本发明涉及变压器技术领域,特别是涉及一种油浸式配电变压器,包括矩形柜、矩形顶板和第一螺栓,所述矩形顶板通过第一螺栓螺纹固定安装在矩形柜上,所述矩形顶板上设置有储油的储存机构,所述矩形柜的侧壁上设置有对设备散热的散热机构,所述矩形柜的下面设置有辅助设备安装的安装机构,所述安装机构包括安装座,本发明通过矩形滑动块的移动带动挤压板的移动,让挤压板和装配架上的横杆相贴合,通过挤压板和横杆的贴合,让挤压板对横杆的侧壁施加压力,实现对设备的安装,本装置通过操控挤压板在U形扣板内的移动,让挤压板和装配架上的横杆相贴合,产生挤压的压力,让设备稳定的固定安装在装配架上。

Description

一种油浸式配电变压器 技术领域
本发明涉及变压器技术领域,特别是涉及一种油浸式配电变压器。
背景技术
配电变压器为工矿企业与民用建筑供配电系统中的重要设备之一,它将10(6)kV或35kV网络电压降至用户使用的230/400V母线电压。此类产品适用于交流50(60)Hz,三相最大额定容量2500kVA(单相最大额定容量833kVA,一般不推荐使用单相变压器),可在户内(外)使用,容量在315kVA及以下时可安装在杆上,环境温度不高于40℃,不低于-25℃,最高日平均温度30℃,最高年平均温度20℃,相对湿度不超过90%(环境温度25℃),海拔高度不超过1000m。若与上述使用条件不符时,应按GB6450-86的有关规定,作适当的定额调整。
现有的变压器大都安装在变电站,且变压器为了使用的安全性,大都安装在悬空的支架上,对变压器的高度进行提升,在变压器安装后,通过卡扣对变压器进行固定,而卡扣的普适性较低,容易发生不适应安装架的情况,安装时较为不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种油浸式配电变压器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种油浸式配电变压器,包括矩形柜、矩形顶板和第一螺栓,所述矩形顶板通过第一螺栓螺纹固定安装在矩形柜上,所述矩形顶板上设置有储油的储存机构,所述矩形柜的侧壁上设置有对设备散热的散热机构,所述矩形柜的下面设置有辅助设备安装的安装机构;
所述安装机构包括安装座,所述安装座卡合安装在矩形柜的下表面,所述安装座的下面固定安装有两U形扣板,所述U形扣板内活动卡合安装有两个挤压板,两个所述挤压板的下表面均固定安装有矩形滑动块,且两个矩形滑动块贴合在一起,所述U形扣板上螺纹安装有螺杆,所述螺杆的端部上固定安装有转动头,所述矩形滑动块也螺纹安装在螺杆上,所述螺杆对称设置有两段螺纹方向相反的螺纹。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述安装座的下表面开设有矩形槽,所述U形扣板固定安装在安装座的下表面开设的矩形槽内,且挤压板和安装座下表面开设槽的侧壁相贴合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述安装座上活动卡合安装有U形架,所述U形架的侧壁上固定安装有第二L形板,所述第二L形板活动卡合在安装座上,且第二L形板的截面形状为L形,所述第二L形板上通过螺栓固定安装在安装座的侧壁上,所述U形架上螺纹安装有第二圆形螺栓,所述第二圆形螺栓的端部外活动套设有圆形环,所述圆形环的侧壁上固定安装有圆形转盘。