一种新型的胶皮发梳 技术领域
本实用新型涉及发梳技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型的胶皮发梳。
背景技术
现有的发梳，为了获得更舒适的梳理感受，通常采用气垫结构，即将发梳的梳针设置在柔性的基体上，基体安装在基板上，并且呈外凸的弧形；这样在梳理时，随使用者的施力，基体会随头骨的形状变形，从而使梳针更好地贴合在头皮上，不会因头骨的突兀而使头皮不舒适；但市场上现有的同类型的胶皮梳，其胶皮都是用片材裁剪的，然后通过挤压的方式使其具有一定凸起，这种梳子通常只有中间有弹性，位于边缘的弹性很小或没有弹性，并且整体弹性空间很小，使用一段时间后还容易因胶皮固定不好出现塌陷的情况，舒适性也会受到影响。
如中国发明专利CN101569455A所公开的一种免胶水装配发梳，其包括中央具有下凹部的底座，呈片状且具有弹性的基体，基体通过适当向外弯曲变形后能容纳在所述底座的中央下凹部内；设置在所述的基体上并外凸于基体的外表面的梳针；其特征在于还包括:具有中央通孔的环状扣板，扣板沉置在所述底座的中央下凹部中；通过扣板与所述底座之间的配合连接而将所述基体的边缘部夹固在扣板和底座之间，所述的梳针即全部穿过扣板的中央通孔而外露；该结构的发梳其采用的就是胶皮挤压的方式，整体弹性空间很小，使用舒适性不佳。
实用新型内容
一、要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术所存在的上述缺陷，提供了一种新型的胶皮发梳，解决了现有弹性发梳弹性空间很小，使用舒适性不佳的问题。
二、技术方案
为解决上述问题，特提供一种新型的胶皮发梳，包括梳子主体、胶皮主体、以及梳针；
胶皮主体包括上部的梳针固定凸部、侧部的边缘凸部、以及卡接底座；
边缘凸部与卡接底座之间设有卡接槽；卡接槽可与梳子主体配合安装；
若干梳针固定在梳针固定凸部上；
梳针固定凸部与侧部的边缘凸部形成一空腔，空腔使得梳针固定凸部具有形变空间。
其中，梳子主体包括安装部，安装部包括一腔体、以及形成腔体边沿的胶皮卡边；
胶皮主体通过卡接槽与胶皮卡边卡接配合进行固定；卡接底座套设在该腔体内侧。
其中，梳子主体还设有一手柄部，手柄部与安装部连接，手柄部用于握持。
其中，梳针固定凸部上设有若干针孔，针孔与梳针一一对应并固定。
其中，胶皮主体通过注塑成型。
其中，梳针包括底座和梳发部，底座上设有一底座卡槽、以及设 置在底座卡槽上部的锥形部；底座卡槽可与针孔配合卡接。
其中，梳针上端部设有一球体。
三、本实用新型的有益效果
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过采用一种新型的胶皮主体结构，使得弹性发梳使用时更加舒适，更有弹性，具体来说，梳针固定凸部整体为弧面形，边缘凸部为其在深度方向上提供形变空间，这样梳针固定凸部上无论是处于中间位置还是处于边缘位置的梳针都具有全方向的形变空间，从而使得整个发梳使用时更加柔软，胶皮弹性更强，弹性的面积与空间更大，也更加能贴合不同使用人群的头部，大大提高了使用的舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型，但不能用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1～图5所示，本实施例中新型的胶皮发梳包括包括梳子主体1、胶皮主体2、以及梳针3；
胶皮主体2包括上部的梳针固定凸部22、侧部的边缘凸部23、以及卡接底座24；
边缘凸部23与卡接底座24之间设有卡接槽25；卡接槽25可与梳子主体1配合安装；
若干梳针3固定在梳针固定凸部22上；
梳针固定凸部22与侧部的边缘凸部23形成一空腔21，空腔21使得梳针固定凸部22具有形变空间，本实用新型针对现有胶皮梳存在的问题，如背景技术中所描述的，本实施例中，改变了胶皮的结构，使其具有更大的空腔结构，能够容纳更大程度的变形，具体来说，梳针固定凸部22整体为弧面形，边缘凸部23为其在深度方向上提供形变空间，这样梳针固定凸部22上无论是处于中间位置还是处于边缘位置的梳针3都具有全方向的空间，从而使得整个发梳使用时更加柔软，胶皮弹性更强，弹性的面积与空间更大，也更加能贴合不同使用人群的头部，大大提高了使用的舒适性。
并且，本实施例的胶皮主体2通过注塑成型，一体化程度更高， 气密性更好，使用时更有弹性。
如图2所示，梳子主体1包括安装部12，安装部12包括一腔体、以及形成腔体边沿的胶皮卡边13；胶皮主体2通过卡接槽25与胶皮卡边13卡接配合进行固定；卡接底座24套设在该腔体内侧，该结构能够使梳子在使用过程中，保证卡接的牢固可靠，同时胶皮主体2也不会出现位移或固定不到位的问题，大大延长使用体验与使用寿命。
如图2所示，梳针固定凸部22上设有若干针孔26，针孔26与梳针3一一对应并固定，梳针3包括底座31和梳发部32，底座31上设有一底座卡槽35、以及设置在底座卡槽35上部的锥形部33；底座卡槽35可与针孔26配合卡接；具体来说，底座3上锥形部33的设计能够更便于梳针3的装配，同时也能够有效防止梳针3从底座卡槽35内脱出，固定更加牢固。
在梳针3上端部设有一球体36，能够起到梳发时按摩头皮的辅助作用。
实施例2：
相较于实施例1，本实施例中，梳子主体1还设有一手柄部11，手柄部11与安装部12连接，手柄部11用于握持。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述新型的胶皮发梳包括梳子主体(1)、胶皮主体(2)、以及梳针(3)；
    所述胶皮主体(2)包括上部的梳针固定凸部(22)、侧部的边缘凸部(23)、以及卡接底座(24)；
    所述边缘凸部(23)与卡接底座(24)之间设有卡接槽(25)；所述卡接槽(25)可与梳子主体(1)配合安装；
    若干所述梳针(3)固定在梳针固定凸部(22)上；
    所述梳针固定凸部(22)与侧部的边缘凸部(23)形成一空腔(21)，所述空腔(21)使得所述梳针固定凸部(22)具有形变空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述所述梳子主体(1)包括安装部(12)，所述安装部(12)包括一腔体、以及形成腔体边沿的胶皮卡边(13)；
    所述胶皮主体(2)通过卡接槽(25)与胶皮卡边(13)卡接配合进行固定；所述卡接底座(24)套设在该腔体内侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述梳子主体(1)还设有一手柄部(11)，所述手柄部(11)与所述安装部(12)连接，所述手柄部(11)用于握持。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述梳针固定凸部(22)上设有若干针孔(26)，所述针孔(26)与所述梳针(3)一一对应并固定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述胶皮主体(2)通过注塑成型。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所 述梳针(3)包括底座(31)和梳发部(32)，所述底座(31)上设有一底座卡槽(35)、以及设置在所述底座卡槽(35)上部的锥形部(33)；
    所述底座卡槽(35)可与所述针孔(26)配合卡接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种新型的胶皮发梳，其特征在于，所述梳针(3)上端部设有一球体(36)。
