Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for dyeing and cleansing hair, comprising an amphoteric surfactant, a cationic polymer, polyquaternium-39, colorants including a basic dye and a nitro-dye, and purified water, wherein the composition for dyeing and cleansing hair according to the present invention enables simultaneously cleansing and coloring hair and has excellent cleansing power and coloring power for hair, especially white hair.

Gray hair generally occurs as aging progresses, and many studies have been conducted on dyes that dye white hair black to hide the resulting white hair. Conventional dyes cause hair damage in the process of turning hair acidic to facilitate dye penetration into the hair. Oxidation-type black hair dyes are widely used, but the use of oxidizing agents can cause damage to the skin.

To solve this problem, products have appeared that adjust the pH of the hair or have a temporary dyeing effect by applying it to the surface without chemical treatment.

However, among these products, products that used dye in a liquid formulation caused problems such as staining the skin as well as the hair when applied, or contaminating clothes by partially spreading in rainwater, etc., and mascara types using pigments were exposed to sweat, rainwater, sebum, etc. after application. There is a problem with hair color being easily erased and restored to its original state.

The present invention provides a hair dyeing detergent composition that not only allows simultaneous cleaning and coloring of hair, but also has excellent cleaning and coloring power for hair, especially white hair.

One embodiment provides a hair coloring detergent composition including an amphoteric surfactant, a cationic polymer, polyquaternium-39, a colorant including a basic dye and a nitro dye, and purified water.

The amphoteric surfactants include cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine, lauryl betaine, coco-betaine, myristyl betaine, cocodimethylcarboxymethylbetaine, lauryldimethylcarboxymethylbetaine, and cocamido. The hair dye detergent composition according to one embodiment may include an amphoteric surfactant, a cationic polymer, polyquaternium-39, a pigment including a basic dye and a nitro dye, and purified water.

When using a hair dyeing detergent composition composed of the above ingredients, it is possible to clean and color hair at the same time. In addition to excellent cleaning power, the adhesion of the pigment to white hair is especially strengthened, resulting in excellent coloring power.

White hair has a high carbon and sulfur content, while black hair has a high oxygen content. White hair has higher levels of high-sulfur proteins than black hair, and as a result, it forms a more dense structure due to covalent disulfide bonds between molecules. White hair made of this high-sulfur protein has a high binding force due to its gocystin composition, but has a relatively low hydrophilicity compared to black hair due to the lack of empty pores that can form capillary action.

According to one embodiment, it is possible to obtain a hair dyeing detergent composition that not only has excellent cleaning power but also has enhanced coloring power for white hair, which is relatively difficult to color with pigment due to the above-mentioned characteristics.

The amphoteric surfactants include cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine, lauryl betaine, coco-betaine, myristyl betaine, cocodimethylcarboxymethylbetaine, lauryldimethylcarboxymethylbetaine, and cocamido. Since the pigments used together, especially basic dyes, have cationic characteristics, rather than using an anionic surfactant alone, by using a non-ionic amphoteric surfactant in a predetermined pH range, for example, pH 5.0 to pH 6.5. It can increase the adhesion of pigments.

The amphoteric surfactant may be included in an amount of 5% by weight to 15% by weight, for example, in an amount of 8% by weight to 15% by weight, based on the total amount of the hair dye detergent composition. The hair dyeing detergent composition may further include an anionic surfactant. When the amphoteric surfactant and anionic surfactant are used together, it is possible to have high coloring power and at the same time increase cleaning power.

The cationic polymer and the polyquaternium-39 serve as a bridge to help the pigment adhere more effectively to the hair, and thus provide hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions even to the relatively hydrophobic hair on the scalp. This allows the pigment to adhere evenly and strengthens the adhesion of the pigment to the hair. In particular, the adhesion of pigments to white hair, which is relatively difficult to color, can be strengthened because the composition, structure, and properties of hair are different from those of black hair.

Among these, the cationic polymer plays a role in adhesion and retention of pigments, and the polyquaternium-39 plays a useful role in adhesion and penetration of pigments.

The cationic polymer is guahydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10, polyquaternium-16, polyquaternium-22, polyquaternium-44, polyquaternium It may include polyquaternium-52, polyquaternium-53, polyquaternium-101, or a combination thereof.

The cationic polymer may be included in an amount of 0.1% by weight to 1% by weight, for example, 0.2% by weight to 0.8% by weight, or 0.2% by weight to 0.5% by weight, based on the total amount of the hair dye detergent composition. When the cationic polymer is included in the above content range, the coloring power of the pigment on hair, especially white hair, may be enhanced.

