本申请要求于2022年09月05日提交中国专利局、申请号为202211094965.2、申请名称为“显示面板和显示装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
随着用户对电子设备的屏占比的要求越来越高,全面屏是手机终端发展的主要趋势。其中,将摄像头等感光元件设置于显示屏的屏下是实现全面屏的重要技术,通过该技术,显示屏不仅能够进行显示,同时还能保证感光元件的效果正常。但是,在感光元件设置于屏下时,会导致显示屏的显示均匀性不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种显示面板和显示装置,用以提升包括屏下感光元件的显示面板的显示效果。
第一方面,本申请提供一种显示面板,包括显示区;
所述显示区包括沿第一方向设置的第一显示区和至少一个第二显示区,所述第一显示区包括沿第二方向设置的第一子显示区和至少一个第二子显示区,所述第二子显示区用于设置感光器件;
所述显示区包括阵列分布的多个子像素,所述子像素包括第一子像素、第二子像素和第三子像素,所述第一子像素均位于所述第一子显示区,所述第二子像素均位于所述第二子显示区,所述第三子像素均位于所述第二显示区;
所述显示区还包括驱动单元,所述驱动单元包括第一驱动单元、第二驱动单元和第三驱动单元,所述第三驱动单元位于所述第二显示区,且与所述第三子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第三子像素发光;
所述第一驱动单元和所述第二驱动单元均位于所述第一子显示区,所述第一驱动单元与所述第一子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第一子像素发光,所述第二驱动单元与所述第二子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第二子像素发光;

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种显示面板和显示装置,至少实现了如下的有益效果:
本申请提供一种显示面板和显示装置,通过将用于设置感光器件的第二子显示区中对应的第二子像素所需电连接的第二驱动单元设置在第二子显示区之外,避免第二驱动单元对于第二子显示区的占用,且设置第二子显示区所在的第一显示区中各驱动单元在显示面板出光面的正投影小于或等于未设置第二子显示区的第二显示区中各驱动单元在显示面板出光面的正投影;从而达到在不改变显示面板中子像素发光位置和个数的基础上,在第二子显示区外增设第二驱动单元,使用第二驱动单元实现对于第二子显示区中各子像素的一驱一设计,保障显示面板的显示稳定性、均一性。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品必不特定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

显示区10包括沿第一方向设置的第一显示区X1和至少一个第二显示区X2,第一显示区X1包括沿第二方向设置的第一子显示区X11和至少一个第二子显示区X12,第二子显示区X12用于设置感光器件;
显示区10包括阵列分布的多个子像素20,子像素20包括第一子像素21、第二子像素22和第三子像素23,第一子像素21均位于第一子显示区X11,第二子像素22均位于第二子显示区X12,第三子像素23均位于第二显示区X2;
显示区10还包括驱动单元30,驱动单元30包括第一驱动单元31、第二驱动单元32和第三驱动单元33,第三驱动单元33位于第二显示区X2,且与第三子像素23一一对应电连接,以驱动各第三子像素23发光;