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述散热机构包括第一散热管 和第二散热管,所述第一散热管和第二散热管的端部上均固定安装有圆形安装垫,所述圆形安装垫贴合安装在矩形柜的内侧壁上,所述第一散热管设置在第二散热管外,所述第二散热管和第一散热管外均卡合安装有第一夹持杆,所述第一夹持杆之间设置有第二夹持杆进行连接,所述第一夹持杆和第二夹持杆组合形成对第一散热管和第二散热管的包围结构,所述第二夹持杆的端部上固定安装有安装扣,所述安装扣卡合安装在第一夹持杆上,所述安装扣和第一夹持杆的连接方式为焊接,所述安装座的侧壁上固定安装有矩形连接条,所述矩形连接条的侧壁上固定安装有矩形安装框架,所述矩形安装框架的内侧壁两侧均开设有侧边滑槽,所述侧边滑槽内活动卡合安装有矩形限位滑板,所述矩形限位滑板之间固定安装有风扇,所述风扇的侧壁上固定安装有矩形长条,所述矩形长条的上下两侧均固定安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的端部上固定安装有弹性板,所述弹性板活动卡合在侧边滑槽内,所述矩形安装框架上活动卡合安装有矩形卡板,所述矩形卡板之间固定安装有安装封板,所述矩形卡板上螺纹安装有第三圆形螺栓,所述第三圆形螺栓螺纹固定安装在矩形安装框架上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述储存机构包括第一L形板,所述第一L形板固定安装在矩形顶板上,所述第一L形板的上表面设置有横向连接杆,所述横向连接杆的上表面固定安装有两个倾斜支撑杆,所述倾斜支撑杆之间固定安装有弧形板进行连接,所述弧形板的上设置有第二圆弧板,所述倾斜支撑杆设置有第一圆弧板,所述第一圆弧板的两侧固定安装有矩形安装板,所述矩形安装板通过螺栓 螺纹安装在倾斜支撑杆上,所述第一圆弧板的内侧也固定安装有第二圆弧板,所述第二圆弧板内活动卡合安装有储油柜,所述倾斜支撑杆的下表面固定安装有圆形提升杆,所述圆形提升杆活动卡合在第一L形板上,所述圆形提升杆的侧壁上开设有等距均匀排列的圆形螺孔,所述圆形提升杆外活动卡合安装有弧形卡扣,所述弧形卡扣之间设置有矩形连接杆进行连接,所述弧形卡扣上螺纹安装有第一圆形螺栓,所述第一圆形螺栓螺纹安装在圆形螺孔内。
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:
1、通过矩形滑动块的移动带动挤压板的移动,让挤压板和装配架上的横杆相贴合,通过挤压板和横杆的贴合,让挤压板对横杆的侧壁施加压力,实现对设备的安装,本装置通过操控挤压板在U形扣板内的移动,让挤压板和装配架上的横杆相贴合,产生挤压的压力,让设备稳定的固定安装在装配架上。
2、通过第二圆形螺栓的移动,让第二圆形螺栓的端部推动圆形转盘移动,让圆形转盘的端部和装配架上的横杆相贴合,实现对设备的二次固定,在圆形转盘和装配架上横杆相贴合的时候,能够进一步的提高设备的安装稳定性。
3、通过扭动矩形安装板上的螺栓,让矩形安装板和倾斜支撑杆固定安装在一起,实现对储油柜的稳定固定,本装置通过卡合在储油柜内的第二圆弧板,让储油柜被第一圆弧板、倾斜支撑杆和弧形板固定,提高了储油柜在设备上的固定效果。
4、通过扭动弧形卡扣上的第一圆形螺栓,让第一圆形螺栓螺纹安装在圆形螺孔内,实现对矩形连接杆和弧形卡扣的固定,在圆形提升杆上在固定一个弧形卡扣,让这样弧形卡扣位于第一L形板的下面,通过两个弧形卡扣的存在,实现对圆形提升杆的固定,让横向连接杆的高度发生改变,来改变储油柜的高度,更好的将储油柜内的油输送在矩形柜内,让矩形柜内的油更加方便的移动。
5、通过第一散热管和第二散热管的存在,同步的对矩形柜内散热,提高了对矩形柜的散热效果,第一散热管和第二散热管之间设置第一夹持杆和第二夹持杆进行连接,通过第一夹持杆和第二夹持杆的存在,让第一散热管和第二散热管的强度更高,不容易发生形变,通过第一散热管和第二散热管的强度,让第一散热管和第二散热管的耐用性提高。
6、在安装座的侧壁上设置有矩形连接条,矩形安装框架、矩形连接条和安装座组合形成了矩形凹槽,实现对矩形柜的卡合,提高了安装座对矩形柜的固定效果。
