Description
本发明涉及香水分装产品技术领域,特指一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置及连接头。
目前的市面上售卖的香水一般通过玻璃瓶灌装,由于其体积较大并不适合随身携带,所以目前市面上出现了一种香水分装瓶。如见中国专利号为:200720051806.9的发明专利,其公开了一种“便携可充式喷液瓶”;见中国专利号为:201120334344.8的发明专利,其公开了“一种可替换循环式补液装置及具有该装置的补液器皿”。这些专利都提供一种用于香水分装瓶产品。这种香水分装瓶体积只有一般口红大小,便于随身携带,非常适合女性使用。
由于一般市面上售卖的香水产品,为了避免香水的挥发,通常瓶口都采用按压泵喷头,通过按压压头驱动按压泵下压,将香水瓶中的香水泵出,再经过压头上的雾化口喷出。由于香水价格昂贵,为了防范假冒产品,一般的香水都将喷头与香水瓶瓶体一体成型,难以分离,所以无法直接将香水瓶中的香水直接倒入分装瓶中。针对于此,目前的香水分装瓶的补液进口采用了一种单向阀补液口设计。使用时,将香水瓶喷头上的压头取下,将按压泵喷头的喷嘴直接顶住分装瓶的补液进口,对分装瓶不断往复按压,令香水瓶喷嘴不断喷出香水,并通过补液进口注入到分装瓶中。这种方式实质就是将香水分装瓶的补液口替换呈香水瓶上按压泵的压头,从而将香水瓶中的香水泵入分装瓶中。
本发明人曾提出过“一种用于香水瓶的分装连接装置”,专利文献号为:CN213414374U。其为了便于香水的分装,便于香水分装瓶与香水瓶之间的适配,设计出“分装连接头”,通过该分装连接头可以有效将香水分装瓶与香水瓶之间连接,并且可适配不同的香水瓶。但是这种分装方式仍需要使用者不断地按压香水瓶的喷嘴,往往操作多次,进入分装瓶中的香水量有限。对于香水分装瓶的主要女性使用者而言,这种操作方式费时费力,非常麻烦。
针对上述情况,本发明人曾提出过一种“香水分装瓶的注入装置”的技术方案,专利文献号为: CN215667074U;后续并在此基础上提出了“一种香水分装瓶灌装机”的发明专利申请,专利文献号为: CN114408239A。这两种技术方案是通过泵或者电动驱动装置将香水瓶中的香水直接泵入分装瓶中。但是这两种技术方案由于采用电动驱动,整个装置的体积较大,并且需要自备电源或者外接电源,不便于随身携带。
针对上述所述的各种问题,本发明人经过再次改进,提出了以下技术方案。
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,该自动抽取装置具有结构简单、体积小、便于随身携带等诸多优点。本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题在于提供一种用于香水分装的连接头,通过该连接头实现香水抽取装置与不同型号、规格的香水瓶匹配。
为了解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:用于香水分装的自动抽取装置包括:活塞筒、活塞、活塞杆和按压件,所述的活塞筒前端成型有与内部腔体连通的液嘴,安装在活塞杆前端的活塞伸入活塞筒的腔体内,按压件安装在活塞杆的后端,并延伸至活塞筒的外部,所述的活塞筒中固定有一衬套,所述的活塞杆前端穿过衬套后与活塞固定连接,活塞筒中衬套与液嘴之间空间构成活塞的压缩空间;所述的活塞杆上套设有压簧,压簧前后两端分别作用在衬套和活塞杆之间,压簧对活塞杆产生的推力带动活塞具有远离液嘴的趋势;通过作用在按压件外力克服压簧的弹力,推动活塞杆带动活塞对腔体中的压缩空间进行压缩,释放外力后,通过压簧的弹力电动活塞复位,利用压缩空间产生负压实现从液嘴抽取香水。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的衬套呈套管状,其自活塞筒后端开口处插入,该衬套与活塞筒之间形成嵌套配合固定。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的按压件包括:按压端以及与按压端固位一体的导筒,该导筒插入衬套内部。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,还包括分别与活塞筒前后两端配合的前盖和后盖。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述衬套上设置有与活塞杆配合的轴套。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的活塞杆具有螺纹段,所述衬套位置处设置有螺母,活塞杆前端穿过衬套及螺母后与活塞连接,通过螺母与螺纹段的螺纹连接,调节螺母的进给改变活塞杆伸出衬套的长度,以改变压缩空间的大小。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的活塞杆与活塞之间采用螺纹连接,或者采用卡嵌连接。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,还包括一个与液嘴配合的塑胶材料的连接头,所述的连接头包括:与液嘴配合的第一通道、用于与香水瓶喷头配合第二通道,所述的第一通道与第二通道相互连通。