具体地,本申请提供了一种显示面板100,该显示面板100包括显示区10,本申请提供一种可选择的实施例为,沿第一方向上,显示区10包括相邻设置的第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2,第一显示区X1包括沿第二方向上依次设置的第一子显示区X11、第二子显示区X12和第一子显示区X11,其中,第二子显示区X12是用于设置感光器件的,这里的感光器件例如可以为摄像头等感光器件,本申请对于感光器件的具体类型并不做具体限定。
显示区10中包括有阵列分布的多个子像素20,按照子像素20在显示区10中位置的不同,本申请将显示区10中所包括的子像素20分为三类,分别为第一子像素21、第二子像素22和第三子像素23,其中,位于第一子显示区X11中的子像素20均为第一子像素21,位于第二子显示区X12中的子像素20均为第二子像素22,位于第二显示区X2中的子像素20均为第三子像素23。需要说明的是本申请所提供的第一子像素 21可根据显示需求具有相应的红色子像素、蓝色子像素、绿色子像素等,第二子像素22可根据显示需求具有相应的红色子像素、蓝色子像素、绿色子像素等,第三子像素23可根据显示需求具有相应的红色子像素、蓝色子像素、绿色子像素等,本申请对于各类子像素20所包括的颜色的种类和类型并不做具体限定,用户根据显示面板100的设计需求进行相应的调整即可。图1中示出的不同填充图案即可分别用于代表子像素的延颜色,例如尺寸大一点的、填充为斜线的方块代表蓝色子像素,尺寸小一点、填充为方形格子的方块代表红色,尺寸最小、填充为网格的矩形代表绿色;这只是本申请提供的一种可选择的实施例,本申请对于显示面板中各色子像素的尺寸、排布规律并不做具体限定,用户可根据实际需求进行相应的调整。
需要说明的是,显示面板100所包括的第一子像素21、第二子像素22和第三子像素23在整个显示区10中呈现出来的可为均匀化地、有规律排布的若干子像素20,避免出现子像素20排布密度不同的问题,从而保障显示面板100能够呈现均匀化的显示效果。也即,子像素20的排布结构并不随第一显示区X1中各子像素对应的设置驱动单元的位置进行调整。
对于显示区10中所设置的用于驱动子像素20的驱动单元30,本申请提供了一种可选择的设置方式为,驱动单元30中所包括的每一第一驱动单元31与显示区10中的各第一子像素21一一对应电连接,通过第一驱动单元31实现对于其电连接的第一子像素21的驱动,从而控制第一子像素21处于发光状态或熄灭状态;驱动单元30中所包括的每一第二驱动单元32与显示区10中的各第二子像素22一一对应电连接,通过第二驱动单元32实现对于其电连接的第二子像素22的驱动,从而控制第二子像素22处于发光状态或熄灭状态;驱动单元30中所包括的每一第三驱动单元33与显示区10中的各第三子像素23一一对应电连接,通过第三驱动单元33实现对于其电连接的第三子像素23的驱动,从而控制第三子像素23处于发光状态或熄灭状态。其中,本申请将第三驱动单元33均设置在第二显示区X2中,将第一驱动单元31和第二驱动单元32均设置在第一子显示区X11中,也即,不在用于设置感光器件的第二子显示区X12中设置驱动单元30,第二子显示区X12中各第二子像素22所需电连接的第二驱动单元32均被设置到第二子显示区X12之外,不需要占用第二子显示区X12的空间,能够避免由于空间不足设置多个第二子像素22只能够设置有对应的一个驱动单元30的情况,也能够避免驱动单元30的设置对于感光器件所占设置面积的影响,且还能够实现第二子像素22的一驱一设计,提高第二子显示区X12的解析度,使得第二子显示区X12和其余显示区10具有相同的解析度,有利于使得显示区10中各个区域的显示效果更加均匀,优化了显示面板100的显示效果。
此外,本申请将第二驱动单元32和第一驱动单元31均设置在第一子显示区X11中时,相较于现有设计中第一子显示区仅会对应设置有第一驱动单元的情况来说,需要压缩至少部分第一驱动单元31所占用的空间;因此,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,设置1/2<S1:S2≤1;也即设置第一显示区X1中每一驱动单元30的尺寸小于第二显示区X2中每一驱动单元30的尺寸,或是也可利用其他的方式设置第一显示区X1中每一 驱动单元30的尺寸等于第二显示区X2中每一驱动单元30的尺寸(后续实施例示出)。为了避免驱动单元30的设置难度增加、避免相关走线设置的复杂,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为,第一显示区X1中每一驱动单元30的尺寸小于第二显示区X2中每一驱动单元30的尺寸时,设定1/2<S1:S2,避免延伸设置时需经过第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2的走线出现倾斜过多的情况,保障显示面板100中走线设置的简洁性。
此外,本申请上述提供的显示面板100,能够达到在不改变显示面板100中子像素20发光位置和个数的基础上,在第二子显示区X12外增设第二驱动单元32,使用第二驱动单元32实现对于第二子显示区X12中各子像素20的一驱一设计,从而保障显示面板100的显示稳定性、均一性。
还需要补充的是,本申请对于显示区10中所包括的第一显示区X1的个数、第二显示区X2的个数并不做具体限定,例如,沿第一方向上,可具体为第一显示区X1两侧均包括第二显示区X2,或是多个第一显示区X1、第二显示区X2交替设置;此外,本申请对于第一显示区X1中所包括的第一子显示区X11的个数和第二子显示区X12的个数也不做具体限定,例如沿第二方向上,也可为仅包括相邻设置的一个第一子显示区X11和一个第二子显示区X12,或也可为多个第一子显示区X11、第二子显示区X12交替设置。
图2所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,请参照图1和图2,需要说明的是,为了清晰示出本申请显示面板中驱动单元的相关设置方式,图2中未示出子像素。可选地,第一显示区X1中,包括沿第一方向延伸、且沿第二方向排布的多个第一驱动单元列311;
第二显示区X2中,包括沿第一方向延伸、且沿第二方向排布的多个第二驱动单元列331;
当S1:S2<1时,沿第一方向上,同一子像素20列对应设置的第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331至少部分交叠。
具体地,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为,第一显示区X1中包括多个第一驱动单元列311,多个第一驱动单元列311均沿第一方向延伸、且沿第二方向排布;第二显示区X2中包括多个第二驱动单元列331,多个第二驱动单元列331均沿第一方向延伸、且沿第二方向排布;本申请提供的显示面板100中,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为S1:S2<1,此时,沿第一方向上,同一子像素20列对应设置的第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331并不是正好相对应的尺寸,而是会包括至少部分交叠面积;如此设置,沿第一方向上,相邻设置的第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331之间存在交叠面积的话,当需要设置一些沿第一方向延伸的走线来实现相邻设置的第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331中各驱动单元30的电连接时,该走线能够呈现为近乎直线型的设计,避免走线需要大幅偏移的情况出现,有利于简化相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线设置的简洁性。且如此设置,对于第二显示区X2中各驱动单元30的设置面积、尺寸并不需要调整,能够复用现有的制程实现第二显示区X2的 制作;只有第一显示区X1相对于第二显示区X2需要调整各驱动单元30的设置大小。
还需要补充的是,1/2<S1:S2≤1、1/2<S1:S2<1仅是本申请提供的可选择的实施例,且可以算是本申请提供的S1:S2的比较大的取值范围;此外,例如也可设置2/3<S1:S2<4/5、3/4<S1:S2<9/10等等,以尽可能使得沿第一方向上延伸设置的同一子像素20对应的子像素列设置的第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331存在交叠部分,以尽量减少电连接第一驱动单元列311和第二驱动单元列331中各驱动单元30的走线包括倾斜部分的数量,简化相关结构的制程。
图3所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,图4所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,请参照图2-图4,需要说明的是,为了清晰示出本申请显示面板中驱动单元的相关设置方式,图4中未示出子像素。可选地,显示区10包括沿第一方向延伸的多条第一数据线51和多条第二数据线52,第一数据线51电连接第三子像素23和第一子像素21,第二数据线52电连接第三子像素23和第二子像素22;
当S1:S2<1时,至少部分第一数据线51包括第一倾斜部511,第一倾斜部511的延伸方向与第一方向相交;第二数据线52包括第二倾斜部521,第二倾斜部521的延伸方向与第一方向相交;

