0037.辅热模块200为整体结构,其可以由多个模块集成。在该图示 示例中,该辅热模块200为第一通道210、辅热舱220、鼓风室230、第二通道240的集成,一体化的设计能够节省安装空间;并且该辅热模块200为密封结构,能够增加循环气体的使用率,更完全、更充分利用辅热模块200产生的热量,提高衣物护理机的暖衣、干衣的效率。辅热模块200的下端通过连扳支架250进行支撑。
0038.第一通道210的上端连通所述衣物护理舱100的舱底前部,该第一通道210的下端连通辅热舱220,并且该第一通道210向着辅热舱220的截面逐渐增大,形成一个向下的弧形通道,使得气流能顺畅地从该第一通道210内部进入辅热舱200。辅热舱220、鼓风室230以及第二通道240依次连通,该第二通道240的上端连通所述衣物护理舱100的舱底后部,以此,该辅热模块200的整体结构形成一个气流通道。
0039.气流从所述衣物护理舱100的舱底前部进入第一通道210经辅热舱220加热后,通过鼓风室230吹入第二通道240,并随之排出所述衣物护理舱100的舱底后部,以进入所述衣物护理舱100。
0040.如图所示,连板支架250设置在辅热模块200的底部,连板支架250的下端可以安装在衣物护理机的底板上或其他模块上(图中未示出),用于在下方支撑辅热模块200,并且限定辅热模块200的位置,还可以使得所述辅热模块200不受衣物护理机在工作时震动的影响,确保该辅热模块200稳定工作。

0043.如图中实施例,衣物护理舱100的舱底包括第一气流开口211和第二气流开口241。该第一气流开口211位于舱底前部,并连通其下方的第一通道210;该第二气流开口241位于舱底后部,并连通其下方的第二通道240。衣物护理舱100内的气流从第一气流开口211进入所述辅热模块200加热后,从第二气流开口241排出该衣物护理舱100。
0044.在图中的实施例中,第一气流开口211和第二气流开口241分别安装栅格板,可以使气流更有序地进入和/或排出所述辅热模块200以 及在所述衣物护理舱100内循环。栅格板分别能够引导气流沿竖向离开衣物护理舱进入第一通道和/或沿竖向排出第二通道进入衣物护理舱。例如,为了促进气流循环,在第一气流开口211处气流可以沿竖向从衣物护理舱的舱底前部进入第一通道210,在第二气流开口241处气流可以沿竖向从第二通道240进入衣物护理舱的舱底后部。
0045.图3示出了图1中衣物护理机的辅热模块的分解和组装立体示意图。左图为辅热模块的分解立体示意图,右图为辅热模块的组装立体示意图。
0046.如图中实施例所示,辅热模块的第一通道210、辅热舱220、鼓风室230、第二通道240均为拆分组装结构,在实际生产中,可以先各自组装再集成为一体辅热模块,然后一次安装至衣物护理舱的底部。
0047.从图中可以看出,在第一气流开口211处设置有过滤网212,用于过滤在所述衣物护理机内待护理衣物散落的灰尘,防止该灰尘进入辅热模块200。
0048.依据图中示例,第一通道210由第一通道上外壳213和第一通道下外壳214密封地拼合而成。第一通道上外壳213的上端开口安装在该过滤网212下方,第一通道下外壳214与第一通道上外壳213组装形成第一通道210,其为截面积逐渐增大的弧形通道,该弧形通道的下端开口匹配后方的辅热舱220。第一通道210可以为如图3实施例中的上下组装结构,该组装结构方便安装以及售后的拆卸检修。在可选的实施例中,第一通道也可以为一体式结构。
0049.根据图示实施例,辅热舱220可以包括辅热舱上外壳222和辅热舱下外壳223,在辅热舱220内设置有加热组件221以及冷凝器(图中未示出)。辅热舱上外壳222和辅热舱下外壳223密封拼合形成辅热舱220。加热组件221和冷凝器并排安装在辅热舱220内部,加热组件221的面积占为辅热舱220截面积的2/3以上,能够有更好地辅热效果,该冷凝器设置在加热组件221后面(图中未示出)。该加热组件220可以为PTC(正温度系数)加热器用于加热辅热舱220内的空气,PTC加热器能够自动恒温、安全、省电,并且容易控制,可以满足待护理衣物的暖衣和/或快速干衣的需求。该冷凝器用于吸收在辅热舱220内空气中的水蒸气, 将该水蒸气冷凝成液态水后排出,以干燥循环空气,进而达到干燥待护理衣物的目的。