为了解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种用于香水分装的连接头,所述的连接头包括:与香水抽取装置的液嘴配合的第一通道、用于与香水瓶喷头配合第二通道,所述的第一通道与第二通道通过第一通孔相互连通,且第二通道为阶梯孔。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述第二通道内至少设置有与不同香水瓶的喷头对接的第一台阶和第二台阶。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述连接头一端的端部设置有与第二通道连通的进气槽。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述连接第一通道的内壁倾斜呈漏斗状,且开口处成型有倒斜角。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述第一通道内设置有硅胶垫,该硅胶垫中心成型有连通所述第一通孔的第二通孔。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述硅胶垫的一端成型有半圆状的凸环,所述第一通道的底部成型有用于与所述凸环匹配定位的环槽。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明自动抽取装置工作方式如下:
首先。本发明结构简单,利用注射器的原理,配合压簧自身弹力,完成抽取工作,使用者只需要按压活塞杆后,利用压簧自身弹力,完成抽取工作。
其次,本发明增加了一个连接头,利用连接头形成密封,确保香水抽取过程中不会出现泄漏。
最后,本发明可调节香水的抽取量,通过改变压缩空间的大小就可以改变每次抽取香水的容量,令使用者可以根据需要自行调节。
与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:本发明极大的降低了使用者的操作难度,操作简单。
本发明连接头中将第二通道采用阶梯孔的形状结构,使第二通道能够对接不同款式的香水瓶,从而节约用户成本,减少资源浪费。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
见图1至图4所示,这是本发明中一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置的实施例一。其包括:活塞筒1、活塞2、活塞杆3、按压件4、压簧5、衬套6,以及前盖71和后盖72。
所述的活塞筒1整体造型呈针管状,其前端成型有与内部腔体连通的液嘴11,后端为一个开口,供活塞2放入。
所述的活塞2包括:支撑件21和胶套22,所述的胶套22卡嵌套设在支撑件21上形成活塞2。所述的支撑件21上开设有一个螺纹孔211,该螺纹孔211用于与活塞杆3螺纹连接。
所述的活塞杆3前端设置有连接螺纹31,通过连接螺纹31与螺纹孔211的螺纹连接,实现活塞2与活塞杆3的连接,最后一起伸入活塞筒1的腔体10内。
所述的按压件4安装在活塞杆2的后端,并延伸至活塞筒1外部。当然,按压件4可以与活塞杆2一体成型。当然,按压件4可以与活塞杆2一体成型。所述的按压件4包括:按压端41以及与按压端41固位一体的导筒42。
所述的活塞杆1上套设有压簧5,压簧5前后两端分别直接或间接作用在活塞筒1和活塞杆3之间。本实施例中,在活塞杆3的后端形成有一凸缘32,所述的活塞筒1中固定有一衬套6,所述的活塞杆2穿过衬套6后与活塞2连接。所述的压簧5的前端抵压在衬套6上,压簧5的后端抵靠在凸缘32上(当然,也可直接抵靠在按压件4上)。通过作用在按压件4的外力克服压簧5的弹力,推动活塞杆3带动活塞2对腔体中的压缩空间10进行压缩;通过压簧5对活塞杆3产生的推力带动活塞2具有远离液嘴11的趋势。
所述的压缩空间10为活塞筒1中衬套6与液嘴11之间空间。
所述的衬套6呈套管状,其自活塞筒1后端开口处插入,该衬套6与活塞筒1之间形成嵌套配合。例如:在衬套6的侧面形成有螺纹,衬套6与活塞筒1之间可以通过螺纹连接;或者,在衬套6的侧面形成有若干凸棱60或凹槽,在活塞筒1的内壁形成有与凸棱60或凹槽对应凹槽或凸棱,二者形成卡嵌配合固定。
由于活塞杆3需要穿过衬套6,并且需要往复运行,所以为了确保二者可以顺畅运行,所述衬套6上设置有与活塞杆3配合的轴套61。轴套61固定在衬套6前端,并与活塞杆3形成轴孔配合。
所述按压件4的导筒42插入衬套6内部,二者形成轴套配合,通过导通42与衬套6之前的配合,可令活塞杆3往复运行过程中更加稳定,不会出现摆动情况。