7、本装置通过操控风扇在矩形安装框架内的移动,实现对风扇的更换,使用者可以通过不同的需求,安装对应数目的风扇,让风扇更好对第一散热管和第二散热管进散热,提高了对第一散热管和第二散热管的散热效果。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,一种油浸式配电变压器,包括矩形柜1、矩形顶板2和第一螺栓3,所述矩形顶板2通过第一螺栓3螺纹固定安装在矩形柜1上,所述矩形顶板2上设置有储油的储存机构,所述矩形柜1的侧壁上设置有对设备散热的散热机构,所述矩形柜1的下面设置有辅助设备安装的安装机构;
所述安装机构包括安装座41,所述安装座41卡合安装在矩形柜1的下表面,所述安装座41的下面固定安装有两U形扣板47,所述U形扣板47内活动卡合安装有两个挤压板48,两个所述挤压板48的下表面均固定安装有矩形滑动块49,且两个矩形滑动块49贴合在一起,所述U形扣板47上螺纹安装有螺杆51,所述螺杆51的端部上固定安装有转动头52,所述矩形滑动块49也螺纹安装在螺杆51上,所述螺杆51对称设置有两段螺纹方向相反的螺纹。

工作原理:
第一步;在设备使用时,需要将设备安装在指定位置,在将设备安装在装配架上面的时候,需要将设备进行提升,让设备到达指定的高度,将安装座41下面的槽和装配架上的横杆对齐,让装配架上的横杆卡合在安装座41的下表面,且位于U形扣板47的两侧,在卡合完成后,通过扭动转动头52,让转动头52带动螺杆51在U形扣板47上转动,通过螺杆51的转动带动与之螺纹啮合的矩形滑动块49在U形扣板47上移动,且螺杆51上设置有螺纹相反的螺纹,这样两个矩形滑动块49会在螺杆51上做相反方向的移动,通过矩形滑动块49的移动带动挤压板48的移动,让挤压板48和装配架上的横杆相贴合,通过挤压板48和横杆的贴合,让挤压板48对横杆的侧壁施加压力,实现对设备的安装,本装置通过操控挤压板48在U形扣板47内的移动,让挤压板48和装配架上的横杆相贴合,产生挤压的压力,让设备稳定的固定安装在装配架上。
第二步:在安装座41固定完成后,在将U形架43和第二L形板42卡合在安装座41上,通过第二L形板42在安装座41上的卡合,在第二L形板42卡合完成后,通过扭动第二L形板42上的螺栓,让第二L形板42固定安装在安装座41的侧壁上,之后扭动U形架43上的第二圆形螺栓44,让第二圆形螺栓44在U形架43上螺纹移动,通过第二圆形螺栓44的移动,让第二圆形螺栓44的端部推动圆形转盘46移动,让圆形转盘46的端部和装配架上的横杆相贴合,实现对设备的二次固定,在圆形转盘46和装配架上横杆相贴合的时候,能够进一步的提高设备的安装稳定性。
第三步:在设备使用的时候,矩形柜1内的会产生温度的变化,矩形柜1内的油会产生热胀冷缩,从而改变油的体积,这时候储油柜21内的油通过导油管23进入矩形柜1内,对矩形柜1内的油进行填充,保证矩形柜1内的油始终处充满,对矩形柜1内的元件进行防护。
第四步:在设备工作的时候,储油柜21设置在第二圆弧板28内,将储油柜21卡合在倾斜支撑杆24上,通过倾斜支撑杆24和弧形板26的存在,让倾斜支撑杆24和弧形板26对储油柜21支撑效果提高,在储油柜21卡合完成后,将第一圆弧板27和第二圆弧板28卡合在储油柜21上,将第一圆弧板27上的矩形安装板29和倾斜支撑杆24对齐,通过扭动矩形安装板29上的螺栓,让矩形安装板29和倾斜支撑杆24固定安装在一起,实现对储油柜21的稳定固定,本装置通过卡合在储油柜21内的第二圆弧板28,让储油柜21被第一圆弧板27、倾斜支撑杆24和弧形板26固定,提高了储油柜21在设备上的固定效果。