具体地,本申请提供一种可选择的实施例为,显示区10包括沿第二方向上依次设置的第一区域Y1、第二区域Y2、第三区域Y3,其中,呈现为沿第一方向延伸的直线形式的第一数据线51具体位于第一区域Y1中、或第三区域Y3中、或既位于第一区域Y1中又位于第三区域Y3中(如图4示出),也即呈现为直线形式的第一数据线51设置在显示区10沿第二方向上靠近显示区10边缘的一侧。
设置至少几条第一数据线51呈现为沿第一方向延伸的直线,既能够实现第一数据线51对于沿第一方向设置的一列子像素20中包括的第一子像素21和第三子像素23对应的第一驱动单元31、第三驱动单元33的电连接,有利于方便该列对应的第一驱动单元31、第三驱动单元33、第一数据线51的规整化制作,有利于简化显示面板100相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线设置的简洁性。
再者,靠近显示区10边缘一侧设置的若干条数据线能够被呈现为直线形式设置时,偏向显示区10中心设置的其余数据线也不会存在过大的偏移量,即其余数据线存在的倾斜部分也不会倾斜的过于明显,从而能够使得显示面板100的整体制作工艺更为简单。
图6所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,请参照图6,需要说明的是,为了清晰示出本申请显示面板中驱动单元的相关设置方式,图6中未示出子像素。可选地,当S1:S2=1时,第二显示区X2包括虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二驱动单元32形成的第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同。
具体地,本申请提供的显示面板100中,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为S1:S2=1,为了达到S1:S2=1的设置,可在第二显示区X2中增设虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,设置虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同,也即使得第一显示区X1中增设的第二子第一驱动单元列321的列数与第二显示区X2中增设的虚置驱动单元列341的列数相同,从而维持显示面板100的第一显示区X1、第二显示区X2中具有相同列数的驱动单元30形成的驱动单元列。
上述结构设置下,可使得每个驱动单元列中对应设置的驱动单元30、数据线均呈现为规整化制作,具体地,数据线可呈现为直线式延伸,有利于简化显示面板100相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线设置的简洁性。规整化制作的驱动单元30、数据线的尺寸都是相同的,也可以保障整个显示区10具有相同的反射率,提升显示面板100的显示均一性。
图7所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,图8所示为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另一种示意图,请参照图7、图8,需要说明的是,为了清晰示 出本申请显示面板中驱动单元的相关设置方式,图7、图8中未示出子像素。可选地,当S1:S2=1时,第二显示区X2包括虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二驱动单元32形成的第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同,且虚置驱动单元列341和对应设置的第二子第一驱动单元列321沿第一方向同列设置。
具体地,本申请提供的显示面板100中,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为S1:S2=1,为了达到S1:S2=1的设置,可在第二显示区X2中增设虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,设置虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同,也即使得第一显示区X1中增设的第二子第一驱动单元列321的列数与第二显示区X2中增设的虚置驱动单元列341的列数相同,从而维持显示面板100的第一显示区X1、第二显示区X2中具有相同列数的驱动单元30形成的驱动单元列。
在此基础上,可进一步设置虚置驱动单元列341和对应设置的第二子第一驱动单元列321沿第一方向呈现为同列设置,此时也可设置第一显示区X1中设置的第三驱动单元33均与第二子显示区X12相邻设置,且对称设置于第二子显示区X12沿第二方向上的两侧,从而能够使得近乎所有的第一数据线51在沿第一方向延伸时均呈现为直线,只有第二数据线52需要存在部分倾斜部分(第二倾斜部521),如此设置,更多的驱动单元30和近乎所有的第一数据线51能够在同一工序下完成制作,能够使得显示面板100的整体制作工艺更为简单。
也即,在本申请提供的上述结构设置下,可使得显示面板100中更多的驱动单元列中对应设置的驱动单元30、数据线均呈现为规整化制作,有利于简化相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线设置的简洁性。规整化制作的驱动单元30、数据线的尺寸都是相同的,也可以保障整个显示区10具有相同的反射率,提升显示面板100的显示均一性。
请参照图6-图8,可选地,当S1:S2=1时,第二显示区X2包括虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二驱动单元32形成的第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同;
虚置驱动单元列341复用为修复电路。
具体地,本申请提供的显示面板100中,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为S1:S2=1,为了达到S1:S2=1的设置,可在第二显示区X2中增设虚置驱动单元34,虚置驱动单元34沿第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列341,设置虚置驱动单元列341的设置列数与第二子第一驱动单元列321的设置列数相同,也即使得第一显示区X1中增设的第二子第一驱动单元列321的列数与第二显示区X2中增设的虚置驱动单元列341的列数相同,从而维持显示面板100的第一显示区X1、第二显示区X2中具有相同列数的驱动单元30形成的驱动单元列。在此基础上,可进一步设置虚置驱动单元列341和对应设置的 第二子第一驱动单元列321沿第一方向呈现为同列设置。
在此基础上,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为,将虚置驱动单元列341复用为修复电路;现有技术中,修复电路是设置在显示面板的非显示区的,即设置在显示区的外围边框中的,本申请将虚置驱动单元列341复用为修复电路,避免显示面板100中既设置虚置驱动单元34又设置修复电路对于显示面板100空间的过多占用,简化显示面板100制程,且能够满足当下用户对于显示面板100窄边框化的设计需求。
上述结构设置下,可使得每个驱动单元列中对应设置的驱动单元30、数据线均呈现为规整化制作,且对增设的虚置驱动单元列341进行复用,有利于简化相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线等结构设置的简洁性。规整化制作的驱动单元30、数据线的尺寸都是相同的,也可以保障整个显示区10具有相同的反射率,提升显示面板100的显示均一性。
请参照图2、图6、图7,可选地,第一显示区X1中,包括沿第一方向延伸、且沿第二方向排布设置的多个第一驱动单元列311;