本实施例中还包括一个与液嘴11配合的塑胶材料的连接头9。结合图4所示,所述的连接头9包括:与液嘴11配合的第一通道91、用于与香水瓶喷头配合第二通道92,所述的第一通道91与第二通道92相互连通。连接头9用于将本发明与香水瓶喷头连接,利用连接头9形成密封,确保香水抽取过程中不会出现泄漏。
结合图1、图2所示,为了美观以及形成保护,本实施例还包括分别与活塞筒1前后两端配合的前盖71和后盖72。在活塞筒的筒壁的前端和后段分别形成有与前盖71和后盖72配合的台阶部12、13,于台阶部12、13上分别形成有卡凸121、131,以令前盖71和后盖72与活塞筒1之间形成稳定配合。
结合图4所示,本实施例使用时,连接头9的第一通道91套设在液嘴11上,第二通道92套设在香水瓶8的喷头81。接着,对按压件4施加一个外力,该外力克服压簧5的弹力,推动活塞杆3带动活塞2对腔体中的压缩空间10进行压缩,直至压缩空间10被完全压缩。当释放外力后,压簧5通过自身的弹力对活塞杆3产生一个推力,带动活塞2自前向后运行,压缩空间10逐渐释放,并形成真空或负压,从而将香水瓶8中的香水抽入到压缩空间10内。当抽取完成后,再将压缩空间10内抽取的香水注入至香水分装瓶中,供使用者随身携带。
见图5、图6所示,这是本发明中用于香水分装的自动抽取装置的实施例二。本实施例二与上述实施例一存在区别在于:
1、实施例二中,所述的活塞杆3具有螺纹段30,所述衬套6位置处设置有螺母62,活塞杆3前端穿过衬套6及螺母62后与活塞2连接,通过螺母62与螺纹段30的螺纹连接,调节螺母62的进给改变活塞杆3伸出衬套的长度。这样就可以改变压缩空间10的大小。这样就可以改变每次抽取香水的用量。
2、实施例二中,为了稳定压簧5,在活塞杆3后端的凸缘32无法稳定压簧5,所以增加了一个垫片33,垫片33通过凸缘32定位后,垫片33内部空间会对压簧5后端形成有效的限位。
3、为了便于安装,本实施例二中,所述的活塞杆3与活塞2之间没有采用实施例一种的螺纹连接,而是采用了卡嵌连接,具体为:活塞2的支撑件21有左支撑件211和右支撑件212相互扣合形成,二者再通过螺钉213固定连接,在支撑件21中形成有一个卡槽210。活塞杆3的前端形成有与卡槽210配合的凸台310,通过凸台310与卡槽210之前的配合实现活塞杆3与活塞2之间的配合。
本实施例二其他结构与实施例一相同,这里不再一一赘述。
见图7至图12所示,这是本发明中连接头的实施例一,该连接头9包括:与香水抽取装置的液嘴11配合的第一通道91、用于与香水瓶喷头81配合第二通道92,所述的第一通道91与第二通道92通过第一通孔93相互连通,且第二通道92为阶梯孔。采用在连接头9的两端分别设置与香水瓶8和抽取装置的第二通道92和第一通道91,通过将香水瓶8的瓶口的喷头81和抽取装置的液嘴11分别插入第二通道92和第一通道91,使液体从香水瓶8内经第一通孔4流入抽取装置内,再由抽取装置将香水注射到分装瓶内,完成香水的补充,而将第二通道92采用阶梯孔的形状结构,使第二通道92能够对接不同款式的香水瓶8,从而实现分装瓶的共用,节约用户成本,减少资源浪费。所述抽取装置为前面所述的自动抽取装置。
本发明中连接头的实施例一中,所述连接头9为硅胶材质。利用硅胶材质的弹性,可以使香水瓶8和抽取装置与连接头9的第二通道92和第一通道91对接时,达到紧配密封的效果。
结合图8所示,所述第二通道92内至少设置有与不同香水瓶的喷头81对接的第一台阶921和第二台阶922。第一台阶921、第二台阶922可分别对应不同型号香水瓶8的喷头81。当然,根据需要也可以增加台阶的数量,从而匹配更多类型的香水瓶,同时,也可以只设置一个台阶,匹配同一种类型的香水瓶。
所述连接头9一端的端部设置有与第二通道92连通的进气槽95。通过进气槽95实现气流流动,确保气压平衡。
为了便于与液嘴11匹配,所述连接第一通道91的内壁倾斜呈漏斗状,且开口处成型有倒斜角911。
见图13、图14所示,这是本发明中连接头的实施例二。在实施例二中,所述连接头为PP材质。利用PP材质的特性,可以使第二通道92和第一通道91的内壁光滑,便于香水瓶8的喷头81与第二通道92的对接,以及补液装置的液嘴11与第一通道91对接。
实施例二中,所述第一通道91内设置有硅胶垫90,该硅胶垫90中心成型有连通所述第一通孔93的第二通孔900。通过在第一通道91内设置硅胶垫8来增加抽取装置液嘴11与第一通道91对接的紧配性,提高液嘴11与第一通道91对接时的密封性,避免液嘴11长时间插拔与第一通道91产生间隙,影响配合的密封性。
所述硅胶垫90的一端成型有半圆状的凸环901,所述第一通道91的底部成型有用于与所述凸环901匹配定位的环槽912。通过凸环901与环槽912的配合实现硅胶垫90与第一通道91的稳定连接。
