式中,对滚筒式洗干一体机进行了说明,但不限于此,本发明的洗衣设备不限定例如滚筒洗涤机、滚筒烘干机等洗衣设备的种类。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种洗衣设备,其特征在于,具备:
    箱体,形成有衣物投入口;
    滚筒,配置于所述箱体内,具有与所述衣物投入口对置的开口;以及
    门,装配于所述箱体,设置为能开闭所述衣物投入口,
    所述门具有:
    透明的板状构件,在所述门配置于封闭所述衣物投入口的位置的状态下,所述板状构件配置于所述衣物投入口的范围内;以及
    光源,向所述板状构件的端面射出光。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,
    所述板状构件包括:光散射部,使射向所述板状构件的端面的光散射。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,
    具备:控制单元,控制所述光源,
    所述控制单元控制所述光源以使其在运转中射出光,并且控制所述光源以使其在运转停止时不射出光。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,
    具备:控制单元,控制所述光源,
    所述控制单元控制所述光源以展示运转状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,
    所述光源仅配置于所述板状构件的高度方向中央部的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣设备,其特征在于,
    所述光源配置在所述板状构件的整周。