具体地,本申请还提供一种包括第一驱动单元31的驱动单元列、第二驱动单元32的驱动单元列可选择的设置方式为,第一显示区X1中多个沿第一方向延伸设置的第一驱动单元列311包括由多个第一驱动单元31形成的第一子第一驱动单元列3111、及由多个第二驱动单元32形成的第二子第一驱动单元列321,可设置至少一个第二子第一驱动单元列321位于相邻设置的两个第一子第一驱动单元列3111之间、也可将至 少一个第二子第一驱动单元列321挨着第二子显示区X12设置,即至少一个第二子第一驱动单元列321位于一个第一子第一驱动单元列3111与第二子显示区X12之间,以使得第二子第一驱动单元列321在第二方向上能够更加地贴近第二子显示区X12设置,减小第二子第一驱动单元列321对应设置的第二数据线52所包括的第二倾斜部521的长度,减小第二子第一驱动单元列321对应设置的第二数据线52所包括的第二倾斜部521相比于第一方向的倾斜角度,如此,有利于简化相关结构的制程,保障显示面板100中走线等元器件设置的简洁性。
需要说明的是,本申请对于第一显示区X1中所包括的其它第二子第一驱动单元列321的列数并不做具体限定,可根据第二子显示区X12中所包括的第二子像素22的列数进行设置;本申请对于第一显示区X1中其它第二子第一驱动单元列321具体的设置位置不做具体限定,用户可以根据显示面板100的实际设计需求进行相应的调节。