第五步:在设备工作的时候,能够对储油柜21的高度进行调节,来改变储油柜21和矩形柜1之间的压强大小,通过拉动横向连接杆25,让横向连接杆25在第一L形板22上移动,横向连接杆25向上移动会带动圆形提升杆35在第一L形板22上移动,圆形提升杆35在第一L形板22上移动后,通过拉动矩形连接杆31,让矩形连接杆31带动弧形卡扣32的移动,让弧形卡扣32卡合在圆形提升杆35上,让弧形卡扣32和第一L形板22的上表面相贴合,通过扭动弧形卡扣32上的第一圆形螺栓34,让第一圆形螺栓34螺纹安装在圆形螺孔 33内,实现对矩形连接杆31和弧形卡扣32的固定,在圆形提升杆35上在固定一个弧形卡扣32,让这样弧形卡扣32位于第一L形板22的下面,通过两个弧形卡扣32的存在,实现对圆形提升杆35的固定,让横向连接杆25的高度发生改变,来改变储油柜21的高度,更好的将储油柜21内的油输送在矩形柜1内,让矩形柜1内的油更加方便的移动。
第六步:在矩形柜1的侧壁上设置有第一散热管11和第二散热管12,通过第一散热管11和第二散热管12端部上设置有圆形安装垫13,通过圆形安装垫13的存在,让矩形柜1内的热量更好的通过第一散热管11和第二散热管12离开,第一散热管11设置在第二散热管12外,通过第一散热管11和第二散热管12的存在,同步的对矩形柜1内散热,提高了对矩形柜1的散热效果,第一散热管11和第二散热管12之间设置第一夹持杆14和第二夹持杆15进行连接,通过第一夹持杆14和第二夹持杆15的存在,让第一散热管11和第二散热管12的强度更高,不容易发生形变,通过第一散热管11和第二散热管12的强度,让第一散热管11和第二散热管12的耐用性提高。
第七步:在安装座41的侧壁上设置有矩形连接条62,矩形安装框架61、矩形连接条62和安装座41组合形成了矩形凹槽,实现对矩形柜1的卡合,同时第一散热管11和第二散热管12设置在矩形安装框架61的上方,通过启动矩形安装框架61内的风扇67,让风扇67产生风力,对第一散热管11和第二散热管12进行散热,让第一 散热管11和第二散热管12能够更好的进行工作,且矩形安装框架61内的风扇67能够进行添加和拆卸,将安装封板64从矩形安装框架61上拆卸下来,安装封板64两侧的矩形卡板65通过第三圆形螺栓66螺纹固定在矩形安装框架61上,让安装封板64能够被拆卸,通过拉动风扇67,让风扇67带动矩形限位滑板68在侧边滑槽63内移动,在风扇67移动的过程中,通过按压弹性板72,让弹性板72压缩弹簧73发生形变,让风扇67能够在侧边滑槽63内移动,在移动完成后,松开弹性板72,在弹簧73的弹力作用下,弹性板72和侧边滑槽63的侧壁相贴合,实现对风扇67的固定,本装置通过操控风扇67在矩形安装框架61内的移动,实现对风扇67的更换,使用者可以通过不同的需求,安装对应数目的风扇67,让风扇67更好对第一散热管11和第二散热管12进散热,提高了对第一散热管11和第二散热管12的散热效果。

  1. 一种油浸式配电变压器,包括矩形柜(1)、矩形顶板(2)和第一螺栓(3),所述矩形顶板(2)通过第一螺栓(3)螺纹固定安装在矩形柜(1)上,其特征在于,所述矩形顶板(2)上设置有储油的储存机构,所述矩形柜(1)的侧壁上设置有对设备散热的散热机构,所述矩形柜(1)的下面设置有辅助设备安装的安装机构;
    所述安装机构包括安装座(41),所述安装座(41)卡合安装在矩形柜(1)的下表面,所述安装座(41)的下面固定安装有两U形扣板(47),所述U形扣板(47)内活动卡合安装有两个挤压板(48),两个所述挤压板(48)的下表面均固定安装有矩形滑动块(49),且两个矩形滑动块(49)贴合在一起,所述U形扣板(47)上螺纹安装有螺杆(51),所述螺杆(51)的端部上固定安装有转动头(52),所述矩形滑动块(49)也螺纹安装在螺杆(51)上,所述螺杆(51)对称设置有两段螺纹方向相反的螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述安装座(41)的下表面开设有矩形槽,所述U形扣板(47)固定安装在安装座(41)的下表面开设的矩形槽内,且挤压板(48)和安装座(41)下表面开设槽的侧壁相贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述安装座(41)上活动卡合安装有U形架(43),所述U形架(43)的侧壁上固定安装有第二L形板(42),所述第二L形板(42)活动卡合在安装座(41)上,且第二L形板(42)的截面形状为L形,所 