The polyquaternium-39 may be included in an amount of 0.01 wt% to 0.5 wt%, for example, 0.01 wt% to 0.3 wt%, 0.01 wt% to 0.1 wt%, based on the total amount of the hair dyeing detergent composition. there is. When polyquaternium-39 is included in the above content range, the coloring power of the pigment on hair, especially white hair, can be strengthened.

The dye may include basic dye and nitro dye.

The basic dye has cationic characteristics and has a relatively high molecular weight. The nitro dye is nonionic and has a relatively small molecular weight, making it easy to penetrate the hair cuticle. Such nitro dyes may include aminonitrophenol-based compounds.

The aminonitrophenol-based compound may include 2-amino-6chloro-4-nitrophenol, 4-hydroxypropylamino-3-nitrophenol, or a combination thereof.

The colorant may include 80% to 99% by weight of a basic dye and 1% to 20% by weight of a nitro dye, for example, 90% to 99% by weight of a basic dye and 1% to 10% by weight of a nitro dye. % may be included. When basic dye and nitro dye are mixed and used in the above content ratio range, the coloring power of the dye on hair, especially white hair, can be enhanced.

The pigment may be included in an amount of 0.01% by weight to 1% by weight, for example, 0.1% by weight to 1% by weight, or 0.3% by weight to 1% by weight, based on the total amount of the hair dye detergent composition. When the pigment is included in the above content range, a hair dyeing detergent composition with excellent hair cleaning and coloring power can be obtained.

Basic dyes and nitro dyes corresponding to pigments can be evenly attached to the hair through the bridge role of cationic polymer and polyquaternium-39, thereby realizing coloring power enhanced by the characteristics of basic dyes and nitro dyes. You can.

The purified water may be included as a residual amount relative to the total amount of the hair dye detergent composition.

The hair dye detergent composition according to one embodiment may have pH 5.0 to pH 6.5, for example, pH 5.0 to pH 6.0. If the pH of the hair dyeing detergent composition is within the above range, excellent cleaning power and enhanced coloring power can be secured.

In addition, the hair dyeing detergent composition may further include additives commonly used in the production of hair cosmetics.

The additives may include surfactants, fatty substances, wetting substances, oils, fragrances, pH adjusters, viscosity modifiers, preservatives, vitamins, proteins, or combinations thereof.

The additive may be included in an amount of 0.1 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight, for example, 1 part by weight to 8 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the hair dye detergent composition. When the additive is included within the above content range, the desired physical properties can be obtained while maintaining the enhanced coloring power of the hair dyeing detergent composition.

Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5

A hair dyeing detergent composition was prepared according to the composition in Table 1 below. At this time, the total amount of each hair dyeing detergent composition is 100% by weight.

In Table 1 below, the amphoteric surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine, the anionic surfactant is sodium laureth-6carboxylate, the cationic polymer is polyquaternium-7, and the basic dye is basic orange 31. Blue, Basic Yellow No. 87, and Basic Blue No. 99 were mixed and used in a weight ratio of 1:2.6:6, and 4-hydroxypropylamino-3-nitrophenol was used as a nitro dye.

Evaluation 1: Hair coloring power evaluation

Figure 1 is a graph showing the coloring power of hair according to the number of times when the hair dyeing detergent composition according to Example 1 was repeatedly applied.

Referring to Figure 1, it can be seen that excellent coloring power on hair is achieved when using the hair dyeing detergent composition for hair according to Example 1 once, and that the coloring power is further improved upon repeated use.

In addition, referring to Table 3, it can be seen that in Examples 1 and 2, the color difference (ΔE) value increases as the number of treatments with the hair dyeing detergent composition increases compared to Comparative Examples 1 to 5. In the case of the hair dyeing detergent composition according to the embodiment, it can be seen that the coloring power is excellent as it is used repeatedly.

Evaluation 2: Evaluation of usability

In order to evaluate the feeling of use, 30 adult women were selected to use the hair dyeing detergent compositions prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5, and then evaluated on a 5-point scale in the following questionnaire, and the results were evaluated. It is shown in Table 4 below.

Evaluation 3: Skin irritation evaluation

A primary skin irritation test was performed on the hair dyeing detergent compositions prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 on 20 people with healthy skin. A patch was applied to the subject's inner upper arm using Finn Chambers on scanpor tape for 48 hours, and responses 1 hour and 24 hours after removal of the patch were evaluated based on ICDRG evaluation standards. Skin reactivity was calculated 1 hour and 24 hours after patch removal using Equation 1 according to the judgment criteria in Tables 5 and 6 below, and the results are shown in Table 7 below.