当然,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并非来限制本发明实施范围,凡依本发明申请专利范围所述构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本发明申请专利范围内。
Claims (14)
- 用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,包括:活塞筒(1)、活塞(2)和活塞杆(3),所述的活塞筒(1)前端成型有与内部腔体连通的液嘴(11),安装在活塞杆(3)前端的活塞(2)伸入活塞筒(1)的腔体内,其特征在于:所述的活塞筒(1)中固定有一衬套(6),所述的活塞杆(3)前端穿过衬套(6)后与活塞(2)固定连接,活塞筒(1)中衬套(6)与液嘴(11)之间空间构成活塞(2)的压缩空间(10);所述的活塞杆(1)上套设有压簧(5),压簧(5)前后两端分别作用在衬套(6)和活塞杆(3)之间,压簧(5)对活塞杆(3)产生的推力带动活塞(2)具有远离液嘴(11)的趋势;通过作用在活塞杆(3)的外力克服压簧(5)的弹力,推动活塞杆(3)带动活塞(2)对腔体中的压缩空间(10)进行压缩,释放外力后,通过压簧(5)的弹力驱动活塞(2)复位,利用压缩空间(10)产生负压实现从液嘴(11)抽取香水。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:所述的衬套(6)呈套管状,其自活塞筒(1)后端开口处插入,该衬套(6)与活塞筒(1)之间形成嵌套配合固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:所述活塞杆(3)的后端固定安装有按压件(4),按压件(4)包括:按压端(41)以及与按压端(41)固位一体的导筒(42),该导筒(42)插入衬套(6)内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:还包括分别与活塞筒(1)前后两端配合的前盖(71)和后盖(72)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:所述衬套(6)上设置有与活塞杆(3)配合的轴套(61)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆(3)具有螺纹段(30),所述衬套(6)位置处设置有螺母(62),活塞杆(3)前端穿过衬套(6)及螺母(62)后与活塞(2)连接,通过螺母(62)与螺纹段(30)的螺纹连接,调节螺母(62)的进给改变活塞杆(3)伸出衬套的长度,以改变压缩空间(10)的大小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆(3)与活塞(2)之间采用螺纹连接,或者采用卡嵌连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于香水分装的自动抽取装置,其特征在于:还包括一个与液嘴(11)配合的塑胶材料的连接头(9);所述的连接头(9)包括:与液嘴(11)配合的第一通道(91)、用于与香水瓶喷头配合第二通道(92),所述的第一通道(91)与第二通道(92)相互连通。
- 一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所述的连接头(9)包括:与香水抽取装置的液嘴(11)配合的第一通道(91)、用于与香水瓶喷头(81)配合第二通道(92),所述的第一通道(91)与第二通道(92)通过第一通孔(93)相互连通,且第二通道(92)为阶梯孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所述第二通道(92)内至少设置有与不同香水瓶的喷头(81)对接的第一台阶(921)和第二台阶(922)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所述连接头(9)一端的端部设置有与第二通道(92)连通的进气槽(95)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所述连接第一通道(91)的内壁倾斜呈漏斗状,且开口处成型有倒斜角(911)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所述第一通道(91)内设置有硅胶垫(90),该硅胶垫(90)中心成型有连通所述第一通孔(93)的第二通孔(900)。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种用于香水分装的连接头,其特征在于:所所述硅胶垫(90)的一端成型有半圆状的凸环(901),所述第一通道(91)的底部成型有用于与所述凸环(901)匹配定位的环槽(912)。