述第二L形板(42)上通过螺栓固定安装在安装座(41)的侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述U形架(43)上螺纹安装有第二圆形螺栓(44),所述第二圆形螺栓(44)的端部外活动套设有圆形环(45),所述圆形环(45)的侧壁上固定安装有圆形转盘(46)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述散热机构包括第一散热管(11)和第二散热管(12),所述第一散热管(11)和第二散热管(12)的端部上均固定安装有圆形安装垫(13),所述圆形安装垫(13)贴合安装在矩形柜(1)的内侧壁上,所述第一散热管(11)设置在第二散热管(12)外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述第二散热管(12)和第一散热管(11)外均卡合安装有第一夹持杆(14),所述第一夹持杆(14)之间设置有第二夹持杆(15)进行连接,所述第一夹持杆(14)和第二夹持杆(15)组合形成对第一散热管(11)和第二散热管(12)的包围结构,所述第二夹持杆(15)的端部上固定安装有安装扣(16),所述安装扣(16)卡合安装在第一夹持杆(14)上,所述安装扣(16)和第一夹持杆(14)的连接方式为焊接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述安装座(41)的侧壁上固定安装有矩形连接条(62),所述矩形连接条(62)的侧壁上固定安装有矩形安装框架(61),所述矩形安 装框架(61)的内侧壁两侧均开设有侧边滑槽(63),所述侧边滑槽(63)内活动卡合安装有矩形限位滑板(68),所述矩形限位滑板(68)之间固定安装有风扇(67),所述风扇(67)的侧壁上固定安装有矩形长条(71),所述矩形长条(71)的上下两侧均固定安装有弹簧(73),所述弹簧(73)的端部上固定安装有弹性板(72),所述弹性板(72)活动卡合在侧边滑槽(63)内。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述储存机构包括第一L形板(22),所述第一L形板(22)固定安装在矩形顶板(2)上,所述第一L形板(22)的上表面设置有横向连接杆(25),所述横向连接杆(25)的上表面固定安装有两个倾斜支撑杆(24),所述倾斜支撑杆(24)之间固定安装有弧形板(26)进行连接,所述弧形板(26)的上设置有第二圆弧板(28),所述倾斜支撑杆(24)设置有第一圆弧板(27),所述第一圆弧板(27)的两侧固定安装有矩形安装板(29),所述矩形安装板(29)通过螺栓螺纹安装在倾斜支撑杆(24)上,所述第一圆弧板(27)的内侧也固定安装有第二圆弧板(28),所述第二圆弧板(28)内活动卡合安装有储油柜(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种油浸式配电变压器,其特征在于,所述倾斜支撑杆(24)的下表面固定安装有圆形提升杆(35),所述圆形提升杆(35)活动卡合在第一L形板(22)上,所述圆形提升杆(35)的侧壁上开设有等距均匀排列的圆形螺孔(33),所述圆形提升杆(35)外活动卡合安装有弧形卡扣(32),所述弧形卡扣(32)之间设置有矩形连接杆(31)进行连接,所述弧形卡扣(32)上螺纹安装有第一圆形螺栓(34),所述第一圆形螺栓(34)螺纹安装在圆形螺孔(33)内。
