与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,发声器件包括盆架、分别支撑于盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,振动系统包括具有振膜的振膜组件和插设于磁间隙内以驱动振膜振动发声的音圈;振膜组件包括固定于盆架的振膜支架和固定于振膜支架的用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于:振膜包括具有开口的第一平面部、设于第一平面部的外侧的呈环状的折环部以及设于折环部外侧且与振膜支架固定连接的连接部,振膜组件还包括固定于第一平面部的防水透气膜,第一平面部包括远离折环部的第一内边,沿振动方向观察,第一内边位于音圈的内侧,且防水透气膜的外边缘位于音圈的外侧,由此,取消球顶设计,防水透气膜直接作为球顶使用,振膜与防水透气膜的密封宽度更大,防水性能更优,零件更少,组装更简单,实现防水功能的位置减少,降低防水失效风险。
以上的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、分别支撑于所述盆架的振动系统和具有磁间隙的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括具有振膜的振膜组件和插设于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈;所述振膜组件包括固定于所述盆架的振膜支架和固定于所述振膜支架的用于振动发声的所述振膜,其特征在于:所述振膜包括具有开口的第一平面部、设于所述第一平面部的外侧的呈环状的折环部以及设于所述折环部外侧且与所述振膜支架固定连接的连接部,所述振膜组件还包括固定于所述第一平面部的防水透气膜,所述第一平面部包括远离所述折环部的第一内边,沿振动方向观察,所述第一内边位于所述音圈的内侧,且所述防水透气膜的外边缘位于所述音圈的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述防水透气膜固定于所述第一平面部的靠近所述磁路系统的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜还包括设于所述第一平面部的靠近所述磁路系统的一侧的第二平面部,所述第二平面部连接于所述折环部且平行于所述第一平面部,所述防水透气膜的外边缘夹设于所述第一平面部和所述第二平面部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括主磁钢和沿所述发声器件的短轴方向设于所述主磁钢的两侧的两个副磁钢,所述副磁钢和所述主磁钢之间形成所述磁间隙,沿振动方向观察,所述第一平面部与所述主磁钢、所述副磁钢均有部分重叠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括固定于所述盆架的上夹板和下夹板,所述副磁钢夹设于所述上夹板和所述下夹板之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括极芯,所述主磁钢夹设于所述极芯和所述下夹板之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振膜组件还包括设置于所述振膜支架外侧的密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述折环部的弧形凹陷方向为向靠近所述音圈的方向。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述防水透气膜包括防水层和金属网层,所述防水层设于所述金属网层的远离所述磁路系统的一侧。