具体地,本申请还提供一种可选择的实施例为,显示面板100在包括第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2的基础上,进一步包括位于第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2之间的第三显示区X3,可设置第三显示区X3包括沿第二方向排布的至少一行第四子像素24,如图11所示出的,第二显示区X2中的驱动单元30形成的驱动单元行的数量比第二显示区X2内子像素20形成的子像素行的数量多一行,因此可以在第二显示区X2中富裕出来一行驱动单元行用于与第三显示区X3中的第四子像素24电连接,也即,可设置第四子像素24与位于第二显示区X2中的第三驱动单元33一一对应电连接,第三驱动单元33也用于驱动电连接的各第四子像素24发光;也即,在第三显示区X3中包括有一行第四子像素24时,在第二显示区X2中增设一行第三驱动单元33即可;此时,增设的第三显示区X3中可以不需要设置驱动单元30,可设置增设的第三显示区X3仅用于第一数据线51所包括的第一倾斜部511的设置、以及第二数据线52所包括的第二倾斜部521的设置,避免需要倾斜设置的第一倾斜部511、第二倾斜部521对于该区域内其它结构件的耦合影响,保障显示面板100的良好显示效果。
此外,本申请增设了第三显示区X3之后,位于整个显示区10内的所有子像素20均是呈均匀化排布的,且每一子像素20都有对应电连接的驱动单元30,从而有利于保障显示面板100的均一化显示。

需要补充的是,其中第一金属层61可具体为显示面板100中的M3走线层,通过M3走线层来设置数据线50,相比于其它金属层能够在一定程度上降低数据线50的负载;第二金属层62可具体为显示面板100中的M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层中的任一层,也即第一数据线5051和第二数据线5052在第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2内可通过M3走线层进行走线设置,在第三显示区X3中对于有需要跨层走线的数据线50可选择跳线至M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层中的任一层进行走线设置即可。其中,M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层、M3走线层在显示面板100的厚度方向上自下而上以此设置,相当于第一走线层至第四走线层。

具体地,本申请还提供一种可选择的实施例为,显示面板100在包括第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2的基础上,进一步包括位于第一显示区X1和第二显示区X2之间的第三显示区X3,可设置第三显示区X3包括沿第二方向排布的至少一行第四子像素24,还包括沿第二方向排布的至少一行第四驱动单元35,第四驱动单元35的数量与第四子像素24的数量相同,第四驱动单元35用于一一驱动对应电连接的第四子像素24。此种实施例中,在第三显示区X3中设置了驱动单元30,第三显示区X3中的第四驱动单元35可为和数据线50异层设置,以实现第三显示区X3中第四驱动单元35和数据线50的同时设置。如此设置,可保障整个显示区10具有近乎相同的反射率,提升显示面板100的显示均一性。
请参照图4,可选地,显示区10包括沿第一方向延伸的多条第一数据线51和多条第二数据线52,第一数据线51电连接第三子像素23和第一子像素21,第二数据线52电连接第三子像素23和第二子像素22;
当S1:S2<1时,至少部分第一数据线51包括第一倾斜部511,第一倾斜部511的延伸方向与第一方向相交;第二数据线52包括第二倾斜部521,第二倾斜部521的延伸方向与第一方向相交;