0050.辅热舱220的下方安装固定用的连板支架250,该连板支架250的顶部支撑辅热舱下外壳223。该连板支架250可以例如安装在衣物护理机的底板或者其他模块上。在如图所示的实施例中,辅热舱上外壳222的顶部可以连接至衣物护理舱的舱底,以使得辅热模块更加稳固并且节省安装空间。辅热舱220可以为如图3实施例中的组装结构,该组装结构方便安装以及售后的拆卸检修。在可选的实施例中,辅热舱220也可以为一体式结构。
0051.在图中的实施例中,鼓风室230可以包括鼓风室上外壳234和鼓风室下外壳235,在鼓风室230的内部安装有风机组件231以及热泵(图中未示出),该风机组件231可以包括叶轮233和电机232。叶轮233安装在电机232上,该电机232穿过鼓风室上外壳234中心孔并固定安装。该电机232可以位于该鼓风室上外壳234的外部(如右图所示)。因此,已加热的气体经过鼓风室230时,不会经过电机232,防止电机232因过热而导致损坏,从而延长电机232的使用寿命。
0052.在另一个实施例中,所述电机232可以调速,根据用户的不同需要对风机组件231的风速进行调节,从而调节在所述衣物护理舱100内气体的流速,以达到暖衣、辅助干衣和/或快速干衣的目的。
0053.该鼓风室上外壳234和该鼓风室下外壳235组装成的鼓风室230将叶轮233封装在内部,该鼓风室下外壳235的前部开口连通辅热舱220,并且该鼓风室230的上端开口连通第二通道240。鼓风室230可以为如图3实施例中的组装结构,该组装结构方便安装以及售后的拆卸检修。在其它实施例中,鼓风室230也可以为一体式结构。
0054.工作时,电机232驱动叶轮233将气流从鼓风室下外壳234的前部开口引入鼓风室230,然后从鼓风室230的上端开口进入第二通道240。
0055.在该实施例中,第二通道240的下端开口连通鼓风室230,且其上端开口连通第二气流开口241。在另一个实施例中,第二气流开口241处也可以设置过滤网,用于过滤在所述衣物护理机内待护理衣物散落 的灰尘,防止该灰尘进入辅热模块200。
0056.图4示出了图1中衣物护理机的辅热模块的加热组件的立体示意图;图5示出了图4的加热组件安装在辅热舱内的立体示意图。从图中可以看出,加热组件221包括支架221a、限位架221b和侧边框221c,以及辅热舱220的顶部设置有限位部224、内部的发热元件。
0057.如图中的实施例所示,该加热组件221为PTC加热器,该PTC加热器的内部的发热元件具有瓦棱状结构,使得气流更容易通过PTC加热器。PTC加热器整体呈方形,其面积可以超过辅热舱220截面积的2/3,能够对更多经过辅热舱220的气流进行加热,起到更好地辅热效果。
0058.从图中实施例可以看出,该支架221a位于该PTC加热器的底部,其两侧各向下延伸出两个支脚。如图中所示,该支脚可以呈L型。该支脚一方面限定该PTC加热器在所述辅热舱220截面中心的位置,另一方面该支脚L型的底部平面上有两个孔,可以但部限定于采用螺栓固定,其中一个孔起固定安装作用,另一个孔起限位作用,其能将所述加热组件221更牢固地固定支撑于所述辅热舱220的底面。
0059.该限位架221b为方形框架位于该PTC加热器的顶部,如图5所示,辅热舱220的顶面的限位部224连接并固定了限位架221b的位置。其中,限位架221b与限位部224连接方式可以为但不限于螺栓、焊接等方式。所述限位架221b与所述支架221a配合将所述PTC加热器限定于所述辅热舱220的截面中心位置。
0060.支架221a的一侧上部连接侧边框221c的一端,侧边框221c的另一端连接限位架221b从而共同形成三面围绕的框架,该框架中间包裹PTC加热器的加热元件。该支架221a、侧边框221c、限位架221b以及PTC加热器的相互连接方式可以但不限于为螺栓固定、焊接或摩擦连接等方式。
0061.图6示出了图1中衣物护理机的侧剖示意图,其中示出了衣物护理舱内的气体流动。从该图中能够更清楚地看出,衣物护理舱100的后壁与顶壁交接处的第一相交面101为弧形,以及该后壁与底壁交界处的第二相交面102为弧形,这种弧形设计能够有利于使在衣物护理舱100内的气体更顺畅地流动。
