本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及振动系统和磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的第一主磁钢和第一副磁钢、贴设于所述第一主磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的主极芯以及贴设于所述第一副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板,所述上夹板包括本体部以及自所述本体部向所述下夹板凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽包括底板以及连接所述本体部和所述底板的连接臂,所述底板比所述本体部更靠近所述下夹板,所述扬声器还包括置于所述凹槽中的第二副磁钢,所述底板夹设在所述第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢之间。本发明的扬声器提高了音圈的BL值。

技术领域】
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。

背景技术】
随着移动互联网时代的到来,电子产品的更新换代越来越快,人们对电子产品的各方面性能的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,电声系统需要不断的提升性能,高品质的扬声器便是实现这个高品质音乐功能的必备条件之一。
相关技术的扬声器通常包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢,主磁钢和副磁钢之间形成磁间隙,音圈置于磁间隙中。当扬声器整体高度较高时,音圈距离磁路系统较远,不能充分利用磁路磁场,降低了音圈的BL值。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。

发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种提高了音圈的BL值的扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈组件,所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的第一主磁钢和第一副磁钢、贴设于所述第一主磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的主极芯以及贴设于所述第一副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板,所述上夹板包括本体部以及自所述本体部向所述下夹板凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽包括底板以及连接所述本体部和所述底板的连接臂,所述底板比所述本体部更靠近所述下夹板,所述扬声器还包括置于所述凹槽中的第二副磁钢,所述底板夹设在所述第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢之间。
优选的,所述扬声器还包括贴设于所述主极芯远离所述第一主磁钢一侧的第二主磁钢。
优选的,所述上夹板为中空环状结构,所述凹槽位于上夹板的长轴边。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括与所述音圈组件连接的柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括与所述盆架连接第一固定部、与所述音圈组件连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述柔性线路板位于所述扬声器的短轴边。
优选的,所述柔性线路板位于所述上夹板和下夹板之间,所述柔性线路板的弹力臂沿所述振膜的振动方向的投影位于所述下夹板。
优选的,所述第一副磁钢位于所述扬声器的长轴边。
优选的,所述第二副磁钢的高度等于所述凹槽的高度。
优选的,所述音圈组件包括球顶部以及连接所述球顶部和盆架的折环部,所述球顶部位于所述折环部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧,所述音圈组件与所述球顶部固定连接。
优选的,所述音圈组件包括与所述球顶部连接的骨架和与所述骨架连接的音圈。
本发明的扬声器通过在下夹板设置凹槽用于放置第二副磁钢,有效提高了磁路系统的性能,同时提升了音圈的BL值。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本发明领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,本发明提供一种扬声器100,所述扬声器100包括盆架10以及固定于所述盆架10上的振动系统20和磁路系统30。
所述振动系统20包括振膜21、驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈组件22以及与所述音圈组件22连接的柔性线路板23。所述振膜21包括球顶部211以及与所述盆架10和球顶211固定的折环部212,所述球顶部211位于所述折环部212靠近所述磁路系统30的一侧,所述音圈组件22与球顶部211固定连接。具体的,所述音圈组件22包括与所述球顶部211连接的骨架221和与所述骨架221连接的音圈222。骨架221的设置,可以使得音圈222离磁路系统30更近,从而提升音圈222的BL值。所述柔性线路板23包括与所述盆架10连接第一固定部231、与所述音圈222连接的第二固定部232以及连接所述第一固定部231和第二固定部232的弹力臂233,所述柔性线路板23位于所述扬声器100的短轴边,柔性线路板23不仅与所述音圈222电连接,还可以给音圈222提供固定支撑。
一并参照图5所示,所述磁路系统30包括下夹板31、固定于所述下夹板31且间隔设置的第一主磁钢321和第一副磁钢322、贴设于所述第一主磁钢321远离所述下夹板31一侧的主极芯331、贴设于所述第一副磁钢322远离所述下夹板31一侧的上夹板332以及贴设于所述主极芯331远离所述第一主磁钢321一侧的第二主磁钢341。第一主磁钢321和第一副磁钢322之间形成磁间隙301,音圈222位于磁间隙301中。具体的,第一副磁钢322仅位于扬声器100的长轴边,扬声器100的短轴边不设置第一副磁钢322,可供柔性线路板23的弹力臂233提供振动空间。即,柔性线路板23位于上夹板332和下夹板31之间,柔性线路板23的弹力臂233沿振膜21的振动方向的投影位于下夹板31。另外,,下夹板31设有向振动系统20方向弯折延伸的延伸部310,延伸部310位于下夹板31的短轴边。
在本实施方式中,所述上夹板332包括本体部3323以及自所述本体部3323向所述下夹板31凹陷的凹槽3320,所述凹槽3320包括底板3321以及连接所述本体部3323和所述底板3321的连接臂3322,所述底板3321比所述本体部3323更靠近所述下夹板31,所述扬声器100还包括置于所述凹槽3320中的第二副磁钢342,所述底板3321夹设在所述第一副磁钢322和第二副磁钢342之间。由此,充分利用了扬声器100的内部空间,使得音圈222更好的利用磁场,有效提高音圈222的BL值。
进一步的,上夹板332为中空环状结构,凹槽3320仅设置于上夹板332的长轴边。上夹板332的短轴边高于上夹板332的长轴边,上夹板332的短轴边可为柔性线路板23提供振动空间,提高扬声器100的性能。
另外,凹槽3320的底板3321与本体部3323平行,连接臂3322垂直于底板3321和本体部3323。另外,第二副磁钢342的高度与凹槽3320的高度齐平,即第二副磁钢342的上表面与本体部3323的上表面在同一平面。
另外,所述扬声器100还设有固定所述振膜21的上盖50和盖设在所述上盖50的透气隔离件40。
本发明的扬声器通过在下夹板31设置凹槽3320用于放置第二副磁钢342,有效提高了磁路系统30的性能,同时提升了音圈22的BL值。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本发明领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
- 一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈组件,所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的第一主磁钢和第一副磁钢、贴设于所述第一主磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的主极芯以及贴设于所述第一副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板,其特征在于,所述上夹板包括本体部以及自所述本体部向所述下夹板凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽包括底板以及连接所述本体部和所述底板的连接臂,所述底板比所述本体部更靠近所述下夹板,所述扬声器还包括置于所述凹槽中的第二副磁钢,所述底板夹设在所述第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括贴设于所述主极芯远离所述第一主磁钢一侧的第二主磁钢。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述上夹板为中空环状结构,所述凹槽位于上夹板的长轴边。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与所述音圈组件连接的柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括与所述盆架连接第一固定部、与所述音圈组件连接的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和第二固定部的弹力臂,所述柔性线路板位于所述扬声器的短轴边。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板位于所述上夹板和下夹板之间,所述柔性线路板的弹力臂沿所述振膜的振动方向的投影位于所述下夹板。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一副磁钢位于所述扬声器的长轴边。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二副磁钢的高度等于所述凹槽的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈组件包括球顶部以及连接所述球顶部和盆架的折环部,所述球顶部位于所述折环部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧,所述音圈组件与所述球顶部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈组件包括与所述球顶部连接的骨架和与所述骨架连接的音圈。