显示面板100至少包括两个金属层(未示出),如沿显示面板100的厚度方向上层叠设置的第一金属层61和第二金属层62,可设置部分数据线在沿第一方向上延伸时,可设置第一数据线51、第二数据线52所包括的第一倾斜部511、第二倾斜部521是位于第二显示区X2内的、且位于第二显示区X2内靠近第一显示区X1的一侧,可设置第二倾斜部521位于第二金属层62,第一数据线51及其所包括的第一倾斜部511、除去第二倾斜部521之外的第二数据线52的其他部分均位于第一金属层61,以实现部分第一数据线51和第二数据线52在第二显示区X2内的、且位于第二显示区X2内靠近第一显示区X1的一侧的某一位置存在交叠面积的情况,能够保障第一数据线51 和第二数据线52在第二显示区X2内的、且位于第二显示区X2内靠近第一显示区X1的一侧所需的多种走线方式,保障各数据线的正常功能。
需要补充的是,其中第一金属层61可具体为显示面板100中的M3走线层,通过M3走线层来设置数据线,相比于其它金属层能够在一定程度上降低数据线的负载;第二金属层62可具体为显示面板100中的M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层中的任一层,也即第一数据线51、第二数据线52除第二倾斜部521之外均可通过M3走线层进行走线设置,第二倾斜部521可选择跳线至M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层中的任一层进行走线设置即可。其中,M1走线层、MC走线层、M2走线层、M3走线层在显示面板100的厚度方向上自下而上以此设置,相当于第一走线层至第四走线层。
图13所示本申请实施例提供的显示面板的一种局部截面图,请参照图3和图13,可选地,第一驱动单元31包括第一驱动晶体管319,第一驱动晶体管319包括第一沟道区,第一沟道区的宽长比为R1,第二驱动单元32包括第二驱动晶体管329,第二驱动晶体管329包括第二沟道区,第二沟道区的宽长比为R2,第三驱动单元33包括第三驱动晶体管339,第三驱动晶体管339包括第三沟道区,第三沟道区的宽长比为R3;R3>R1、且R3>R2。
具体地由于第二显示区X2中,驱动单元30与对应的发光元件偏移量大,阳极RE连接线较长;第一显示区X1中临近第二子显示区X12的若干驱动单元30与对应的发光元件偏移量小,阳极RE连接线较短;第一显示区X1中其它的驱动单元30与对应的发光元件偏移量、大于第一显示区X1中临近第二子显示区X12的若干驱动单元30与对应的发光元件偏移量;为了实现第二子显示区X12的高透光率,可设置为第二子显示区X12、及第一显示区X1中临近第二子显示区X12的发光元件的面积最小;为了保证显示面板100的显示均一性,考虑到阳极RE负载大小和发光元件的面积大小,本申请通过在S1:S2<1时,设置位于第二显示区X2中的第三驱动晶体管339的第三沟道区的宽长比、大于位于第一显示区X1中的第一驱动晶体管319的第一沟道区的宽长比,且大于位于第一显示区X1中的第二驱动晶体管329的第二沟道区的宽长比,从而保障显示面板100的良好显示效果。
请结合图13参照图3,可选地,显示区10包括沿第一方向延伸的多条第一数据线51和多条第二数据线52,第一数据线51电连接第三子像素23和第一子像素21,第二数据线52电连接第三子像素23和第二子像素22;
当S1:S2<1时,至少部分第一数据线51包括第一倾斜部511,第一倾斜部511的延伸方向与第一方向相交;第二数据线52包括第二倾斜部521,第二倾斜部521的延伸方向与第一方向相交;
显示面板100包括衬底,每一子像素20均包括位于衬底一侧的阳极金属层RE,第二倾斜部521在衬底所在平面的正投影与阳极金属层RE在衬底所在平面的正投影不交叠。