0062.在衣物护理舱100下方的辅热模块200内的气体流动方向为:衣物护理舱100内的气流沿竖向向下通过第一气流开口211进入所述第一通道210,经过鼓风室230内的风机组件231(见图3)促动进入辅热舱220加热,然后加热的气流继续经风机组件231促动流向鼓风室230进入第二通道240,并沿竖向向上通过第二气流开口241排入所述衣物护理舱100内。风机组件231启动,促使气体从第二气流开口241排入的所述衣物护理舱100内然后向上流动,气体的热量被传导至在所述衣物护理舱100内的待护理衣物。由于风机组件231在第一气流开口211处产生的吸力,促使该气体竖直向下再次通过第一气流开口211进入辅热模块200加热,形成循环,如图的箭头所示。
0063.本发明的衣物护理机可实现快速干衣以及暖衣的功能。快速干衣时,辅热模块200中的加热组件221和热泵同时开启,通过如图6箭头所示的热风气流循环,在加热组件221的辅助加热以及冷凝器的干燥作用下,能快速将衣物护理舱100内的待护理衣物烘干。暖衣时,辅热模块200中加热组件221开启,通过如图6箭头所示的热风气流循环,将衣物护理舱100内的待护理衣物加温,实现暖衣的效果。
0064.本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明书中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施方式进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机包括:
    衣物护理舱,所述衣物护理舱用于放置待护理衣物;以及
    辅热模块,所述辅热模块为整体结构,并且所述辅热模块设置在所述衣物护理舱之下,所述辅热模块用于自所述衣物护理舱的舱底前部引导气流并加热、然后将加热后的气流在所述衣物护理舱的舱底后部排出到所述衣物护理舱内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述辅热模块包括:
    加热组件和风机组件;
    第一通道,所述第一通道自所述衣物护理舱的舱底前部连通到所述加热组件和所述风机组件;
    第二通道,所述第二通道自所述衣物护理舱的舱底后部连通到所述加热组件和所述风机组件,
    并且,所述风机组件促动所述气流从所述第一通道经过所述加热组件和所述风机组件流向所述第二通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述加热组件位于辅热舱内,所述风机组件位于鼓风室内,所述鼓风室位于所述辅热舱和所述第二通道之间,并且所述辅热舱内还设置有用作将气流中水蒸汽吸收的冷凝器,所述冷凝器设置在所述加热组件的后面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述风机组件为包括设置在所述鼓风室内的电机和叶轮,所述电机能够驱动所述叶轮从而促动气体流动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述第一通道向着所述加热组件和所述风机组件截面逐渐增大。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述衣物护理舱内的气流沿竖向向下进入所述第一通道,和/或,所述第二通道内的气流沿竖向向上进入所述衣物护理舱内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其中,在所述衣物护理舱的舱底前部的气流开口处设置过滤网,和/或,在所述衣物护理舱的舱底后部的气流开口处设置过滤网。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述加热组件为PTC加热器,所述PTC加热器整体呈方形并且面积超过所述辅热舱面积的2/3,所述PTC加热器内部具有瓦棱状结构的加热元件,并且,
    所述PTC加热器的底部通过支架支撑于所述辅热舱的底面,所述PTC加热器的顶部具有连接于所述辅热舱的顶面的限位架,所述支架和所述限位架将所述PTC加热器限定于所述辅热舱的截面中心位置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其中,在所述辅热模块和所述衣物护理机的底板之间设置连板支架,用于在下方支撑所述辅热模块。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述衣物护理舱的后壁与底壁相交处为弧形,和/或,所述衣物护理舱的后壁与顶壁相交处为弧形。