本申请提供的显示面板100包括衬底,其上设置的发光元件均包括阳极金属层RE,为了避免数据线所包括的倾斜部对于阳极平坦度的影响,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为,数据线呈折线式走线,避免数据线与阳极金属层RE存在交叠面积,从而避免数据线对于阳极平坦度的影响,保障显示面板100的整体反射率,避免显示面板100出现明显的色偏问题,保障显示面板100的显示均一性。
此外,若是需要设置数据线的至少部分与子像素20的阳极具有交叠面积的话,例如第二倾斜部521和某个子像素20的阳极具有交叠面积,尽量设置第二倾斜部521的路径能够对其所经过的子像素20的阳极进行平分,以使得该子像素20的阳极除与第二倾斜部521交叠的部分外具有对称的反射率,能够在一定程度上降低第二倾斜部521的设置对于显示面板100均匀放射率的影响;进一步地,沿第二方向上,位于显示面板100中线两侧,若包括多个数据线与子像素20的阳极交叠的面积时,设置这些交叠面积以显示面板100中线为对称轴呈现为对称设置,从而使得数据线的设置对于显示面板100沿第二方向上的反射率影响呈现为对称式分布,使得显示面板100沿第二方向上的显示效果以显示面板100中线为对称相同,相比于数据线和子像素20阳极交叠面积胡乱分布来说,能够避免显示面板100出现明显的色偏问题,进而提升显示面板100的显示效果。
此外,若是需要设置数据线的至少部分与子像素20的阳极具有交叠面积的话,也可设置数据线与对应子像素20的整个阳极均具有交叠面积,避免阳极出现凸起区域或是凹陷区域,如此也能够在一定程度上减弱对于整个显示面板100反射率的影响,避免显示面板100出现明显的色偏问题,保障显示面板100的整体显示效果。
还需要补充的是,为了避免第二倾斜部521对于其所经过的子像素20中N1节点(第一节点)电位的影响,本申请提供了一种可选择的设置方式为,在N1节点对应的M2走线层上方的M3走线层中增设一个金属件,使用该金属件覆盖住N1节点相关的M2走线层及poly层,进而设置该金属件与该子像素20中对应设置的PVDD信号线电连接,以避免第二倾斜部521对于N1节点电位的影响,保障显示面板100的工作性能,保障显示面板100的显示效果。
此外,为了避免第二倾斜部521对于其所经过的子像素20中N1节点电位的影响,也可设置第二倾斜部521避开N1节点对应的M2走线层及poly层这一区域,也即第二倾斜部521在显示面板100中与N1节点对应的M2走线层及poly层这一区域不存在交叠面积,从而避免第二倾斜部521对于N1节点电位的影响,保障显示面板100的工作性能,保障显示面板100的显示效果。
请参照图3,,可选地,显示区10包括沿第一方向延伸的多条第一数据线51和多 条第二数据线52,第一数据线51电连接第三子像素23和第一子像素21,第二数据线52电连接第三子像素23和第二子像素22;
当S1:S2<1时,至少部分第一数据线51包括第一倾斜部511,第一倾斜部511的延伸方向与第一方向相交;第二数据线52包括第二倾斜部521,第二倾斜部521的延伸方向与第一方向相交;
显示面板100包括衬底,每一第二倾斜部521在衬底所在表面的正投影、与至少一个第三子像素23在衬底所在表面的正投影交叠;同一显示面板100中,每一第二倾斜部521对应交叠的第三子像素23均为第一颜色子像素20。
具体地,本申请还提供一种可选择的设置方式为,显示区10中包括多条沿第一方向延伸的第一数据线51和第二数据线52,通过每条第一数据线51实现沿第一方向延伸设置的各列第三子像素23和第一子像素21的电连接,通过每条第二数据线52实现沿第一方向延伸设置的各列第三子像素23和第二子像素22的电连接;由于数据线50在显示区01中的具体走向是根据驱动单元30的走向来设置的,本申请提供的显示面板100中,第一显示区X1中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影为S1,第二显示区X2中,每一驱动单元30在显示面板100出光面的正投影面积为S2,本申请提供一种可选择的设置方式为S1:S2<1,此时,如图3所示出的,存在部分第一数据线51包括位于第二显示区X2中靠近第一显示区X1一侧的第一倾斜部511,第二数据线52均包括位于第二显示区X2中靠近第一显示区X1一侧的第二倾斜部521,第一倾斜部511、第二倾斜部521的延伸方向均与第一方向相交。
本申请提供的显示面板100包括衬底,可设置每一显示面板100中所包括的所有第二数据线52对应的第二倾斜部521均与相同颜色的第三子像素23具有交叠面积;若是第二倾斜部521的设置对具有交叠面积的相同颜色的第三子像素23的显示效果造成不良影响时,用户在对显示面板100中存在显示不良的问题进行改善的时候,可仅对相同颜色的子像素20进行补偿,以改善显示面板100的显示均一性,不需要分别对不同颜色子像素20进行分别补偿改善,从而降低了显示面板100制程、调控的繁琐程度,以比较简单的调节方式就能够使得显示面板100具有良好的显示效果。
图14所示为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的一种示意图,请结合图1-图13参照图14,基于同一发明构思,本申请还提供了一种显示装置200,该显示装置200包括显示面板100,显示面板100为本申请提供的任一种显示面板100。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的显示装置200的实施例可参见上述显示面板100的实施例,重复指出不再赘述。本申请所提供的显示装置200可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品和部件。
通过上述实施例可知,本发明提供的显示面板和显示装置,至少实现了如下的有益效果:
本申请提供一种显示面板和显示装置,通过将用于设置感光器件的第二子显示区中对应的第二子像素所需电连接的第二驱动单元设置在第二子显示区之外,避免第二驱动单元对于第二子显示区的占用,且设置第二子显示区所在的第一显示区中各驱动单元在显示面板出光面的正投影小于或等于未设置第二子显示区的第二显示区中各驱动单元在显示面板出光面的正投影;从而达到在不改变显示面板中子像素发光位置和 个数的基础上,在第二子显示区外增设第二驱动单元,使用第二驱动单元实现对于第二子显示区中各子像素的一驱一设计,保障显示面板的显示稳定性、均一性。

  1. 一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括显示区;
    所述显示区包括沿第一方向设置的第一显示区和至少一个第二显示区,所述第一显示区包括沿第二方向设置的第一子显示区和至少一个第二子显示区,所述第二子显示区用于设置感光器件;
    所述显示区包括阵列分布的多个子像素,所述子像素包括第一子像素、第二子像素和第三子像素,所述第一子像素均位于所述第一子显示区,所述第二子像素均位于所述第二子显示区,所述第三子像素均位于所述第二显示区;
    所述显示区还包括驱动单元,所述驱动单元包括第一驱动单元、第二驱动单元和第三驱动单元,所述第三驱动单元位于所述第二显示区,且与所述第三子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第三子像素发光;
    所述第一驱动单元和所述第二驱动单元均位于所述第一子显示区,所述第一驱动单元与所述第一子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第一子像素发光,所述第二驱动单元与所述第二子像素一一对应电连接,以驱动各所述第二子像素发光;

    当S1:S2=1时,所述第二显示区包括虚置驱动单元,所述虚置驱动单元沿所述第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列,所述虚置驱动单元列的设置列数与所述第二驱动单元形成的第二子第一驱动单元列的设置列数相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
    当S1:S2=1时,所述第二显示区包括虚置驱动单元,所述虚置驱动单元沿所述第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列,所述虚置驱动单元列的设置列数与所述第二驱动单元形成的第二子第一驱动单元列的设置列数相同,且所述虚置驱动单元列和对应设置的所述第二子第一驱动单元列沿所述第一方向同列设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
    当S1:S2=1时,所述第二显示区包括虚置驱动单元,所述虚置驱动单元沿所述第一方向形成虚置驱动单元列,所述虚置驱动单元列的设置列数与所述第二驱动单元形成的第二子第一驱动单元列的设置列数相同;
    所述虚置驱动单元列复用为修复电路。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
    所述第一显示区中,包括沿所述第一方向延伸、且沿所述第二方向排布设置的多个第一驱动单元列;
    所述第一驱动单元列包括第一子第一驱动单元列和第二子第一驱动单元列,所述第一子第一驱动单元列包括所述第一驱动单元,所述第二子第一驱动单元列包括所述第二驱动单元;
    至少一组相邻设置的两个所述第一子第一驱动单元列之间,包括至少1个所述第二子第一驱动单元列。

    所述第一显示区中,包括沿所述第一方向延伸、且沿所述第二方向排布设置的多个第一驱动单元列;
    所述第一驱动单元列包括第一子第一驱动单元列和第二子第一驱动单元列,所述第一子第一驱动单元列包括所述第一驱动单元,所述第二子第一驱动单元列包括所述第二驱动单元;
    至少1个第二子第一驱动单元列位于所述第一子第一驱动单元列与所述第二子显示区之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括第三显示区,所述第三显示区位于所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区之间;
    所述第三显示区包括沿所述第二方向排布的至少一行第四子像素;所述第四子像素与所述第三驱动单元一一对应电连接,所述第三驱动单元也用于驱动电连接的各所述第四子像素发光;
    其中,所述第三子像素、所述第四子像素在所述第二显示区和所述第三显示区中阵列排布。

    所述显示面板包括多条沿所述第一方向延伸、且沿所述第二方向排布的数据线;
    所述显示面板包括第一金属层和第二金属层;
    至少部分所述数据线在所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区内位于所述第一金属层,在所述第三显示区内位于所述第二金属层。

  20. 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
    所述显示区包括沿所述第一方向延伸的多条第一数据线和多条第二数据线,所述第一数据线电连接所述第三子像素和所述第一子像素,所述第二数据线电连接所述第三子像素和所述第二子像素;
    当S1:S2<1时,至少部分所述第一数据线包括第一倾斜部,所述第一倾斜部的延伸方向与所述第一方向相交;所述第二数据线包括第二倾斜部,所述第二倾斜部的延伸方向与所述第一方向相交;
    所述显示面板包括衬底,每一所述第二倾斜部在所述衬底所在表面的正投影、与至少一个所述第三子像素在所述衬底所在表面的正投影交叠;同一所述显示面板中,每一所述第二倾斜部对应交叠的所述第三子像素均为第一颜色子像素。
  21. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-20之任一项所述的显示面板。
